Physical Description: She is of average height, and slightly below average weight. She may seem thin and breakable, but her body shows signs of being well kept and well trained. Her luminescent hair falls down to the middle of her back and her bangs occasionally fall in front of her eyes and she will constantly threaten to lop them off with a rusty kunai, though she never really would. Despite the fact that she has no sex drive whatsoever, the powers that be gave her curves, long legs, and ample breasts. Her face is gentle and warm; it has been known to cure more than one case of the bad-day gloomies.

Personality: She’s pretty level-headed, not quick to any extreme displays of emotion, but she still feels emotions. She’s loves to explore and is always up for an adventure, but when on a mission, she gets extremely serious. If she were a stereotype, it would be the nerdy kid. Not because she is exceptionally bright, but because she is always focused, concentrated, and isn’t easily distracted. Puzzles and problems excite her. Because she is constantly trying to prove herself to her clan, she has a tendency to gamble and drink when offered, as a stress reliever. While she is constantly challenging herself for her clan, she cares very little for the opinions of others. Also, because of her past, she has great difficulty trusting others. These two traits make it seem like she hates everyone sometimes, but she really enjoys company and companionship. She is just honest about how she sees things because she sees no reason why people should be offended by honesty. She has learned to rely on people during the heat of battle, but outside of that she would rather do a chore herself rather than relegate it to someone else.

Behavior: When she is alone, she is very contemplative, always thinking about her mother and the next clue to her mysterious disappearance. With others she always tries to act friendly, but sometimes a sentence, or the scenery may remind her of her past and she will space out. Never for very long, but, along with the fact that she gets her jutsu from the moon, she has more than once been called spacey. In battle she is determined to end her opponent. She may forget the fact that it is playful sparring and tune out what people are saying. She will get stuck in her mind the battle against Ghetsis from her childhood, and perceive her opponent as one and the same. Not in a psychotic way, but in an ‘I-must-put-a-stop-to-all-wrongdoing’ sort of way. Just as easy as she falls into the trance she can fall out of it and will remember that not all fights end in death. After a battle, if she won, she always feels empowered and determined to do more training to get stronger. If she lost, even in a sparring match, she will feel depressed and guilty and letting her mother and her clan down, and that can spiral pretty quickly. When she is feeling sad, she never lets it show but prefers to hold it in, as a test of inner strength.

The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike, or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from its roots and swinging it around.

An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action, and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.

Being a medic is in Tsukiko’s blood, but more than that, a medic saved her life, and helped save her village. She saw at an early age the great benefits a medic can have, both offensively and defensively. She wants to be able to be that strong so vanquish her foes first, then save her friends.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Agility

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher than your own.)

Secondary Attribute: Intelligence

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required. (Example: If a Genin wishes to learn a Chuunin technique, it counts as a D-rank and has a -3 learning counter... meaning he can learn it in 2 posts, when others would require 8.)

Tertiary Attribute: Sexy

→ Ninja attracted to females will find their concentration a bit lacking when looking at her. This could mean taking a few more seconds to use a jutsu, forgetting to lie sometimes, or simply saying more than they meant too. She can take advantage of this, even if it isn’t a major attribute, and try to more easily persuade and interrogate people.

Tsukiko, born into a medic family, albeit unknowingly for half her life, knew the great importance medics like her were to a team. People counted on her to help them, save them, from near death. While most consider speed to then be the most useful skill for a medic, or endurance, Tsukiko found agility to help her most. Sometimes running away would either be useless or impossible to do. No, the most important skill for any medic to have is agility. Lucky for her, she was gifted with a great intelligence as well as agility. Her keen mind is as quick and flexible on the battlefield as her hands and feet. Outside of the arena, she uses her smarts to make quick, rational, and unbiased decisions and actions, whether this means going against her friends or not. It can always be assumed that she will be fair and just. Her great attractiveness is merely some heavenly power’s poor sense of irony. Due to her traumatizing past, she has no sexual feelings whatsoever, thinking that sex is good only for making children, and until she has gotten over her past she has no want of children, and therefore puts any romantic feelings away as illogical.


Specialties:

Chakra Control: All Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu techniques are reduced in cost as if they were one rank lower (for Chakra only) at Genin, and at Special Jounin and above, they cost one rank lower (for Chakra only) minus an additional 1 chakra point. Use of chakra control techniques such as Wall/Water walking cost nothing. Also, ninjutsu 2 ranks below the user and below do not require hand seals to perform.

Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.
