Kieran wandered through the crowd with wide eyes. There was so much going on! He couldn't help but to linger around a stall full of musical instruments. If only he had enough money. But he shouldn't be thinking about that now. Actually he shouldn't even be here. Shaking his head the boy tried to figure out his surroundings.
Originally he had been on an errand for Tally, but then he had heard it. The faint chords of music floating in the breeze. So of course he had come to investigate. The source turned out to be a huge fair where there was lots of dancing with music was coming from every corner. It was heavenly. He wanted to stay here as long as the fair, the music lasted.
Which since he was lost, he might as well spend the day here. His decision made, Kieran continued walk through the crowd.

Seth clung tightly to Damon's leg as he looked around at the hundreds of people that swirled around in dance and song. Music from every type of instrument echoed throughout the fair, thus sparking the random dancing in every open space. "Wow... Daddy! Over there next!" he gasped, noticing a bigger crowd of people swirling in dance, so organized and artfully done...
"Just a minute Seth. I'm a little busy," Damon replied, grimacing at how tightly the naga was clinging to his leg. If only he was a little taller, older, and less shy. Such events wouldn't be so painful to his leg AND he wouldn't have to deal with the noise either.
Pouting, the sloth child slowly released the man's leg and ventured to a nearby stand, peering over the contents curiously.

Dodging through the dancers, Kieran whispered a weak 'sorry' before jumping back into the street. That was a close one. His wings pulled close to his side for safety the boy took one more look around before heading on his way. Brushing his fingers across the sleek surface of his ocarina Kieran started to look into the stands.
In was in one stand that he noticed a familiar figure, "Having fun?" He asked the naga boy with a smile.

Seth nearly jumped, if he could, at the sound of the familiar voice. Turning around, the boy broke out into a huge grin. "Yup. Hi Kieran, nice t' see you again," he replied, giggling a little. "You?" If only he could really dance, then he'd have tons more fun but by being half tail, it was incredibly difficult. Anything involving using one's feet was generally out, which left... well, not a lot. Still, he liked the music and it was fun to dance in his own little way out of the way of everyone else at the fair.

Kieran smiled. "Yeah." Looking around his expression was almost dreamy, "How could I not enjoy this?" All the music swirling about him. If he closed his eyes it was almost as if he could see the notes floating in the air alongside the dancers. It was like he was in a dream. He shook his head with a laugh, "Sorry. I totally zoned out there." The boy flushed before looking back over at Seth, "So what are you up to here?"

Seth couldn't help but be entranced a bit by the music a bit as well, though for an entirely different reason. He just liked listening to music, specifically stuff that wasn't completely new-age like his sister enjoyed. Her tastes weren't exactly pleasant to the ear, but he wouldn't complain. Damon often yelled at her long before the little naga got annoyed.
"Issok. I got daddy to bring me here but he got distracted at some booth so I thought I migh' look around. Then I ran into you," he replied, giggling softly and looking a little enviously at the people dancing as he went to pet the little floof of feathers at the end of his tail. They looked like they were having so much fun with their dancing and whatnot. Maybe he could learn how to play an instrument someday like them. "Wanna look around together or somethin'?" he asked, head tilting curiously to the side.

Kieran flashed a grateful smile at the other boy before nodding. "Ah." Though his gaze, always on the alert for the warning signs in others (wrath children specifically), took note of how the little naga watched the others dancing. For a second his calm expression faltered as a small frown replaced his smile. Maybe he could do something?
"Sure!" Kieran looked around thoughtfully, "But where should we begin?"

Seth frowned, a puzzled look crossing his features. "Over there!" Pointing to a stand not too far away, it wasn't hard to tell why he chose that specific one. Colorful glass whirligigs twirled lazily around and around within the tent, hiding the fact that there were various clothing items and small musical instruments for sale within.
"It's close an' stuff. C'mon!" By the time the naga finished speaking, he was already partway there and slowly closing the gap. With all the dancers and people, the fact that he was able to move around at all was surprising.

Kieran nodded, "Kay!" He looked towards where the naga pointed and smiled. It looked like an interesting booth. Seeing the whirligigs made him reach for the money in his pocket. Maybe he would have enough change? He sighed. Probably not enough to get one for everyone, but at least he could look.
Seeing that Seth had a head start on him, Kieran started to rush after him. Though for a second he almost lost the naga since the crowd of people kept moving about him. But finally he managed to get to the stand. "Jeesh." He panted before taking a deep breath. "Made it."

Seth was relatively tired out by the long walk, wondering why all the booths were so far apart. "Yeah... Long walk an' too many people," he replied, eyes darting up to the glittering ceiling. So many pretty swirling lights and colors... It was mesmerizing and impossible to see them all at once. Every dot and swirl moved constantly, sending variations of the rainbow everywhere.
"Pretty..." he muttered, perfectly content to watch the pretty spinning things forever. Well, so long as they remained pretty and spinning at least.

Kieran managed a small smile, "So true." He agreed before looking up with amazement. "Wow." How did they get them to keep moving like that? Out of curiousity the boy reached up and touched one. It started moving backwards and Kieran watched as it went from maroon to a deeper blue. That was cool.
Hmm. He really wondered about the price now. "I wonder if they are expensive." He commented towards Seth before touching another one and watching as it changed colors as well.

Seth nodded, not really paying attention to what he was saying. They were so pretty-Hey! "Woah, it changes color!" he gasped, attempting to reach one and do the same thing to it. As it shifted to twirl the other direction, changing color in the process, the naga flashed Kieran a grin. "We should ge' one," he replied, only to frown upon realizing he had no money stored up somewhere.
"Phooey... I'll ge' one later, then," he pouted, knowing Damon wouldn't mind the pretty glass object all that much once he saw how... how beautiful and mesmerizing it was.

"Yeah." Kieran laughed at the other spawn before hitting another one. It was really pretty in here with all these colors. If he had enough money the spawn would buy them all to hang in his room. Though Roman would probably end up breaking them. The thought made him frown.
"We should." He agreed reaching up to grab a small one from the wall. The price made him bite his lip thoughtfully, if he spent all he had then he could get a medium one...or two small ones. "Oh?" Kieran looked over at Seth and did something totally unexpected, "Which small one do you like then? I can get it for you."

Seth's eyes widened and he shook his head. What? Buy a gift for him? Absurd! Damon was always trying to buy things anyways it seemed. "No, no, it's ok. Daddy can get me one later. Buy a pretty one fo' yourself," he replied, flashing Kieran a smile. No use wasting money when he could get it for himself, right? Though... All those pretty colors swirling...
"Go an' get one or two for yourself. I don' mind waiting for my own. Daddy's gonna take forever anyways," Seth added, laughing softly.

Kieran frowned before sighing, "Alright then if you say so." He smiled before looking around, "I'll be back, kay?" With that said he ended up slipping around to the other side where there were even more swirly decorations. This time though the boy wasn't wandering around aimlessly, this time he had a mission.
Soon enough Kieran came back with a small bag tucked under his arm. But surprisingly another one was in his other arm. It was this one that he held out to Seth, "Look! They made me a deal for three and so I got one more than I meant to." He grinned, "So here you go."
