Clone Yami Guys, the potato isn't a part of this, but where does this one news person come in? My idea is he will throw a third unjoinable faction that owns everyone cause they are all ghosts. Then Jack steps in and kills the ghosts then the two friends are friends again. And it is Happily ever after till the next event. Or we all die and Gaia goes bankrupt.
DIdn't they specifically note that the potato issue WAS a part of this? <~That's not a question, btw, it's a statement.

Typo Positiv Clone Yami Guys, the potato isn't a part of this, but where does this one news person come in? Typo Positiv The Iron Magus I'm sticking with my theory of a week of pointless battle followed by a "heartfelt" reconciliation. And then Sentinel and Overseer are all like "BFF FOREVER!" BFF Forever brought to you by The Department of Redundant Acronyms Department.
This is the most likely outcome.
[....] Jack wouldn't stop a war. He would thrive on it. He may stop it after the holidays, but it's more likely to end on its own. See Iron Magus' theory for how the most likely way is going to be, given the past of the two characters. I think that Jack is going to have much less involvement this year than usual. Then again, given the manga of him taking auditions, I'm not sure what he has planned. :/
All well and good, but I have one thing to add. The outcome may affect what the Overseer gives out... maybe we'll be seeing an interesting new array of items come from it.

That would be nice, considering the Overseer as we know him kind of sucks. I stopped with Aquariums when I realized I was spending a lot and getting nothing out of it (and so did my mules, heh).

It just says that this has something to do with the Halloween Event. There is no prove saying that the potato/potatoes is part of this! But now that I have read the title for the 5th time, I think that part of the Gaian population is going to die.

Ok ok. So Jack let them out KNOWING they wanted to kill eachother right?
No duh, he's looking for a thrill as Jacks generally do...
So yeah Evil will probably win since they will have greater numbers(see vampire halloween.)
Despite that the manga will still state how the Good Guys win and all that crap that we know not to be true and will bore us to tears(or worse)
Then Overseer and Sentinel will realize that they were stupid for fighting and blah, blah, blah. Lame crap no one cares about. And then they go away.
Now, either they're never heard from again or ,like the Von Helson kids, they stick around and become perminent NPCs on Gaia...
As for the potato killing that annoying newscaster guy...You got me there. I have no idea what the hell that is going to have to do with anything...
Maybe it'll be our weapons to use in the 'fight'? XD
That's my theory I'm stickin' to it. ^-^

And so far the new 2 pages to the Manga don't help with speculating. But I got all this Friday to work on this event. I am getting surgery so I should have all the items by Friday night!

Pheregames {{♥ ♠ ♦ ♣}} I dunno, it might be about the death of Hardcastle, possibly coming back for Halloween? It's funny that everyone jumps on the idea of the potato, but ignores the last panel.
People have already said that and there is no need to repeat the theory since so far, it seems like the most reasonable theory besides the usual event plot.

The last two pages give no more insight into the plot. Just the history. But now we know what Jack released one of the gods. The other was already upon us. Plus who ever created the manga's 6th page, must really like to draw people with no clothes but still covering the parts.
