Lord Setar Iu Hana-kun_Luvs_Misa Same IP address, same person. The fact that it was owned by the same person that has been accused made it a possible way for an accused person to continues their "crimes". Though what they banned you on was bull, I can see where they are coming from. Gaia has made it clear that gaining gold from outside sources is against their policy. They may be a free site, but the fact that another site is selling things concerning their own site and Gaia is not properly being paid their share of the real money. Daven should of been warned and should of at the most been stripped of the gold. Banning it wasn't needed, especially this long. Unfortunately, the admins quite like banning, it seems. In the past I have seen retroactive enforcement of a rule - that is, people were banned for a rule that didn't exist, then the rule was implemented later. These people never did get unbanned, though, and some people who weren't even violating the rule got banned as well. That really gives me hope in the gaia admin rolleyes

I have a question. I am unable to log into my old acc. that is on my good email, as in the one I actually use. Even though Im typing in the right information, and only used it like 3 times lol could it be banned? Cuz I really wanna ditch that crap acc. and get my email off of it.

to get your email off it just switch it with an email you create but will never use, then if you don't wanto to use it, just set some random password to it and you are good

The Admins have began to act stangely...
Thou, there is little we can do for David at this point. Unless, as was recently posted, we find a reliable source to talk with an Admin or two.

Um, sorry, but I don't think you can get it back without changing it in the account. So unless you actually get unbanned...it is simply impossible.

Great so If the account was banned, the ba*****'s at gaia have basically locked me into their site. great.

wow!! MY CAPTAIN GOT BANNED!!!! crying crying crying crying i will find out way he trying to get it back here.. if i could hack or thing daven's account then i will change his pass then i will send you who know him long time but i won't steal anything from him

That really gives me hope in the gaia admin rolleyes Your opinion (and that of others as well) may differ greatly if I were to reveal the rule in question, even though guilt by association was still used.

SaikoZenjin this post just sounds like Area 46 coming down on the HeadCaptain screw that, it sounds like the end of the guild drawing nearer! Who is Daven's VC? have they assumed control of the guild now? And when can we expect him to be back?
