xXHopless RomanceXx I've only read the first book. I actually did like it until he started sparkling. At that point I found myself doing a head desk and wondering what she was smoking. Yes, it's original, but it's not creative. It's idiotic. Well, I've read all four books, and it's not just idiotic, but absurd. Of course, she wasn't smoking anything, but masturbating to Edward Cullen.

"Any woman would do it if they had Edward for a boyfriend. And I'm not just saying that because I have a crush on him (laughs)". Getting back on track, I've only read the first Twifail book and I have no intention of reading the other three for fear of having an anuerism from all the hatred I have for it. My main reason of disliking the book, it's anti-feminist/sexist message.

I was thrilled upon hearing that Meyer would not be continuing Midnight. . . whatever it was. She's in love with her own character, and although I respect all literature in general - even if it's s**t - I can't help but hate some choice authors. Dx I'd probably rather eat my own foot rather than know what Meyer thinks about Edward.

Then again, her hubby knows more about it than her. I've read all 4 books for one reason. 1. I was trying to know how it became so damn famous. Sadly, since many people in our society are morons, they have no bloody idea how romance truly is, partially because they were too busy having sex!

Well, I've got to say. I read Twilight soon after it was published, so there weren't the Twifans.... And I thought it was terrible!!! I won't lie, once I got the part that Edward start sparkling, I threw my book at the wall. Then I got it, jumped that part and kept reading... And threw it some more 5 times on the wall... I just want to know what in Hells people think when they read that crap!

Somehow, all of the s**t horrible books are getting famours, Angelo. It's the cover of the books, I think. I mean, if it showed Bella with a mangina and Edtard with moobs, I doubt anyone would buy it. >_>
Just sayin'. : D

I had to read it before critisizing, but none of my friends would let me borrow thier copies because they were too busy reading them for the umpteenth time. So I had to buy the whole series with my own money, and now I'm thinking of burning them. I mean vampires don't sparkle, that was retarded. And a girl would have to be pretty pathetic to stay with a guy who constantly abuses her, and kill herself over said boy. Stephanie Meyer is the most sexist author I have EVER seen. Also, you don't have to use big words to make a story good. Meyer probably looked up every word in a thesaurus before she typed anything

I admit I used to be a twitard. However, upon seeing things as they really are, I realized how ridiculous it is. It has such a stupid ending and completely goes against everything stated in each book before the next. So many things are hypocritical in those books, that it is hard to believe. I read it solemnly for the fact of the werewolves, and even now I hate how Meyer ruined werewolves, especially making one a *****. The fact of how Meyer made it seem like every girl is a clumsy, prone to death idiot who always needs a man to save her really pushes my buttons. I really dislike feeling that because I am a woman that I need a man to 'rescue' me. It also shows things that if they were in another book or talked about some other way, would be shamed and frowned upon, but it's okay to throw abuse and sexism around so easily without any consequence or questioning from anyone. I find that rather annoying and unbelievable.

eek YOU SCARED ME!!! I really think there is some kind of mind control in those books, with how obsessed ppl are with them... rolleyes How is it possible? Edward is such a wimp, how can he even have the honor of being called a VAMPIRE- (sparkly or non-sparkly) Bella is such a damsel in distress. They should have her in a castle wearing a princess dress with a dragon around waiting for her freakin prince Edward to come and save her. Hopefully the dragon would kill her and Edward-painfully. Ok, not hopefully- it WOULD xd
Edward has no life, so he watches teenage girls sleep.
STALKERS AREN'T ROMANTIC- THEIR CREEPY. burning_eyes
