::The giant of a man looks somberly down at his son's beloved, unsure of what to say. User seems to have similar sentiments. As does the demon himself. He may have powerful telepathic abilities, but he is unsure if he can dig deep enough into one's subconscious to see what Deity is experiencing. With a sigh and a shake of his head, he grips his son's relaxed shoulder and closes his eyes for a moment. However, instead of trying to see the unseen within the boy, the Knight's green eyes reopen as he senses a disturbance in Valin rather suddenly. He lifts an inquisitive gaze toward him, suspecting that his harmony with the Force may be aiding him in this situation.::
Mr. Lobel...?
::He calls for the Jedi's attention somewhat quietly, and urgent tone in his words. If he can help at all, it would be of at least some relief. Just sitting here and waiting for something to happen can't be more agonizing.::
::Deity stays quiet as he stands up straight and looks up at his casually-postured demonic self, a look of contempt enveloping his rain-soaked expression. The tall devil once again speaks softly to his human alter-ego, his voice somehow echoing clearly in the black vastness of the stormy plane.::
Y'know I thought I saw you snooping around...should've figured you were up to somethin'. Wanna tell me what it is? . . . . . .
::Fierce turns slightly and leans to his left, raising his cupped hand condescendingly to his ear in wait for an answer. The boy still doesn't respond, narrowed pale red eyes looking up at the demon.::
No? S'too bad...
::Without a word, Deity begins walking forward, small waves of water rippling away from his ankles as he approaches the sand dune and eventually begins up the side of the slope. Another crack of lightning lights the heavens as Fierce turns mockingly away from his advancing guest and speaks loudly enough to drown out the rain, opening his hands and widely raising his arms to indicate the entire realm in general.::
I must say, I like what you've done with th'place. This isn't depressing. Not sure I like the mirrors, though....that's bad luck.
::Scowling in anger, Deity reaches the halfway point of his ascent before moving into a quickened stride, then an outright run, clenching his fists with a growl as he sprints up behind the demon. Seemingly unaware of an impending attack, the devil slowly lowers his arms to his sides, smiling with a gentle shake of his head as he admires the twisting clouds above.
A sudden jolt rushes through Deity's body as Fierce's right elbow collides with his abdomen, causing his final few steps to be an attempt to fall to his knees next to his sidestepping enemy. His fall is halted, though, as the middle knuckles of Fierce's leftt hand stab up against the boy's throat, knocking him back up onto his feet. Before he can shield either injury with his arms, he is swiftly dealt a backhand and right punch to the left cheek in rapid succession, followed by a sudden right kick, swinging up and from the side to the same spot. Deity's stricken body twirls back through the air for a heartbeat before he hits the sand again, once more rolling and tumbling all the way down until he hits the water. This time, as he comes to a stop he clutches his throat with both hands, heaving raspingly for breath as a single half-open eye looks up at his enemy.
A collected Fierce still stands up atop the hill, shrugging with a smirk as his arms exaggeratedly rise and fall back against his sides. With a light-hearted laugh he begins walking carefully down the side of the sand dune, his tail swinging rather energetically to either side behind him.::
...and that was just mean. You should know better.

The Jedi Knight can feel the... place - for lack of a better term - Deity was in. Valin's best analogy was that Deity was swimming in a sea of turmoil - and it was like Valin too was stuck in it, also being dunked under the waves, struggling for air with all his might... only to receive a few gasps and be drawn back under again.
Valin forced himself to pull away from the Force, to reach away and shunt its voice off from his mind and body. However, he did not do so to such a degree as to cut himself off from the Force. The lashing of emotions and of Deity's or Fierce's mind was bad, yes, but not that bad.
The Jedi opened his eyes suddenly, his mind back into the realm of true conciousness and withdrawn from the Jedi meditation.
"Fear... pain..." Valin said, gasping for air - though he didn't remember ever stopping his breathing. The young man blinked several times before looking at Aaron, "I'm... I'm fine. I'll... be fine."
The Jedi could simply only look at Deity and hope the Force was with him.

Jade sighed a little at the responses of User and Sir Aaron. User was tense and frustrated, just like her, and Aaron seemed to be at a loss of what they could do as well. She took the fingers of her right hand and interlocked them with the relaxed one of Deity's left, rubbing her thumb lighlty over his hand.
The woman looked over to Valin after Sir Aaron called to him, and watched the actions of the Jedi. Fear. Pain. She didn't like the sound of that and let out a heavy breath, turning back towards Deity.
"....He can do it....I know he can....." Her voice was barely above a whisper as she leaned closer to him and rested her forehead against the left side of his, whispering so soflty only he'd be able to hear her.
"I believe in you Love....."

::The look upon Valin's face - rather, the emotion Sir Aaron can feel in his heart - is dispiriting. That, and he appears out of breath after whatever he has seen, heard, or felt through his use of the Force. The Knight gives another concerned look down to Jade, the same soon given to his son, who still remains motionless. Gripping his shoulder more firmly, he closes his eyes and lowers his head, concentrating his psionic energies in hopes to soon find and make a connection with Deity's subconscious. Though a patient man, he hates being left in the dark.::
::The tall Orinian remains on the ground, trying to keep his face out of the water as he gasps repeatedly for breath, the only successes being a few harsh-sounding grunts as he takes in air through a seemingly crushed throat. Sand sprays around a little with each of the devil's steps before his heavy boots dunk into the pool below, his body jarring as he hits solid ground and continues on toward Deity.::
Damn, you're quiet. That'll get irritating...
::As the boy releases his neck, he pushes himself up a little onto his right elbow, his attacker only feet away. He presses his hands to the hidden rocky floor below and starts to stand up, Fierce reaching his position and not hesitating to deliver a swift left kick to the midsection. The blow quickly lifts Deity onto his feet, though as he begins to fall down to his knees once more, one of the demon's clawed hands take a handful of black hair to hold him up.::
You can never beat me, you know... . . . . . . ...not with this sorta attitude, anyway.
::The demon effortlessly lifting the boy up and out of the water with one hand, Deity's slender arms weakly hold his stomach as he lets out a painful sigh, one eye closed as he looks down at Fierce. The redhead puckers his lips and furrows his brow, disappointed. The human boy still says nothing as he is glared at, which only evokes a snarl from his wolf-like alter-ego.::
Talk, damn you!
::In a single deft movement, Fierce releases Deity's hair and brings down his clawed fist, stepping forward with his right leg to lower his center of balance before sending a backhand toward his target's chest as he falls. He is surprised to have his attack met by the Orinian's right calf, his body curling up defensively before kicking back and away from the devil's arm. He backflips through the air once before landing with another splash of water on all fours, his left knee up and his pale red eyes on Fierce. The black-eyed monster stares at the other boy for only a moment, an expectant grin on his face. A raspy voice whispers across the distance between them as Deity stands, with effort, right arm holding his abdomen.::
...Deity can beat you in this place... Is that so?
::With an excited growl, the beast stands upright, a bright and deafening series of red lightning bolts jarring the horizon once again and lighting up the subliminal realm within which the two souls reside. He tilts his head to the left side, satisfied. Silent once again, Deity takes up a stance with his right forearm tucked behind his waist, shifting his left leg forward to keep the demon to that side. Fixing his eyes on Fierce, Deity lifts his left arm with his elbow been gently and aims his palm upward, his collected fingertips pointed toward his demonic adversary. His posture relaxed, Fierce just hangs his arms against his hips, his eyes piercing through the boy from under his brow. Silence consumes the realm even as the downpour continues, the occasional flash of lighting revealing the two figures to remain unmoved.
A stern, narrow look in his eyes, Deity releases a tense breath through puckered lips. As prepared for the struggle about to take place as he'll ever be, he gestures toward himself three times with his left hand, provoking his opponent to come at him. Happy to oblige, Fierce lets out a roar and sprints across the pool of rainwater to engage him.::
