YOUR GAIA USERNAME: Zingling CHARACTER YOU ARE ENTERING WITH: Fate LINK TO THEIR QUEST OR IMAGE: CITIZEN OR NIGHTMARE? Citizen INTO THE MISTS: Fate was all but eager to get to Rotona’s statue. A sense of overwhelming pride washing over him and he all but leapt forward into the mist, dashing back and forth making the thick mist dance back and forth. If anyone was afraid, surely they wouldn't be after seeing him prance about… or perhaps they would be ever more afraid, considering his absolutely pale pigment.
“Mmmm, Time is probably already here!” A mirror image of his brother, Fate watched the crowd that gathered, blue and red visible eye searching for his ghostly brother. The both of them were all but inseparable, so close that they could easily answer the others sentence without a skipping a beat. Those of Dokho where they lived felling utterly uncomfortable in their presence.
It wasn’t that Fate was dumb, he just disregarded social memes, caring more for his own freedom and ideals. How this would affect his life, only time could tell…

Nightmare INTO THE MISTS: Thunder felt the magic before she really noticed the mists. Or so she'd tell others later- She was a storyteller. A performer. A unicorn of great balance and acts of daring-do. Thunder was a unicorn that knew she was magnificent, but had so far spent her whole existence trying to make others see it in her. That meant taking risks and going places no one else dared to go. Strive for adventure that was simply too much for those more ... Mundane.
She stepped closer to the mists and reached her nose into the dewy air. A snort made the fog swirl around her nostrils like tendrils beckoning her forward. Deeper into the unknown. Her eyes sparkled with a scarcely contained excitement and she chuckled.
"Well, won't this make a wonderful tale?"

-Lapin is a very playful and curious young stallion, still yet to grow out of a bit of his foal-like attitude and behaviour. He is very intuitive and well-spoken, despite his disposition, and he is very outgoing and happy to make new friends. He enjoys studying the nature and magic around him, and also loves to share his knowledge with others- a bit of a story-teller!
The young stallion had been travelling not very long, and though he was unsure what exactly had drawn him into this area, the mists that surrounded him felt familiar and comfortable, and he could sense a magic around him.

About: A mare on the smaller side, but with a fierce light in her haunting gaze. She carries herself with confidence and pride, and her words are weighted with a wisdom beyond her years that make her seem more grand than her small stature. An old soul. She believes dreams are a path to the forgotten memories and may be willing to decipher yours if you catch her attention. She is a bit flighty, sharp-witted, quick and coy at times - and very difficult to pin down. While she will often stay in one place for awhile she never seems to stay long enough to call it 'home'. She wanders, and dreams, and tells tales of forgotten things and things she believes may yet be to come; though whether there is any truth to it is, of course, up to those listening to decide for themselves. Appears: She stands a few hands shorter than the average mare with a lithe and lean build and a narrow, aristocratic, face. Her coat gleams in a multitude of colors, seeming to change hues somewhat in different light and even a little when she moves. The bauble at her throat glows with a mysterious and haunting light and seems somehow a little disturbing; though not necessarily in a bad way. When asked where it is from she only smiles, "It came to me along the way," she might say, in that calm and measured and almost-smiling tone - and nothing more.
Misc: Whether or not Fable truly has the power to divine dreams is up for debate. Like fortune tellers today, and those who seek them, the power of belief, or non-belief, may sway how a person takes a fortune told; with reverent awe, disdainful denouncement, suspicion, or even confusion. She never claims to know the "truth", however, and tells only what she "sees" based on the dream itself. Interpretation is largely up to those who seek the clarity she may offer. More often than not, however, even the most devout of believers in such things often walk away with more questions than when they started.
She stares into the mists, and even the glow of the bauble around her throat seems to be swallowed by its shifting, swirling, shape. It whispers to her, and Fable's ears twitch a little as a cool chill runs up her spine. She feels... anxious, and excited, at once, and stamps her front hood a little as she tosses her mane in indecision.
Strangely enough, she is not afraid. Perhaps it is all her years of looking into the face of what others deem as strange.
Whatever the reason, she finally steps forward and is swallowed up. She doesn't look back.

Citizen INTO THE MISTS: Najara is warmth and jolliness all rolled into one motherly package. She loves having children, loves looking after children, or just looking after others full stop. She can come across as a bit of a nag or a busybody if you don't know her well enough, but her pushing her way into your business and holding your hoof through any sort of trouble is her way of showing her affection.

NIGHTMARE INTO THE MISTS: Born from a whirlwind romance that never lasted, the young stallion was independent since birth. Perhaps a little too reckless, but his father saw no harm in that, for in his eyes, his young foal can do no wrong.
Gold Hues was never one to follow the rules to begin with. His father only stepped in to reprimand him when he really overstepped boundaries. For his rebels, he might fall or scrapped a knee or hoof, but he learned better. So, for him, it did not mater that the elders warned him not to approach the mysterious mists that approached their home. If it were really so bad, then he will learn , as he usually did with a couple bruised and a better knowledge of life.
Thus, he set his sights at the darker side of the unknown. It was all an adventure, he thought to himself. Little did he know how wrong he was this time for not listening to his father...

CITIZEN OR NIGHTMARE? Nightmare INTO THE MISTS: A brooding spirit with a sense of self-perfection. She cares not for what others may think of her, and feels that she needs no one. Despite this, she is not an evil creature, and will go out of her way to avoid others, unless they corner her and make her speak. At that point, she will timidly enter conversation, with the urging wish to fly away.
Pyrefly could feel it - there was something in the air... an electricity that drew her. With a shuddering heartbeat, Pyrefly flicked her wings upward and pushed downward, pressing her body into he air. Her curiosity would most certainly lead her into trouble....

INTO THE MISTS: Aloof and eccentric, the encroaching swirling mists did little to shake Abrax. For a short period of time the stallion failed to even realize that there was something around him that was changing. It was a tricky thing, to grab the stallion's attention- and even more difficult to hold it. To be truthful, it was more sheer luck that Abrax found himself enveloped in the magical mist and suddenly, most decidedly not where he had just been. All it took was a little tickle to his nose and a massive sneeze that sent the mists billowing and swirling. Like the spray from a puddle disturbed by a stomping hoof the mist was suddenly enveloping, clinging tenaciously to his star-spattered body. With an eeriely-sentient determination, tendrils of smoky magick begged Abrax to come come and he did.

However, it wasn't the first time he had been faced with the unknown. An explorer and knowledgeable explorer, he was used to clamoring down the sides of mountains which faced countless unseen faces, with many howling echos. These...mists - smoky, vibrant almost, in their composition led him through ever changing pathways that held no possible openings for a way to view a straight path. Where was he going? Sometimes it felt as if he were hovering - walking on air, maybe walking sideways. Like the mist had wriggled its way beneath his feet and moving his legs for him.

Nightmare INTO THE MISTS: Paradigm is not bad per se, but she is a bit fickle. Her only true loyalty is to herself so far and she holds only a passing interest in others or their plights. It's unclear whether she will ever be able to be more true and loyal to anyone before herself. She does not consciously set out to be malicious, though her actions or words can occasionally give that impression. And inexplicably, she is drawn to the unknown. Which is perhaps why she found herself enveloped in tendrils of mist that circled her, drawing her deeper until her surroundings were obscured. The thought of being cut off from her original path did not cross her mind, as she was going nowhere in particular anyway. This was exciting and new. This was something that she was keen on seeing through to the end.

Citizen INTO THE MISTS: Cerulean Gazer - just Gazer to those who know him best - can be described as a quiet, observant, and gentle soul. He's more of a listener than a talker. Despite this, he loves storytelling. Generally, he is most often aloof, preferring solitude to company. This does not mean he is unwelcoming, however. Simply, he prefers the quiet. He's difficult to get to know because of his reserved nature.
When the mists appeared, his normal reservedness was overridden. In one of his moments of weakness, he set aside his cautiousness and gave in to his curiosity. Without the normal hesitation, he stepped through the mists.
