Ooku no Neko is a religion that is unique in comparison to other religions as it's followers are devoted to the teachings of two figures instead of one like most of the other religions. This is due to the nature of the two figures as well as the story behind them. The figures it follows are Bastet and Nergal, two beings of great power who's religious following is based primarily in the Land of Fangs, and is contrary to the following of Ooku no Inu. It is unclear if the legends behind this religion are true but many find power and inspiration in it's stories.
The Nekonokami Clan is said to have originally been a gathering of wild cats. some related and some not, but all coming together in order to survive the wilds of the Land of Fangs. Bastet and Nergal were members of this ancient clan, that was originally nameless. Nergal was known by the clan as the raging warrior and Bastet was known to be a calming protector. They fought side by side and expertly together as they and other warriors would defend their clan or hunt. The nomadic clan of cats ended up coming across a nomadic clan of dogs. Initially tensions rose as each had numbers that matched their own. However both clans knew that they merely wished to survive. Instead of fighting they joined forces.
However the peace this brought would by no means last. A dog who went by the name of Set along with his sister Bau were unhappy with the union of their clans. Set and Bau came up with a plan, a plan to turn everyone against the cats. Set and Bau were both masters of the shadows and manipulation. One night Bau poisoned the cats and dogs who were the guards for the night. The cats who happened to be Bastet and Nergal, during their guard all of them would fall asleep...and Set would take it upon himself to kill the two dog guards as well as another who slept. There were no witnesses...and when morning came the dogs only knew there were 3 dead dogs, and who cats who could have been the only ones that did this crime.
The entire clan of cats disagreed, they were an honorable bunch, and Bastet and Nergal were perhaps the most honorable of them. The dogs didn't care, they insisted on the deaths of the two as well as another cat's. From here a war ensued. Cats and Dogs fighting each other, at each others throats, a bloody battle before both sides knew to retreat. From this point on the large group had been considered separate, the cats believing the dogs to be unreasonable and the dogs believing the cats to be murderous. Both clans chose to no longer be nomadic, they each kept a cave as their home nearby where their first battle occurred. They each would adopt a name for their clans, the dogs became the Inu Clan and the cats became the Neko Clan.
Of course both sides knew they could not face one another, each side was evenly matched. The Inu Clan's hatred however gave them the upper hand at first. Their desire for power and hatred towards the cats allowed them to ascend, take on more human forms and become what is known today as Kemono Shinzo. Perhaps there were some before this moment, however to the Inu Clan they believe themselves to be the firsts. After attaining their human like forms...they began to build. Houses, weaponry, and would go to take on the cats with their new power. The Neko Clan was not prepared for this, the Inu Clan's human forms were a mystery to them and when they were attacked the Neko Clan couldn't handle it. They had to fall back, retreat! However Bastet and Nergal thought otherwise, they stood and fought against the army of humanized dogs.
They fought on par with the armies, perhaps even better than them. They fought hard, all for the protection of their clan, and so they two ascended. In the middle of combat taking on human-like forms, becoming stronger. They fought back to back and pushed away their attackers. They were the first two of the Neko Clan to become Kemono Shinzo. Eventually they built, made weapons, and the Neko Clan and Inu Clan were again at a standstill. Both of these clans becoming Kemono Shinzo and always having power equal to one another.
Battles between the clan were common. Bastet and Nergal were always present, and the best of the Inu Clan's warriors were too. It is unknown during this time what happened to Set and Bau, it is also unknown how members of the Neko Clan discovered their secrets. As time continued on, Bastet and Nergal eventually grew old and died, perhaps from battle or perhaps simply of old age. However after their deaths, the stories of their battles and accomplishments became more and more exaggerated. Some claimed that Nergal and Bastet were the Sword and the Shield of the Neko Clan. When the Neko Clan adopted the idea of worshipping their ancestors, the two of them were the prime forms of idolization. The clan changed their name to Nekonokami, and they follow the thoughts of their ancestors greatly. However the religion itself following Bastet and Nergal has spread as members of the clan leave the Nekonokami often and in some cases will find others who wish to believe in and follow the teachings of the two.
The souls of Bastet and Nergal are claimed to reincarnate into followers of their religion. Nekonokami members believe it to be only them, however it is likely that any follower can be a reincarnated form of Bastet or Nergal. Reincarnations do not retain the memories of previous Bastets or Nergals, so it is unsure if they are truly reincarnations or not.

As Toki lets lose a thrown projectile, chakra forms freely around it. The chakra takes the form of a sparrow of dust which guides the attack away from other attacks. This does not allow the sparrows to bypass being blocked by a specifically designed defensive technique, nor does it stop the sparrows from being dodged. It only nullifies one time the sparrows from being intercepted by another offensive technique. If the sparrows collide with a target then they will lodge themselves into the target as a thrown projectile would.

Asa's knowledge of poisons and antidotes extend far beyond the norm. The young adult developed a method of creating these things...poisons and medicines using only his chakra. The sinister nature of this technique allows him to turn Suiton and Fuuton into poisons or medicines he has created.
-Must have approved and crafted the poison or medicine before he can use this technique to create it.
-Asa does this by paying an additional chakra cost, based on the tier of the medicine or poison. The tier is based on the rank of the suiton or fuuton jutsu used following the tiered status system. He can not make higher rank suiton or fuuton jutsu use lower rank poisons/medicines or vice verse. Using 10 chakra per tier.
-This is not limited to ninjutsu, taijutsu or bukijutsu that contain suiton or fuuton elements may have this jutsu's effects applied to them.
-When used with medicine, jutsu do not deal damage to their targets.
-When used with suiton the poison or medicine takes a liquid form regardless of the original's form.
-When used with fuuton the poison or medicines takes a gaseous form regardless of the original's form.
-The poison or medicine a technique applies is chosen upon using that given technique, not after, and must be within the proper parameters.

Reyna can create seals on basically any object and store a quantity of chakra within seal seal, often used to create preset paper seal techniques. This allows her to have up to five pre-set techniques of up to A-rank attached to seals of this Jutsu created upon her body that need only be unsealed to be used(must Ben listed in profile), allowing her to release one as a supplemental unsealing action once every second post or spend a normal action at any other point, this must be listed in her profile. The other use is attaching this to seal arrays with other technique that require chakra, I.E. The hateful, watchful eye.

Reyna despite her origins is still in the end basically a Kitsune, that has resulted in the fact that she may use one of her tails in place of performing handsigns. This allows her to cast multiple jutsu at the same time/choose to Korobo with herself, any techniques involving her tails forcing the technique to be classified as a “Yokai and therefore she is unable to use her Hogosha Jutsu with them besides her sealing techniques that benefit from the bloodline unless she uses her increased selectiveness Jutsu. All in all this makes it extremely difficult to prevent her from being able to perform techniques. This techniques cost must be paid as an additional cost to using a Jutsu with her tail, however Kitsunes magical tails price cannot be increased or decreased by any effect as its less a Jutsu and more a side affect of using a Jutsu with her tail.

Reyna has extreme control over her tails and is able to use them in place of her hands for any task that doesn’t literally require multiple digits, this includes the fact they are very strong and tough, likely moreso than her arms or legs are thus capable of being used in place of limbs for basic combat actions as will as for striking or hold oriented taijutsu techniques within reason. This also allows use for whipping, bludgeoning or thrusting bukijutsu within reason, requiring chakra equal to the rank of this technique to be paid that momentarily strengthens them to be used in such a fashion.

Due to Reyna problems with the Hyuuga she ended out developing a technique to blight those who’s eyes see more than the average person. This technique only works on those with active Doujutsu or chakra sight and is done by creating a special seal either on a surface of a random object or herself/another person. Those with the prior mentioned abilities who perceive this seal are attacked by a mental assault that causes intense agony in the eyes that forces them to either pay this techniques cost in chakra or deactivate their doujutsu/other applicable ability to resist this, loosing this techniques worth in stamina, suffering tiered vertigo as well. Due to being explicitly being geared for Hyuuga in particular, this technique is a little crueler and regardless of if they pay the cost to resist the effects of this technique, each round the seal of within their vision they suffer incremental tiers of blindness starting at 1 that much be treated like a medic, a sort of starring into the sun affect. This Jutsu lasts 8 posts and can also be destroyed if someone touches the seal injects it with an equal level of chakra to the technique. Those who can perceive the seal see it as a burning and agitating presence that is impossible for them in particular to miss, those who can perceive the seal are affected by the hex status at tiered value, even if deactivating the perception after that point, the seals affect already afflicting them at this point.

Tails stay extended for two posts a rank, this applies to all of her tails at once.

Requiring setup outside of combat up to twice, one of these may be set up on herself and one on a scroll or both on a scroll, unless attached to permanent sealing arrays, in which case it can be added and lays dormant until certain requirements listed by the array are met, when set up in a scroll the technique itself does not take up space within the scroll rather the scroll has the technique placed upon it. The hateful/watchful eye can see and detects chakra by itself and shares and receives sensory data to and from Reyna if she is present in the same topic. This technique create a floating imperceivable eye unless you can see or sense chakra, they eye able to move up to ten feet from the scroll used to create it at the same rank of the scroll. The scroll contains chakra of a specific element stored within it and uses said reserves either offensively or defensively by using technique that Reyna knows, functioning like a clone with actions. Its reserves originate from the scroll or seal it’s attached too and if the expire, this technique does too. The eye appears whenever it discharges a technique, however cannot actually be attacked, the source of the technique coming from the scroll or seal it was attached to, requiring the destruction of said seal or scroll to destroy, needing only a D rank attach if a scroll beneath B rank and C rank if a greater scroll. If the technique is cast directly on herself then it lasts indefinitely unless she run out of chakra or someone touches her and uses the barrier shatter technique. This technique has a tendency of targeting Hyuuga first when working automatically.

Akashi is a small, golden turtle which is small enough to comfortably rest on Toki's shoulder. He's always in a state of dozing off, and he prefers to sleep than to fight. Akashi also has a very large appetite, and is an omnivore despite being a turtle. Despite this, Akashi is an incredibly loyal, and passionate fighter when the situation arises.
Ability: Return
Toki is able to substitute Akashi with any thrown weapon attack. Akashi can then return to the Toki's shoulder immediately after with an E-ranked amount of stamina.

Akashi uses chakra to blur in front of the summoner. The turtle then braces for impact by revilatizing its legendary armor or even increasing it to the rank of this technique if adequate stats are granted. Akashi performs a transformation technique and expands to a thirty foot summon. Akashi shell then pops open like a lid, and inside is a comfortable living space. Akashi can keep watch while Toki and his guest can stay protected from the elements.

Akashi's eyes lock on a target. This technique scans the opponent's physique. It allows Toki to ignore one of the opponent's stats for four posts.

In his recent studies and endeavors Iksin has come across the realization Yokai are not the only powerful thing that can help him achieve his goals. As such he has adapted his initial process of thoughts into a new form. Utilizing anything that he can to achieve his goals. He has since learned a new way to utilize the powers of those around him. Yokai, Monsters, Animals, and even other people.
Amalgamate Sage is considered an advanced form of Iksin's sage mode in a way. He must be in Sage Mode to use this technique and he may only use the technique once during a battle. The duration of this form is dependent on the remaining duration Iksin's Sage Mode has when used. He can not use this form in order to add to the duration of Sage Mode. The use of this technique allows him to fuse with any willing Yokai, Monster, Animal/Pet. While he is fused with someone/something from the use of this technique he gains access to any abilities/traits they may have, and their chakra/stamina reserves may be pulled from to fuel his own techniques and abilities. In addition to this Iksin gains a +1 to Strength, Speed, Agility, and Endurance, this does not push his cap above normal sage mode's cap.
-The use of this does not allow him to use specialization specific abilities such as Flying Thunder God, Reiken no Michi, or Eight Gates even if what he has fused with may have access to these.
-If fused with a monster that has access to nature chakra this does not grant him additional nature chakra. However it will give him access to their abilities that use nature chakra.

Mattysandwich Pending. The only thing that needs to be changed is the My Human Technique. It can't scale with it's endurance stat if it's a spiritual technique. It could have a stronger defense like a rank or two stronger since we do have other techniques like that in the guild. Or you could make it complex with a single rank increase in defense. Everything else though is Approved. Prince_yureil I'm still reading through the rest of your techniques. I'll let you know what's approved within an hour.

My suggestion would be to either remove the portion about the hyuuga getting an additional penalty or make it so it only applies to the Byakugan. For the hex, due to Reyna not being scholar spec she can only apply at maximum tier two. I'm not sure if you were already keeping that in mind or not, so just thought I'd mention it. Increased selectiveness [ Japanese Technique Name ] As long as this still follows the maximum of tier 2 rule, this is Approved.The hateful, watchful eye Pending. The couple of things I'd say on this is to keep in mind that the scroll is only going to be able to contain up to 320 chakra at any one time. She REALLY hates Hyuuga so what if I make it explicit to them, besides the doujutsu/chakra sight hex application which I would like to contest should still be reasonable ^_^ giving it a minor effect on them? If you say no tho I’ll gear it to be 100%!Hyuuga aimed. The hateful/watchful eyes: yeah I’ll remove the barrier shatter bit lol, I hadn’t read over all the new fuuin before making these!. Also if she were capable of having a Kage scroll that would mean 640 chakra would it not?(not an arguement, actually a question.) but yeah I was aware of the chakra limitations in a scroll, it’s at its strongest when attached to her as it will draw upon her instead, although she’s limited to one. Either way I won’t be making anymore “pre-set in profile” custom techniques with her anymore or it’s gonna get unreasonable if I add anymore. Plus I can’t afford anymore customs as is atm XD I made her a rather defence/pre-preparation type character cause kitsune r cunning.
