♪ Have you ever encountered such a beautiful melody? ♪ ═══════════════════════╕ After Kyo left the flames he quickly prioritized the Shinigami hospital. Once there he helped where he could while watching for any attackers as the members of the Yonbantai rushed the last of the injured into a Senkaimon to whatever emergency location they had set up for continued treatment. As he moved to one gurney it particular he saw a familiar face. She was one of the few lucky Hachibantai members to survive his inner…no his assault. The girl had a neck brace and was barely conscious but she was alive. Kyo couldn’t help but break down at this sight. Tears began to fall freely from his face and he clutched the young girl’s hand. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. It’s my fault. I…I let everyone down. It’s all because I can’t control this monster inside of me. I promise I’ll make it right. No one will have to suffer because of my mistakes anymore,” he said with his eyes closed tightly as he continued crying. The sudden feeling of her fingers closing around his cause him to open his eyes and look at her. Kyo was shocked to see her smiling and shaking her head what little she could. She was trying to let him know that she didn’t blame him for what happened. He looked on, speechless. Even after what he’d done to her she found the strength to forgive him and in doing so she had given him the strength to do what he needed to do.
Shortly after a Yonbantai nurse came and wheeled her away too. He watched as the last of them made their way through the Senkaimon to safety then he himself left, leaving the hospital and making his way to the frozen ruins of the Shinigami Police HQ as two large explosions rocked the landscape. “No doubt a safety measure to ensure no sensitive information falls into the enemy’s hands,” Kyo said to himself as he used a shunpo to reach the top of the building. He had long cancelled his bankai and was now holding his Zanpakuto in his right hand. He sighed as he looked across the landscape at the Seireitei, now reduced to ruins in many places. He turned to face Neida when he felt her presence near him. He couldn’t help but chuckle at her statement. “If only that were the case, Arrancar. I do not intend to prove anything to anyone. I am only performing my duty and ensuring justice for the lives lost here." He noticed that she had taken up a fighting stance to defend herself from him if need be. He simply waved his hand at this before continuing to speak. "You do not have to be on guard. I have no intention of fighting you.” Kyo paused momentarily as he looked down at his zanpakuto. “Let me ask you this? Are you afraid of death? Even though I am called a death god, I am terrified by it. The mystery of what will become of me has always left a cold chill down my spine. So much so, that I was considering running away and going into hiding. That was, until a few moments ago. Seeing someone face their attacker and have the strength to forgive them has given me the strength to face my own death...the strength to restore my honor.” Kyo pulled Zetsumeireiki from its saya, letting the sheath drop to the ground. He then turned the blade on himself before plunging it into the right side of his gut. Fighting the raging pain and his mind’s reflexive screams to stop, Kyo pulled his katana to the left then turned it and pulled it up his abdomen to the base of his ribcage effectively disemboweling himself. He dropped to his knees as the pain pulled all the strength from his muscles. He blacked out and his breathing became labored as his pants and the roof became soaked with a rapidly increasing pool of blood. After a few moments his hands finally released the hilt of his blade and fell limply to his sides as his breathing ceased. It was there, on the roof of the Hachibantai that he had so loved and yet had been destroyed by his own hands that Captain Kyoshiro Kurihara of the Gotei 13 passed on by his own blade. His honor restored and his sense of justice intact.

1,288 Get it out of my face Ori was still staring at Tsukiko when she started shouting termination orders for the Seireitei. His eyebrow quirked and, to say the least, his mood had turned most foul. Clenching his fist as his cheek began to regenerate on its own, Ori yelled to her, “I will be after you first you annoying little twit.” Lifting his balled fist into the air Ori threw it off to the side, simultaneously throwing out a Bala that would whistle down to the ground and create a cratered depression. Scowling heavily, Ori was incredibly irritated with the action of his own subordinates in this little war. “AHHHHH!” Ori yelled out with a rolling sigh that was louder than intended, but it still happened. What had happened to his order? What had happened to the high strung Sephira he knew he had below him?
At this thought, Yuki interjected her thoughts into Ori’s own, though this was done audibly and not telepathically. His eyes slid to her as she stood like a haughty rich woman in a doorway. “Tch. I do not need you to perceive me and voice it. Who was it? Sōtaichō? Yes, I could care less about what you feel I am. You will see in due time when I am truly, serious.” Just as Yuki vanished, the Seireitei had begun to break down, or rather parts of it. An explosion occurred both just below Ori, and at the 12th Division Labs, of which were unknown to him at the moment. The explosion below him were trivial in his presence, to say the least about them, and he silently released quickly, feeling now that Ciel was dead that the seal on him was lifted, and a circular orb would seem to appear around Ori as the explosion enveloped his area. This orb was where the flames roared by him and were broken down to simple air and then converted to oxygen with a thin 1inch layer at the edge of CO2 that would aid in the stopping of flames.
Once the explosion was done, Ori pushed the orb out, spreading the smoke around him, and found Neida first, unluckily for her sake. Just as he was about to move, however, the EMP blew and he felt its wave over his body, though it did nothing to him, he knew the power that it stopped. Sighing outwardly at the loss of knowledge, the breath rolling off his lips, Ori looked back to Neida and a comical vein popped from his temple as he balled his fist. He was suddenly gone and behind Kyo, just after he ended his life. Before he could fall over, Ori grasped the man’s head and lifted him from the group, his blood seeping from the wound onto the ground. “Poor Neida…If you would have killed him instead, I would not have to punish you as I would everybody else…” Ori’s eyes became but slits and his bright blue pupils shining between the small space are the only things that even revealed he was looking directly at Neida. His Reiatsu poured from his gaze, directly to Neida’s forehead, to her head, and his painful Reiatsu would pour all over her body. It would feel as though her body was receiving lacerations on every part of her body. This focus of his power should be enough to bring her to her knees, if not all fours. “For me to come so late in the body and only see Zenos managed to critically wound anyone, is a huge disappointment in all of you, albeit Zenos lost his life, for the most part. This will change. You have, at the minimum, nine months to better your skills. You know of these Shinigami, now. Do not waste this knowledge on idleness. Do you understand, Neida.” Releasing his gaze from Neida and tossing Kyo aside like a ragdoll, Ori sighed heavily. He spotted Arian as well.
Vanishing from his spot and simply solidifying next to Arian, Ori placed his right hand onto the man’s left shoulder, clenching softly. “Poor Arian. You and Sakuya lost the most in this battle; your underlings and your battles. Everyone seems to find this little battle as a victory. You all are ignorant.” Ori focused all of his Reiatsu to fall on the man, giving him the same feeling that was given to Neida, the feeling of a blade lacerating every inch of their body at once. Ori’s clenched fist became harder on the man’s shoulder and he scowled into his ear. “Nine months! That is the minimum you have to fix your mistake! I will not tolerate a loss again! They retreated. RETREATED you fools!” Ori was now voicing his words to everyone present, which was a task given the vast area he had to have his voice travel, “This was no victory! This was all of you getting lucky. If they had not left, you all would be dead; which is exactly how I will be leaving you the next time we battle and you all loose.” Ori would then release both his Reiatsu and his grasp on Arian’s shoulder before turning and stepping forward to Zenos, vanishing again, only to appear again next to the bloodied corpse. “A shame…Let me see what I can do for you…” Ori would reach down and grasp Zenos’s clothes and pull him up. Turning to look for a sustainable building, Ori found one near the outskirts of the Hakase Estates and quickly moved there using Sonido.
Once he was there he released yet again and lifted his hand up to the building. It began to turn to dust before seemingly flowing into a small orb in the middle of the air. Ori would snap and the orb would reform outwards as a large machine of various components. At the top would be a seat with two cylindrical openings and just below and behind would be another seat with three circular holes in the spine of the seat. Ori smirked at his spontaneous invention and lifted Zenos to the seat behind the initial one. Setting him in place, the machine recognized a presence and sent three tube like projections to stab into Zenos’s back at three points: His neck, mid spine, and at the base of his back. Ori would then move to the top and as would sit down into the machine, it would do the same to his back, though it hurt terribly so to have it stab into his spine while awake. He would then slip his hands into the cylindrical openings, where many small black tubes would puncture into his arms to filter his Reiryoku and amplify it. This would serve two purposes. He was going to completely disintegrate an 8 mile radius of the Seireitei from this spot to nothing but intangible atoms and lapse into a coma. While in this coma, the machine would aid in regenerating his power, as well as creating reserves, and simultaneously heal Zenos. This would give the Sephira an area and the time to train.
Ori now feeling it to be finished began to initiate this process by forcing his Reiatsu into the cylindrical openings. The color of his reiatsu could be seen flaring from them at various times before he audibly yelled out. At that point was when the destruction would be made. In a circle around his position, everything, aside from the Sephira, would be turned to anatomical dust, leaving nothing but the ground and a barren landscape. Once this was finished, Ori’s head would bob down and he would fall into his coma, though his machine would have the latent ability Minte de Metal to protect both it and he and Zenos from harm.

ɳɘɪɗɑ Ѻɿȶɪɀɀ ﹃ Neida gave Kyoshiro a curious look, she proceeded to lower her guard; as his aura had not a threatening ambiance. She stood straight and watched the man carefully, paying close attention to his every moment. His approach to the climaxed height of a near by building, caused Neida's eyes to trail him as he replied. "No. I live and breath for the Sephira, that is my duty at this moment in my life." She replied with assurance in her voice. She couldn't help but keep watching as the Shinigami plunged the cold blade into his stomach, causing blood to instantly shed about him. She drew in a gasp as her hand covered her mouth. It was such an unexpected move, that her heart had hastened in its pace and her eyes had brimmed open; her pupils dilating. He pulled the blade across, then upward, disemboweling himself and continuing to charm her sights. Such a cruel thing to do, she thought, this seppuku. Her eyes filled with a slight emotion as she watched his last few moments in this life drift away.
The booming presence of her leader, Ori, caused her to snap out of the trance, his firm gripping fingers around the man's head caused her to cringe. Such disrespect he brought to this man's self restoration of honor. She felt punishment coming her way, and her loyalty would cause her to accept whatever it was. The pool of bowels and blood would more than likely cause any normal and sane person to vomit instantly, but her hardened gaze kept looked. A few entrails dangled like rope under Kyoshiro as Oir lifted him effortlessly. She would feel his reiatsu pouring over her like water; the lacerating affects of his reiatsu would cause her to dropped her bo staff and make her wrap herself with her arms - clenching herself due to the pain. Her legs would buckle, but she would remain standing for a brief few moment before falling to her knees. Neida's hair rolled over her shoulder beautifully as she kept looking to her leader. Her exasperating breaths of pain were and assurance to him that she was taking the punishment. Blood had started pouring into a pool under her due to the multitude of lacerations; her kimono would be stained with blood. "I am indeed... a failure, Ori-sama... forgiveness, will not... be requested of me." Pain filled her voice as she struggled the words form her mouth. Her clenched jaw would cause her facial and head muscles to flex.
Finally, his gaze would disappear from her as he tossed Kurihara like an old doll toy. She fell to right her side with deep breaths and panting. A loud cry escape her lungs as she hit the ground with his left hand. "DAAAAMMIT!!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Not at Ori, but at herself, at her failures as a Sephira. Her right hand balled up, ignoring the lacerations that were present on the palm and top of her hand. The fist she made with blood was pulled toward her bosoms as she gritted her teeth. "No more..." She said with a groan. "No more... failures." She exhaled slowly as she slowly opened her hands to the ground. She was using the last bit of Reiryoku she could spare to use her Regeneration abilities. "Nine months... is long enough." She murmured to herself, looking toward the ground as she said those words. She looked up, pushing her hair out of her face to have her sight be unveiled to the dead Kyo. With a normal walk to him; after reaching the corpse, she could see the most of the blood in his body was mostly littered about in the area. She looked around, and saw his Zanpakuto not far. She sonido'd to her and knelt down to pick the sword up. She backtracked using the same technique and looked pitifully down at the Shinigami. Without looking, Neida lifted her left hand and dropped the sword for a second. She shot a bala to the left to cause a hole to form. She then did the most unexpected thing and picked up her enemy and placed him into a grave, though she dropped the body into it. "You commited seppuku for your honor... leaving you to the crows would seem like a disgusting thing for me to do, Death God." She commented about his suicide. The hole was about seven feet deep, so he was in deep enough. She moved behind to the side of the grave, where most of the dirt hand landed, she pushed the dirt with her reiatsu, causing it to fall into the grave like a heavy rain. With another sonido, she retrieved the scabbard of the katana and tugged the sword into it. She moved now once more to plunge the sword into the middle of the new dirt mound; causing half of the blade to be submerged. "It's not sympathy I show to you... it's acknowledgment." She would say after releasing the sword. Neida slowly moved off and away from the mound, leaving firm foot prints as she did. She made her way back to her Zanpakuto to arm herself. Off in the distance, away from the Hachibantai Division, she could sense Ori's reiatsu. he was using some technique of sorts as she noticed the around became a barren landscape. Her eyes widened as she was amazed by the powers he demonstrated. Though his reiatsu would suddenly plummet as it felt like a comatose state. Neida looked back to the grave, a sigh of relief would be assurance that the grave had remained untouched by his powers. She would slowly make her way back to the other Sephira, surely making it in time for them to have recovered from the punishments as well.

—¤÷(`[¤* S A K U Y A ■ K Y Z N E T S O V *¤]´)÷¤— __________________________________ _____________________ Sakuya watched helplessly as that fool Shinigami that took her knights away killed himself. She had missed her chance to get her knights back and the worst part was that it was no one’s fault but her own. She gripped the hilt of her sword tighter as she watched Asami shatter her moonlight bala, quite an impressive feat. Outwardly she fought to keep her same stoic expression but inwardly she was already breaking down. She’d lost another family, another group of people that meant more to her than life itself and this time she was to blame. She paid no heed Asami’s parting words as the Shinigami began their retreat from the battlefield nor Arian’s before he passed out. She could debate the fact that none of the Captains died from wounds inflicted by Sephira, but she didn’t care. The only thing that mattered to Sakuya was the loss of her knights.
She cancelled her resurrection as Ori began to speak, effortlessly catching her wakasashi and sheathing it in one smooth motion as it fell from where the moon once was, followed shortly by her katana. Sakuya was already emotionally fragile, but his tongue lashing turned all of her sadness into rage. Who the ******** was he to talk down to anyone much less have the balls to punish them when he not only strolled into the battle late, but did even more nothing than any one of them had done in the first seconds of their appearance. Killing a lieutenant was nothing to brag about as it was equivalent to stepping on an ant for a Sephira, yet Ori seemed to have decided it was quite the achievement, even though when it came to the Captain-Commander he was on the wrong side of an a** whooping until she called for the retreat. Sakuya had half a mind to cut his tongue out of his mouth had his useless ramblings about how he was better than them despite the fact he did nothing in the fight to support such a claim not been dotted with useful tidbits of information. Nine months to improve themselves. That was more than enough time. She would ensure that she reached the pinnacle of her ability. Next time she wouldn’t play games. Her family was gone again. Her source of happiness wiped away by the waves of fate once more. Sakuya watched as Ori used some ability that destroyed a large chunk of the Seireitei. She assumed it was some mechanism to heal Zenos and empower himself, but didn’t bother to investigate. There was a more pressing issue on her mind at the moment and she wasn’t going to let anything get in the way of it, though she wasn’t in too much of a hurry to not tie off a few loose ends first.
A sonido moved her next to Arian. “How long you just gonna lay there, you lazy b*****d?” she asked fully aware of how tough Arian was. Using her foot, she rolled him over onto his back after which she promptly put her foot on his chest. “Wake up, Arian. Nap time is over.” Sakuya moved her foot so that she was standing straddled over Arian then grabbed the much larger Sephira by the armor on his chest with on hand and partially lifted his body so that they were face to face. The sound of two slaps rang out as Sakuya was attempting to bring him back to his senses fully so that he may understand what she was saying though if he missed it, it was his own fault and she wouldn’t repeat herself. “Arian. I am leaving. Ori has indicated we have nine months to train ourselves. Whether or not that means he wants to chase the shinigami to the human world and resume the battle I’m not sure, but either way I’m leaving. I want….no…I need to be alone for a while. The loss of my knights was like losing a large piece of myself and I need to do some soul searching as well as physical training. I accept that you won our bet and on the honor of my ancestors I will fulfill my end of the bargain, but because it is delayed I will add a week to the time span. I know you were looking forward the chance to boss me around for once, but be patient. There’s another bonus, after all. I lost my bet with Neida also so I’ll be nude the entire time as well.” That said, Sakuya winked then gave him a quick kiss on the lips to ensure that he wouldn’t be opposed to her leaving before letting him go and moving away from over him. She was mostly sure he wouldn’t be anyway, being as he was so annoyingly friendly at times and always trying to look out for others' best interests, but it never hurt to be one hundred percent sure. A garganta opened up behind her and Sakuya turned away from Arian and walked into it. “See you in a couple months,” she said with a quick wave as it slammed shut behind her. Her destination was Hueco Mundo, but she was in search of something she’d heard about during her travels through Hueco Mundo as a Vasto Lorde: Hueco Ciudadela, the ruins of an ancient fortress in the depths of the Menos Forrest at the center of a large lake like sheet of quartz. It supposedly has knowledge left behind by the first natural Arrancar and Sakuya hoped to find something there to help her in her quest for more power. There was the possibility that she was merely chasing a ghost, but even if she was, she would still gain valuable training fighting the powerful Hollow that called the deepest parts of the forest home.

Sephira Timeline After the Shinigami's retreat the Sephira rested up and proceeded to begin a nine month period of training as instructed by their leader, Ori.
When the Shinigami did not return nine-months later as Ori had predicted, based on the natural gestation period for a human baby, he sent Zenos out to search for the Gotei 13. When he came back empty handed, save having knowledge of small groups of weak Shinigami that he did not see fit to confront, he suggested to leave them be on the grounds that if they continued to be searched for, the chances were high that the Sephira sent to find them would be ambushed by every single Captain and killed within minutes. He also deduced, based on his knowledge of both Hei and Yuki, that if the entirety of the Sephira were to go to the Human World to lure them out, that they would be tricked and the Seireitei would be taken back, then sealed from the Sephira permanently. After a few days of discussion on this matter, Ori conceded to Zenos' point and stopped worrying about them for the time being.
A year and six months have passed and now the Sephira lead the same life they lived in Hueco Mundo. Setting
The edge of the Seireitei, at the area where the Hakase estate used to reside, is now home to a large, eight-mile wide circle of nothing more than dirt and minor vegetation, which is where the Sephira trained. The city itself is quite intact as it was deemed absurd to destroy their new place of residence, especially since it sustained them so well. However, it has been divided into eight sectors where each of the Sephira reign- their limits nothing more than imaginary lines and unspoken understandings-, and in these areas, some of the Sephira have made their own modifications to where they live. Now the city sleeps, as only the early risers are beginning to stir from their slumber.

2172 ┏──────────────┓ xxΖenos Λthanasius xx[Immortal Stranger] xxxxαπό το έδαφος ┗──────────────┛ Malchut Sephira - Being of Lowliness
Since Ori had already taken the liberty of speeding up his regeneration, he was the healthiest Sephira within minutes of the Shinigami's retreat, which forced him out of his unconscious state just after he was healed. Without a single word of thanks to Ori, Zenos casually stood up, which subsequently caused the three tubes in his back to be ejected from his body and fall to the ground with a clatter each, then turned and sauntered away from Ori after casting him a blank look. Once he was out of eyesight, he began the tedious process of determining where he was going to stay the night, which involved little more than ducking in and out of buildings to determine which arrangement best suited his fancy. A few hours into his searching he finally located a fairly out of place, three-story house that was in very close vicinity to the large frozen 8th Division Headquarters. With an indifferent look on his face that bordered on boredom, Zenos took in the image and layout of this building while he stood at the very base of the cobblestone path that lead to the door with his hands in pockets, then took the first step up the path, reaching the door within a half minute as he was in no rush. As if he expected it to be unlocked, Zenos touched the door knob carefully and then wrapped his fingers around it, closing them tightly while twisting to the side, but to no avail. Without so much as a word or extraneous movement, Zenos entered his Resurrección and turned a small rock near his foot into fine sand, then directed that sand to float into the air and feed itself into the keyhole where it quickly conformed to the slot and expanded, and just like a lock-picker would do, pushed the pins away from the center of the cylinder to allow Zenos to open the door. Once the pins were firmly in place, Zenos added more sand to the hole, which filled it up completely and spilled out of the hole in the form of a tab.
With the sand now compacted, Zenos put his thumb and index finger on either side of the makeshift key and turned it in the lock, then directed the sand back onto the ground before he turned the knob and stepped inside the house. Shutting the door behind him, Zenos glanced to the side and thumbed the light switch, flooding the room with light as he began to creep further into the house. After a few minutes of searching the house and finding the music room, dojo, bathrooms, and bedrooms, Zenos was now standing in what used to be Kyo's old bedroom, lackadaisically staring at his bed with his hands in his pockets. For a few seconds, he was perfectly still before he parted his lips and expelled a gas from his mouth that quickly filled the room and turned the entire room and everything within into stone as it dissipated. He took a few steps towards the window and stopped to open it just a majority of the ground several dozen feet away from the house turned to sand and lifted into the air, flowing towards him like a breeze and drifting past his frame as it layered itself all over the room and restructured it in his own image, which was little more than the interior of a cave, and the former bed was now a shelf of stone of sorts that had a dip in it to contour to his body as that was where he would be sleeping. Once all of the sand was in place, Zenos expelled the gas once more and turned the exposed sand into stone, completing the redecoration of the room, to his unexpressed delight. While returning his hands to his pockets and exiting Resurrección form, Zenos sauntered out of the room and down the steps to where the bathroom was, where he looked at himself in the mirror for a few seconds before turning on the faucet, cupping his hands under the water, and splashing it on his face to wash it off. After he dried himself off, he tested his ability to draw a Garganta, and when he found it to be working, he opened one and disappeared inside, traveling back to Hueco Mundo to collect a fresh pair of clothes.
--- The Present---
Zenos was not like others with sleep, and this was not only because of his ability to be aware of his surroundings when he's sleeping, but because he did not linger in bed after waking up, and that was no different this morning. At roughly five o' clock in the morning, Zenos roused from his slumber, snapped his eyes open and abruptly vanished from his lying position on his so-called bed of stone and solidly appeared next to his jacket which was draped across what was once a working dresser, but was now a pile of stone. After retrieving the article of clothing, Zenos took a minute to slip his arms inside it and then button it up without doing anything else as his Zanpakutō was still sitting inside it's sheath that was sewed into the jacket itself. One his way down the steps, Zenos ran his hands across the stone walls, as nearly everything in the house was now solid stone, and heard the voices of the mineral itself, telling him that nothing unusual was happening. Talking to minerals was a peculiar ability he had developed while being cooped up inside the Seireitei for over a year, though it wasn't so much talking as it was type of psychic resonance where they absorbed information based on experience and Zenos could read that just like psychics who used Psychometry could. Either way, it was often handy to use. As he passed through the kitchen on his way to the front door, which was nothing more than a stone door frame that connected to the rest of the stone house, Zenos palmed a fist-sized rock that sat on the counter, and wrapped his fingers around it without breaking his stride. Once outside and again without stopping, he put the rock to his mouth and bit into it like it were an apple and chewed the contents of his mouth with several loud crunches before swallowing it and making the turn down the cobblestone pathway. By the time he had reached the end of the path, half of the rock was already in his body, and he must have deemed the rest of the rock to be worthless, so he tossed it aside and it hit the ground with a thud. Pocketing his hand, Zenos trudged along the unlit walkway while escaping to his thoughts.
Over the past year and a half, he had spent a majority of his time keeping to himself just as always, only having interactions with others when he attended meetings, when they accidentally crossed paths in the Seireitei, or during one of the many times Sakuya snuck into his room while he was asleep and he would find her when he woke up. When he woke up to such a thing, he was prompted to drag her out of what was now his house and leave her on the door step before disappearing just as he did every day. During his training experiences, he had stopped using his dagger and could no longer remember how to wield one properly, and he had also honed his Segunda Etapa to be more powerful than a Captain's Bankai. Not only that, but he had completed his physical training so that now he could fight Bankai without the use of his Resurrección, which could not be said of the other Sephira, save perhaps Ori. He had been feeling it beforehand, during the first war, that he was in some way inadequate in that he did not feel powerful enough to be just under Ori, and he had confronted this feeling over the past year and a half, pushing himself past his own limits. Now he felt more powerful, more significant, and this feeling had not only affected his head, but even his body, which kept remembering how it felt to fight Hei and driving him to the desire to fight him once more. Despite this, however, he silently reminded himself that he had already conceded himself to Hei and would thus not be looking for him to be his opponent when the Shinigami inevitably returned. Besides, there was a Shinigami among them who was just below him in terms of power, even though they were supposed to be somewhat equal, and he would serve to be at the very least a challenge for Hei, though Zenos had serious doubts the traitor would be able to beat Hei. Not that that was his problem; Zenos didn't really care who won, as he was just following orders and had no emotional attachments to any of his peers or to the Sephira's goals. If the Shinigami won the Seireitei back and killed everyone else, Zenos might even consider teaming up with them if he was bored, either that or he would disappear into the Human World for a few years.
Two hours of mindless wandering found him in the neighborhood of where Sakuya slept, and figuring that just for once he should "return the favor" for nearly every morning, he padded off into the direction of her living establishment and used the same sand trick he used on every lock to unlock the door and slipped inside. Instantly he was hit with the sweet, overbearing smell of the female, which was layered over every inch of the place and seeped into his nostrils without any sort of invitation. Even though it did not smell bad, due to the nature of his enhanced senses, Zenos had to cringe and acclimate himself to the smell before he could proceed any further, as it was quite powerful. Once he had filtered out the smell and gotten used to it, he followed the most pungent of strands of the aroma and arrived at her bedroom door post haste, setting his hand on her door knob gently before turning it without a single noise and slipping inside her room with stealth skills that would have made that ninja girl from the 2nd Division jealous. Once more, he was hit with the same smell, but this time there were several other odors mixed in with them, all of them alluring to Zenos, who was a male like any other, and the first one he noticed was one coming from just in front of him. After glancing to the side to see her veiled bed, Zenos dropped his gaze to the floor where he found a pair of her underwear, which he bent over and hooked his finger onto, then lifted up to his eye level as he silently admired it. The only things he could think about at the moment was why she never chose to run around in just these if she wanted his attention so badly, and also the sickly sweet smell coming from them. Raising an eyebrow, he held them away from his body, though not in disgust, then padded over to her bed and promptly appeared on the other side of the veil, standing just centimeters above her bed while he looked down at her sleeping form. Extending his hand, he promptly dropped her underwear onto her face to see if that would wake her up. Now, he had to wonder how she would react to him being the one in her room this time around. It was apparent she was head over heels for him and he didn't really have an opinion of her in such a respect. Now he was just curious to see if she would label him a pervert for touching her underwear and being in her room, or if she would jump him right there and try to have her way with him.
Truth be told, he didn't care either way, as he was indifferent to the whole situation and obviously displayed no emotional attachments to her. It was possible he might care one day, but it seemed unlikely and today he was just curious. If she were to put out, that was fine, if not, that was what his ability to seduce human women was for. With his bare foot, he touched her stomach, prodding her skin with his toe and noting that she was just as skinny and fit up close as she was far away. "Get up." He finally said softly, as he rarely normally spoke any louder. That was going to be another thing; she was going to get to hear his voice, which was rare for everyone. Now that he was done setting up this possibly quite amusing scene, Zenos breathed a sigh and lowered his foot back onto the platform of Reishi had had created under his feet.

—¤÷(`[¤* S A K U Y A ■ K Y Z N E T S O V *¤]´)÷¤— __________________________________ _____________________ Sakuya had taken up residence in the Rokubantai’s lake house at Levits Lake. She had reappeared from her self-imposed exile suddenly much later than the nine month period in order to finish her training. She was aware that the Shinigami counterattack hadn’t come through the use of Garganta Broadcasting so she had no worries about the others dying and even if it had come, they were strong enough to fend for themselves long enough for her to arrive to assist if they even needed it. She had found Hueco Ciudadela after two months of wandering the Menos Forest and the sage there had taught her many things over the next 11 months she spent with him, including the Garganta Broadcast ability. Over that period she was beaten, battered, and broken to near death many times, but the end result was the much stronger version of herself that she had sought. Finally after 13 months she bid farewell to the sage to his cryptic warning about her power not being hers and how she shouldn’t treat it as such. She merely shrugged it off as him trying to tell her to not become too reliant on her powers instead of her own physical prowess as he’d hammered into her head over the training period. She returned to the Sephira with a renewed body and mind. She also wasn’t disappointed to actually be able to put her hands on Zenos once again. There were a few times she had used Garganta Broadcasting just to see his face, but nothing compared to being able to hold onto him. In fact, much to Zenos’ annoyance, she had developed a habit of sneaking into his bed in a sleepy daze mostly due to her desire to be close with him.
Now however, she was sleeping peacefully in her bed in the lake house. She had redecorated it to fit her personal style, essentially gutting the entire place. All of the furniture was swapped with the Victorian-style high class items she kept in her room in Da’at, most notably of which was her bed. A bit odd it design, the bed was circular in shape, sat only a foot off the floor and had four posts which supported a white translucent veil that encircled it. Sakuya kept her swords on the post nearest her head so that they were within easy reach while she slept should any foolish intruder try anything. She didn’t stir from her slumber as Zenos approached, being as his abilities defied any of her internal early warning systems so she had no idea he was in her room. As such, her dream continued on uninterrupted. Her dreamscape this day was a fairly commonly occurring theme about her past. This time she was dreaming about her time in the Russian village that rescued her after her family’s massacre. She was living a simple yet happy life in the dream when suddenly dark storm clouds appeared. Shortly after a massive Garganta opened up and four of the ancient menos that the sage had forced her to fight against without any of her powers.
They were beyond classification, gigantic and simple like a Gillian, yet immensely powerful to the point of being able to nearly kill her the first time she fought a group of them. Now they had turned her dreamscape into a nightmare, rampaging through the village and killing anything. On managed to get the drop on her after which it began to crush her with its foot. Sakuya was struggling to breathe in the dream and reality as well, as her underwear was actually cutting off her air slightly. The nightmare became even worse when she heard someone say get up, and when she turned to see, her eyes locked on a human version of Zenos bleeding out and reaching for her beckoning for her to rise and fight. She began to toss and turn violently before her eyes finally shot open. In a flash she stood up on her bed and reflexively drew her katana before swinging it in a circular motion that cut all four of the posts just above Zenos’ head. As the bottom half of the veil dropped to the ground followed by the groaning and crash of the top of the posts with rest of the veil to the floor, Sakuya came to her senses and realized she had lashed out due a nightmare. “Just a damn dream,” she sighed and rubbed her eyes, still completely unaware of the real Zenos standing there. It was only when she grabbed the saya for her katana and began to sheathe it that she saw him out of her peripheral vision. “Zenos!” she shouted her voice cracking with surprise. She stood there for a moment and just stared at him, sheathed katana still in hand. Then there was a sudden realization in her mind. She had been sleeping, which means she was dressed for bed.
Sakuya’s head slowly lowered as to bring her body into her field of view. Indeed she was only wearing a spaghetti string tank top and a pair of panties. Instantly her face shot back up so that she was looking at Zenos’. Her cheeks flushed red and with a loud “Eep!” she dropped to her knees and wrapped herself in her covers. Everyone knew Sakuya was a bit open with her sexuality, perhaps too much at times, but when it came to Zenos she was nothing more than an embarrassed schoolgirl. Even when she was Arian’s naked slave girl for two weeks, he was the only person she had been opposed to seeing her. It was her feelings for him that lead her to behave as such. While she viewed most others as a simple tool for her pleasure, he meant more to her, and she didn’t want him to see her behave in such an overt manner for fear it would turn him away from her. Sakuya stayed it the same position unable to speak. Zenos was finally in her room of his own volition and here she was too embarrassed to look at him, much less speak. The moment she had waited so long for had come and she was frozen while her mind swirled with a storm of various emotions. Her heart pounded in her chest and after a few moments she regained enough control over herself to take a deep breath and speak. “H-hey,” she said in a barely audible nervous voice while continuing to look down at the bed in front of her knees instead of directly at him.

As the swing of her drawn sword caused his hair to blow in that direction, Zenos kept his lackadaisical gaze trained on Sakuya. He did not move a muscle or even express an emotional reaction to this action, but instead kept his hands tucked inside his pockets. While she timidly retreated into the sanctity of her bedsheets in an attempt to erect a barrier between herself and the man she fancied, Zenos stood quietly in place while pondering exactly what he intended to with her. Initially he had come in here to mess with her seeing as how she did it to him every morning, but now that he was here, he found himself desiring something a little more. He kept his eyes locked on the top of her head while he thought, but then suddenly knelt down in front of her and hooked his finger under her chin to tilt her head up as he locked eyes with her. There, he found his answer. Even he, the most distant man to exist, was still a man with urges. He wanted her and he would make her, his. Releasing her chin, he reached for the sheets that hid her body from his preying eyes, and in one swift motion pulled it away from her without so much as disturbing the rest of her body, tossing it up into the air and allowing it to float to the end of the best where it came to rest. Extending his index finger, he pressed the tip of his nail into the collar of her tank top and in several rapid motions of his arm and wrist, he made several cuts across her top, then swiftly grabbed the largest part of the fabric and, just as he done with her sheets, he pulled the tank top from her body with ease and tossed it on the floor behind him.
Being very forward and having a natural charisma was how Zenos could easily get what he wanted in terms of copulation, be it from human women or female arrancar. Today was no different, and neither was Sakuya. With easy access to her bare body, Zenos took her face in his hands and planted a kiss on her lips before slipping his mouth to her right ear and whispering his already obvious consent towards her pursuing relations with him. Pulling away from her, he slowly rose to his feet and stepped off the bed where he pulled his arms out of his jacket and let it fall to the floor, baring his torso for her to gaze at before he turned around and slid into bed next to her, and tugged her sheets over the both them and pulled her towards him in an passionate embrace. Not only would this prove to be enjoyable for them both, but the act helped him relax in the hours following it. As of right now, he held no feelings for Sakuya, not even minute ones, though even he had no idea how that could change in the years to come. For now, the female arrancar would either have to deal with the fact that he was more or less using her for sex while still treating her like a person in his own strange way, or she could outright refuse this aspect of their relationship. With Sakuya's chest pressed up against his, he could feel her warm breath upon his body, and he imagined the reverse was also true. He wasted no time displaying what appeared to be affection, but was just him getting his rocks off in a sense. Nearly the moment she was against him, he put his lips to the base of her neck at her shoulder and began planting kisses on her skin while moving up, reaching her earlobe, which he bit down on gently while his hands found her waist and held onto her.
Going sideways, he rolled them both, he was now above her, straddling her lower body while he continued to put his lips to whatever open skin he could find, though making it seem like he had a system, which there really wasn't. There wasn't a goal, either, other than that he knew to get the best results for himself, he had to please her every way he knew how. Treat her like a queen in the sheets, and he would be rewarded thoroughly. He was experienced, to say the least, and knew exactly how to get what he wanted, when he wanted it, simply by playing to her personality and desires. He was over 1000 years old, after all, and you didn't live that long without figuring a few things out. Though, despite him using her for sex and this not being different in that aspect, there existed a small difference, one that set this moment apart from the others. This was the first time he had been with someone who actually expressed a burning desire to be with him to begin with, and for that reason, he was going above and beyond. It was strange, really, that she liked him so much, but he felt he could honor that bond between them, even if he couldn't devote himself to her at this point in his never-ending life. Once he reached her lips again, he slipped his tongue inside, and found hers, giving it a gentle brush before withdrawing, and flashing her likely the first non-indifferent expression she had ever seen from him in her entire life- a dashing smile. It was brimming with boyish charm and had, in the past, made many a woman fall for him almost instantly. Such was the natural seductive aura of a vampire, though he doubted this was what drew her to him in the first place, seeing as how he didn't flaunt it every five seconds. ...and thus the world is petrified. ►Translations◄

—¤÷(`[¤* S A K U Y A ■ K Y Z N E T S O V *¤]´)÷¤— __________________________________ _____________________ Sakuya jumped in surprise when Zenos’ hand made contact with her chin. Light pressure from his hand force her head to rise so that she was looking into his eyes. “Ze-,“ his name wasn’t even fully out of her mouth before the covers she had cocooned her form within were ripped away and cast aside. Shortly afterward, he’d ripped her tank top away in much the same fashion, somehow not even moving a single hair on her head. Sakuya knew what he wanted from her just by the look in his eyes. The thudding of her heart grew louder. Her lips parted to speak, but before she could he had kissed her after which he whispered confirmation of the intentions she had already deduced. Zenos and I….together?
She took in the whole of his form as he took off his jacket and shirt. Was this really happening? She was tempted to pinch herself and ensure she wasn’t still dreaming. Any doubts she had were quickly discarded once she was in his embrace. These feelings were too real to be a dream. She could feel the warmth of his body, his breath on her neck as he kissed it, everything. Anywhere he touched her body tingled as if charged with electricity. One last kiss had her completely hooked. Her eyes were drawn to his face like iron to a magnet. Sakuya was already completely enthralled by him, but once Zenos smiled at her, the spell was complete. She had to have him. She needed him. It was then that her hands began to move almost on their own, effortlessly finding the button and zipper to his pants which she undid in a smooth motion.
An hour passed. Light was creeping in the window at a low angle still meaning that it was now somewhere around 8:00am. Sakuya looked up at the ceiling in her room quietly. She had finally reached the goal she had been pursuing for quite some time. Her expectations were far exceeded. As she lay there she began to ponder if she would ever have a sexual experience so thoroughly satisfying ever again. Zenos had pleasured her in ways she didn’t know she could be both physically and emotionally. There was one question that nipped away at the contentment she was feeling: Does he feel the same way about her that she does about him? Deciding that she needn’t worry about it for now, Sakuya resolved herself to just enjoy the moment for as long as she could.

Zenos also let his gaze stay on the ceiling of her bedroom while he lay on his back, wearing nothing but her bed sheets up to his waist. Currently, he was to her left, keeping his arm beneath her neck as she lay on top of it. He let his fingers move on their own volition, lightly grazing her skin at her right waist while taking care not to cut her with his nails. As usual, he was silent as he lay, quite pleased with the hour that had just occurred, as even he had to admit that she had not been bad at all. All things considered, especially given what he knew of her and her knights, he should have well expected her to have some experience, but he had carelessly disregarded this fact, leading him to be a little surprised by her own skill. He found that he was slightly less content with himself after this session than he normally should be, and he wondered the cause as he silently stroked her side. It wasn't possible, was it? Could he have developed minute feelings; could something have emerged ever so slightly from inside him, simply from laying with this girl? With a defeated sigh, Zenos raked back his silver hair with his free hand, which did nothing as it quickly fell back into place. Surely that wasn't the case, there was no way he could possibly feel attracted to her. At least, that was what he kept trying to tell himself, but every time he glanced over at her chest as it rose and fell with each breath, and her face, as it distantly stared at the ceiling, he found himself doubting his reassurances.
He had been incredibly distant with everyone, ever since he had become blooded, and he had no real reason for this. It was simply that ever since that day, he ceased to have the desire to interact, causing him to fall silent, and assume an indifferent attitude that was all his own. Turning his head, Zenos looked at Sakuya from the side, profiling her while he continued to debate over his feelings. She was beautiful, and somewhat his type, so he had to ask himself if it was really that bad to fall in love. No, it wouldn't be. Or at least that was what he thought right now. Planting a kiss on her cheek, he withdrew and turned his gaze to the ceiling once more, just before an image of Hei's indifferent face took form across the expanse of the ceiling, staring him down as if to taunt him. That's right- Hei had a family, and there was no evidence to suggest that he had gotten weaker, no, in fact he seemed to have gotten stronger because there was a woman by his side. Is that what happened when you chose to pursue love? Did having someone care for you really make that much of difference? These were all questions he asked himself, as Hei's image stared down at him. Zenos finally raised his left hand and then put it to her bare stomach, letting her warmth flow into his skin while he kept it there. He then drew it away, lifted it over his face as Hei's image disappeared into nothing, and opened and closed his fingers slowly as if to test something. Her warmth lingered for a moment, slowly fading away as the brisk morning weather stole her heat from his hand. But, in the brief moment it had stayed, he realized that he liked it. It was comforting. "Is it... possible?" He whispered ever so softly, so low that even though Sakuya might hear him, she might not catch what he had said.
He glanced to the side, taking her body in again, while coming to the realization that something actually was there. He did not love her, no, it was nothing so absolute. It was a feeling, one he had not felt for over 900 years when his parents had almost died. He wanted to protect her, just as he had wanted to do for his parents that night when his blooder had attacked. Not love, not affection, but a desire to protect, and little did he know that this feeling was the beginning of a very new experience for him. Palming his face, the Sephira let out another sigh, one of the few noises he ever made, and shook his head from side to side before rising up, bending at the waist and pulling his arm from beneath her neck as he sat up. With little disturbance to the bed as well as Sakuya, he pulled the cover from his lower half and swiveled around, touching his bare feet onto the carpeted floor. Amidst the broken bed posts and fallen viel from her bed lay his pants, where Sakuya had tossed them after peeling them from his body. He retrieved them slowly, going at a reserved pace that was unlike him. After tugging them on, he found her underwear, which he had the pleasure of using his teeth to remove, and picked those up before handing them to her silently. Now, instead of reaching for his jacket, or even trying to get up to get it, he stopped in place, and for the longest time just sat motionlessly on the side of her bed while thinking about everything. Did it have to end right now? What was stopping him from taking her again? He had the stamina, that was for sure, but he was on the fence. After a few moment of dead silence, he just decided to call it a day; he thought that it was best that he leave soon before he spiraled out of control. After all, the sight of her, her scent, every second he remained had him wanting a little more. Even right now he wanted her to sneak up behind him and embrace him, despite his lack of affection for her. It was like his body and mind had two separate agendas, and his body with its desire to just touch her, was winning by a landslide. It had already memorized her touch- she had imparted that onto him, and he would never forget it. It was time to leave, but fate did not want to make it so easy on him. Although he knew he needed to get away and retreat to somewhere quiet where he could sort himself out, he found himself unable to move- to even stand up and walk out of the room. So he stayed. Elbows on his knees, he sat on the edge of her bed with his back to her while he remained quiet. ...and thus the world is petrified. ►Translations◄

He swings his legs off his bed, still unable to find a mattress long enough. He stood and stretched his arms and legs. Jacques seemed to dwarfe many things around him, but he had cut down trees that he could find to build a taller roof to this simplistic cabin. He takes his kiseru and places it between his lips, he strikes a match and lights it. The man would then continue to a closet and take out his attire for the day. He puts his mostly Eastern themed attire on, sighing as he looks in the mirror and sees his hair as it is. Jacques his hands through his hair, puffing it out to its normal look. He goes to his front door and opens it, stepping outside to look at the two hundred foot radius around his cabin in which is full of vegetation; holding from long grass, to trees, even to plants that seem to not grow in this area anymore.
Jacques grabs his large blade; which could even dwarfe some of the Sephira and shinigami. He takes it outside and places it in the ring-sheath strapped to his back. He blows out a cloud of smoke, "I don't like this.." He was a man of few words, and what little he said, one would have to piece together what he meant by this. As such, he truthfully was just disappointed that he didn't know when the Shinigami were really coming back. He smiles a bit, thinking back to the actual attack. Of course, he was nowhere to be seen, as he did not want to partake in a senseless assault when many were not battle-ready. He did not think this because he thought of himself to be strong, but knew it was simply an unfair fight with being caught off-guard. He blows out another smoke cloud, this time in the shape of a ring. Luckily, Jacques kept himself at a distance, only being confronted by the 'Big Man' later. Jacques had simply stared at him, not impressed by what the little one did for his punishment.
Jacques took the kiseru from his lips, looking off in to the sky. He stands and begins pacing the vegetation. He takes a book that he regularly carries with him; one of which he has written events of his life in. He takes out the pencil and opens to back; nearly the end. "After your dreams have all died, and mourning isn't mourning... what are you?" He would speak aloud as he wrote. He continues writing, not interested in the possibility of someone ever reading it, but simply because his past was something he rather liked to remember.

—¤÷(`[¤* S A K U Y A ■ K Y Z N E T S O V *¤]´)÷¤— __________________________________ _____________________ Sakuya’s thought train was interrupted by a sudden unexpected pressure on her cheek. She was a bit surprised as part of her expected Zenos to just get up and leave, but instead for whatever reason he chose to kiss her. She tried to convince herself it was nothing but his way of displaying his satisfaction with their encounter, but her heart wanted it to be something more. She found her body moving of its on volition again as she rolled onto her side and scooted closer to him such that her head was resting on his chest. Her right hand gently caressed his left pectoral as she closed her eyes listened quietly to his heartbeat. Sakuya had never hidden her feelings for him from anyone and now that she was here with him she couldn’t help but to display her contentment.
The feeling of his hand on her stomach caused Sakuya to open her eyes momentarily to see what Zenos was doing. Once he saw that he was simply touching her, she closed her eyes once more and regressed back to her blissful world where only the two of them mattered. As long as she could stay close to him like this she would be content. Zenos said something and even though the sound was amplified slightly by his chest cavity, he had spoken so softly she couldn’t understand a word of what he’d said. It didn't matter though. She was so enthralled by the fact that Zenos had spoken at all he could have said how now brown cow and she would be pleased. A sigh passed her lips followed by her saying, “Your voice is so beautiful. It’s a shame you don’t use it more.” She said this softly as it was more of a thought that had somehow managed to escape her internal musings by way of her vocal cords without her intentional intervention than an expressed statement. Shortly after this thought escaped her lips, Zenos palmed his face. Sakuya’s heart dropped as a result of this. She couldn’t help but to think her rogue thought had in some way offended him as he found his pants and pulled them on before grabbing her underwear and passing them too her.
That was stupid of me, she thought as she threw the sheets aside and pulled the underwear on. Before their encounter Sakuya would have found a way to sneak off and dress herself, but she felt that there was no more point in being modest anymore with a man that had been inside of her. When he sat down on the edge of her bed she saw a chance to salvage the situation. She moved behind Zenos as he sat there silently mulling over whatever thoughts he had and wrapped her arms around his abdomen. She kissed his neck tenderly multiple times. “I’m sorry if that offended you. I didn’t mean anything by it,” she said apologetically. Though she wanted nothing more that to stay with him in bed all day and continue their sexual romp, Sakuya was well aware that all good things must come to an end. Another sigh escaped her lips as she let her head rest on his shoulder while continuing to embrace him from behind before she finally released her grip. From her kneeling position behind him, Sakuya looked down at her palms. Her hands longed for the feeling of his skin once more and though the whole of her being wanted to oblige them, she chose not to and instead slid across the bed away from him lest she lose control of her inhibitions and initiate a second encounter. She sat there in silence for a few seconds before finally standing and making her way towards the bathroom. “I’m going to take a shower,” she finally said once she’d reached the door to the bathroom. She dared not turn around for fear of running back to him for another kiss, another touch, anything. With that she disappeared into the bathroom and shortly afterward the sound of running water could be heard within the room.

While he silently contemplated the situation to himself while at the edge of her bed, she slid up behind and embraced him, planting kisses on his neck, which only made it harder to toss her aside and leave. Lost in her touch, he almost missed what she said, but he was able to catch some of it. "Didn't mean anything by it." He was puzzled by this statement as he had missed what she said earlier about his voice, given that his head was so preoccupied with trying to figure him out. However, as she clung to him, he attempted to figure out what she was talking about, and eventually decided that she must have thought she had offended him in some way. It was very far from the truth actually, but apparently he done something to imply otherwise. He was prepared to take her hands into his and hold there, but his split-second hesitation was all it took for her to draw away and tell him she was going to take a shower before disappearing into the bathroom. His ears perked up at the soft sound of her underwear hitting the bathroom floor, then all noises following, leading him to hearing the running water. His hands absentmindedly pulled toward each other and he soon found himself twiddling his thumbs while trying to figure everything out. Every last shred of common sense he had running through his mind was screaming at him to end it before he got too attached- to bail out on her before he became some love-struck puppy in a few years time. But he couldn't do it, because no matter what his common sense was telling him, his heart said otherwise. Exhaling a defeated sigh, Zenos flopped back onto her bed, turning his head to her pillows while keeping his arms apart. His left hand brushed against something soft and his gaze quickly traveled to it, recognizing the soft object as the underwear he had picked up off the floor earlier. How they had managed to stay up on the bed during the last hour was initially beyond him, but upon closer inspection, he saw that they had managed to be pushed up under her pillows. Zenos curled one finger around the crotch of the underwear and tugged them towards him, staring as if mesmerized.
His attention on her underwear was short lived, however, as his ears perked up to the sound of her in the bathroom, reminding him that she was still there. Like a child who had been caught taking a cookie from the cookie jar, Zenos quickly turned a shade of red and stuffed the underwear back where he had found them. Withdrawing his hand, he caught her lingering scent and tried to ignore it as he focused his gaze on the ceiling. Now was an opportune time to slip away without succumbing to the desire to go back, but just like before, he found himself unable to even gather the desire to leave. "Ive really gotten myself into something here, haven't I?" He muttered to himself while covering his eyes with the back of his hand. A few minutes passed and he came to the conclusion that he wasn't going to be able to escape this, nor did he want to. Sitting up, he ran his hand through his hair and sighed, conceding to the fact that he had some small attachment to this girl. Fine. It was fine. Now to sort himself out. Standing up, he swayed then slipped towards the bathroom and turned the handle. Maybe if she had been someone else, he might have knocked, but she was Sakuya. He knew she didn't care very much, especially not after today. After pulling back the shower curtain without so much as a warning to her, he was met with the wonderful sight of water striking her body, some of it bouncing off while the rest formed rivulets and slid down her body, alluring curves and all. It took all of his self control to not jump her right there as the desire was very apparent. It did not sit right with him, however, that there was so much restraint in this relationship. If she had been anyone else, he would not have hesitated- he would not have stopped himself from grabbing her by the waist and going at it. He should have had the free will to do whatever he wanted with her, because he knew she wanted it. But it was her, it was Sakuya, and he respected her for some reason, and he couldn't bring himself to do just whatever he wanted, despite doing just that had gotten him into this. After much internal struggle where his level-head raged war with his hormone-driven body, he finally tore his eyes away from her chest and looked at his partner in the eyes. It took him a moment before he was able to force the words out, because he was not used to talking to anyone save Ori, and even that only happened once in a blue moon. "Going out... I'll.... be back later..."
Despite his success in talking to her, he still only managed to form a few broken words rather than a complete sentence, but he reasoned that was enough since those few words were able to convey his intention to her. His eyes slid down her body once more, and after a brief period of hesitation, he reached out and pulled her into a reassuring hug, just to tell her meant it. After a three-second hug, which caused his arms to get soaked from the water cascading down from the shower head, and his chest to get damp from the water clinging to her body, he promptly vanished from sight without a sound or even a warning. In his haste, he had left his jacket, which still held his Zanpakutō that was sewn onto the inside of the right side of the jacket. His shoes were a different story, as he had left those at his house to begin with. In the same manner, he had left the shower curtain drawn and the door to the bathroom wide open, letting in the semi-cold air from her room, that slowly filtered in from her open bedroom door, as well as her open front door. It wasn't the smartest of things to do, but it couldn't be helped as he had many other things on his mind. ...and thus the world is petrified. ►Translations◄
