It wasn't very busy. Actually, at the moment, Santana and Lit were the only ones at the McGaian King. And Santana had planned it this way. After the rather brutal run in with the girl at the skating rink, he was trying to avoid other kids until Lit had dealt with his anger issues. But training was slow. They'd been focusing mostly on meditation, trying to get the rage under control before moving on to anything else...and Litural was fighting it all the way.

Today had been a particularly tough day, although fruitful; Litural had actually managed a small breakthrough. So they decided to take a break and get some burgers. Santana sat unwrapping his food while Lit was already digging into his french fries, glancing every so often towards the play area.

Santana followed his gaze on one such a glance, and sighed. It sported a 3 story tall maze of tubes, a spiral tube-slide from the top, a small rock climbing wall, and a fairly large ball pit. The boy didn't even have to ask, the guardian knew what he was thinking.

"Go ahead, Lit...just be careful, ok?" Santana said.

Litural perked and took off. Kicking off the sandals he wore into the shoe bin, he made a bee-line for the top of the slide and then laughed his whole way down. He went right back up again, his feet and hands thundering against the plastic as he made his way through the play park.

Santana smiled, watching his charge. It was such a rare sight to see him so happy...and actually acting like a child. It was like Lit's rough start to life had robbed him of his innocence, and it pained Santana whenever he acted like a small adult rather than the young boy he was.

Zach was skeptical about bringing Dion out to another restaurant considering the last little event that happened. Zach noticed that Dion seemed to get into trouble one way or another no matter where they went. Though, usually it wasn't very severe but he still managed to cause some mayhem one way or another and Zach couldn't tell if it was intentional or not. Still, Zach knew he couldn't keep him indoors. The little guy would commit suicide if left inside for too long, Zach didn't dare test the poor boy's patience. Zach knew he lacked it completely.

As they entered the fast food joint with a joining play area, Zach had to grasp onto Dion hand tightly before he could bolt off. "Hold your horses." Zach said as Dion was tugged back. Dion groaned in disapproval but said nothing else. Instead he immediately began to unbutton the hand sewn jacket Emilie had made for him. He did it quickly though Zach knew he was trying to keep himself occupied, he always tried to keep himself occupied when he was forced to wait. Zach pulled him to the counter quickly, he ordered two cheese burgers and a large order of fries. Zach wasn't big on the fast food so he didn't intend to make this a habit. Besides, he couldn't not come here. Dion had seen the play area a few weeks ago and Zach had noticed him stare at the place every time they passed. Knowing Dion, Zach knew he'd have gone through the mental torment of saying nothing rather then ask to go.

Once Zach was given their tray of food he turned to Dion. "Alright." he said with a grin as he stared down at him. The rings around Dion turned impatiently, the crystals shivered and swayed anxiously. Zach noticed how tightly Dion held his jacket and the way his tail flicked around behind him, as if it was ready to lash out at anyone and anything. Zach balanced the tray in one hand before gently taking Dion's jacket from him.

"On your mark." Zach began, eyeing Dion with a smirk. "Get set." He paused, tormenting Dion a little bit. Dion stood still, not moving a muscle, they both saw this as a challenge. "Go! REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AND COME BACK TO EAT!" Zach said all that quickly and loudly. As soon as he had begun to form the two letter Dion was off, zooming around tables before kicking off the extra sized boots he wore (the claws on his feet didn't make it easy to find boots, besides, they were so hard to trim both Zach and Emilie had given up a while ago) and into the play area.

Zach had been too preoccupied with Dion to notice the man who sat alone with food for two. he glanced over to the play area as he noticed a child, older then Dion but close enough in age range. The two were similar but different, just like the other children Dion had met in their previous outings. "Hello." Zach said with a smile. He gestured to the red boy on the slide who seemed to be having a blast. "Yours?" He asked though he knew the answer. This man was the only other person here and Zach knew Dion was the only child he had adopted. Zach sat himself and the tray down a small distance away from the other man. Zach wasn't one who favored a meal in silence and he hoped this man wasn't like that either. Zach's wings fluttered gently behind him, growing used to the warmth of the area as Zach plucked a couple french fries from the tray.

Meanwhile, Dion too hadn't noticed anyone else within the area despite how unusually observant Dion was. He had been too excited to care for anyone else in the area but now he wasn't. Dion had bolted in the area rather quickly though he had noticed the boy on the slide. he tried to stop himself and did though not how he intended. He tried to slow down but instead the claws on his right foot dug into the rug below his feet and sent in flying forward. He hit the ground with a thud and slide a little. He would have gotten a nasty case of rug burn if his skin wasn't scaled on his hands and legs. Still, the impact wasn't the most pleasant thing to experience. Dion kicked his right leg free from the carpet before pushing himself up into a sitting position. He frowned at the carpet as if it had just betrayed him before looking over to the boy on the slides. Dion hadn't fallen directly in front of the slide though close enough that Dion only had to look up at the boy sitting at the top. He was curious to who he was and examined him from below.

Red skin, horns, wings, and wait, three eyes?!?! Dion stared up at him in shock, no. NOT ANOTHER CHEATER?!?! How was Dion supposed to win a staring contest against people with three eyes?! Dion had to asked him, he had to ask the million dollar question. "Hey!" he called up, standing up quickly. "Does your third eye blink?!?" He asked with a frown.

"Ouch." Zach said as he saw Dion hit the floor. Zach wasn't worried, Dion wasn't one to cry over spilled milk. Still, what Dion asked next was weird. He wasn't sure if the question was aimed to the other kid as an insult or more so out of curiosity. "Dion be nice!" Zach called over quickly though Dion ignored him. A worried look came over Zach's face for a brief moment but it was gone quickly.

Santana hadn't noticed the other pair who entered until the shouted instructions met his ears and by that time it was too late to call Litural back, the other child was off and running. He tensed noticeably, his ears perked forward...focused on the kids. Litural still suffered with dark bruising around two of his three eyes from the last encounter with a facility child and Santana didn't need him having another fit.

Especially when they hadn't gotten to the whole "defense" part of their training, yet.

"Hmm?" Santana said over his shoulder to the other guardian, completely distracted by the children for a moment. When he finally glanced back, he still seemed...wary. One ear was turned towards the play area at all times, listening.

"Oh, hi. Yeah...yeah. He's mine. Name's Litural, and I'm Santana," he introduced with a polite nod of his head. If the other 'dad' offered a hand, he'd shake it...but he would still seem a little preoccupied.

In the "playground", Litural watched the child come rushing up and fall, all three eyes wincing upon impact...though the third definitely seemed a happier about it than the main two.

"Of course it blinks," he responded, his voice a flat line. Duh, of course it blinked. They all did. "Why wouldn't it?"

Santana glanced over at the boys. It was a boy. Litural handled boys...fairly well. Maybe there wouldn't be so much to worry about. For a moment, he relaxed. Just a little.
PostPosted: Mon Dec 15, 2008 1:21 pm

Dion seemed relaxed some what at the boys answer. Still, he wasn't too pleased with his flat tone, it made Dion feel stupid and Dion didn't like feeling stupid. "I dunno." Dion responded honestly but with a frown. "The last person I met with three eyes said it didn't blink." Dion called up as he made his way around the slide and up to the other boy. Dion wanted to get a closer look, he wanted to see how much this boy was like Duncan and how different. It was obvious that the two had different wings, which Dion found absolutely amazing. His envy towards those with wings kicked in again and he quickened his pace up to the boy.

Zach offered his hand in a polite manner. "Nice to meet you. The name's Zacheus, or Zach, and the clumsy one over there is Dion." He said with a nod in Dion's direction. The man's obvious worry wasn't very comforting. Zach glanced over at the two boys and wondered if he should prepare himself for the worst. Zach tossed another french fry into his mouth as he watched the two of them. Zach would separate any quarrel as soon as it began though he prayed that he wouldn't have to. Dion rarely got into full blown fist fights (though he was prone to food fights) so Zach really doubted that anything bad would happen. Still, he hoped he wasn't wrong.

As Dion made his way up to the other boy he paused. He hadn't noticed it before but this boy had two sets of wings. TWO! Dion was even more envious. "Where did you get your wings from?" Dion asked as he stared at Liturals' wings. He subconsciously reached up a hand and gently touched one of them, he stared at them with his usual fascination.

"Introduce yourself!!" Zach called over to Dion. Dion flinched at that, looking to Zach for a moment with a frown before turning back to Litural. "My name's Dion." He said flatly, as if he didn't want to. Zach chuckled to himself before taking another french fry. "So, what's with the worry?" Zach asked with his usual bluntness. He spoke with a friendly smile as he bite into another french fry.

Litural shifted forward a bit, edging away from the other boy as he reached the top of the slide. He watched Dion with a similar wariness to Santana's, though a little more hostile compared to his guardian's apprehension. His wings bristled and fluffed as the boy reached out to touch them, and he growled quietly; a warning like Santana had taught him. He tried to keep his breathing even despite the fact that he wanted to snap at the fingers that were well within his strike zone.

Amazingly, Lit found himself falling into the calming exercises from his meditation training rather naturally. He chalked it up to having been practicing just before come out for food.

"Don't," he warned sharply, his voice low. "Touch me."

He slid further away, sitting at the very edge of the tube's slope. His third eye was narrowed sharply, a thin line of blue and white in the center of his forehead. As long as the boy honored the instruction, there would be no further incident. Lit couldn't chance another physical encounter. Not now, not before he knew how to actually defend himself. The memory of his first fight was still very fresh in his mind, despite the fact that his bruises were fading.

Over where the adults sat, Santana's breath hitched a bit as he watched the younger child reach out for Litural...letting go of a relieved sigh when his charge didn't snap or lash out.

"Lit...doesn't like being touched," Santana said slowly to answer Zach's question.

But what else to say about it now? 'I'm sorry if he bites your kid. I promise I'll pay for the hospital visit.' Yeah, that wouldn't go over well. And Santana refused to chalk it up to Lit being half-Wrath. That shouldn't be an excuse for the young boy being so terribly violent. Even if it was a valid reason.

Meanwhile, back at the slide, "I'm part Chasity," Litural would eventually answer Dion's inquiry about his wings...as long as he didn't try touching him again. "And Shar didn't have them. I guess they're from my angel side."

Ha. Angel side. That thought made Litural laugh in his head. Evidently some day he was supposed to meet this 'angel of Chastity'. He didn't foresee that going well at all.

"What's with all the rings?" he posed his own question. He'd never seen such jewelry before. And these just seemed to...float there. It was rather curious.

"He's getting better," Santana finally said, hoping to calm any fears Zach might start having about letting the boys 'play'. "Much better. But I still watch him with other kids."
PostPosted: Tue Dec 16, 2008 6:09 pm

Dion froze at the warning. What had he done wrong? Had he insulted him? Hurt him? No, Dion was sure he hadn't. His hand froze on the boys bristled and fluffed wing for a moment before he drew it back. "Okay." He said flatly, slightly insulted by the boys growl. None the less if Lit didn't want to be touched then he didn't want to be touched. Dion could understand that much. Still, Dion felt he needed to say something. "I'm not going to hurt you." He said with a frown. "If that's what you think." With that Dion shrugged his shoulders. It wasn't like Dion would win in a fight against this kid. Not only was he older but Dion was sure Lit' wings could knock him back to kingdom come if they worked all at once. Dion was sure he didn't stand a chance but he wouldn't tell him that. If worst came to worst and for some reason they did fight, Dion was sure to do his best to at least throw one decent punch.

As the two children continued to converse, Zach was paying just as much attention to them as Santana was. He listened to the other man's words with a worried heart despite Santana's attempt to reassure him. Zach wasn't worried about the Lit, no. He was worried that Dion would say something that would provoke Lit. Dion wasn't very physical with other kids but he was verbal when around certain people. These people were more often then not children from the same facility as he was. Dion was bold when curious and had begun to develop a snarky tone when angry, annoyed or insulted. Zach was sure that, if anything, Dion would be the one to provoke the other boy.

"Dion's not very physical." Zach said, trying to calm any fears Santana had on that matter just as he had been doing to Zach. "But..." Still, Zach had to warn him. "He can be very verbal when annoyed." A worried expression crossed Zach's face as he watched the two boys. "They'll be okay though. Dion's well behaved. For some reason he only gets into trouble with police or business owners." Zach said with a laugh though he knew better then to trust that logic. Even if it was completely true. Zach continued to watch the two boys.

Dion stared at Lit for a moment, processing his answer to his question. "What's Chasity?" Dion had heard the word before when Zach had explained the whole Facility that he had come from despite Dion's obvious lack of interest. Of course, Zach had avoided explaining Lust and Chasity, he had told him to ask when he was older. He remembered Emilie saying something about the Birds and the Bees but Dion zoned out after a few seconds.

Lit's next question caught him off guard, like all questions about his rings did. Dion looked to the ring that floated around him silently. Dion's tail flicked gently around his legs to show the bent, crooked ring that had been formed into an awkward star. Dion looked to Lit. "I dunno." He responded as he lifted his hand and tapped his claws against a crystal that swayed in the air. "Zach said it might be from my Diligence side because they're 'pretty'." Dion said the last word with a roll of his eyes. Dion didn't like to be described as pretty, he didn't like any part of him to be described that. Unless, of course, if it came from Ebony.

"He doesn't think Envy would have rings like this. He said he didn't know why, he just did." Dion said as he dropped his hand and turned a little to glance over at the two. "But I don't know. Zach is weird." He added as an after thought. Dion looked back to Lit, he fidgeted a little as he began to grow impatient. "Are you going to go down or what?" Dion asked, cocking his head gently to the side as he looked past Lit and down the tube slide.

"I dunno," Lit answered Dion's question about Chastity honestly, shrugging his shoulders as he shifted into a more comfortable position on the slide. "Santana said he'd tell me before I met her...but evidently it has to do with being attracted to people."

Which also made the boy snort. Lit wasn't attracted to anyone; women made him Wrathful and everyone else put him on the edge of a fit. What did Chastity have to do with attraction? It was a question he was saving for when he finally met his "mother"...though according to Santana, that still wouldn't be for a while now.

"Litural is...very physical," Santana informed Zach, settling back to look at the partially wrapped burger that sat in front of him. He munched a french fry thoughtfully, glancing up at the kids. "But I'm trying to teach him that fighting isn't the answer and we've been working on controlling his anger."

Zach's tidbit about the authority figures did manage to make Santana smirk, but he didn't allow himself feel at ease. That was when accidents happened.

"Well, then they should be ok. Lit's biggest trigger seems to be women." Which was something Santana had his own theories about...though only time would tell if he was right or not.

"Hmm? Oh," Litural mused, following Dion's gaze down the slide. Taking one more moment to pause, he puzzled...going down, or causing trouble. He'd been having a lot of fun, and this place was so neat with the slide being really fast. And when you came out at the end, the rush was almost as good as when Lit was picking on someone.

"Yeeeeaaah!" It was a squeal as Litural pushed off down the slide, keeping his body slim and his wings close to allow him to go super fast. When he came out the end, he was laughing...his hair and wings all fuzzy from the static energy that was now charged up around him.
PostPosted: Mon Dec 29, 2008 9:03 pm

Dion listened to Lit as he spoke but all he really wanted to do was go down the slide. He did his best to be patient but by the time Lit was finished Dion was shifting his weight from foot to foot and clinching his fist. Dion wouldn't touch Lit despite how strong the urge to push him down the slide was. He stayed where he stood as Lit stared from him to the slide. When Lit pushed himself down Dion took the spot where Lit had been sitting. He shifted the ring around him so it was at a diagonal angle so it wouldn't scratch against the slide as much. He heard Lit laugh at the bottom before he threw himself down, his rings scrapped against the slide gently but that was all. He didn't go down as fast as Lit, much to his disappointment, but he went down fast none the less. Dion grinned as he slide down but as he came to the bottom he noticed Lit's shadow. Was he still sitting on the end of the slide? Dion remembered Lit's warning and was quick to react.

Dion kicked out his arms and legs and placed them against the slides walls. His claws on both his hands and feet dug into the slide as he slowed himself down. A loud scratching sound could be heard from the inside of the slide as he slowed himself down. As Dion came to the end he stopped just before touching Lit. Dion was wincing, the noise had been magnified inside the slide and had hurt his ears. He stayed in his position, which didn't appear very comfortable, so he wouldn't touch Lit. Dion stared at Lit's wings that were inches away from him. They were fuzzy and even more fluffed then before and Dion really wanted to touch them. Good thing his claws were shoved into the slide and keeping them there or else there would be problems. "Could you move?" Dion asked a little more rudely then intended. It was hard enough stopping himself, keeping this position was causing a really big pain in his back.

Zach listened to Santana and watched the kids in silence. He had stopped eating the french fries and had begun on his burger despite his worry. The little bit about Lit not liking women made Zach wonder but he didn't say anything. Santana had mentioned it but Zach knew he had no right to prob at it and ask questions.

The sight of Lit happy and laughing as he reached the bottom of the slide was comforting and Zach felt that the two kids would do fine. But, as he heard Dion shoot down he became worried. Lit hadn't moved from the bottom of the slide meaning that Dion would more then likely collide with him as he exited. Zach opened his mouth to say something when there was a loud scratching, as if someone was putting nails to a chalk bored. Zach winced as the noise continued for a few seconds, gradually growing lower until it came to a stop. Zach was surprised to see Dion behind Lit with his hands and feet against the slide. The noise had come from him?

"Wow." Zach said with a small laugh. "That was quick thinking." Zach said more to himself then to anyone else. He could give Dion some points on his quick decision but then again if he had the patience to wait a few extra seconds he wouldn't have had to be in that position.

It had all been fun and games...until Santana heard the screeching of nails on plastic. He was up and out of his seat, nearly at the slide before the sound stopped. The silence after was deafening for him, and he could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he watched...waiting for Lit's reaction.

Litural winced deeply at the screech of Dion coming down, looking up the slide at the boy, curious. Just what had he done that for? His pushed his head a little farther down, glancing at the scratches that were now dug deeply into the hard plastic sides.

"Cool," he muttered, his head giving a nod of approval. He was in the middle of contemplating doing the same thing next time he went down the slide...but then Dion spoke to him, drawing his attention back to the oddly positioned boy.

"Oh, yeah," Lit said, standing up and dusting the imaginary dirt from his knees and behind. He crouched down away from the opening of the slide, looking happy and somewhat oblivious to the event that had almost gone on.

"You gonna go again?"

Santana finally exhaled, shaking his head in disbelief. "Yeah, that was quick thinking," he responded to Zach upon his return to their tables. "That could have been really bad," he muttered. He knew their food was getting cold. Maybe it was time to call the boys back to eat?

But then again, they were playing...well together? Fights hadn't been started and for the moment everyone was safe. Maybe in another couple of minutes or so.
PostPosted: Mon Jan 19, 2009 12:08 pm

Dion yanked his claws out of the wall and tumbled onto the floor. Cool? That's what Lit had said? Doin looked back up at the slide, seeing the deep claw marks he had left behind in the slide. Well, he guessed they were pretty cool. Dion stood up, rubbed his wrist gently and shook his feet. It had been an uncomfortable position, he shook some of the ache out of his joints.

At Lit's offer Dion grinned, showing off his sharp teeth for a moment before nodding. "Yeah." He said. He looked to Lit for a moment. "Last one there's a rotten egg!" He said to him before bolting for the steps that led up to the slide.

Zach was silent, watching the two kids play and finishing up the fries. "Oops." He muttered to himself. Oh well, he'd buy some more if Dion wanted some. He placed a hand on the wrapped burger. They were getting cold but Zach decided to let the boys have their fun.

"Hey, no fair!" Litural laughed as Dion took off, further commenting about the other boy having a head start. He'd charge back up the tubes to the top of the slide, trying to take what he felt was a short cut to beat the spawn to the top of the slide.

Santana continued to smile as the boys played. Lit was getting along with someone, having fun and for once acting like the child he really was. He glanced over at Zach, looking down at the now empty container of fries with a chuckle.

"We'll have to call them in soon before we eat all their dinner," was the comment, glancing over as he heard someone coming down the slide again.

"He's a really good kid, your Dion," Santana said, his voice conveying a quiet happiness. "I've never seen Litural actually enjoy another person's company like this, let alone another spawn."
PostPosted: Tue Feb 03, 2009 4:40 pm

Dion ran up the steps that led to the slide but he wasn't fast enough. Lit had taken what Dion would call a shortcut, he ran up the slide rather then run the short distance around and back up. "AWWWW!!" Dion said as he caught sight of Lit's blond hair and red skin. He slowed down as he reached the top, allowing Litural to slide down and making sure he didn't touch him.

Zach smiled at Santana as he spoke. "Thanks." He said as he watched the two kids race up to the slide. Lit wasn't so bad, well as long as you didn't touch him or did something else that set him off he seemed like a good kid. According to Santana he didn't seem to do well with other children so Zach couldn't help but feel a small sense of pride as he watched Dion play with him. "Litural's wrath right?" Zach asked to be sure. "Dion seems to get along fairly well with wrath children. So far at least." Zach said the last sentence with a slight shrug before looking back to the two kids. "Honestly, you make your son sound worst then he is. Litural just seems like a kid with a set of rules. That's it." Zach said as his hand gently tapped against the table. "And with all rules come consequences if broken."

Dion slipped his body ring off and tossed it over the edge of the slide. He watched it hit the ground on it's side with a bounce and a jingle from it's crystals. It rolled a short distance away before rolling in a circle and falling onto the floor gently. It was too annoying to move down the slide with it, he'd pick it up later or rather Zach would get it. Dion looked over to Zach for a moment before heading back to the slide and sliding down once he was sure Lit was done and out.

"I'm not getting that!" Zach called to Dion as the boy went down the slide. "Lazy kid, I'm not getting him fries." Zach muttered as he began to eat his own burger. Punishment to Dion for being lazy. That and Zach was really hungry.

Santana tilted his head at what Zach had said, contemplating the thought. Did he really make Lit out to be worse than he was? There was a part of him that protested that...after all, Zach didn't know the Litural from before, drugged and bound in a straight jacket.

But didn't Santana say that Lit shouldn't be treated differently just because of his lineage? He was an individual first, and Shar's spawn second. And now, while he was really thinking about it, Santana realized that Litural was a good kid, too. He'd always tried to tell himself that, but now - perhaps for the first time - he probably believed his own words.

"Yeah," he responded, agreeing with Zach, before glancing over at the boys and smiling as he watched Dion toss his ring away.

He was going to keep that in mind for the future.

Meanwhile, Lit stood at the top of the ladder to the slide, huffing a bit from all the running around the two boys had been doing.

"I'm hungry," he stated, licking his lips before glancing over to where their guardians talked. "And thirty. Let's go eat."

He wouldn't wait for an answer, instead pushing off down the slide, landing on his feet at the bottom and jumping into a run. He'd stumble over himself as he dashed to where Santana sat, plopping down and starting to devour his hamburger.
PostPosted: Thu Mar 12, 2009 5:38 pm

Dion's stomach gave a hungry growl as he watched Litural run off and eat. Dion took a moment to think. Should he stay and play or eat as well? Dion huffed softly as he caught his breathe from running. He looked to Zach, wondering if he'd tell him to go eat and make his decision easier. He didn't, Zach was sitting and eating himself. That made Dion annoyed. Dion decided to go and eat now and return to play later, that is if Zach let him play again.

Dion hurried to the slide and slid down quickly. He made sure to grab his ring off the ground before hurrying over to Zach. "Good evening sir. We hope you've enjoyed your time in the play area. Here is your meal." Zach said in a very proper voice as he handed Dion his burger. "We apologize for the lack of fries and warmth." Zach pushed the soda towards Dion as Dion unwrapped his burger. "You took a little too long sir." Dion wasn't paying any attention. "Aliens have taken over Earth and demand that you dance the polka for them." Dion looked at him with a confused expression. "Hey. Had fun?" Zach asked with a smile.

Dion took a bite out of his burger and nodded. "Yeah, who'd you meet?" Zach asked despite how he already knew. Dion looked at Zach as if he had just asked what the square root of infinity was. Zach mimicked the expression. Finally, after the two stared at each other like that for a moment, Dion pointed over to Litural and Santana. "Oooohhh~" Zach said, as if he had no idea they had even been there. "I know." He grinned and Dion tried to kick him from underneath the table. Zach waved to Litural with a smile. "Looks like a cool kid, his father's a cool guy." Dion took another bite of his burger and ignored him.

Santana waited until Lit came up for air before trying to talk to the boy. He sort of knew better than to try and have a conversation with his charge while he was eating...he almost always ended up with spit on his shirt.

"Looks like you made a friend," he started, sipping his drink.

Lit did the same from his soda, blinking a bit before looking over at Dion and his guardian. The man was waving at him then, and all Lit could think to do was stare blankly back at him before returning his attention to Santana.

"I did?"

Santana nodded slowly, a slight smile on his face. Lit blinked again, first the two then the one, and looked back over at Dion. Huh...a friend. Lit hadn't ever been sure he'd be capable to have one of those.

Once they were both finished eating, Santana had Lit help get everything cleaned up. On their way out the door, the guardian would make sure to stop by the other pair's table, offering a smile down at Dion.

"Thank you, Dion, for playing with Litural today. He had a really fun time...right, Lit?"

Lit nodded his head a time or two in agreement, a small smile actually curling across his mouth.

"We'll have to get them together again sometime soon," Santana directed to Zach, offering his hand out for the other man to shake.
