|680| Masashi, Lee, Gobantai Taicho"Telling me to go. But hands beg me to stay. Your lips say that you love. Your eyes say that you hate. There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. Lee nodded in reply to Elisia's comment about eriko being fine and just needing rest knowing that very well. Still it would have been bad if she died before they had a proper chance to talk about what had happened before they left. Lee was not going to push a relationship down her throat but he did care for his fellow Taicho on a more than friendly level. At least that is what is heart was telling him for the moment though his mind was another story. "They will be fine Elisia-taicho just go help the others." Lee spared a glance at the battle going on as Yuki continued to fight Zenos wincing slightly as part of her neck was turned to stone. That was around the time Hei decided to hurl Nanashi straight at him receiving a slight glare from Lee as he stood up completely. Catching Nanashi did not go well with his lack of energy and the man collided with him sending him straight to the ground and almost knocking the air our of him. 'b*****d.'
Pushing Nanashi off him slightly it wasn't long before Elisia collected the large man to heal the hole in his stomach. Then came the reiatsu from Hei being in vizard form causing Lee to visibly sweat from it. 'When did he become so much more powerful?' Hei had always been powerful but his reiatsu had never been at this magnitude before. At least not to lee's knowledge or memory. Given his exhausted nature Lee could barely fight it off enough to breath let alone move. 'Damn.' Had he been at a normal state he would have been able to at least get to where he functioned normally albeit a lot slower but given his state it was hard enough to breath and move he dared not do anything else. Watching Nanashi wake up then subsequently flee the scene Lee scowled slightly catching a brief glimpse at the man's bare chest. Though the wounds were ignored simply because Lee figured he had imagined such extensive wounds since there weren't many that could live through such a thing.
"So ungrateful to the one that saved his life." Moving slowly back over to the others location Lee resumed his previous position beside Eriko gazing over at his Lieutenant with a somewhat questioning glance. They still had yet to be formally introduced though Lee knew very well who she was given the fact that he had did his research on the woman. After a moment Lee simply closed his eyes focusing on evening out his breathing and wishing that he had not used that last Bankai attack even if it had helped with Dolor's defeat. Being useless in this situation was not a good feeling and one lee did not want to get accustomed to. "Elisia-taicho now that everybody seems to be okay for the moment actually on second thought never mind. There isn't much I could manage to do anyway so don't waste your energy. You may be needed further." Yuki scolding Hei was slightly odd yet amusing at the same time not that the smile ever reached Lee's lips or eyes. Lee was known for his neutrality after all at least in terms of emotions since such things were not any place for a battlefield. Still there were times when such things slip.
"How is Tsukiko-taicho? Also if you don't mind I am kind of curious how long I was out and what happened afterwards Elisia-taicho?" That was around the time Lee noticed that the area had been turned to sand sending up a red flag given what he knew of Zenos' abilities. However there was very little Lee could do about it given the fact that he was so low on energy and Hei's monstrous reiatsu. "Uh Elisia-taicho I think it would be a good idea if everyone was to move away from the sand and perhaps the unconscious ones at least be moved to the sky temporarily. I get a bad feeling from the loose sand that used to be rock..."

584 ┏──────────────┓ xxΖenos Λthanasius xx[Immortal Stranger] xxxxαπό το έδαφος ┗──────────────┛ Malchut Sephira - Being of Lowliness
As if seeing his Cero Oscuras be swallowed was not surprising enough, him being suddenly palmed by Hei and thrown towards the streets caught him off guard plenty. Sure, Zenos had been expecting Hei to be somewhere around here, but he didn't think he'd be in any kind of fighting shape, much less walking around like nothing had happened. The man had been dead six hours ago and he was using Bankai like he had never been in such a state. It really is true; he just doesn't know the meaning of rules or limitations. Scientists and important people in the human world that surpassed limitations everyday would wither at his feet at the sheer ridiculousness that was Hakase Hei. Zenos himself could hardly believe it, and he had interacted with him more than once.
Crashing into the city, Zenos used his Δέρμα τιτανίου all over his body and left it there, using the density of his skin to less the damage to his body. As he skidded to a halt, he felt the sudden Reiatsu of a hollow fall all over the area. It piqued his interest as he was unaware that Hei had undergone Hollowfication, and he scanned the skies, spotting Hei wearing a mask. Grunting, but finding himself temporarily pinned to the ground with this new Reiatsu, Zenos could only wait out the explosion that followed the Cero and light beam. After the initial blast, he heard another roar, that being the sound of Yuki berating Hei, an act that amused him or frightened him as it was nothing he cared about to begin with. The only thing that concerned him was the fact that apparently Hei would not be participating in this fight, which bothered him very little as he didn't intend to stick around for much longer.
A few moments as he calmly rose to his feet, he spotted Yuki coming at at him in time to pull his torso back to lessen the blow of Yuki's lariat; or so he thought. The sudden feeling of a shock wave ripped through his throat, throttling the organ as it passed through to his spine and rattled it. Blood spewed from his mouth as his regeneration kicked in to fix the multiple cuts in his throat. He didn't even have a chance to grab at throat out of reflex before Yuki came up to kick him in his chest. A quick learner, Zenos solidly appeared just above the large pile of sand he had created out of the whole Hill. He actually stood atop the large pile, and was already moving the sand that was three feet away him so that he had a place to stand. Her leg would pass through his afterimage's chest while he wiped the blood from his lips.
"Orders." He answered simply, dropping his hands to his side and turning his palms outward as he slowly lifted them. The mass of sand lurched into the air, swirled around while airborne, then came crashing down onto Yuki as he dropped his hands in her direction. Leaning forward on his right foot and bending his leg at a slight angle, he spread his fingers out and a hundred metal spears materialized out of thin air in a half-sphere around Yuki, with twenty massive iron pillars behind them that he ordered to converge on Yuki from every direction but below. Ironically, and perhaps on purpose, the column of sand that Zenos was standing on was sitting on top of Tadashi's Zanpakutō. ...and thus the world is petrified. ►Translations◄

843 ◤xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx◥ Hakase Hei ◣xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx◢ "...allow me to show you a fate worse than death." Hei's eyes scanned the area for several seconds until he found himself looking upside down, then sideways as he fell towards the sand pile after being sucker-kicked by Yuki. Righting himself as he dropped towards the ground, he looked up and directly into Yuki's face as she began to shout at him for saving her. Even Hei was struck dumb and at a total loss for words when it came to a angered Yuki. He even went as far as to take a small step back as she continued to berate him and said things that had obviously been on her mind for a long time. Blinking, he let out a guttural breath and watched in stunned amazement as she did something to herself involving Shunko.
Somehow, he didn't see the head butt coming at all, and he suffered from whiplash as her head struck his mask and pushed it into face, cracking under the pressure of her Reiatsu and strength. At the mention of him getting no sex, he gulped and nodded quickly his eyes still wide in terror behind his mask. He feared nothing aside from an angered Yuki and the deaths of her and Tsukiko, and he was damn glad his mask was on so that his shock would not be registered. "I just... I... okay." He muttered as she moved away. Taking a moment to compose himself, Hei returned his face to the calm one he had shown in Modus Exaequaris, deactivated Bankai, and palmed his mask, then moved his fingers towards the others, forming a cone shape with them as his mask was reduced to Reishi and drifted away, removing the massive Reiatsu from the area.
His head turned when he heard his name called, and he looked to see someone he had not bothered to remember, asking him something about Tsukiko. Nodding stoically, he whisked himself away from the area and towards Tsukiko who lay near some other girl, that idiot who had been yelling, some other idiot he didn't know, and Lee. Bending at the knees, he eased himself into the seiza position next to his daughter. "Look at my daughter and I kill you right here, right now." He said as a warning to those present just before he tugged her robes open, baring her nude chest which was adorned with a pair of surprisingly realistic breasts. At a glance, he noticed that she had changed her skin, and this version was much more realistic, and he frankly he was proud as he admired her work while touching his index and middle finger to his chin. Cupping the right breast in his hand as though it wasn't even close to being strange, he cut around the base of the breast with scalpel, just nearly cutting the entire thing off before he folded the lump of flesh open to reveal a hard metal panel that he ran his finger across.
He located a small groove that he slid a small screwdriver into, it's origins being anyone's guess, and pried it open to reveal a surprisingly neat mass of wire. Removing his hands from her insides, he pressed his index fingers together at the tip, and then pulled them apart, creating an electrical current between the two appendages. Touching a white wire with his right index finger, the placed his left onto a metal rod within her body and grounded the circuit by touching his thumbs to a black wire. Almost immediately, her body twitched and jerked as Hei ran the electrical current into her body and essentially jump started it like a car battery. She jolted upwards, bending at the waist and sitting up fully as her chest cavity heaved up and down. Glancing down, Tsukiko saw that hands were in her circuits and followed the arms with her eyes to find Hei sitting next to her. She grinned sheepishly and then fell back onto her back to allow him to complete he procedure.
A few seconds later found Hei pointing his finger towards the replaced breast and releasing a very narrow beam of light from his finger that he used in place of a surgery laser in order to put the skin back together. Once he was done, he pulled up her robes like a doting father might, and then gave her a pat on the head just before he vanished from the area completely. Straightening her robes, Tsukiko looked over to Elisia and breathed a deep sigh, then moved her hand to her forehead and rubbed it. Sitting up once more, Tsukiko proceeded to check for full range of motion and let all aspects of her systems activate and deactivate if they could be deactivated. Finding everything to be satisfactory and in perfect order aside from the scar around her right breast, Tsukiko rose to her feet and slid over to Elisia and sat down next to her, leaned to the side, and rested her head on her shoulder. For now, all she could do was wait until Yuki was done with Zenos.
[Yes, I combined their posts. Deal. It won't be happening again.]

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxCAPTAIN】 Elisia jerked slightly as Tsukiko moved next to her, unused to the feeling that came every time the girl came around. Hei had disappeared, it seemed, but at least, he had managed to do his job and make sure that Tsukiko was alright again. That was a great weight off her mind, but she had other things to worry about. Reaching her hand around, she stroked Tsuki’s hair gently as she focused her mind on the other problems at hand. Tadashi had shifted nearby her and her eyes quickly scanned his solid shoulder. There was nothing that she could do for him for the moment. She pulled an apologetic look as she quietly said regretfully, “Your shoulder…I’m sorry. I could always attempt to burn it away with my acid, but I have a feeling that it would simply burn away your actual arm.” However, she did need to do something about that arm of his and the fact that he seemed exhausted. Unfortunately, if she carried him, she would be literally unable to heal or do anything at all. So far, she was the only person that was physically alright for the time-being, since Yuki and Hei would most likely be caught up in battling and Lee was drained by the looks of it. Her eyes fell on her little sister as she caught Zume’s eyes, before tilting her head towards Tadashi. Zume returned with a nod to show her agreement, so Elisia put that out of her mind for the meantime.
Her eyes darted towards Lee, as he spoke, asking her. To tell the truth, she hadn’t noticed he had been out, mainly because of the fact that she had been distracted with Dolor and Tsukiko. Obviously, the first half of the question about Tsukiko had been answered, so it would be useless to say anything about that. However, she replied somewhat absent-mindedly, “Dolor…was…destroyed, from what I remember. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but I think Aurelius transferred us back to her for one reason or another. Maybe they managed to strike a bargain or something like that?” Lee had mentioned the sand, which was also something she had been worried about but unsure of what to do. Wait a second. Move them to the sky? How the hell were they supposed to pull off something like that? Sure, she could airwalk, but the most she could do at this moment in time, was carry two people at once. Her abilities did not lie in the control of air or anything like that and there was no Kido that would carry them that high.
Shutting her eyes, she thought about it silently, reviewing the possibilities. She finally opened her eyes, fixating her gaze back on Lee. “Lee-taichō, I unfortunately cannot lift everyone towards the sky, since I do not control anything similar to the air element. I could try to grow trees, if I can find them under all this sand, taller towards the sky and then bring everyone up there. That’s the only thing I can think of doing for the moment.” A pondering look appeared on her face, as she put forward a thought, “But do you think this enemy would be able to manipulate the sands here? If he’s too engrossed with Sotaichō, maybe he won’t be able to do anything about us? Tsuki, what do you think we should do?” she looked at the girl on her shoulder, before dropping a quick kiss on Tsukiko’s hair. Elisia herself was no expert on tactics and the thoughts of an enemy, so it would be best to ask someone who knew what to do. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx【 SUZUME CHIYOKO 】 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxLoneliness hit me suddenly, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbut it’s only t h e n that I realized, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxafter all that I have ever DREAMED of, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI really don’t like F I G H T I N G ✿✿✿ Suzume had been shaking uncontrollably as the memories of how Nanashi had been impaled, rose over and over again. Despair stabbed her heart again, as she stared with fear at the Arrancar. They were doomed to die here, it seemed. She was about to start screaming at the Arrancar again, to distract him away from the others, but a small moment out of the corner of her eye caught her attention. Swivelling her head, she gazed on the figure of her sister, carrying another girl’s body. Relief set in this time, as she started to become aware of the fact that the Captains had most likely returned. They weren’t dead, after all. She struggled again, doubling her previous efforts to no avail. Now they had another problem. “Exactly how are we supposed to be able to get free of this blasted sto--” her voice cut off suddenly, as the stone hill suddenly turned into sand and she slid down the ‘waterfall’ of sand, unable to stop herself.
It was then that one of her worse fears revealed himself – Hakase Hei. Before long, she found herself placed under Hei’s right arm, feeling extremely uncomfortable due to the pressure that he was exerting on her. She didn’t struggle though, too frightened by him to actually do anything at this moment in time, except let out a small whimper. Damn. Inwardly, she kicked herself for being such a coward. Really, he couldn’t be that bad, right? As she thought this, she found herself being dropped as she flailed around, searching for the ground. Instead of the ground, she found herself on her sister’s lap, looking confused and absolutely dumbfounded as she attempted to adjust to the sudden change from when she had thought they were all going to die. She slid off her sister’s lap with little effort at all, her eyes shaded as she stared at the ground. However, her head shot up suddenly as she remembered Nanashi and Kyo, just in time to catch her sister taking Nanashi off to heal him. For a second, she reached out to stop Eli, but she bit her tongue back. He’d most likely prefer to have someone see his scars, rather than die from blood loss.
She nervously awaited his return back to consciousness, but his yelling definitely surprised her. Husband? He was a husband? WHAT?! For a few seconds, she hyperventilated, attempting to calm herself down. He was joking…right? Sorting out her thoughts quickly, she studied her Captain, who had been back too, it seemed. She hadn’t had the chance to properly introduce herself, except for saying that she was his Lieutenant, but that would wait for later. There were other more important things to worry about now, right? Her eyes briefly fell on the three unconscious bodies of Kyo, Eriko and that girl that her sister had been carrying. She was one of the few, it seemed, that was lucky to escape with no injuries at all, but that was mainly because of the fact that she had been absent of half of this battle. Sheesh. Catching her sister’s eye again, she promptly understood what Eli was trying to say to her, which was pretty obvious due to the tired state of Tadashi. She gave a firm nod, before moving towards Tadashi and slipping her body under his stone shoulder and arm as she supported him. Stone weighed quite a bit, it seemed. Not saying anything, she merely stood there, watching as Eli and her Captain attempted to figure out what to do, as she propped up Tadashi’s solid stone arm and shoulder with whatever strength she had left. She did, however, pay a great deal of attention to the girl who her sister had been holding, as the girl had then moved to lean on her sister’s shoulder. Even Elisia stroked and kissed the girl’s hair. There wasn’t…anything between them, was there? Ah well, that was a thought for another time, not now.

Tadashi in truth wasn't injured in a 'bleeding fatality wound' sense, but simply weak with exhaustion. His eyes lazily took in what was happening around him, and he also noticed what Hei was doing to Tsukiko. He looked away, a bit disturbed at what he'd seen and deciding to have it filtered out of his half-asleep mind in about five minutes. As Elisia looked him over, he was thankful that he was in a relatively safe area for the first time since the Exaequare had appeared just a few hours ago. He wasn't really in a mood to drift off to sleep, of course, but it was nice to know he had the option now. His mind got somewhat of a jumpstart when he saw Elisia's slight peck on Tsukiko's forehead. It was somewhat of a surprise, but not so much so that he commented or reacted much visibly.
"Thanks," he murmured to Suzume, gratefully shifting his weight on her shoulders. He probably wasn't even aware who she was at the moment...well, he wouldn't know who she was even if he was fully alert. A slight smirk suddenly appeared on his face as he wondered what Tenma would say to this pitiful picture - the smile vanished a second later when he remembered why Tenma wasn't saying anything.
Tadashi grunted and then spoke," Hey...Elisia...could you fix my flesh arm? I have to retrieve my zanpakuto..."
Despite this being a horrible idea, Tadashi couldn't stand the idea of leaving his sword down there. The hatred between him and his blade was actually the thing that formed their bond. Tenma was his true battle nature and his cruel clear logic, and without the sword to comment like it did so often made him feel a bit empty and insecure. It had been simple back when he'd decided to cast the Hado at Zenos and dropped the blade to do so. It was a simple matter of finding the sword on the ground if there was a later after Zenos's attack. Still, he wasn't feeling quite right when he said those words and likely would have just stayed quiet in any other situation.

Jūbantai-Taichō My Fears... Eriko shifted, rolling in the sand a bit. Despite being unconcious for this whole time, her Bankai had been active with the wings folded in tightly. However, as she came to finally, it deactivated silently. The black and green blew off of her body to reveal the standard Shinigami uniform. True to her emotions on the matter, her Haori appeared in between her and Lee instead of on her shoulders. Lee, he was there. The girl shifted some more, pulling herself up into a sitting position while rubbing at her forehead. What had happened since that blast? People were talking around her; snippets meeting her ears before turning the other way. He wanted a way to get everyone to the sky. Was Elisia there as well? Eriko allowed her eyes to open fully at this point to take in the drastic change in scenery. The Captains, they had returned and the Hill, it was gone. No, they were sitting on it. That was the only explanation that her mind could give since Zenos had not left Soul Society as yet. Yuki-Sotaicho had engaged him, it seemed. Nanashi was not there anymore. The other Lieutenants present, hurt but alive.
"If," she stated loud enough to be heard by the two or three people around her, bringing herself to focus on her more immediate of surroundings, "If you decide to do that or anything else, I will be willing to help." That took a little more strength that she would have liked to admit to herself. Grunting, she straightened herself, moved her Haori to her lap and stayed put, not altering the amount of space between her and Lee. She did not know what to say to him. Was it fear that kept her this much at bay? Her eyes traveled over his form from his hair to his chest to the rest of his general appearance. He seemed tired, drained even and it was most likely due to what had happened in the place of origin for the Exaequare. During her daze, parts of what Elisia had said about Dolor and the possible bargain had reached her. Her brows furrowed at this as she tried to understand what could have happened to them, to him. Slowly, she rested her hand on his nearer shoulder and met his eyes as best as she could. The words were right there on her tongue to say how happy she was that he, all of them had returned but as was to be expected with her unfamiliarity to all of this, nothing came out unfortunately and her hand left his shoulder at the same speed with which she had put it there. He should be able to understand what she had tried to say, right? xxx ...I would rather be without you.

There's truth in your lies. Doubt in your faith. All I've got's what you didn't take." Lee couldn't help but notice that Hei seemed to have been rendered speechless by Yuki scolding him something that Lee would have normally found slightly amusing. However Lee was simply amazed as Yuki used yet another form of her Bankai with the aid of shunko causing him to forget to be amused. He was reminded of why exactly he found Yuki's new power to be quite frightening as he pondered exactly how powerful she was and could be. Hei's new reiatsu disappeared leaving Lee to breath normally and causing the slight sweat to disappear leaving him to let out a small sigh. Closing his eyes as Hei moved near to fix Tsukiko back up Lee simply left his eyes closed in response to Hei's words. While Lee didn't fear Hei or his threats despite knowing Hei would certainly carry them out he had no desire to see any part of Tsukiko not covered in clothes. Not to mention the fact that Hei was probably going to have to open her up and some things were better left to the imagination. Feeling Hei's presence disappear Lee slowly opened his eyes letting them rest on Tsukiko for a moment before they moved to Elisia.
She was speaking to Tadashi at the moment about his petrified shoulder something that from what Lee remembered of Zenos in the past would disappear when his release was sealed right? "Leave the arm be for the moment. You are just going to have to live with it for the moment Fukutaicho. I imagine there is no real damage beneath it anyway. Elisia-taicho needs to remain as she is until the battle is officially over not that I suspect Yuki-sotaichō will be in need of medical attention. It simply pays to play it safe until the battle is over." Lee caught Suzume's staring but said nothing on it nor returned the stare as she moved to help Tadashi hold up his arm. Then came Tadashi asking Elisia to fix his flesh arm so he could retrieve his zanpakuto. "While fixing your arm may not be a bad idea I do not advise you attempt to retrieve your zanpakuto just yet."
The fact that Tadashi had not referred to Elisia with her title was somewhat rude in Lee's eyes since it was coming from someone of a lower rank though he said nothing on it. Simply nodding in response to Elisia Lee returned his gaze to Eriko noticing her change in attire for the first time. It seemed she had achieved bankai on her own after all and Lee took note of the wings. Then quite suddenly they blew off her body being replaced by the usual shinigami uniform and her haori though the haori wasn't around her. Watching as she sat up Lee examined her briefly to make sure she was alright before returning his gaze to Elisia as he was addressed again. Sighing again lee let her finish talk before simply shaking his head. "I would think it obvious that the possibility of him doing something because he was busy with her would have came to your mind. Do you not think he would do something simply to try and ease Yuki-sotaichō off him to give him enough time to escape if he decided to leave?"
It was a natural strategy that many enemies had utilized in the past to attack the subordinates or innocents to draw attention away from themselves. Eriko then spoke up about helping with whatever was decided something Lee found to be unneeded now that she was awake. "That won't be necessary anymore Eriko-taicho now there is only one unconscious person that needs to be taken care of. The rest of us can worry about ourselves at the moment. However there is a simple fix to this. Do you think you can perform Tozanshō Elisia-taicho? If so you can simple erect the barrier around all those who need it and if need be reinforce it with Kyōmon. I would do it myself but I can't just yet." Feeling Eriko's hand on his shoulder Lee stared into her eyes for a moment understanding the gist of what she was trying to convey just before her hand was removed. Using his pointer finger to move some more stray hairs off her face lee stood up letting his hand fall back down to his side.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa Sixth Division's Captain ◥ The Sixth Division Captain landed on a solid surface of reishi, as he induced an Air Walk under his feet. He was perched in the sky high above the once historical structure of Sōkyoku Hill, that had been recently turned into sand by Zenos Athanasius, the Arrancar responsible for the hostile actions. His azure blue surveying eyes the area below him. "Good... my Jigokuchō got to Kurihara-kun." He noticed the faint reiatsu of his Lieutenant. Of course, this was a hard feat, finding Kyo's reiatsu through Yuki, Zenos' and now Hei's reiatsu. A grit from his teeth was only audible to himself.
He looked to see Elisia was already doing her job as Medical Captain, and was tending to the injured. It wasn't a surprise to see inexperienced Captain and Lieutenants on their backs and injured. He was surprised to see a third seat was even here, and wasn't dead. And to even more surprise, he wasn't knocked out. He felt like he was hit by a train when Hei's reiatsu was released to retort to Zenos' cero attack. His vision was quickly brought to this location as he saw Yuki was getting heated in how she was speaking to Hei. A smile crept onto his lips. Looks like she was the best lion tamer, if Hei was even considered a lion. He turned his head with a sigh as Hei called his Vizard mask off. He watched him as he moved toward his daughter, Tsukiko. He was dumbfounded to see the father pull open his daughter's top. Tetsunosuke instantly covered his eyes and then peaked through his finger. "What the heck!?" He hissed under his breath as he watched Hei. It got worse when he cupped the girls boob. He'd never be able to look normally at Hei nor Tsukiko after seeing this. "She's not to-" Sakuzen Kosshi started. "SHUT UP!! Don't say it!" Tetsunosuke yelled in his head to Sakuzen Kosshi to interfere with him comment.
He Flashed Step toward the ground behind Elisia. "Thank you, Riyu-Taichō, for healing my Fukutaichō." He said softly and sincerely to her as he made his way past her and then Hei; ignoring him completely as he finished. His Shihakushō billowed to the left as Hei left the area completely. He glanced back to Tsukiko was back up, he had no emotion to show for this. He dropped down beside Kyo and sat on his knees and usual Japanese style. He looked up and over to the others, who were discussing. Tadashi concerned about his arm and being away from his Zanpakuto. And Lee who was talking to Elisia. "Masashi-Taichō, your words don't sound like they hold much hope in our Sōtaichō's capabilities to fend off this Arrancar intruder." Tetsunosuke finished his sentence by looking down at Kyo with unconcerned eyes. He patiently waited beside his Fukutaichō to wake up, almost temped to smack him away.

666 xxxxxxxxClimb the mountains and get their good tidings. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxNature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. Hakase Yuki 博士雪 Ichibantai Taichō
As soon as she felt that her leg was not connecting with anything solid, she spun around to see Zenos standing atop the sand. There wasn't much of a window to do anything before he proceeded to lift all of the sand in the meadow aside from a column he was standing on, then toss it up and throw it back down on top of her. She stepped forward to utilize Shunpo to get out of harm's way, but the amount of sand above her was too great, and she was unable to make it out all the way. Normally that amount of pressure would be something to be concerned about, but as long as Naihatsu was active, she didn't need to worry about such things and instead allowed the contact to grant her more kinetic energy. As soon as the sand settled, those who were not buried in sand would witness a large column of sand suddenly shoot into the air, riding the skybound pillar of Reiatsu that was released from her body.
This act gave her eyes the clearance to make out the spears and pillars that were coming her way, causing her to retrieve her tanto from her robes, and reforge it with the sand around her. "Hyakka Ryōran." Now clutching a nodachi, she began moving her sword arm rapidly, sending out dozens of crimson-tinged, semi crescent-shaped projectiles thought to be the by-product of her Reiryoku. These projectiles both cleaved the spears in half down the middle, and blew them away. It was unfortunate that 200 half-spears of steel would start flying everywhere else, possibly endangering her subordinates, but given the situation, there was little else she could do, much less take the time to knock them all away precisely. Ignoring that for the moment, she instead brought back to mind what she had heard him say just after he buried her alive. He had been following orders, and he didn't lie so she knew he was being serious. To her that just meant that he wasn't being irrationally hostile, but still made him an enemy again. Quickly fashioning a saya out of sand, Yuki sheathed the blade and held it at her side.
Stepping forward and pushing off the ground, Yuki dodged to the left to avoid a pillar coming from her left, and let out a small shriek as she narrowly avoided being struck from behind. As she ran up the pillar coming in front of her, she switched forms. It happened in nearly an instant; she cancelled Naihatsu and brought Taemanai Raikō Katachi forth by fusing Raikōhō and Shunkō. As she reached the top of the pillar, a gap of roughly 560 feet presented itself between herself and Zenos. "Ichi no Tachi... Iai..." At her last step, just as her right foot gripped the edge of the pillar, Yuki's entire body flashed light blue and instantaneously transformed into a loose, crackling ball of electricity that was visible for barely even a fraction of a second before it turned into a single bolt that shot skyward, sending Yuki in front of Zenos in 2.94 milliseconds. In a movement invisible to the naked eye, Yuki drew her nodachi and performed two lightning-fast strikes to Zenos, one down the middle of his body, and one across his waist. She used both the extreme force and speed of the Kendo technique, and the electricity of her body in order to cleave though Zenos's Titanium Skin. The damage would not make itself visible until after the familiar click of a sword meeting it's saya was heard, indicating that her move was completed. "Yoake Sayokyoku." Straightening up from the low stance she had been in to perform the move, she looked at Zenos with distant eyes while remaining on guard the entire time. "You might be an old acquaintance who recently saved me, but I know that you knew the consequences of attacking the Gotei 13. It's not something I can forgive, even if you were under orders." The winds will blow their own freshness into you, And the storms their energy, While cares will drop off like autumn leaves.

860 ┏──────────────┓ xxΖenos Λthanasius xx[Immortal Stranger] xxxxαπό το έδαφος ┗──────────────┛ Malchut Sephira - Being of Lowliness Αναζοωγόνηση: δεύτερο βήμα [Resurrección: Segunda Etapa] Seeing Yuki at the top of one of his pillars after dealing with his spears post haste, did not grant him enough time to react to the fact that she managed to bifurcate him not once, but twice. A look of surprise spread across his melancholic face as Yuki's words filtered into his ears and his body trembled from the electric shock of Yuki's blade. His fall backwards almost seemed like an eternity, and when he finally hit the ground, he was in four separate parts. His Reiatsu suddenly vanished, giving the illusion that he had died immediately. This thought was to be interrupted several moments later when six pillars fell from the heavens around him, touching face to face so that they surrounded him and left no gaps between themselves, trapping him with the space inside. Iron whiskers sprang to life, whipping across the one foot gap between the separate parts where they connected to the opposite side, and began to pull each part towards the other until his four parts were pushed next to each other, making him look like he just had a gash down his front and a gash across his waist.
Tirelessly they worked to repair Zenos, mending the clean cuts and reattaching nerves, blood vessels, tissue and rewired his brain so that it would recover from the shock of nearly dying. Several minutes passed until the pillars seemed to turn to dust, revealing that Zenos was whole again. He lay in the sand, breathing heavily, just before he grunted and rose to his knees, then to his feet, swaying slightly as he straightened up. His body appeared to be free of wounds at this point, but that was only because his Titanium Skin was still active. This was quickly gone as he seemed to shed it, revealing a strangely younger looking Zenos beneath. Streaks of grey that had been seen in place of the cut on his back were now taking the place of where he had been cut, giving him an odd appearance that was tacked onto his sudden younger appearance. Breathing heavily, he looked at his hands and noticed that his nails had lengthened and a quick check to his teeth with his tongue produced the same results in regards to his canines.
Stumbling back, Zenos coughed a small amount of blood and righted himself as he realized that nearly dying had forced his vampiric abilities to resurface. His ears were throbbing and the smell of blood was about to drive him mad; he had to bite someone. Frantically looking around, he spotted Kyo, the only one who could no longer fend for himself. With the last bit of strength, he released a Cero from his mouth at Yuki, and turned towards Kyo, stepping forward and materializing a volley of bala that was used to distract rather than harm. Speed-blitzing the lot of them, he grabbed Kyo by the collar, right under Tetsunosuke's nose and vanished with him as soon as he had become visible. He disappeared into a garganta that he had drawn, and stepped onto a shaky looking pathway as it snapped shut behind him. Now safe from being interrupted, Zenos held the Shinigami up by his hair, parted his lips to bare his teeth, then sank his fangs into his neck and immediately began to drink his blood. He almost lost it as he did so, as his senses were going crazy and his mind was reeling with the frenzy of the sudden actual lust for the taste of blood. For a full two minutes, he sucked at the wound as he felt his strength return to him and once he was finished, he released his neck, and reopened his garganta, stepping out into the air above the meadow.
Pulling his arm back, he hefted Kyo high over his head, then roughly threw him back down towards the ground. His bite wounds would still be bleeding, and he would die if not treated within a minute. The bite wounds would never go away even if they were sealed, and the force of his bite would leave bruises around his neck for quite a while. Licking his lips, he let out a Reiatsu that seemed more powerful than before, and pointed at the sand below him, then waved his hand towards the area that Sōkyoku had once been, causing the sand to fly towards that area, then rebuild the Hill and revert to it's older form upon his command. This did two things, first it removed the sand column to reveal Tenma, and it also demonstrated to Yuki that he was still quite powerful. A garganta ripped open behind him and he stepped back inside it, disappearing as it slammed shut, fading away to reveal a seamless sky. Sometime just after his demonstration of power, Zenos sealed his Resurrección. This act would turn Tadashi's arm back to normal and remove the stone on Yuki's neck. However, both Shinigami would find that those areas would be quite uncomfortable and painful to use for a while, an aftereffect of having the blood in the veins turned to stone as well.

⋆⋆⋆∥ELISIA xRIYU ☇【squadxfourxCAPTAIN】 Elisia simply nodded to Tetsunosuke, to show that she had heard his thank you, before focusing on Tadashi, this time taking in the full damage of his other shoulder. Oops. Cursing herself for getting distracted again, she patted Tsukiko on the hair before standing up in one swift movement. With her fingertips, she slightly touched his non-stone arm, noticing the fact that it seemed broken, or more specifically, out of its socket. “Chiyudō #30: Iyashi,” she muttered to make sure that nothing she did would hurt him. Placing her hands on his arm, she pushed it back into its socket in one sharp and deliberate shove. She summoned a smile as she told him, “It should be alright now, I think.” However, her smile quickly changed into a frown as she advised him, saying, “I don’t think you’d be able to retrieve your zanpakuto now…it would be too dangerous. Sotaichō might accidentally injure you and that Arrancar would definitely go out of his way to hurt you.” Of course, she was in no state at the moment to stop him if he was entirely desperate, since that would merely drain her even more of her energy.
Her gaze briefly fell on Eriko, who luckily had awoken, although she still was most likely tired from her ordeal. Since Lee had managed to reassure the girl, there was not much point in simply repeating the same things over and over again. However, now she found herself wondering about what the relationship between Lee and Eriko was. Lee had been worrying over the girl and now that Eriko was awake, she was placed her hand on his shoulder, obviously attempting to tell him something. Ah, well. Taking a few steps forward, she pretended to accidentally trip over a non-existent rock on the ground as she gently pushed Eriko towards Lee. She did this firmly but softly enough so that it wouldn’t hurt either of them. This should be interesting. Just as she thought this, the voice of her irritated zanpakuto spirit echoed in her mind, A Captain really shouldn’t be playing the fool. Concentrate on the problems at hand, instead of daydreaming about other things! Wincing slightly at the harshness of Huang, Elisia sighed, before turning her mind over the problem at the meantime.
She furrowed her eyebrows as she thought about what Lee had said. For a few seconds, she merely stayed quiet before saying, “I see what you mean and yes, it would be best for us to move. I can perform Tozanshō, Lee-taichō. I think that’s the best idea we have so far, so I’ll get right to it.” Gathering her resolve and her energy, she began to use Bakudō #73: Tozanshō, about 10% done when out of the corner of her eye, she became aware of a volley of bala which were heading their way. Damn. In a swift movement, she took several steps in front of the others in that direction, before putting in one last burst of energy in her barrier. The bala shattered the hastily-erected barrier on impact, but when she swung her head around to make sure that the others were alright, she just caught a glimpse of the Arrancar disappearing with Kyo. Uh-oh. Shunpo’ing, she darted back to where the others were, looking at the spot where Kyo had vanished. She gritted her teeth together in a mixture of frustration and anger. What a coward, attacking the currently weakest and unconscious member of the Shinigami. Her body was tense, waiting for him to reappear at any time. It took a few minutes, but eventually she spotted the ever-familiar figure of the Arrancar, holding Kyo, before throwing Kyo down onto the ground.
Paying no more attention to Zenos, she shunpo’ed over to Kyo, kneeling down next to him. There was a fair amount of blood showing, and there was a high chance he could die if she didn’t heal his wounds fast enough. “Chiyudō #29: Kagenui,” she whispered as dark threads started to stitch up the wound. The darkness left behind unfortunately made it hard for her to see, but she noticed the fact that there were several bruises around that bite wound. Pulling a syringe out of her pouch, she forced her body to produce copious amounts of blood, before drawing out blood into the syringe and transferring her blood to Kyo several times, using different needles each time. The tiny wounds the needles had made, soon sealed up before Elisia sealed up her own and wrapped the used syringes up in a snap-lock bag. She sat herself down beside him, feeling a little exhausted from everything that had happened today. ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬

ɪςϦɪЪɑȵȶɑɪ ϨɑȵʂϵӃɪβʆɑʗӃ☆Ϩȶɑɽ 『 Black Star exhaled deeply as Hei's monstrous Reiatsu feel on them. Black Star felt ashamed to be feeling such a strong power. He squinted his eyes as he looked down at his hands which were resting to his sides. He didn't have time to react as Elisia quickly came over to him and started forcing him to lay flat on his back, and then covered his face. He felt comfortable though, enough to fall asleep. "Tch, I'm such a big star, pain doesn't even faze me. Hya!" Black Star said as she spoke. Otherwise, he'd be watching her perform the surgery on his ribs. While the Haori covered his face, he almost drifted to sleep, and as soon as he was about to, she lifted the veil over his eyes. His hand was fiddling with the capsule of pills after she handed them to him. "I don't think I'll need 'em, but thanks anyways, doc'. I'm feeling just fine. Thanks again." He said after raising up. He could breath easier, and the affect of chiyudo #30 was wearing off. After Elisia left to tend to the other Shinigami, he simply laid there in thought.
After lying there for a few, Black Star managed to his feet, probably over doing it in Elisia's opinion; but otherwise, it was normal Black Star fashion to be pushing himself. He felt a little dizzy at first and stumbled back toward a tree. Just as he rose up, a bala flew past and slammed against Elisia's makeshift barrier. "Dan-" He surveyed the area and saw Kyo had disappeared. Black Star darted forward, but instantly coughed and doubled over. A small amount of blood was found on his palm after he wiped his mouth. He swiped the bloody hand across the grass as he stood back up and slowly walked forward. By then, Kyo had be dropped like some toy and was now be treated by the Medical Captain. He looked up to watch the seam of the sky close completely, leaving no traces of the Arrancar besides the obvious. He stood and watched as Elisia healed Kyoshiro, but he wasn't hovering over her. His eyes scanned the shinigami around him. Nanashi was gone, he wondered when and where he had went off to. Black Star was slightly hunkered over, and his arms hung lifelessly beside him.

Jūbantai-Taichō My Fears... Eriko sighed as Lee stood; her forehead tingling for a few seconds. Tetsu's presence had made no impact on her intially but his little comment about Lee's suggestion caused her to look over at him and blink. "Tetsu-Taicho, your words sound like you don't understand his." It was not said out of spite or some twisted form of protection for Masashi-Taicho. Simply, it was how she felt. Deciding that nothing else should be added, the young Taicho averted her focus to the ongoing battle between Yuki-Sotaicho and Zenos. Frankly, the current Sotaicho amazed, frightened and pissed her off. It was not a personal thing though. As her eyes tried to follow them and the changes in Yuki's choice of offense, Eriko hugged her knees to her chest in an attempt to console her insecurities with the knowledge that she was still inexperienced. The gap between the powers of her and the woman battling against Zenos was vast but not a predetermined constant. However, this amateur pity party was disrupted by spears falling from the two, heading right for her grounded group. Silently, Eriko waved her hand in an arc to conjure an Enkosen shield that would protect most of the others by taking the hits for them and cracking to pieces after that.
She sighed when Zenos' reiatsu fell, taking it as the sign that it was that this was almost over. The pillars were unsettling but without the chance to see what was happening to him, she ducked her head to her knees only to raise at the noise of falling dirt. Something was wrong though. Firstly, the Arrancar was one whole being again. Secondly, he appeared much younger for a reason that she could not decipher as yet. Intrigued by him since the beginning of his attacks against them, Eriko watched carefully as he scanned their small crowd for something! He had approached them, she knew but his present movements were too quick for her eyes. While looking around to see what, if any, damage that he had induced, she found herself being knocked into Lee's side when Elisia passed by her, tripping over something. Immediately, the young woman pulled herself away without looking up to see his reaction. The Yonbantai-Taicho was on the move and she wanted to know the reason.
Apparently, Zenos had taken Kyo. It was a less than honorable move but probably held its own purpose. Now, Elisia was with the Fukutaicho of the Sixth Division, healing him from whatever it was that Zenos had done to him. She looked at the skies again. The Arrancar was gone. He had restored Sōkyoku Hill before disappearing though. Oh boy, this had been a very hectic day and even with the threat absent for the moment, there were casualities and unresolved issues. People had to be informed, updated. Hastily, Eriko stood up, dusted her clothes and gazed around at the others as well as their environment. Ironically, it appeared as if nothing had happened since Hakase Hei's funeral, which reminded her that she had seen someone that resembled him greatly. It was not lost on her what it meant. Denial seemed to work better until certainty stepped in.
[Edited.] xxx ...I would rather be without you.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa Sixth Division's Captain ◥ Tetsunosuke felt like ninja chopping Kyo in the throat; this was ridiculous, even he would have already gained consciousness. He glared over to watched Yuki's battle. While doing so, his vision was drawn toward the other Shinigami. Tadashi had be wanting to go after his sword, while Elisia said it was ill advised, Tetsunosuke would have said: I don't care, I'm not your mom; but that was Tetsunosuke. 'More like Yuki would do somethin' on purpose...' Tetsunosuke smirked briefly at his thought. "No kiddin' I'd pay money ta see that. Hyaaha." Sakuzen Kosshi comment on Tetsu's thoughts. He inhaled a few small laughs with a sly look on his face. Tetsunosuke was playing with the thoughts to much, so he had to suppress them somehow.
Tetsunosuke decided to come out of his kneeing position as Elisia had begun to cast her Kido. His eyes drew past this though, he watched as Yuki's fight seemed to end. Zenos had fallen into four pieces toward the ground. But pillars had fallen out of the sky and landed on him. "What th-" He watched as a younger looking Zenos arose from the now dusted pillars. The Arrancar seemed weakened. A relief that was to see. He saw Zenos look toward his direction, but more so, to Kyo. His eyes widened as a volley of Bala headed toward them. Tetsu did the only thing out of impulse and stepped in front of his Lt. to protect him. But it appeared the Elisia had guarded them. When he turned to look back at Kyo, Zenos had just grabbed him and entered into a Garganta; in which Tetsunosuke leaped toward where the throat had been. "DANGIT!" He cursed as he frantically looked around. Beads of sweat had appeared on his brows. His heart pounded in his throat. A frantic look came over him briefly as he shifted, looking around for Kyo. Another heart beat came by without another sign of him. Suddenly, he appeared, Zenos had thrown him with such brutality and disrespect. Tetsu had managed to Shunpo toward Kyo and catched him in his arms in a bridal formal style. He slowly lowered him onto the grass as Elisia hastily came to treat him. "Why did he do such a think to him?" Tetsunosuke asked aloud as he stood up and took a step back to give Elisia room to work. The sight of the blood didn't bother him, it was the smell of blood that made him light headed and want to faint. He watched as she finished up. Elisia looked weary, which made Tetsunosuke held concern towards her. "Riyu-Taicho... are you all right?" He asked her. The Captain stood idly by his subordinate once more, waiting for him to snap into reality any second and gawk around at everyone. ◤
