[Nishin According to wikipedia, Winry and Ed DO have feelings for each other. (Click on Winry's name, if I recall correctly that is.) By the way, in terms of the movie ending, I was expecting way more EdxWinry and RoyxRiza. Yeah but Anybody can go to wikipedia and type that in...But they might have had feelings for each other it would be really awkward if they did end up together.... In the movie ending...I think if they showed more then what they did i think it would kinda ruined the movie for me....because it wasnt about that at all....I liked how they did it making you think along the lines this is whats going to happen with them after everything.... Plus Ed leaving Winry behind is more ironic then anything because he left her behind all the time anyway

I hope to God Ed doesn't end up with Winry. She treats him badly. Plus, going out with your own mechanic? Way too creepy for me. I agree, I think AlxWinry is a way better match.

Ladieburd They totally SHOULD have ended up together, but alas, since the movie ended the way it did, they didn't get to be together. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that Ed ended up marrying someone that looked like Winry in our world. I like to think so anyway... thats what I'm thinking since I saw that ova mrgreen so cute

In the animeverse? Highly doubtful seeing how they're in two different dimensions by the end of the movie. However, it's strongly hinted that Ed does end up marrying and having kids with someone in the "Grandchildren" OVA.
In the manga on the other hand, It's rather obvious that they have feelings for each other, Winry saying "I must have fallen for [Ed] a long time ago" in chapter 48 (Volume 12) along with Ed's reaction to Riza's question "You love Winry don't you?" in chapter 58 are two of the main indicators along with various other events including the time where Ed jumped in from of Winry to shield her in the battles against Scar plus the conversation that followed. I highly doubt that they will enter an actual "boyfriend/girlfriend" type of relationship soon since Ed is mainly focusing on getting Al's body back, along with the fact that Bradley has already threatened to use her as a hostage and he doen't want to put her in more danger. If anything does evolve between those two, it's going to be at or very near the end. I personally think Arakawa is going to continue to drop more hints and leave it open-ended, without any definite conclusion.

Considering the manga, they have feelings for each other. EdXWinry is the only pairing for Ed that we can come up with that even remotely makes sense.
