Rawr!! Fact: A jiangshi, also known as a Chinese "hopping" vampire, ghost, or zombie, is a type of reanimated corpse in Chinese legends and folklore. It is typically depicted as a stiff corpse dressed in official garments from the Qing Dynasty, and it moves around by hopping, with its arms outstretched. It kills living creatures to absorb their qi, or "life force", usually at night, while in the day, it rests in a coffin or hides in dark places such as caves

Rawr!! Fact: Due to the humid and moist conditions that a sloth lives in, moss and other similar plants will sometimes grow in its hair. Sloth’s also have very bad eyesight. These two factors can sometimes culminate in a sloth grabbing its own arm, whilst thinking it is a branch, and falling to its death!

It is believed to have descended from a number of meat and fur breeds, possibly including the Steenkonijn (Stone Rabbit—referring to the old Belgian weight size of one stone or about 3.76 kg (8 lb 5 oz)) and the European "Patagonian" breed (now extinct).

Rawr!! Fact: Werewolves are sometimes also called “Lycanthropes”. This term comes from Ancient Greek words “Lukos” (meaning “wolf”) and “Anthropos” (meaning “human”). The origin of the Lycanthrope idea dates as far back as to the 5th century BC when a renowned Greek historian Herodotus mentioned a tribe from Scythia that transformed into wolves once every year for several days, and then changed back to their human shape.
