History
Grew up in a rag-tag "pride" made of folks of all ages and walks of life who roamed the lands and considered one another family regardless of actual blood relation. Members would drift in and out of the pride all the time - she doesn't actually know who her blood parents were because of this, but it doesn't particularly bother her. Internal conflict eventually tore the group apart, and while off on her own she nearly died. Realizing that life is a hell of a lot tougher on your own, she's chosen to seek shelter and community in a pride - the Ela'wadiyi. She has some adjusting to do - a formal pride structure is quite a bit different than a loose group of stragglers, but she's happy to have others around.

Eche is often found dozing in a nice sunny spot or snoozing in some odd corner of the colony's territory - she prefers to spend her days enjoying the little things and relaxing rather than running around and fussing over everything. Despite her easygoing and friendly personality, she does have a tendency to get tunnel vision (pun not intended) when it comes to her goals - if she's set her mind on something, good luck getting her attention when it comes to anything else! Personality
Thalea is still relatively young, so she's taken to leaning on the faction's stereotype to "make up" for that. She's frosty, strict, and speaks only when she feels it's necessary - trying to give off the appearance of a serious, firm leader when she's really just not used to having actual conversations with others, never mind leading them. She has only Pigana as she fears that having a Tamaa would be seen as weak - though she only holds this standard to herself. She's got a big heart and the capacity to be more flexible and less stuck in her ways, she's just not comfortable enough with herself yet.
History
A sickly cub, Thalea spent a large amount of her formative years relatively alone. She understood - there was fear of her illness spreading and doubts that she would survive to adulthood. One of her visitors - the Sapphire Shauri of the time - helped her pass the time by providing her with mind games and riddles to mull over, checking in weekly to see if she'd solved them yet. She eagerly anticipated the visits and began crafting her own puzzles in response, hoping to one day stump them as they'd stumped her so many times. This carried on even after her recovery - something she attributes to those very puzzles - and became a language of sorts to her; honing her strategic mind and acting as a comfort to her in times of stress.
