Um, Cain. Have you seen Sephiroth's sword? You know, the one as long as he is tall? Yeah, that one is only about five foot. A seven foot sword would be nearly impossible to swing.

Name of weapon: Kirin No Ame Who owns the weapon: Zetsubou Chiroku Where it was found/Who made it: It was found hidden deep in the Forest of Clouds before it was destroyed. Zetsubou's father found it and it became his. but, after a few years he decided it was time for Zetsuobu to take his try at the weapon himself. The Range of the weapon: Short range; wide area. Weakness: Thanks to it's huge size it can be pretty hard to maneuver, causing him to occasionally miss and spin when he slices. Thus, it makes hard to control. And he can only use Raiton with it. When lightning is channeled through it takes takes a good bit of chakra and leaves the user slightly exhausted afterward; depending on the amount. It takes a three post cooldown or at least two paragraphs before another attack can be launched. Description: The hilt of it's silver with a chain attaching itself to a part of the blade; the part of the blade that it is attached to is a small circle with a symbol in it. There is no cross guard but just the blade. It goes up; grooving along the edges and coming up to a point like a normal sword. It's a blue color in the middle; but with the rest of the blade being silver. It can cut through most objects, only and wood; pretty much anything weak. Slight metals can be cut down by it's great size. It can be easily channeled with Raiton, allowing a few things. It can create shockwaves when it's slung by sending a wave of Electricity. It can hold an electric current; so even a touch would do a small amount of damage if not more. While using an electric current, if defending, it can be strengthened. It can also redirect shuriken and kunai back with an electric current. The full potential of this blade slowly gows with Zet himself. Causing some things to be weak and not even usable yet.So basically; this blade as a chakra relationship with it's owner. Rp Sample: Zet was running through the forest from an unseen attacker as he leapt into a wide open field. He looked around; carefully sampling the area and drawing the blade from it's sheath on the back of his jacket. The string attached to the blade flickered as the wind blew. The ninja came into sight and charged Zet. "Whoa there!" He said; slamming his blade down but, thanks to it's size it was a bit to fast coming down, causing the ninja to get a mere cut. The ninja launched many shuriken as Zet put the blade up; the electrical current brimming. The kunai slammed into it as a charge redirected them straight towards the ninja. One kunai stabbing in the arm, the electrical current causing him to shriek in pain as he puled it out and leaped back onto a tree branch. Zet jumped onto an opposite branch and leaped at the ninja; smirking. The ninja took no care but tried to move; only to notice there was an electric charged kunai in his leg. Zet swung the blade across the ninja; slicing him into two. "Win!"

I'm stepping in here. People are overlooking a lot of things with these weapons.
@Tenchi: You're going to have to change this weapon to only include the two-three elements YOUR character is going to have in the future. The reason for this is I already have three weapons floating around that do this, and it's no offense to you but I'm really tired of people just making weapons that work with every element. Not only that, but all these attacks have no chakra cost what-so-ever. No chakra costs, no cool down period, nothing. It would be a bit ridiculous if I let you slide with this weapon because you could use your base elemental attack continuously without any drawbacks. So first, limit this to the elements your RPC is gonna use. Secondly, either give the weapon a chakra cost for each attack, or a cooldown period for each attack (measured in posts). Normally I'd say do both, but either or in this instance seems fine to me.
@Angelo: This weapons description is very VERY vague. What do you mean by "it can cut through most objects," "slight metals can be cut down by it," "it can be easily channeled with Raiton, allowing a FEW things," "It can hold an electric current; so even a touch would do a small amount of damage if not more," and "While using an elecric current, if defending, it can be strengthened?" Literally 99% of your description is entirely vague and very loosely written I need CONCRETE descriptions of what this blade can do, and personally I think this blade does too many things especially for someone of your rank. Not only that, but none of this even has a chakra cost which it should if you are channeling your own raiton element. Please go through this and fix this. Until then, DENIED.

The crew needs time to review a new system currently underway, as well as place all the universal custom bloodlines and clans, as well as jutsu in their appropriate threads. The hilt is mainly black with red in it. On the bottom of it there is a red tassel. The sheathe goes across his back diagonally. It is mainly black with red in it lick the hilt.The hand guard is gold and small. The blade is thrity five inches long, point zero zero five inches thick, and two inches wide. It has no powers but is sentimental. Rp Sample: Ryuu was walking around town with Kumori Ryuu on his back. He loved to have his sword with him at all times. Hell he even slept with the sword next to him. The sword is the only thing he has of his father. He found what he was looking for. A nice secluded area of the city where he could practice. "Bushin no Jutsus." A clone appeared next to him. They both unsheathed their swords and started fighting. Next thing you now that secluded area was bursting with watchers. Ryuu finally defeated his clone. He sheathed his blade then strolled home.

Kage, since this blade has no special properties you don't have to submit it as a custom weapon, and it doesn't need any special weaknesses

Actually it is eight foot long, ( Masamune is ) Also, I would say he would have to be trained to use a blade that long. either that or get a custom bloodline that it is a specific for. ( When cust bloodlines are opened ) @ Luo LUO!!!! Our Kage is Alive!!!! Oh hey, Since this is my second character since Kir Yuu can I have a new weapon now?
