Yuki lightly shook her head no, she didn't have anything like that. Then she thought of something. "Maybe we could do a hand sign or a move, that we only know so that we would know to run..." She said softly, she didn't know what to say, and wan't good at this sort of thing.

[Ryo:]500 [AC:]0 [Split Num:] One ♪──♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪──♪ Shun had noticed that the little girl had gone up to the older one to protect her, it had made him smirk. Shun stood back up and dusted off the sand on his pants, then he turned back to the two and said," We will use your seals for communication... And I will use my clay birds to find you and make sure you are okay... Also ... Yuki... Using a handsign during battle won't be useful if we are looking at the battle... One person will whistle to signal their want to escape... And the rest shall whistle back to say that you hear and agree...". Although Tris's and Shun's personalities may be different, making choices and plans comes natural to them because they both are a tactician.
He stared into the darkness of the jungle and continued trying to calm himself because a part of him was still angry. Shun looked back at the two and sighed, he turned back around and approached Meiji with his arm outstretched towards her," How does your seal work..? Do you draw it on me..?", Shun said as he avoided the gaze of the two by looking at the sand. He was frustrated by how hard it was for him to communicate with others without getting angry and tried to bottle himself up.
Shun continued their talk as he waited for the seal," I-I... Ahem... I haven't noticed any patterns about these Switches... And I am just starting to remember bits and shards of Tris's recent memories... So... We will have to find artifacts right? Umm... Yeah... Some of my memories are a bit... Foggy right now... So... Yeah...", Shun looked over to where Yuki was at and motioned her over to get a seal too.

Yuki glared at him, she was starting to get angry, and that was hard to do. She had this pitiful look as she looked down and whispered to herself. "But, I don't know how to whistle." She said softly, and then looked at the writing on her arm, again. "It wont be permanent, right?..." She looked at her with a worried look.

He had heard little Yuki had saying how she didn't know how to whistle and shot a mean look at her," Then we shall clap instead... The same things from earlier... But now it's not whistling... Just clapping...", Shun said. He slowly regained some of Tris's memories from earlier, and thought that he was such an idiot for greeting people from other villages and making a dumb promise to protect this girl. Of course, to respect that Tris won't be damaging his body in future events, he would have to keep this promise to satisfy him. He glared down at the sand and kicked piles of it and watched the sea breeze pick it up and blow it away.
He noticed some kind of flare from afar and had realized that the race had begun and they could now leave the island. " Time is running out and we haven't even decided which artifact we want to pursue! Okay! You two listen up! I will allow you to obtain your artifacts first if you agree to my condition...", He trailed off to take his set of clues out of his pocket. "I have gone over some of these clues in my head and many hint at giving the beholder power... So, once we are through with retrieving your artifacts... And if we figure out that they do grant power... I would like to obtain not one... But two artifacts! Also we shall share out artifacts between us to distribute the powers each of the artifacts grant! So... Does anybody disagree with my conditions?", Shun nodded his head in agreement with his own idea and marveled at it. Sure winning these exams could be great, but the thought of obtaining new kinds of power fills Shun with great...

Yuki was just glaring at him with a cold stare, she wanted to be friends with him. They were probably more alike then they thought, but he was making it very difficult. "Your only suppose to get one... One for each team mate. You could get us into trouble...." She said softly, she was having enough trouble as it is at him, being called a murderer and all. But he should know that, he is old enough after all.

"That should be fine," Meiji said quietly, slightly surprised by their quick agreement. "And don't worry, Yuki-san, it's just regular ink...you can wash it off...by scrubbing hard..."
She pulled out a bottle of ink and a brush, first drawing the seal on herself. After a second's consideration she decided to draw it in the crook of her elbow, right below her Genkaku Fūin.
"Koutsuu Fūin allows everyone with it to communicate telepathically over long distances," she explained as she began to draw it on Shun's arm. "You'll have to activate and deactivate it yourself, but it only requires five chakra to activate..." Once done with Shun's she quickly drew it again on Yuki's arm.
"I...doubt it would matter much if we have more than three..." Meiji said slowly. "But...wouldn't that mean a higher chance of other teams chasing after us?" A power-hungry teammate? Just what they needed, hm?
"I recognize many of these artifacts as being in Konoha," Meiji said as she took out the list of clues and spread it out on the ground. "I think there's at least some in Kiri, as well..." she tilted her head and regarded the last clue curiously. "I'm...curious about one of them, I admit...but..." 'Give me blood'? How ominous.

[Ryo:]500 [AC:]0 [Split Num:] One ♪──♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪──♪ He turned his head to Yuki," After each of us has obtained at least one scroll, it is up to you to decide whether or not if you would assist me in retrieving a second scroll...", Shun tried to make a point that they weren't obliged to help him. He placed an arm out in front of himself and examined the new seal and took a mental note on how to activate it. Shun grinned evilly and turned his head back at Yuki, he had remembered this girl from the village and remembered the rumors about her being the murderer of her own parents. He was unsure if this was true or not but if it was she could be a powerful, yet dangerous ally to be around. He had to play his cards right around her, but Tris would have done a better job in this part of the event. Shun would just have to ensure it until his return.
He looked at the clues and pointed out three he was interested in," I am only retrieving two but... There are three that have caught my eye.... The first one I would definitely like to retrieve is the one in the desert... Number 23", Shun paused and thought, 'The key to world destruction... I wonder if it is true...'.
He moved his index finger over to the two others he was interested in," Okay... I cannot decide between two of these.... Nine and twenty two... Nine is about Doton and it could enhance many of my abilities... Especially my clay ones... But I can't seem to figure it out... And twenty two is definitely about something from mine and Yuki's village... It could be some dark secret...", Shun pondered, many of these clues were brain rackingly confusing and tempting. He wondered if any of these that suggested at granting power were true...
Shun stood up and reached over to the side of his belt and unzipped a pouch, he removed a large chunk of clay from the pile and brought it out. From there he held it in both of his hands and allowed the Mouths to feed on it. The mouths chewed on the matierial and would eventually add his explosive chakra to it.

The key to world destruction? Meiji's eyebrows shot up at the twenty third clue. It was intriguing, but...if it really was so powerful wasn't it better to leave it be? Of course, that went for pretty much everything on the sheet...
"I...am not too sure about this," she said slowly, thinking back to her parents' stories of their native village. "But...wasn't Kiri's old graduation test for academy students...something along the lines of a battle royale? Maybe that is what the clue is referring to..."
She looked over the clues again, frowning in confusion. If this was to be taken at face value then many of these sounded incredibly powerful and a few were likely guarded by extremely powerful enemies - so why on earth would they tell a bunch of genin to go retrieve them? There were some things which really didn't match up at all.
Well, she could probably worry about it later...or something.
"The one I am interested in...is the last one," Meiji said softly, pointing at number twenty five. "From the context...I'm assuming it's also located in your village..." She really didn't like the sound of its price, though...
She shook her head lightly and turned to Yuki. "Is there anything you find interesting, Yuki-san?"

Yuki looked at Meiji. "11...." She said softly and stood next to Meiji, and looked down at the clue. She figured it was in the ocean, or something. But it caught her eye more than the others. It seemed hard to het which is why she wanted that one the most.

He pointed the Mouths towards the ground and watched as it regurgitated the load of clay back. The slimy pile of clay was still for the moment, but then in began to fold on itself over and over. Finally after a few seconds, it stopped and molded itself into what Shun had shaped mentally... A giant twin headed dragon large enough to hold all of them.
The dragon was was magnificent work of art, made in tremendous detail from head to toe. The explosive chakra was strategically placed around it's body so that it would only explode if the head or tail had taken a substansially large impact, but the explosion would still be quite large. He hopped on the dragon's bacbeans stood near the heads. Shun turned to the two and gave them a wicked grin," Please... Climb aboard... ", Shun said in a mischievous tone.
One they got on Shun would explain that they are going in an order of youngest to oldest, he would also ask if they were okay with that. Once they have been completely prepared, the dragon will take flight and head to their next location.

Yuki kinda just stared at him, there was a big question in her mind, but was kinda afraid to ask. It was, 'What if he jumped off the dragon and then exploded the dragon after we get the artifacts? So he could keep them as his. I wont be giving him mine anytime soon.' She thought to herself, and folded her arms, waiting for Meiji to get on and then she did, looking at her. Him being the way he was acting was not helping her trust him, at all.

"Number eleven...?" Meiji pondered over the clue for a moment. The artifact was underwater, that much was obvious. It was deep underwater, further than a person could swim...were they supposed to dive in after it regardless? "That's an interesting one," she said with a smile.
Well, at least it wasn't being guarded by a bunch of highly trained and potentially hostile shinobi. Hopefully.
There was a soft squelch and Meiji turned just in time to see the mouths on Shun's hands spit out a bunch of slimy, chewed-up clay. As she watched the clay began to move...resulting in a two-headed dragon...
So that's the power of his bloodline? Interesting... Meiji picked up the clue sheet and walked over to examine the creation closer. "This is beautiful..." she said sincerely. "And...practical as well, ne? I'm a little jealous now..." she laughed softly. She wasn't going to trade her own bloodline for something else, but the fact was that most of the time training it almost wasn't worth the effort. Almost.
The possibility of Shun backstabbing them came to mind briefly. Jumping on the dragon essentially meant Meiji and Yuki were putting their lives in Shun's hands, after all. Still, even if he was going to Shun seemed to genuinely want to win, which he needed their help to do....and he'd trusted her somewhat when she'd drawn that seal on his arm, right? For all he knew she could've drawn something to poison him, or make his arm explode, or something....she might as well return the favor.
"Very well," she said with a tiny smile, hopping on board. "The captain...and the navigator...leads the way, ne?" She nodded politely to both Shun and Yuki and prepared to leave.

One they had reached a high enough altitude, the dragon flew off to the crossroads and headed to their destination.
