If you don't see Daven Moto around for a bit, it's because the Admin of Gaia, in their vast wisdom, disabled his account. He's trying to get it back, but they haven't responded to him yet.
If you know anyone on the staff of Gaia, please write them and ask them to unban his account.
(And the guild mule's account too, it was banned as well.)

I have some friends who might be able to help. They're quite old-time gaians, like me, so we've been through a lot together. I'll ask them if they can contact someone who they think can help, and if not, I'll find an admin myself and PM him/her.

I'm not sure what Daven supposedly did but that happened to me once. An old account I had got banned cause they suspected me of hacking and I had no idea what they were talking about.
Maybe they get drunk once in a while and just start banning people. xd

He bought some Gaia Gold for real money on another site. This was after he knew of several other people who did the same thing and didn't get banned.
For some reason, they also think he "profited" on this purchase. He has no clue what they mean. And there is no communication from them on this topic.

Yeah, you think they would give it back after a bit. So far, nothing.

Same IP address, same person. The fact that it was owned by the same person that has been accused made it a possible way for an accused person to continues their "crimes". Though what they banned you on was bull, I can see where they are coming from. Gaia has made it clear that gaining gold from outside sources is against their policy. They may be a free site, but the fact that another site is selling things concerning their own site and Gaia is not properly being paid their share of the real money. Daven should of been warned and should of at the most been stripped of the gold. Banning it wasn't needed, especially this long.

In the past I have seen retroactive enforcement of a rule - that is, people were banned for a rule that didn't exist, then the rule was implemented later. These people never did get unbanned, though, and some people who weren't even violating the rule got banned as well.
