At that, Shun merely gave a scoff. He shook his head and turned to focus on the enemy fully. He ducked down from one swipe of its claws, but failed to see its follow up. Hitting the ground, he rolled and quickly charged right back in, slicing across its leg to make it stagger. It was almost dead now. He could tell from the way it moved.

The bickering gets more heated...at the surface they seemed to just exchange pleasantries, but beneath the words there are thorns ready to stab anyone's getting nearer. Nope, nope. No way I'll jump in and separate them.
Also, another wild swing for him. He swore that these monsters are getting better at evading and attacking with time passing. Wonder if the Taint spread from it have anything to do...

It was her last moments of strength that gave her the power to put down the wyvern, knocking it right in the head until it crashed down to the ground. She straightened up, and gave the three of them a very small, meek nod.
"Thank you." She offered, before finally letting the exhaustion take her. She knew she needed to rest before another battle, so she moved towards the corpse to see if it had anything of use, and said no more.

It was well fought. They had done well together. But it still left her exhausted, and afraid of what would come next. She gave Estel a fairly regretful glance, before standing again to leave. This time, she would not find another monster. She would find the darkest, quietest corner in an empty castle, and meditate until her thoughts were once more clear and peaceful. If she was going to deal with people like this for the rest of her life, she would have to learn to prepare to handle it.

As they all looted the items and left, Rei alone is left dumbfounded. They say a storm passes as quick as they arrived, and that much is right for this occurrence.
He looked at the disappearing corpse and snagged a horn he can use as drinking vessel. Or helmet. Or party jokes.
