I grew. To me its not really a big deal, but Sabra was impressed by it. Which is fine by me, I enjoy impressing others though you wouldn’t hear me bragging about it. Of course Roman grew too. It’s weird though. I’m actually writing this in a journal that Sabra bought me. It’s almost like she had the feeling that I was going to need it. That or she wants me to expand my knowledge through writing. I guess I am a little advanced for my age. Pfft, like I care about that stuff.
So why is it weird for me to be writing? I’m used to always being with Roman, but now I have free time. We’re becoming distant. Right now I’m sitting out in the park by myself. I guess we drive each other crazy, being so different n all. But Roman is my twin.
Eh, why am I writing in this thing anyway? Not like this book is going to help me.
Still I guess I’ll keep you, since Sabra did give you to me.
And I like this purple pen too.

Sabra said to study him. Apparently, I’m not “old enough” to know about my vice yet.

We both have amazing patience, not to mention I heal right after Roman beats on me.

Empathy. If it’s what I remember Tally telling me about, then that’s cool. Though healing is neat too. I mean it has kept me alive. And he’s also very pretty. Really, how am I supposed to pick just one thing?

So you’re here and I might as well write in you. Don’t get used to this, kay? But since I’m bored and there’s nothing better to do – I’ll write.
I’m going to pick up the violin now. The ocarina is always going to be important to me, but I have to move on. My head is full of so many melodies that I can’t just contain it to such an instrument anymore. I want to grow; create; understand. All of this is new to me; I’ve never had such a drive before. Not for actual work that is.
Am I really growing up then? No longer the child I used to be? But I’m still me. Perhaps it’s because Roman has left me alone so much lately? My mind used to be focused solely on my twin and what to do with him. But now…I concentrate on myself.
It’s weird. How much farther can we separate? I don’t like this. I want to go my way, but I don’t want to lose Roman! For now we’re going to enjoy our childhood and no matter what happens when we get older, we’ll still be twins. Right?

I just now reread this, journal, and I don’t even remember why I was so emotional that day. I must have been pretty upset yesterday to write all of that.
Really, really upset.
Especially if those are tearstains on the paper.
Funny huh? Totally not me.
And if you ever open up to anyone besides me, journal, then you’re just as good as a piece of firewood. Got it?

Sabra has family. It’s the weirdest thing, journal. I asked her once before about her family and she was touchy about it. All secretive and the like. Tally has also asked before….so why now? Why is this Sierra woman showing up in our lives and claiming that she is Sabra’s cousin? I don’t understand it at all.
If she’s so concerned about keeping her family out of our lives then why is this Sierra allowed to come visit with her spawn? Yah. Sierra has a kid – a girl. I like girls and boys equally, especially cute ones. But this one goes beyond cute, she’s got motives behind everything that she does! I can tell it, yes I can. After all don’t I do the same, journal?
Princess can be fun to play so I don’t mind, but it got boring after the first two weeks. She proved a point to Sabra’s cousin though with it so I supported the game. In a way it was kinda like why I use you journal. To prove a point that I can write…and more. But if I tell you the real reason behind you then you might get vain.
I still protest your existence. I don’t like this feely stuff….it can hurt after all. It’s just not right.
As it is, journal, I just wanted to let you know about my new…cousin? She came from the labs and is greed x diligence (yeah active with a mallet too).
Her name: Cecilia.
Another note: Violin practice is going smoothly. I can play without most sheet music now as its already in my head. I need new songs to learn.
