Personality:
Umeko may be small, but she is mighty. She has more courage than some soquili have put together. She can be by turns sweet and then tart. She can argue with the best and is always very upbeat even when verbally berating someone. She has no fear at all of others being bigger than her or scarier, she’s got enough heart to try to tackle any problem head on. She’s stubborn to a fault and she adores flowers, especially violets and begonias.
Quirks/Character Traits:
✶ Is searching for her sister Alma.
✶ Is optimistic in even the most dire straits
✶ Has never met her other child.
Backstory:
Born as a slave after the death of her father and elder half brother Sebastian, Umeko’s early life was filled terrible conditions. Her basket mate had been taken and sold before he or she ever opened. Umeko adored her sister Alma and Alma seemed to return the feeling though she was not much given to showing feelings. One night when she was a foal, they took Umeko from her mother and Alma. She was sold by the slavers, but eventually she escaped/left/was freed. Now she’s on a mission to find Alma, for in her heart she feels that her mother is long dead.

As a foal she was sold. After bouncing around numerous places, she wound up being held by the slaver Morsmordre in a cave where she met Aveline. (Being RPed)
Later she met Guillotine and became fast friends with her in the deep woods running from Chessur the Great Glasgow. Soon thereafter, she had a one night affair. While still pregnant, she joined the Cabal. |

Breed: Seafoam Breed Appearance: Mutant mer Height: 18 Hands Personality: Once a bright, happy foal Eäryendë became increasingly distant after her father left. She kept to herself more. When her mother left, she put all her focus on her brother the only family who cared enough to stay. Eventually, she fell in love with a stallion. He was her world. When he too left inland never to return, she vowed she would never trust a land-dweller again. For how could she even follow if she could not walk? She practices selective mutism, meaning she can talk but normally does not. She does speak with her brother a lot but that's about it. Slowly, she's coming more and more out of her shell. Backstory: Eäryendë's mother Cirelondiel washed up against some rock and a fishing net where she almost died. However, a kelp-unicorn cross stallion named Ivalia saved her. They two had a short-lived fling that produced two shells--Eäryendë and her brother Krystallos. But Ivalia, for whatever reason, did not stay. One day he walked inland and never returned. Eäryendë took the loss hard, leaning more heavily on her brother than ever before. Then one day, they're mother left leaving them abandoned. They were not quite adults yet. Krystallos promised her that he would always be there when she needed him, always.

Stats  Stats Announcement!Hey guys! 8D Definitely didn't almost forget to post this this month nope~ Just a small update to say that I took into account all the feedback I received about bonus stats and have set up a brand new thread to incorporate all your ideas. The main changes are that every other month, the stat boost will be a 1% boost to all stats instead of a 2% boost to one stat, and the 2% boost has been bumped up to a 3% boost. You may also enter up to 5 soquili per month, instead of just 1. You guys went on a crazy maxing spree over December with 13 Soq maxing out: Rynga Bel, Sekkei Wynter, Dumah, Alderfly, Dyani Aluminè, Bernadette, Azami, Jurou, Eäryendë, Black Rose, Crusnik, Natasha Kaari and Wolfgang Sangfroid. Additionally, Serotia also maxed out in November and missed the last announcement, so massive congrats to all of these guys <3 Phail out.

Breed: Harpy Breed Appearance: Mutant Height: 14.2 hands Personality: Vanya is vain, proud, materialistic, and selfish. At first appearance, Vanya doesn't seem to be the kind of soquili that you would even want to get to know, but for all her bad qualities she actually does have a good heart. As a foal she was picked on by her more beautiful sisters (biological and flock) to the extent that she developed an inferiority complex. She threw herself into her dancing. She was not gifted with a beautiful voice (it sounded more like screeching) but she was gifted with grace and an appreciation for beauty. While her Sisters grew strong and assured in their beauty, Vanya worked diligently at dancing. She ignored most of her other lessons, only focusing on dancing which she prized above all other Flock occupations. With practice, she became perfect and by the time she was a foal she had began inventing her own dances, most of which involved her prize bells. In her teen years, she flourished. Her beauty overcame all of the sisters who had put her down. As it often does, the notice went to Vanya's head and she lorded it over everyone who had ever put her down. It was then that Vanya started collecting beautiful things: jewelry (gifted or made by her own claws), silks, choice foods, and eventually as she grew older--males. Thus an empire based on her beauty and dance skills was formed with her faults hidden away. Unable to venture outside of the Flock because of her lack of predatory/capturing skills she has to have the help of her Flock sisters to seduce an entrap a stallion outside of the flock. She does not share easily though--not her prized stallions or her jewels (especially those given to her or those she's made). She's a prima-donna by nature. Everything she does or says is done in a larger than life fashion. She is the best in all things related to beauty and grace, disdaining accomplishments like being a fighter or scholar as boring. Vanya will never keep to one nest. She goes through males easily, picking them for attributes of beauty, strength, or demeanor to specifically breed superior offspring. Vanya can be won over by flattery and gifts, but if you cross her you will taste her claws. She will protect those she loves with every fiber of her being, her love and respect once won are not easily lost. You will find that she's a true and valiant friend despite her pompous nature. She's even been known to share with them. But everything is about to change. Backstory: Born to Eleniel and Lerato she was raised by Flock nannies.Considered an "ugly" foal, she grew up and more beautiful than the rest of her Flock sisters until she reigned as queen of beauty among them. Right before she became an adult, the Earthquakes came. Many lost family or items of great wealth. However unlikely it may seem, it was the death of her brother Alagos that cut her to the core. Sometimes, she looks for him as though he was only lost and would once again come home.
