Kitomyx As one who went for the center of attention, the dark brown colt darted for the center of the room. He didn't seem to care that others were taller or had wings to reach higher places. Overcoming the obstacle of height was simple when an alicorn relative of his was busy attempting to demand eggs from their host. Seeing his opportunity, Boss Revel took a running start and lept for Faire's back from which he planned to spring onto the upper shelves beside her.
Lady Faire screeched at the impact of tiny hooves. Her beautiful dress was going to be dirtied by this low-born ruffian! Just because they were strangely related though science did NOT give him a reason to treat her like a launching pad. She was his superior in every way.
"Don't think I will stand for this! I will have you put in the stocks by the main entrance! You will learn respect."
Scaramouche Fandango Jump Scare cackles at the alicorn. "Sorry, lady- rules are rules! And I never break the rules." You get the feeling he's lying. "You'll have to search for eggs, just like everybody else!"
As she was straightening her gown, she was given a second indignation. Lady Faire took out her righteous fury on the goofy looking creature.
"Knave! How dare you speak to me in such a manner. Do you not know your place? I will crush you like the bug that you are. Once this cruel game of yours is over, I will see to it that your loose tongue is removed. You shall rue the day that you thought to deny me!"
At this point, Lady Faire thought it couldn't get worse, and then a pile of dusty, old Fireflight plushes fell on top of her. Clearly that reckless colt was to blame for this. In his haste, he must have been the one to break the shelf. "Maybe the stocks are too good for you!" she shouted at him, "Family or no, I will have your head for this!"
Frustrated with how this was going, she stormed into the next room, and kicked a box. |

Snickering at the sound his half-sister emitted, Boss stuck out his tongue and blew her a raspberry. Though it may have been hard to tell they were related, if there was one thing they had in common, it seemed to be their haughty attitudes. Each both considered themselves better than everyone else no matter what anyone else said or thought.
Unfortunately, being a foolhardy foal in addition to this, the earth phony didn't realize the upper shelves were a bad perch and soon came tumbling down with them. He had barely pulled himself out from the landslide of Fireflight plushies when he heard Jump Scare announce that it was time to move on. If there were any eggs left among the mess of scattered stuffed phonies, there was no time to seek them out.
'Lady' Faire was yelling at him again, but instead of adding to his disappointment, she seemed to unintentionally improve it. After all, she didn't seem to have found any eggs either.
"All bark an' no bite," he laughed at her, hurrying to get ahead in case she decided he was in range for vengeance. "Yer not a queen; you don' have anyone to do yer biddin'. An' I can' see you gettin' yer own precious hooves messy to cut someone's tongue out or take off their head, so those are all jus' empty threats, sister."
Once he was far enough away from her, he arrogantly held his head a little higher and added, "By the way, only babben an' decrepit ol' phonies get handicaps. If yer askin' for eggs to be given' to you, that mean yer too ol' to get 'em yerself?" He flashed her a wicked grin. "'Cause yer not gettin' any younger."
D. A container
Determined to get in and out of the next room as soon as possible, Boss spent but a moment taking in the various hiding places of the next room before hurrying over to one of the many shipping containers lying around. Maybe he could even use it as cover or shelter if Faire actually decided to attack him. Even if he found no eggs, at least her temper would make the game worth it.
