Meta Part 1 Final TaskHere &
HereGained Memories:She had promised her new friend that she would give her hand standing lessons today. And she was super excited to get this started! Meixiang liked Leo and really hoped that they would become good friends over time. The Mare was one of few people that the ghoul could feel she could get close to.
When she arrived Leo was already there waiting for her. A wide smile spread across her lips. Glad that her new friend hadn't stood her up.
------
The lights and sounds of the Scarecade filled all her senses. Meixiang had come to the Maul today to do a bit of shopping and had run into Alex who was working today, but lucky for her he was at the end of his shift.
Of course, it was time for a little DDD rematch. She had a great time the last time they had played but this time Alex was going to go down. The Jiang Shi was super serious this time.
It was all in good fun of course.
------
Blind dates were odd.
Meixiang had honestly never been on a real actual date before now and now....now she was set up on a blind date for prom. She had no idea who or what was going to be her date, which had her a little bit nervous.
It wasn't until the dark skinned Horsewoman approached her that she realized she had been set up with one of them. From what she could make she was from Famine. Meixiang had spent no time on that island really, so she had no clue about them to be honest.
But she seemed friendly enough. Perhaps a bit more open to this idea of co-habitation than other Horsemen.
------
Meixiang sat in her dorm room. Her various minipets roaming about, some sleeping on pillows or in random boxes. Goop was curled up around her neck like usual when she was here. His cold, slimy body barely registered on her attention meter.
The ghoul stared down at open hands laying in her lap. What was she doing? Could she actually go through with this anymore? She was beginning to have second thoughts about everything. About her choices. About...her. It felt like a lifetime since the last time they saw each other.
Maybe she was growing up and it had merely been a light hearted fancy.
------
Her friends looked at her weird when she had told them. Told them about her and the Horsewoman's relationship. And now she wondered, wondered if she had become an initiate for her sake. To stay by her side.
Was it the right choice after all?
Meixiang wanted to help the Horsemen regain some sense of self reliance once more. To be more open to those of Halloween and vice versa. But from the way her friends looked at her she could tell there was silent judging behind their eyes. And perhaps some real concern.
Sad MemoryHe turned to look at her. So much taller her father always made her feel like a little child when he was around. Not only his height, but his presence as well was overwhelming.
A sad smile came to his strong features as he placed a large hand against her cheek. Their visiting time was at an end and he needed to return home. Business and the clan always kept him busy. But she was glad that they had this bit of time together. That he had come to the fair and they had a bit of fun like they did when she was much younger.
"Don't be afraid to come home whenever you want. You are always welcome Little Plum and we always love you." Her lips trembled at his words and she rushed forward to wrap her arms around his waist. Burying her face into his stomach.
She missed them. Her parents. Everyone at the compound. Friends she had grown up with. Why had she come to this school honestly? It hurt too much whenever she thought of home. Part of her wanted to go back. To just pack everything up and go home. Never to come back.
