Dear Journal,
Albireo seems to be fully recovered and ready to fight again! I think that last lost only made him more determined. He has a new fire in his eyes and some of his sillyness has worn off. Aww, my little baby is maturing! <333

Dear Journal,
I had an intense practice with Albireo! Using information from a HM we found, I taught him surf! He seems to love it. We've also made some more combos. We're stronger than ever now!

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
Albireo's won his comeback battle! This time against a Parachisu (spelling? It's waaaaaay too long to spell!) named Kozue. Really tough match too! We were so so close to losing, but Albireo managed to carry on and make a stunning comeback. Go Albireo!
He's growing stronger through every match. Makes me shiver in excitement of later matches.

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
Wha! I battled a really mean opponent today! ><
His seal, Sea Maiden, was plotted against Pidgeotto. Pidgeotto was doing badly, I think he got too arrogant after his first battle. That silly bird! He's now nursing wounds and seems to be angry. BUT! There is good news. I discovered he has an egg move, brave bird! We'll have to test that out soon. And I think after this battle, Pidgeotto might become more serious.
Thus the arrogant prince takes his fall. And hopefull will arise again with renewed strength!
Oh, but back to the opponent. He was so mean, he laughed at us! That's not very sportsmanly! Geez! ><

Dear Journal,
Writing quickly while on my way to pokemon center. We ran into Janette again and Venna through my stall advertisement and Albireo had a rematch. Albireo won, and the arena advantage was a big help!

At the pokemon center, I met up with Janette again! And I also met another girl named Evelyne and her skitty. Skitty is so cute! I want one now! Haha, then my team would really look more like a contest team with Pidgeotto as the lead star.

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
We had a rematch against Lixue and Ai. Albireo was a bit sad he lost with all that practice he had. Gah, fate's so mean! I don't like to see Albireo sad, it's just not him! He seemed to have gotten over his last lost fine.
I guess from all the other battles and practices he did well on, it shattered his confidence. But I'm sure he'll regroup and reform. He's strong like that.

Dear Diary,
Since my whole team is angsting, why don't I do it too? Hurrah!
I always wonder how I should act infront of people. I try to be happy and be as much as myself as possible, but what honestly is "myself"? Every day that passes in your life is like peeling in onion. You unfold so many new things about yourself. But when you get to the end, what's left? Nothing.
That's definately depressing.
Why am I writing dark things in this journal? And that makes me wonder about my own personality. I know I'm silly and a little clumsy...am I acting from learned actions through TV shows? Am I different in the inside? Arg. My brain hurts!

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
Well, today I made Albireo and Pidgeotto battle each other to get over their angst. It worked semi-well. I figured out that Albireo's scared of storms. Bwahaha! His past revealed! And Pidgeotto...well, at least he got rid of his fear of aurora beam I think.
I think Albireo's spirit is what pushed him to win. But I bet Pidgeotto will get more of that spirit soon! He just needs to stop having the mindset that he's going to lose no matter what he does. FIGHT TO THE END PIDGEOTTO!

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
I got another reply to my advertisement! <3
This time the challenger was a boy named Noah. He agreed to battle Pidgeotto with his Ponyta, Delphia. It was a pretty good match, Pidgeotto seemed to dominate with the help of the battlefield, water!
Water battlefields are pretty cool. I think I love grass the best though, no tidal waves, no sandstorms, and no freezing my butt off!
Anyways, back on topic! Since Pidgeotto had an early advantage, he managed to make a nice win with about 3/8ths of his HP left. Great job Pidgeotto! I think this battle gave him a bit more confidence. It may even have made that small ember for battling burn brighter.
Hope to record more battles later, but for now, I need a nap!

Just a funny little online quiz I took today while at the pokemon center. I wanted to see what flower I was. Here is my result:

ALERT!
Dear Journal,
Just brought Pidgeotto to the pokemon center again and I'm writing this while waiting for him to come out of recovery. His last battle was quite tough, against an espeon named Daybreak. He only managed to get Daybreak to half HP. Guess there was a large power difference between a fully evolved and partially evolved pokemon.
Hopefully this doesn't increase his fatalistic belief. Oh look, the red light went off! Got to go!

I'm so happy! Team interaction! Today, Albireo went up to the angsting little prince of a pidgeotto and licked him. Pidgeotto looked at Albireo with a "WTF?" look. And then he noticed dirt in Albireo's fur and preened him. Cuteeeee! <333
