He seemed to ignore the part about why he was interested and was more focused on the repenting part of the coversation. Shaking his head as he took a sip and grined.
"Repent, for what? We have life, one shot, no others as long or as short as it. We never know when it will end, never try to repent for things you did. You did them, that was your choice and if you feel regret what can you do other then regret it and move on. Don't live in the past for what you did, remeber it but move on with what lays ahead.
As for interest, you could say I am just bored and need someone to talk to."

With a delicate sigh, Miyuki slipped herself onto one of the barstools that remained unoccupied in the Orion. Her eyes, still heavy-lidded with happiness and envy of the beauty she had surrounded herself in moments before, she reached over and grabbed a glass, unsure if there was a bartender nearby that would be willing to take her order. She had grown accustomed to getting her own drinks, as she had been informed she was allowed to do on several occasions. Gently setting the glass down in front of her, she turned her head upward to look at the drinks that she could choose for this evening.
However, she was momentarily brought out of her thoughts as she heard voices around her. She hadn't even noticed that there were others occupying the area around her. Glancing over with bright, azure eyes, she allowed herself a lingering gaze on each of them before looking away once more, again intent on that drink she wanted. She wasn't much for stirring up a conversation, which was probably why she normally kept to herself when she came in here. It seemed everyone else knew everyone else, and so, they didn't need to introduce themselves to someone new if they didn't want to.
"Lucky sons of bitches..."
Miyuki had intended on mumbling it, but it came out as more of a loud whisper, if anyone had been able to catch it. Wrinkling her nose, she leaned up against the counter to grab a bottle that she saw. Her stomach was pressed flat on the countertop at this point, as her arms stretched to get to the drink she had spotted. Her fingers were mere centimeters from her goal, even daring to brush against the glass before she finally lunged forward just enough to grab the neck of it. With a triumphant smile, she pulled herself back onto her seat and began to pour her winnings.

He grined to himself as he took another sip of his scotch. His mind aflare with combos he would try as he got prepared for his first actually Club Orion fight in a long a** time.
