X Coco guardian cat: Dam 1 + 3 + 3 + 2 + 1 + 1/ talisman bonus +5

Roll 6

Coco had the talisman in her mouth and she watched the senshi and knights battling, she saw no reason to try to attack again right now since she was so small and they had so much more power than she did. She watched as the monster and the trees got smaller and she jumped up and down with excitement they were going to win finally. She was pretty sure this was a Yoma and once it was defeated this space would disappear and they would all be sent back to Destiny City and everything would go back to being as normal as it ever was.

Mauvian Bernard | Roll 2 (Attacking) | 6

He thought he had done some damage, but it was hard to tell. Even with his cat eyes he still had a bit of trouble seeing everything going on while also dodging all of the attacks that were aimed his way, either accidentally or intentionally. He hoped that even if they did defeat the monster that at least he wouldn't go home, if that is what it took to do so, with any serious injuries! It would have been awful to be trapped her for so long only to come worse out of it!

Still, he did what he could and fired another kitty beam hoping that it might be doing something to the monster before he realized that it seemed to be weakened, That didn't keep it from trying to use some of it's powers however, causing Bernard to stop and hold his ears down trying to keep the deafening howl from, well, deafening his ears!

General Jet | Roll 6

Whatever those talismans were doing, it seemed as though they were finally able to get a break. The monster was stumbling backwards and shrinking back down. It was in pain and fighting, but not fighting them really. Just trying to block them from escaping.

Jet stumbled a little as he ignored the pain in his back, and rushed forward once more to swing his bladed weapon at the monster, all the while trying to avoid the talons and the pieces of metal flying through the air. The monster was howling and its feathered eyes were staring, trying to drown them in their sight.

He shook his head, trying to keep himself focused, unable to tell if the dizziness was from the monster or from the blood loss.

Behind him he thought he could hear Aquamarine yelling at him, but he’d already gotten too far out of range to face the true wrath of the other General. Yet. He knew he would probably be scolded later, but if his efforts helped take the monster down, then could Aquamarine really blame him?

One of the two blades found its way into the ground, and Jet leaned heavily against the pole as he waited for another chance to strike. His strength felt like it was fading fast, but he refused to give up so easily. Not when he’d just found out that Aquamarine was alive and farther away from the monster’s attacks than himself.

And yet, that last strike he made seemed to have been his limit. He’d already used every ounce of strength he had until that point. Maybe he shouldn’t have pushed so hard.

“Aqua,” he called over his shoulder as he tried to push himself back up. With the monster distracted, he could only hope Aquamarine was close enough to hear his call for help. It seemed selfish in a way; asking for help when Aquamarine was the one with worse injuries from what he could tell.

“Sorry. I ******** up…” He couldn’t get back up to get away. But once he did back away, he didn’t plan on moving closer again at least.

X Hendone, Civ. : Dam 8 + 3 + 6 + 6 + 1 + 2/ talisman bonus +5

Roll 6

Hen had the talisman around her neck when she ran forward to get in another hit, she got caught with a claw on her arm cutting her she kicked and hit the monster and then she jumped back when the metal pieces came flying towards the monsters giving her an opening to get away before she got hurt further. Her arm was bleeding but it made her feel better that she had not stood ideally by while this creature ragged on. She knew nothing about monsters and magic, but she felt like the weeks of little food and sleep were real in her book and she believed this creature was the reason and she was pissed.

Captain Geocronite | Roll 2 (Attacking) | 6 + 5 = 11

He grunted as he dodged another flailing attack, annoyed that the creature hadn't gone down yet. They had to be doing something to it right? It looked like it was starting to stagger, but that didn't mean that it was out of the fight just yet! It started to use some of the abilities that he had encountered when he was defeated by... well he wasn't sure if it was the same creature, but they had to have been connected somehow.

It didn't really matter what the connection was at this time though. He shielded his eyes to keep himself from being hypnotized, but there was nothing to be down about the howl. He could still hear his ears ringing after it was done.

Suddenly, the metal piece that he had shot away from him, probably tearing some part of his uniform, though he didn't really care, and circling the beast with the others, seemingly doing... something. They were sort of floating there with the beast batting at them, but they didn't seem to be doing anything particular at the moment.

X Salior Morpheus Dark Mirror Super of Surreality: Dam 5 + 3 + 9 + 10 + 6 + 5 / talisman bonus +5

Roll 6

Morpheus decided to use his final attack on the monster attempting to blow his magic soot at the creature as it grew smaller he had the talisman around his neck as it's glow grew. He was hopeful that he was correct and this would make this space crumble and they would all be sent home soon. He was tired of this place and its lousy accommodations. He didn't have much of a life in Destiny city but he did have one and he wanted to get back to it and get back to learning about his mirror space. He couldn't do that stuck here.

X Super Sailor Dejanira Senshi of Raspberries: Dam 10 + 7 + 7 + 5 + 10 + 5 / talisman bonus +5

Roll 6

Dejanira watched as the monster and trees went back to their normal size and the metal pieces started to fly around the monster, she saw her opening to jump up and she yelled. "Raspberry Jam Blast!!" She tossed a ball of magic raspberry jam at the monster. She landed on the ground again and watched on as the other senshi and knights continued the battle. This would be over soon, she hoped. She wanted to get back to her garden and her family. She was so tired of staying in this village. She hadn't had a decent meal since they got here.

Civilian Jacques Lécuyer | Roll 2 (Attacking)

He vowed never to be caught unawares again, though he was sure that something could surprise him. But if it did he would make sure to transform if possible. This was torture not being at least powered at this time. He would have even taken being a basic if he could just get the agility and strength back that he didn't have as a human.

For now though, unless he wanted to go up to and and actually put himself in the very real danger of dying, he could only throw things at it, mostly rocks and whatnot, to see if he could do anything to it. It seemed to be on it's last legs and now desperately trying to do something to... something. He wasn't sure why it wanted to attack them so badly, but it did and they could only defend themselves for the moment. It wasn't until he could catch glinting in the moonlight that he realized that there was something up there that had caught the creature's attention and it was now trying to swing at them and destroy them, though it did not appear to be successful.

DMS Basic Varda | Roll 2 (Attacking) | 6 + 5 = 11

Well, she was pretty sure they were doing something. The beast didn't seem to be getting any bigger, not that it had stopped attacking. And it seemed to be getting even more desperate to do... something with them. Considering that she had been trapped in the cellar and the beast hadn't done anything with any of them, that she knew of, she wasn't sure what it's purpose had been collecting them.

Was it going to collect them all and eat them at once? Take them somewhere else? Use it for some ritual that only it knew about? None of those would be answered she was pretty sure. From what she had heard from other Dark Mirror Senshi once something like this happened, they were often transported there and then back out with no answers as to who, why, how, where or what.

Once they were out of this and she could appreciate being back a bit more, it would be interesting if they were able to come back here and maybe check the place out when there wasn't some monster stalking them and locking them up in a shelter.

She threw another rock at it, and with that her metal piece ripped out of the pocket from her dress, luckily not exposing anything, to go up to the monster with the rest of the pieces and do... nothing for now. But the monster certainly didn't like them!

Capt. Chambersite | Roll 2 (Attacking) | 6

He wasn't sure if he was doing much of anything. he figured that even if he did have his dagger with him, unless he could go up to the monster and pierce it's skin then he wasn't doing much at all. Added to that was the fact that he had to try and shield his eyes, ears, and dodge at various times, it was almost like playing a video game on hard mode, only if you really died here, there wouldn't be any starting over.

That didn't mean he was giving up. He certainly wasn't the only one fighting and he couldn't just go and sneak behind a tree and wait until it was all over. What kind of agent would he be then? And even if he didn't care about how he looked in front of the Generals that were around, there still really wasn't any escaping. The arms of the monster were much too large and he doubted that with the trees impassibility that he would be able to get very far before he was hit by an attack.

So he did what he could and took a large stick, one that would be difficult for a regular human to throw around, and threw it at the monster, and hearing it crack as it hit the creature was quite satisfying.

Corrupt Eternal Kamacite | Roll 6 (Not attacking)

Kamacite let out a small yelp as he was tripped on. He hadn’t been just laying in the middle of the battlefield, so it wasn’t his fault that the General decided to run around like an idiot when he should be careful because it was so dark and he was injured.

Apparently not injured enough, what with the way he demanded things.

Taking hold of his hair, he yanked it back from the General’s grasp, lest he decide to try and drag him up. Maybe it was a good thing that the blond General was such an intolerable a**, because it pulled Kamacite out from the dark thoughts being forced on him by the monster.

“You’re such a hypocrite,” he said, but his voice felt weak even if he wanted to tell this General off. He’d been a thorn in his side ever since running into him in the woods. Before that, even.

But, because he knew he couldn’t just sit there and try to overcome his demons, Kamacite carefully pushed himself up with his only good arm. His other arm was useless at this point. It had been torn up on two occasions and was still dripping with fresh blood.

In fact, Kamacite swayed dangerously, and reached out to grab hold of the stump he’d been sitting against. He knew the darkness in his vision wasn’t just from the darkness that surrounded them, but because he was in so much pain, both sweaty and cold at the same time.

“Go save your boyfriend,” he breathed, pulling the dagger he’d been lent out from the obi around his torso where he’d been keeping it safe. He flipped it over so he was holding onto the blade and offered the hilt back to the General. “I won’t be much use.”

If standing was this difficult, then he doubted doing anything else would help. Kamacite could see the monster as it went wild, and strange metal pieces flew to distract and possibly harm. Maybe this would be over sooner than they expected, but not soon enough.

Kamacite cringed as he felt his legs buckle and knees hit the ground once more, his body shaking feverishly. After using his magic against the monster when first fighting it, he hadn’t exactly had the chance to really recover his energy while he was so injured. And part of him knew that if the General wanted him dead, this would be the perfect opportunity.

Another part of him wondered if it would be such a bad thing. After fighting so hard his whole life to stay alive in spite of everything, surviving alone long enough to get to a hospital after this didn’t seem likely. Or maybe he was simply being dramatic, as he had been often told as a child.

Sailor Alsafi - Basic - 4 + 8 + 9 +5 + 5 +3

The terrified senshi remained huddled uin a ball, eyes shut and looking down as she trembled, cowering in a ball as she slowly raised a hand slowlyu and whimpered slowly, oine hand reaching pitifully to fend off the monster or -- or whatever else came at her. SShe was scared, incredibly distressed, and crying, a ball of nerves. Whatever others did, she didn't respond to. Instead she remained huddled low, bushes even rising above as she just tried to make the bad things go away. She just wanted them to go away. This was too much for her.

Civilian Alex - 4 + 4 + 3 + 7
NovaCracker

Makeup: Roll 4

The more they hurt the creature, the more time that passed, the darker things became. The trees grew and the monster grew, and everything felt wrong. Felt dreadful and unnerving and just plain wrong. Alex stuck close to Lawrence and the girls, darting away only to strike at the monster before moving back, almost toppling over a few times from the force of the monster's strikes. Even though they didn't land on the plump woman, the passing of the claws was enough of a gust that the woman was rather glad for her size. "I think we're getting somewhere!" After all, why else would it be trying to intimidate them more? That was what was going on, wasn't it?

General Aquamarine | Roll 6

Between the glowing objects and their effects on the creature and their surroundings, the fog, the creature thrashing and howling, Jet attacking, the Corrupt Senshi acting useless, and now strange metal objects flying through the air and congregating around the creature, there was far too much going on all at once for Aquamarine to process any of it. It was a lot to expect of anyone, much less someone with his level of injuries.

So he did the only thing he could do in the situation: he stopped trying to make sense of anything. He simply reacted, not allowing himself any time for thought.

“I could drop dead and I’d still have to do everything my Goddamn self,” he muttered beneath the chaos, hauling himself back onto his feet even as his body threatened to give out on him, head throbbing and ribs screaming with pain.

“Keep the ******** dagger,” he told the Corrupt Senshi, turning away from him in disgust. If the Senshi wanted to give up and lie there like a worthless sack of garbage, fine. There wasn’t time to deal with his angst. Aquamarine had his own to manage, and an idiot to save in the meantime. “If you’re not going to make yourself useful, at least do us all a favor and drag yourself out of the way.”

Aquamarine didn’t wait around to hear a response. He left the Senshi there and limped his way to Jet, ignoring everything that threatened to stop him — the pain, the disorientation, the fear that still crawled down his spine and coiled in his stomach, the panic that rose up his throat, the darkness that crept along the edges of his vision, threatening to drag him down into unconsciousness. The last of his strength was draining away; Aquamarine clung to the fraying threads of it, keeping himself upright through the force of stubbornness and desperation.

The creature was faltering. This was their chance, perhaps their last opportunity to end this nonsense.

Aquamarine reached Jet and stood protectively between him and the creature, striking again with his rapier before stumbling back to grab Jet by the arm.

“Didn’t you say you’d get us home?” he asked, rough and accusatory.

He pulled Jet to his feet — not an easy task under the best of circumstances; Jet was not light and Aquamarine lacked sufficient upper body strength — then tugged Jet’s arm over his shoulders so they could lean on one another as they limped away together, half dragging one another out of range.

“You’re so stupid. And you have the nerve to call me an idiot. I swear, if we get out of here…”

Aquamarine never got the chance to finish the thought, voice fading with each word as his strength finally gave out. Tripping under Jet’s weight, Aquamarine fell to the ground. He landed on his knees, blinking slowly as his sense failed all at once. He could no longer hear the creature howling, or any of the voices around them. He couldn’t see the forest; the darkness along the edges of his vision was quick to spread. He couldn’t taste the bile rising up his throat, couldn’t feel Jet against him, couldn’t smell the stench of sweat and blood.

He swayed on the spot and fell forward.

He mumbled Jet’s name, then was silent and still.
