"Excuse me if anyone needs anything help yourselves."

::Unks hopped the bar and moved over to Keno. He got close enough to wisper to him. He had his right hand on Keno's right shoulder. He smiled slightly as he looked into Keno's eyes::

"Keno you haven't seen Epithany have you?"

Instantly, Miyuki's ears flattened back on her head, her eyes widening at the reaction she had gotten from him. He seemed to tense up immediately, and as of now, she could see so many different emotions raging through him, and not many of them were comforting.

Not able to hold back the whimper that was escaping her throat, she began to shake nervously in his grasp. There was a flicker of fear in her as she heard the tone he used, felt his grip tighten against her body, and as of now, she was unsure of what he would do next.

With her hands clasped together and nestled between her breasts near her heart, she could only stare at him as her shaking increased, squirming a bit as she suddenly felt as though she should leave right now. However, her voice was heard once more, a bit of a stutter ringing out along with it.

"I know for a fact that I'm pregnant."

She let out a strangled yip as a few tears leaked out from her eyes.

"And you're the only one I've been with."

At this point, she was close to hyperventilating, unsure of what she should do and knowing that she was quite close to the door. If needed, she could make a run for it.

Instantly, she pushed the thought out of her head. It wouldn't have to come to that, he wouldn't do anything to her.

...Right?

She nodded almost immediately in approval of Valin's skills. He was quite the dancer and her mood softened immediately. She heard User and Sabrina approaching, her ears flicking and adjusting to catch his footsteps. She looked at him as best she could while dancing, not missing a step in the process.

"Good evening User! Hello there little Sabrina. I hope you two have been well since last I saw you. I'm...sorry...for not being around more." That was more for the child than for User. She knew enough about the child's history to know she had no mother figure right now. She also had no siblings and her father was a man of war. As much as Red respected that, he could only be so close to the child as he pursued his own goals, resolved old grudges...

"User why don't you show your daughter the basics in dancing and the three of us can talk."

Keno turned calmly to Unks, who seemed extremely worried about something. It came out immediately and he was glad for it since he didn't want to try and guess. Apparently the mage was nowhere to be found. In fact, from the way he asked, Unks hadn't seen her in days. That could be a bot problematic, but knowing that woman, Keno was sure that she was fine. Still though that didn't answer the question asked of him.

"I'm afraid I haven't seen her. I naturally assumed she was busy with something. Do you have any reason to be worried or were you just hoping she'd be able to make it?" If it were the former, he might be concerned enough to go and search for her, but if it were the latter he'd soon return to the bar and wait for a dance.

Sulochan stood quietly, leaning cooly on one of the back walls. He wasn't sure what he should be doing. Keno had brought him down from the mountains and had been slowly introducing him to this new world he was in. But this... party. Hmmm... Well, if he needed to be brought into the world, and since Keno had suggested he come... He sipped his drink and looked out at the dance floor. Something about that beautiful dark red haired woman. She was a bit odd... after all, she had the ears and tail of a fox... but he was somehow drawn to her. Perhaps he would go and talk to her...

::Unks kept his hand on Keno's shoulder and gave it a soft squeeze in thanks for listening. He looked into his friends eyes, he had no reason to worry about his wife and he wasn't. He just wanted her to be here with the others enjoying the evening::

"I am just wondering where she is. I am sure she would have a wonderful time knowing all our friends are together. I hope she can come soon. Thanks Keno."

Another yip escaped her throat as she saw his reactions take a wild turn for the worse. She could see the anger and rage in his eyes, and immediately was squirming once more in his grasp, trying to pull away from him.

The only other time she had been truly afraid of him had been the first time they had met, but now this, this reaction was overshadowing any other moment she had ever shared with him. Right now, she was absolutely terrified of what would happen next.

In an instant, she was pushing her hands on his chest, trying to get away from him even moreso than before, and it seemed she had finally found her voice a moment later.

"L-let me go, put me down now!"

Tears were streaming down her face faster than ever, and it was quite obvious that she was no longer remotely happy about anything. She had just enough time to notice that his face had somewhat relaxed a bit from his raging appearance earlier, but it wasn't enough to calm her down.

And as her ears twitched at his words, she couldn't help but growl through her despair.

"You have a child, not a legacy. Now let me go!"

She had started off with a snarl but her words turned into a plea near the end as the fear began to rise again.

"Don't mention it," he said as he too was sure Epithany would have enjoyed this event. He didn't think too long though as his mind seemed to be telling him there was a familiar presence in the place that only he knew. He turned his head around to find without a doubt Sulochan standing nervously against the rounded wall, keeping to himself and enjoying his drink privately.

"If you'll excuse me." He took leave of Unks and made his way straight for the man from the mountains in the far off country of India. He had been staying at the village with Keno and the people had taken an immediate liking to them, as was their custom. They were very trusting and as far as he was concerned the entire village had excellent judgment for character.

"So you made it after all. I'm glad you didn't get lost." He paused as he noticed him staring at someone in the crowd. Following his line of sight, he met up with the lovely image of the lonely lady Red. His heart sank a bit, but he was glad to know this man could...well...think like a man. He decided he wouldn't warn the man against speaking to her, but he wouldn't encourage it much either. At least not directly.

"Have fun and introduce yourself to a few people if you will. I'll show you around if you like, but otherwise just jump straight into things and all will be fine."
