Lettuce was disappointed and entertained by the prize box. While a lot of these toys were fun to look at, and he was not above pocketing a few into his egg basket, he had not an egg.
He quickly went after the purple phony and blinked slowly at all the land animals. He stayed far from the pony, it was a bit strange that one was penned up like the rest of the animals. He soon stumbled upon the guinepigs
Ohno. Yushika's one weakness: animals. A screech attempted to wiggle from her throat, halted instead by a tiny and excited sigh. Scooping up her basket, she immediately headed right to the sheep. Hey, she had a history of sheep and wool from back when her family ran a yarn company. They always had given her the best of luck.

Slowly, Zen's ears lofted, surveying the animals with a smile forming. Slowly, the horrors of the previous rooms was beginning to disappear - which meant they'd probably be back again later - but it was a nice sense of peace to see all the happy, otherwise nonchalant critters.
The babben decided on the fluffiest one -- that wasn't so much bigger than he was. Interested, he visited the sheep, tail wagging.
Who didn't love llamas? At least the little cub liked those furry animals, sort of reminded her of fluffy clouds that you can ride on, so who could say no to that. They sure looked hilarious in the face too... Perhaps there could be an egg hidden in all that fluff.

C. A small flock of hens!
Chickens = eggs.
It was obvious, perhaps too obvious, but Shrill X made a beeline towards the small flock anyway, gently nudging fluffy butts aside and checking through their nesting materials.
"The Flockmother provides," she muttered under her breath in a reference that only two people would ever understand while simultaneously breaking the most important directive of the Order of the Blessed Eggs.
Twilight was so excited about her egg find! She couldn't believe it! She had just checked over by the skee ball cause she wanted to play it... She didn't really think that there would be an egg there! What an awesome surprise!
When they walked into the next room, Twilight got REALLY excited! She loved animals! This would be an awesome hunt. She would certainly try and pet all the pretty things that were out and about. Animals were her favorite thing!
She giggled as she went off to check for some eggs and pet ALL the animals.

D. A pony!
As soon as Diamond saw it, her eyes went round and wide (and possibly star-shaped).
"A real live pony," she whispered, seemingly oblivious to the irony.
Scuttling over to peer at it up close, she whimpered, "Mommy, I want one."
Not that she could really ride it, but, y'know.

It probably WAS too expected, and too mercenary, and too obvious...but Fireflight wandered over to the hens anyway, because he liked them, and this was a Phonyland thing. Who didn't like hens. "Bawk bawk."
While Wisp went through the box, she was surprised that the first time that really caught her eye was in fact an egg. Quickly she grabbed it, but made a mental note to maybe come back later and try a finger trap.
Next at the petting zoo, the animal that Wisp was most interested in was a llama.

If you chose B...
The llama at the petting zoo is a very kind, easy-going creature. He munches hay while eggs are searched for; mostly he ignores the visitors around him or sniffs at them curiously. He wiggles his ears and twitches his tail from time to time. But llamas are known to be temperamental, and so some people he glares at a little harder than others. If you rolled an even number, you are good to go- the llama appreciates your presence and nuzzles you as you search for eggs, eventually finding one buried in the straw. But if you rolled an odd number, the llama eyes you warily. It seems you’ve thrown off his groove, and you stay back, lest you be spat upon.
If you chose C...
The hens cackle and cluck, fretting over each other and imaginary worries- but they certainly seem to appreciate the attention! They scratch at the hay, looking for bugs, and occasionally hop up on a back or bent knee. Actually, make that more than occasionally- if you’ve gone into the chicken pen, it’s likely you’re completely covered in bird at this point. Doubly so if you have wings; the chickens have accepted you as one of their own. A few of the hens do have nest boxes. If you rolled an even number, you decide to check one of those out and pay dearly for it these hens do NOT want you taking their eggs. Sheepish and henpecked, you retreat, sans Easter egg. However, if you rolled an odd number, you realize that nobody, not even Jump Scare, would be that obvious. You have better luck searching elsewhere and retrieve an egg!
If you chose D...
You approach the pony, a sweet, gentle creature. His flanks are a lovely dappled grey, and his brown eyes are sweet and soothing. You feel like you can trust this pony. He’d never lead you on an awful egg hunt. He’d never introduce you to a million spiders. A basket of apples sits nearby; perhaps he’d like one? As you reach in to take one, you notice that there’s Easter eggs in there! You take one.
However, that’s just if you’re human. If you’re a phony, the Uncanny Valley creeps the pony out too much. You are shaped like him… sort of… but you are a thing that SHOULD NOT BE. The pony stares at you, eyes wide. He makes worried nickering noises when you approach. You are either heartbroken or relieved, depending on how you feel about the pony, but you find no eggs.
If you chose E...
The sheep are wonderfully fluffy. Their wool’s been brushed so it’s cloud-soft to the touch, and their quiet bleats are comforting. They are very affectionate sheep, butting gently against you as you pet them. They’re all wearing collars with bells on them, ostensibly to keep track of them- but the bells don’t ring metallically. They clack, almost as if something’s been stuffed inside them. It doesn’t take long to realize that each of the sheep has had an Easter egg stuffed in their bell!
However, that’s just if you’re a phony (or some other animal). If you’re a human, the sheep stare at you and edge away when you come near. They’re mighty peculiar sheep, and it’s almost as if they don’t really trust you. Anything on four legs is good, but anything on two legs is baaaaaaaa-d. All phonies who approached the sheep receive an egg; all humans who approached the sheep receive no egg but do get a valuable lesson about the influence of propaganda.
If you chose F...
The guinea pigs whistle and chirp happily at the attention. They’re not the biggest animals, but they’re certainly cute- their little noses twitch back and forth as they run and play. Oh gosh, they’re cute. And they have super cute little houses to hide in! One of the guinea pigs runs into her hutch. You peek inside and see- an egg! After she comes back out, you reach in and grab it. You certainly wouldn’t want her to feel crowded. Everybody who chose the guinea pigs gets an egg.
