» Ylaine [diary]Guardian » Greyhaven & James Taylor (via Reginald Thrash) / romesilk Level » 3 Bio » Ylaine attends school because she is required to. She has no interest in her fellow students and is aloof and unfriendly. She possesses the answers to all the questions and feels school is a waste of her time. Because of her unusual knowledge and mature personality, she has been placed above her age group. She hates creative courses. Classes » English | Math | Ancient History | Chemistry | Health | Studio Art | History of MagicBold indicates areas she excels in, italics indicate areas she has trouble with, regular text indicates her performance is average in that area, and underline indicates her performance oscillates wildly between genius and wtf. Strikethrough indicates classes she has dropped.

 Cecelia "Cece" Morris-Chan [Diary]
Elda Chan/ Elda-Chan
Level 1
An adorable brat, Cece demands attention from everyone at every turn. She loves being around people. Her moods are unpridictiable and change often. She's slightly ADD, so it's very hard for her to sit still or pay attention for long. She hates learning with a burning passion, but loves going to school for the people.

Ophelia Prosper [Journal]Michael Prosper (The art teacher!) / Silverah Level 3 Creative and friendly, Ophelia excels in creative and interesting subjects but struggles a bit with math and sciences. Teachers find her to be an attentive student, and while she is not the top of the class, she is certainly not a bother to have in the classroom. Despite having a large amount of innate magical ability, she would seem to lack the ability to learn much in the regards to new magic. Nataya Alyn [ERROR 404]/ Journal Anastasia [ERROR 404] / Marina Toriama Level Two Simply a sweetheart, Nataya couldn't be mean if she tried. She likes being in school, even if it is a bit difficult for her in some areas. She usually sits in the back of class so her wings don't get in the way, and her plum has become a constant companion, usually sitting under her chair or desk unless she's nervous or stressed, of which then she pulls it up into her lap. She usually tries to go around barefoot, but carries a pair of flip-flops in her bag just in case. Nahuel Cooper / JournalEshaa Cooper / Silverah Level Three Bold, outspoken, and adventurous, Nahuel doesn't suffer from ADHD - he revels in hyperactivity. He's confident to the point of almost being obnoxious, but he has everyone's best intentions at heart. He just has a funny way of showing it... He was previously enrolled in a different school, but transfered to Liberty Center because his younger sister Orli attends it as well. He has a serious interest in archeology and history, and has had an apprenticeship on a dig outside of Durem for a few months now. Hye-yun Fauste Mhin Hae-min Level Three [Original character; no journal]
Hye-yun is your consummate nerd; she knows computers inside and out, having built several of her own. She's never significantly failed a thing in her life and so perhaps has a bit of a horror of bad grades- for herself or others. That's probably why she's so willing to help out younger kids as a tutor (or maybe it's just because it makes her look good to her mother?) She seems pretty well-adjusted.

» Talos [full profile]Physical » ~17 years physically, 5' 6" and still growing a bit, gray hair and blue eyes Guardian » [emancipated] / romesilk Level » 2 & 3 (mixed classes) Bio » Talos was born in ancient Greece originally and studied under his uncle Daedalus. Due to a relationship with his mother, Daedalus's sister, Daedalus killed Talos. Talos spent several centuries floating in spiritual limbo until he was reborn as a partridge to help a bunch of reincarnated Greek gods. Unfortunately, being a partridge kept Talos from pursuing his true dream, invention, as he had no hands. So he switched sides to the Dark Universe, who were trying to take over the world, and they gave him a new body. Unfortunately, betraying his gods (powerless as they turned out to be) rested heavily on Talos's conscience. He happened to develop a close friendship with the girl responsible for the Dark Universe's incursion into the Light Universe and she sent him to a different multiverse where he would be safe from the final, brutal days of the war. There was another war going on in this multiverse, though, and Talos wound up working on the side of the Imperium as an engineer until they won the war and the Imperium became the Triumvirate, after which point Talos was finally free to live in peace. Talos has his own cottage in the Triumvirate's suburban neighborhood surrounded by little purple flowers. He came to the Liberty Center to fix the air conditioning and met Jacoba, who bears a strong resemblance to a friend of his from the past. He decided to enroll at the Liberty Center partly to try and live a more normal life, partly to be near Jace. In addition to his studies, he is also apprenticed to Dr. M, another inventor, though it's more of an assistant position than an apprenticeship in the strictest sense of the word. Talos is a very competent inventor in his own right, and he specializes in mechanical inventions. He is also an accomplished artist and has built several metal sculptures, most of which feature unusual mechanical elements. This is Talos's first time attending school as a student. As a partridge, he once "attended" a high school while hiding in someone's backpack, but didn't actually participate in anything or complete any assignments. » Tenebras Merroth Clark [journal]Guardian » Boston & Emma Clark / romesilk Level » 2 Bio » Merroth is not a terribly great student. Though he's very, very smart, he has some trouble with social interaction and doesn't respond well to rules unless they're framed in such a way that they seem advantageous. The only reason he works so hard at school is because his father has convinced him he has to in order to take over Clark Co., and Merroth really, really wants control of the company. While he's generally a brat, Merroth has his moments, and can actually be very good company to those who show him loyalty. (But be warned: he leads people down the dark side.) Merroth is generally well-known for his classroom antics, which cause both admiration and headaches in teachers. He's very much a classroom troublemaker. Sometimes the trouble is worth it, because where he excels, he's genius, but mostly it's just distruptive. Boston has a bit of a reputation for pulling Merroth out of trouble in school and generally enabling Merroth to get his way whenever possible. His reasons aren't completely clear, but it seems he feels he's the only one who should ever punish Merroth, and his definition of improper behavior differs from that of most teachers. Merroth is also ridiculously unimaginably wealthy, a fact which hasn't quite hit the student population yet. He lives on a private island in the Gulf of Mexico. Classes » Language Arts | Social Studies | Science | Art | Music | Physical Education | HealthMerroth also attends a special advanced math course due to his unusual genius in that area. Bold indicates areas he excels in, italics indicate areas he has trouble with, regular text indicates his performance is average in that area, and underline indicated his performances oscillates wildly between genius and wtf. Strikethrough indicates classes he has dropped.
