How you doin'?

    "Hey little buddy!" A blond haired, winged man said as he kneeled down to the small boys eye level. Dion stared at him with one of his fixated stares, the type that had gotten him scolded on more then one occasion before. He wondered how long it would take for this man to leave him alone like all those other people before him. He wore a white front so Dion dubbed him as one of the people in white despite how different his wings and under clothe were. The boy sat there staring at the young blond man as the metal rings around him silently turned in mid air, the crystals clicked together ever so slightly as his tail twitched gently.

    "He's not much of a talker." A tall, dark haired man dressed in white said to the blond man. The man raised a light eyebrow in question as he held the boys gaze. "When was the last time you heard him say anything?" The man asked, not taking his eyes off Dion. Dion didn't really pay much attention to what any of them were saying. The dark haired man lifted the clipboard that he had been holding and flipped to the second page. "Yesterday." He said flatly, as if he didn't care in the least. The blond haired man spun around quick, "Yesterday?!?!?" He said in total disbelief. "The kid hasn't talked in a whole day?!" He asked. The dark haired man in white seemed unfazed, "Yeah." He said in a flat tone yet again.

    The blond haired man turned back to Dion, muttering bad words under his breath that Dion was curious about. "Okay buddy." The man said, a grin now forming on his face. Dion didn't move nor did he lower his gaze, he was however a little worried about that grin. "You don't like talking, I can deal with that." The man shrugged his shoulders as he sat down in front of him. A grunt could be heard from behind him, the man in white was obviously not liking the amount of time this was taking. "I'm going to sit here and wait for you to say something. You can stare at me all day if you want but I'm not leaving." The man said as he placed his right elbow onto his knee and laid his head in that palm. He stared at Dion with his large, arctic blue eyes. Dion had no idea where this was going but if he was challenging him to a staring contest he wouldn't back down. No one could beat him at a staring contest.

    Dion had looked him over when he had arrived. Dion liked his blond hair and blue wings not to mention the different colored blotched across his clothe and skin. He was a walking rainbow.

    The two sat there, staring at one another. It had only taken a couple of seconds for the mans' expression to change to that of boredom. He kept his gaze on Dion but his free hand had begun to pick at a loose thread in his paint stained apron. Dion took a chance to blink the moment the man before him did, what happened next was surprising.

    Just as Dion's blue eyes opened to continue this contest he found himself staring back at a rather goofy looking face. It was the same man from before but now he was flattening out his lips by pulling them to the side, this gave him the resemblance of a duck. And that wasn't all, Dion's expression must have given him away because the man continued his antics. The man leaned forward, pulling his lips back and forth so they made a smacking noise as he hummed as if ready to give a kiss. Dion didn't know what to do, the man was coming closer and if he didn't move he'd be getting a rather sloppy, rather nasty kiss on the face. Dion slide back in hopes to get the man to stop but he didn't. He followed him, crawling on his knees just as Dion moved back.

    "Ah!!" Dion pulled himself back further and further with his arms and legs but the man kept coming. Struck with a sudden jolt of panic, Dion fumbled with his hands and fell onto his back. The man towered over him, still smacking his lips together and making that noise. "AHHH!!" Dion screamed and shot his clawed foot upwards, nailing the man in the chin with his heel. "D'OH!!!!" The man said as his head shot up some before he pulled to the side, rubbing his chin and muttering something.

    "No!" Dion shouted at him, standing up and pointing an accusing finger at him. Dion imitating what the man had done before shaking his head quickly and repeating himself. "NO!!" A large grin, one larger then his previous one, formed on the mans' face and Dion began to worry again. "I won." He said as he stood up. Dion stared at him for a few moments, not sure what he meant before he remembered their silent contest. He had seen it as a contest as well? Dion's eyes grew wide as he realized that he had been beaten at his own game. He frowned, lowered his head and stood there silently. "Hey." He heard the man say, Dion glanced up. The man took a step forward doing the lip thing again and Dion jumped back. "NO!!!" He shouted again, stomping his foot. The man laughed, a wide smile on his face as he did so.

    He wasn't like the other ones. He was nice and tried to make him talk when the others didn't. Even if he was weird and somewhat scary, Dion liked him. "Are we done here?" The man in white asked, obviously annoyed. The blond man turned to him with a smile, "Yup." He said simply. He turned back to Dion and took off his hat. Dion stared at him, his guard up in case he tried anything funny. "Dion." The man said as he got down to one knee. He knew his name? Dion was ready to run if he made any sudden movements. Dion noticed that even his hair had blotches of colors on and within it. The colors were crusty, as if they were once wet and had been there long enough to dry. "It would be an honor to have you live with me from now on." The man said though Dion wasn't exactly listening. He was staring at that mans wings which were twitching and flapping every so often. He was amused by the many different colors in his hair and he really liked the hat that was on his head. "Dion?" The man asked as the boy said nothing. Quickly Dion's hand reached out and snatched the hat right off his head. The boy stuck his tongue out at the man before shoving the hat onto his own head. Payback.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Dion arrived at his knew home half an hour later. Tired from the days surprises and the constant defense he had to put up when this guy tried to get his hat back. Dion liked the hat despite how it was much too big for him. It dropped over his eyes more often then not but Dion didn't mind pulling it back. The man who would now be Dion's father had introduced himself as Zacheus or Zach though Dion hadn't bother to pronounce either. Zach held Dion in his arm's, having the boy lean against his chest so his head was on his shoulder. Zach was glad to see that the rings surrounding the boy could be pushed up against him and moved so he could rest comfortably. Dion was heavier then Zach had expected but that was okay, the small boy stayed silent as they walked.
    Once home Zach was certain that the boy had fallen asleep. The hat on his head had rolled over his eyes long ago and he hadn't bothered to pull it back as he frequently did when he was awake. His breathing at slowed down to a soft rhythm and he no longer poked at his wings with his clawed fingers. Zach brought the boy up to his knew room where he gently placed him in his bed and the hat on his bed side table.
    "That's the boy?" A soft woman's voice asked. She stood in the door way of Dion's room, her hands hidden inside her robe sleeves as she smiled at the sleeping boy. "Yeah." Zach responded.
    "Welcome home."
Ah Beh Ceh, Uno Dos Tres
    Dion refused to stay in his room where Zach had told him to. There was too much here to explore! Dion weaved in and out of rooms and between small corners, he examined anything his little hands could get a hold of and touched everything he saw. Or course, those things that stood on the top shelves were protected from Dion's grasp but that was only until Dion figured out a way to get up there. His clawed feet and hands left scratches on anything and everything and Zach would have stopped him if he wasn't amused by how quick Dion got bored with one object and moved onto the next. Not to mention how unusually silent the boy was as he ran back and forth between rooms. Dion still guarded Zach's hat with his life and the fact that the boy rarely slept didn't help the matter.
    Dion had just gotten his hands on a rather expensive looking oriental fan of Emilie's just a Zach ran up behind him. "DION!!" He shouted, frightening the boy so much that he jumped and dropped the fan. There was silence for a moment as Zach picked it up and examined it closely. "Whoo! Not broken." Zach said with a smile as he placed it back where Dion had found it. "Where was I?" Zach asked himself as he thought his actions over. Dion frowned at him, obviously unhappy with the sudden fright. Zach snapped his fingers in revelation before continuing.
    "DION!!" Zach shouted again. "Wah?" Dion asked in annoyance, he was a very busy toddler. There were hundreds of unseen treasures in his new home that he needed to find and examine. "We're under attack Dion!!" Zach said, dropping to his knees and holding the boy in a tight embrace. Dion was completely lost.
    "Your toys, they've come alive and demand revenge for being brought at conveniently low prices!!" Zach said as he turned Dion to a row of toys that Zach obviously placed so they surrounded them. Each one wore a black bandanna around their forehead or waist. "I've built a fort in the living room for protection!! Come!!" Zach grabbed Dion and dragged him to the living room quickly. Dion had no idea where this was going.
    Once inside the living room Dion realized that there was, in fact, a fort. Zach had thrown together all the cushions and pillows from his bed and the couch to make a small house in the center of the living room. Beneath the house there was a layer or news paper that covered the entire living room rug. Around the fort were numerous canvases and paint jars with paint brushes. "There it is!!" Zach said once they made it through the doorway to the living room. Just as Zach spoke however, a rather large figure jumped up from behind the bare couch.
    "Rawr Rawr!" Said a familiar voice. The figure was covered in a large patchwork quilt but the stitched arms with mix matched skin tones made it obvious who was underneath. "Rawr!!!" It said again, a smile could be seen between the folds of the quilt. "It's their leader!" Zach said with fear in his voice. "Emilie." Dion said, did they really think he was that stupid? None the less Dion was enjoying this little show that they were putting on for him. "No. Their leader." Zach muttered to him in a matter-of-fact tone.
    "DION!! You must save us!!" Zach said as Emilie swayed back and forth and took a few steps closer. Zach and Dion were close to the canvases and paint jars, Zach grabbed a paint brush and a jar and handed it to Dion. "Here!! You must write your ABCs on the canvas and your numbers! It'll create a spell that will make your toys into good inanimate objects again and destroy their evil leader!" Zach said as he pointed to Emilie who was now doing squats where she stood. "Ooooohhhhhhh!!!" She said as she moved up and down.
    "Here! I'll help. This is an A, next is B, and then C..."
"Twas the night after Christmas, when all through the house
Every soul was in bed, and as still as a mouse;
Those stockings, so lately St. Nicholas's care;
Were emptied of all that was eatable there..."
    Dion had his first Christmas here yesterday and I am glad to say it went fairly well. I was expecting chaos to occur but, oddly, everything went rather smoothly. Dion met the whole family yesterday, every single last one of us and I'm not sure who he liked the most or the least though I have a hunch.
    Dion and Aquarius got along well enough considering how they spoke very little to one another. They seemed to have a mutual understanding through silence and, despite Aquarius's shy nature, Dion was allowed to sit on his shoulders for a while. Serre, Krisha and Selene frightened Dion a little since all three of them ganged up on him at once. They hadn't realized it until after I pushed them away and calmed Dion's nerves. Numari and Rin must have been two of Dion's favorites since he spent most of his time in the kitchen listening to them tell stories. Numari kept him busy with her snake and Rin gave him short tips and lessons on cooking. That was until he knocked over a few pots and pans and Numari kicked him out. Dion was then pulled into one of Amos lectures and I felt sorry for the kid. Amos is a cool guy but he's too proper for me let alone Dion. I had to cut Amos off in mid sentence out of mercy for Dion, the poor kid looked like he was about to rip the couch apart with his bare hands if he didn't get moving.
    Lucius frightened Dion some, I could tell by the way Dion looked at him from afar. Still, being the way Dion is, he summoned up the courage and sat besides him before the two engaged in small talk. It mostly consisted of Dion drilling Lucy (Lucius) with questions about his wings and his blindfold etc etc. The twos game of twenty questions was cut short by Jin and Zeph who quickly pulled Dion aside to scheme. I can't lie, I helped them...just a little bit...a tiny bit. Okay, maybe a lot but that's not the point. Dion seemed to love the twins more then anyone else. He followed them around for the rest of the day, they spoke to him as if he was one of them and included him in all their pranks. He's lucky Emilie managed to aim most of the blame onto the twins and me rather then him or else Dion would be having a sore behind from Numari's hand.
    That was mostly everyone. The last person Dion had to meet was Shah and, honestly, I was worried. I didn't leave the two alone, I won't do that until Dion's old enough to take one of Shah's out burst. It started out decent enough, Shah asked him a couple questions and Dion asked some of his own. Shah seemed unamused by him and that still bothers me. Dion noticed it too, he's quick to pick up on these things. Dion pointed it out quickly, asking if he was bothering him in some way. I didn't let Shah answer, he knew I didn't want him to. He moved Dion away after that, he didn't ask why. I could tell Dion was close to fuming, he needs to work on his temper a little.
    I've noticed that Dion takes on a much more serious and courageous posture and mind set when around people he doesn't know. When I take him out he does his best to keep me at his level. It's obvious that Dion doesn't like to be talked down to or even spoken to in a manner that shows that someone is above him. This amuses me and worries me at the same time. Dion's first encounter with a child from the Sevens company was with a girl named Ebony (who was a complete angel) and it had nearly ended in property damage. I don't know the exact details but I'm sure Dion had done something to annoy a police officer. I worry that he'll have problem with authority figures when he's older. I understand that Dion wants to be treated as an equal but I don't want him to get into trouble because of it.
    Also, I need to find a way to help Dion vent some of his energy. He has way too much of it and I mean WAY too much. I'm planning on getting him into sports though Dion doesn't seem to enjoy the cold weather too much so I'm hoping to get him involved in some indoor sports but knowing Dion he'll want to go outdoors once everything warms up. Maybe soccer or baseball. I'm not sure, Emilie has already begun to teach him to dance but Dion seems to be embarrassed by it. He won't dance in front of either of us but at night when he's awake I can hear the radio on. I know he's practicing, it's the only way that he's been getting better at it.
    So that's it. I need to find Dion some hobbies, I might ask around and see if any other kids would want to form a sports team of some sort so Dion doesn't get lonely. I also need to talk to Shah, the family's here for another day or two. I can't have Shah acting like..acting like Shah. Not in my house with my son.
    Zach stopped writing through his head remained down. He heard the soft creak of a footstep on wooden floor and the gentle tapping of metal. Zach's wings twitched and fluttered for a moment though he still didn't move. There was a pause and Zach knew Dion was watching him, staring at him from the shadows around the corner. A smile crept up on Zach's lips as he gently placed his pen down and leaned back, stretching and yawning loudly. He glanced over to Emilie who slept on the couch silently. Zach hoped that Krisha and Shah were enjoying their bedroom as much as they did.
    Zach looked over to Dion or at least where he assumed Dion was standing. He grinned at him before motioning him over. Zach moved from where he sat to the air mattress on the floor. There was the soft padding of footsteps as Dion crept out from the shadows and joined him there, Dion was extra careful to make sure he didn't pop the mattress with his claws.
    "What's up buddy?" Zach asked as he leaned back and laid down, Dion pulled the metal ring up over his head and placed it gently on the ground. He laid on his stomach in silence as his tail lazily pulled itself up and onto Zach's stomach. "Nothing." He responded. "You had fun yesterday?" Zach asked back. "Yes." Dion replied. There was silence, Zeph's snores echoed down the hall way from the spare room.
    "You know what would be awesome?" Zach asked as he stared up at the ceiling. Dion remained silent though Zach knew he was listening. "If Godzilla came prancing through here right now with Michelle Obama on his back with a big ol' pie of pizza in her hand." Zach said, looking over to Dion. "And ice cream." Dion added with a smile.
    "Yeah, french vanilla."
    "No, chocolate."
    "Fine, the one that's divided three ways. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry."
    "I don't like strawberry."
    "Me either but someone else here is bound to."
    "Okay."
    Dion rolled onto his back carelessly and one of the claws on his foot snagged on the mattress. He tugged and there was a popping sound before the gentle hissing of air escaping filled the room. "Oops. Sorry." Dion said as he sat up and tried to cover hole. Zach pulled him back down. "Don't worry about it. We got a new one for Christmas." Zach said with a laugh that was a little too loud. Emilie stirred and Zach and Dion froze. She didn't wake up.
    "Want to go get pizza?" Zach asked. Dion nodded and before long the two threw on their coats and headed out to the nearest pizza place.
    "Can we get ice cream too?"
    "Sure. Why not?"
    "No strawberry."
    "No strawberry."
"I was dozing away in my new cotton cap,
And Em was rather far gone in a nap,
When out in the nursery arose such a clatter,
I sprang from my sleep, crying 'What is the matter?'"
It would be on a Saturday that you open your mail box (if you have one) and notice there is a rather thick envelope stuffed in there. There is no postage stamp and a very vague return address. But you recognize the font and the company's name. 'Seven of Seven Inc' scrawled in majestic font across the upper left hand corner. As you open it, you may strangely find yourself drawn to the letter, there is a mass of notes inside. They read as follows:
Congratulations! You have managed to succeed in raising your child. (IE: Not killing him or her or getting killed yourself. Haha we kid of course.) We would like an update from you on the following:
Guardians Name:
Child's Name:
Sin:
Virtue:
Gender:
Current Attitude:
Likes:
Dislikes:
Any abnormal growths: (if any, example: Feathers molting, horns growing larger, scars )
Current hair style:
Current clothing preferences:
Dominant celestial trait: (The sin or virtue)
Please summarize in your own words how difficult or easy it was taking care of your child. Did you manage to care for them in a kindly fashion? Or were you forced to discipline them?
As well do not be alarmed if you suddenly find your child achieving a massive growth spurt in the next little while. We are finding that the children from our facility have strange growing patterns and are rather unpredictable. Although please let us know if anything unexpected occurs.
Sincerely the technicians from Seven of Seven Inc.
Ps. Please just leave your letter back in your mail box one you have completed it our courier will pick it up.
Thank you.
You would notice the letter seems overly friendly...strange since the scientist were so ...cold before.
(Just take the from Guardians name to Dominant Celestial trait and pm it to the mule, the summarization doesn't have to be long just have fun with it.)
An explosion overnight!
    Zach rolled off the air mattress lazily. His back had begun to ache after the second day sleeping on it and despite how Emilie had offered that they rotate between the couch and the mattress he refused. He couldn't have Emilie sleeping on this piece of crap. Zach's hair stood up in all different directions as he sat on the ground and turned on the TV. Emilie was already up and so were Numari and Rin. Such early birds those three are. He could hear them talking up a storm while Dion zoomed in and out the kitchen and living room. Jin and Zeph were in the guest room with Serre and Amos. Lucius, Selene and Aquarius shared the other guest room and Shah and Krisha shared Emilie's and Zach's bed room. Dion would be sharing his room with Alice and Kira once they arrived which should be some time today.
    Zach stretched his arms up and pulled back some, yawning loudly as he did so. His eyes were closed as Dion ran into the living room and jumped on the couch. "What are those three talking about?" Zach asked as he scratched the back of his head and turned to look at Dion. He froze, staring at the boy with wide eyes. "Me." Dion said as he stretched out on the couch. He had gotten...bigger. Dion's tail waved lazily in the air as he watched Zach stare in shock. He groaned and crawled off the couch, "Not you too!" He said as he began to walk away. "DION YOU'VE GROWN!!" Zach jumped up and bolted over to him. Dion frowned up at him, obviously not pleased with the attention. "Yeah." He said it as if it didn't matter. Zach inspected him.
    His hair was longer and pulled back in a pony tail, his tail had gotten longer too and the two crystals that had fallen off were growing back on his tail ring. "I know they said you'd have a sudden growth spurt but I didn't know it'd be this soon." Zach said to himself with a wide grin. "My little boys growing up!!" He said as he clapped his hands together. Dion stared at him for a second before turning and walking away. Zach ran into the kitchen, "Em!!" He shouted. Emilie herself had a smile on her face. "I know Zach." She said softly. Rin and Numari were fusing over him again. Rin joked about him looking for a girlfriend as Numari began giving him lessons on how a girl wanted to be treated.
    The next couple of hours were mostly focused on Dion's growth. Jin and Zeph took it the most unusual way possible. They hooted and hollered up a storm, they ran around the house with Dion and began coming up with plans for future scheme. Zach was tempted to join in but Numari ordered him to break it up before all their scheming and problem causing ways stuck to Dion like a leech. Zach did as he was told despite how Dion complained and Jin and Zeph called him a party pooper. Amos praised him on his actions but that only caused more problems. Still, Zach knew it was the right thing to do, he didn't need a miniature Zeph/Jin in his house. They were fun to hang around but Zach knew he'd have problems if Dion took after them.
    The rest of the family were fairly calm about the matter. Serre told him that she'd teach him how to put up a fight and Krisha and Selene kept him occupied and complimented his rings multiple times. Dion wasn't as frightened by them as he had been before which was good. Amos helped Dion with his spelling and reading and Lucius and Aquarius hung out with him as he watched TV. The day had begun with very little commotion. That was until Kira and Alice arrived.
    There was a knock at the door and Zach jumped for it before Jin or Zeph could. He slapped Zeph's hand away from the door knob quickly and pushed him away. "I don't want another person thinking I'm running a brothel." Zach warned. The last time Zeph answered the door he had convinced the mail man that Zach was running a whore house. Now he kept coming back and asking for a "tip". Zach shook his head at the thought of having to meet the guy the next morning.
    Zach pulled open the door and was glad to see Kira and Alice on the other side. Of course, there was another face, one he didn't recognize. "I didn't know you were running a orphanage." Kira said as she stared down at the little girl. She was....pink.
Let's add some color to the family!!
    She smiled up at Zach, a smile that Zach couldn't exactly explain. She looked as if she was about to burst with joy. "Daddy!" She said, jumping a little bit before clinging to Zach's leg. "Wha?" Zach asked, completely thrown off by all of this. Kira stared at him, Alice laid in her arms and was staring at the little girl as well. Kira looked to Zach with a smile, "Looks like you have another one." She said with a small laugh as she walked around him and inside the house. The little girl stared up at Zach, "Daddy, daddy, daddy!" She said as she tugged at his pant leg. Zach smiled down at her, confused to the maximum. "Uh, yeah. Come inside." He said kindly, he couldn't leave this little girl outside in the cold.
    "Emilie!!" Zach called as he picked up the little girl in his arms and held her tightly, she stared around the house with eyes filled with curiosity. Emilie slide out from the kitchen, laughing but paused as she saw the little girl. "Well, hello!" She said cheerfully. "Who's this little girl?" She asked with a smile. "What's your name?" The little girl giggled before responding. "Aiko." Her pink eyes seemed to shine in the lamp light. Emilie waved her slender fingers at the girl, "Nice to meet you Aiko, I'm Emilie." She said. "Mommy!" The girl said immediately. Emilie laughed, "Mommy?" She asked as she looked to Zach. His expression made her pause. "Let's go to the kitchen." Zach said.
    The two had kicked out Numari and Rin and told Aquarius to block the entrance so Dion didn't try to get in. This was a hard task because as Zach and Emilie spoke to Aiko they could hear Dion trying desperately to get in.
    "Aiko, do you have a mommy?" Emilie asked as she handed her another heart shaped cookie and Zach poured her another cup of hot chocolate. Aiko munched on her cookie and pointed to Emilie. Zach and Emilie stared at each other again. Another child? From where? Why them? The little girls wings fluttered gently behind her as she took a sip from her chocolate milk. Emilie and Zach looked to her just as she hiccuped and began giggling. They both smiled.
Dion's Opinion
    "No."
    "Dion-"
    "No."
    "Listen-"
    "No."
    Dion was not wavering. It was obvious that he did not want a younger sibling in any shape or form. Zach was sure that if the decision hadn't been dropped on them so suddenly and they had given Dion a few days to think it over they would have easily been able to win his favor.
    ...Okay, maybe not easily but it would have made a great deal of a difference if they had been issued a warning.
    "You have no say in this decision." Zach said in a very serious tone. Dion glared at Zach, anger filling his face though he kept silent. Zach stared at him, holding his gaze with his own. He knew that if he let it go Zach wouldn't take him seriously and wouldn't believe him. This would only cause problems in the future so Zach refrained from turning his gaze away. "You are going to have a younger sister from now and forever. Nothing you say or do can change this. Do you understand?" Zach asked though it was more of an order then anything else.
    They had sent Aiko off to meet the rest of the family. They, like Zach and Emilie, had welcomed her in open arms though Shah was exempt from that. He continued to watch TV despite the noise, Zach knew he'd eventually accept the kids. Shah did accept Zach as his son after all.
    Aiko could be heard giggling and laughing from the living room and it was obvious that Dion disliked it. He glared at Zach with such anger it hurt Zach to know that he felt so strongly about this. Emilie stood besides Zach, a worried look covered her face as she stared at Dion. They didn't want any trouble with the kids but if Dion was set on not having a sibling there would defiantly be problems. Dion opened his mouth to say something but he closed it quickly. He did this twice before shutting his mouth tightly and standing up straight. He turned on his heels and walked out of the kitchen quickly and silently. He moved up the stairs that led to his bed room and made sure to, despite how silently he had moved to get there, slam his room door as loudly as possible.
    The house was silent for a moment as Dion's anger vibrated throughout the house. The noise picked up again after a few seconds as Zach sat down at the kitchen table and sighed. Emilie picked up one of the cookies and nibbled on it silently. "He'll like her." She encouraged though Zach was silent. He hoped he did. But then again, Zach had never seen Dion so angry before. Zach knew that there were going to be problems, maybe they weren't going to be too bad but there would be problems none the less.
    "Don't worry about it." A voice said from the kitchen doorway. Emilie turned around and Zach looked up to see Selene wrapping a scarf around her neck and holding her coat. "Everything will be fine. The two will get along and you won't have to worry." She said with a smile. Zach laughed lightly and gave her a smile of his own. "Oh yeah? How can you be so sure?" He asked as Emilie finished her cookie and flicked a couple crumbs off her fingers. "I'm good with these types of things." She said, a smug expression graced her face for a moment before returning to her smile. "Come Emilie!! We're all going to buy gifts for Aiko. Poor girl came after Christmas! We can't wait until next year to show her our affection." She said as she turned and left the kitchen. Zach shook his head as Emilie turned with a smile and kissed him gently on the forehead. "I'll be back." She said softly. Zach blushed lightly, a smile on his face as he took her hand and gently kissed the back of her hand.
