 Aedus was really curious about the doctors answer, he wondered if those familiars still lived in these ruins and if so would they find them?? Aedus nodded and went to go see if there was anyone on this trip that had healing magic jezz he needed to learn healing magic for himself. Seriously you would think after the infected battle he would think to take some classes, but after his long recovery and then catch up on classes so he could graduate to senior soon. Aedus heard something strange but he was pretty sure the doctor said there were lots of tunnels so it didn't seem all that strange.

 Odessa was enjoying her walk around the area when she heard a noise. She frowned, not sure what to make of it. She studied the area, trying to figure out where it was coming from and nearly jumped when she realized it was just beyond the wall. She was obviously spooked, so much so that she made a hurried exit from the hall. She leaned back against the wall, trying to get her heart rate down, though it took longer than it should have. She tried to convince herself it was probably just a familiar, though that hardly helped with how spooked she made herself.Quote: Looking for people to interact with Odessa! =3

 As they were moving, Kiessi had figured out that the bag of coins were actually candy. They wouldn't have minded too much except that they were melting and the inside of the bag had residue on the inside. They were going to try to get them to a cool place as soon as they could since they knew their siblings would love some candy from this adventure. They were smiling slightly to themself when they stopped, their eyes scanning a wall. Was that... blood?
They almost felt disgusted when they realized that whatever ritual was going on in the hieroglyphics was very sinister. It made their stomach turn and they removed themself from that chamber as quickly as they could, though in their head it wasn't quick enough.

Rerolling since I messed up.  Cass carried the cat out as long as he could until the familiar worked its way out of his grip and slunk to the ground, looking very annoyed. He frowned and scolded the cat, gibbering at it in ways that he wasn't even sure it understood, but it helped him to get some of his frustration out. The other cat wound its way against Cass with a slight purr.
He stood up, trying his best to relax when he saw a snake out of the corner of his eye, coming toward him. He tilted his head as the familiar seemed to join the rest of them. Was he getting a zoo?

Suhail nodded an acknowledgement when he saw Anukhet following him. "You're getting quite a collection," he said to her. However, after that, he shuddered. He felt something odd... maybe the scent of the air changed, or the temperature, or some weird subtle thing happened. His ears flicked, and he made a thoughtful noise as he peeked through a hole in a wall. "I wonder if we're being watched," he mumbled. "Ancient magic monitoring spells still active, or something? Like they somehow never turned off the security cameras here before time ran out for them." It was a long shot and maybe he was just imagining things, but something was afoot.

 He’d been peering closely at one of the murals down an empty tunnel when something hit the middle of his back. His breath whooshed out and he let out a half-hearted yelp, swallowing it before he could make too much noise. Cyril quickly began delving into a full panic that was, strangely, interrupted by the presence on his back. It had. . . .begun to purr. Swallowing with a throat that had gone dry wasn’t something he enjoyed.
Carefully shifting, he managed to squirm into a position that he could see the vespercat that was attached to him. As the panic slowly drained away, he could feel the sharp pricks from its nails. It was a cat. Just a cat. Nobody was trying to get him. No boogey man had come out from the ruins to get back at him for being here.
Cyril gave a shaky laugh and decided to sit down before his legs gave out. Only belatedly did he realize that he was already sitting and now the ‘cat was in his arms. He wasn’t entirely sure when that had happened, but the vespercat seemed happy to be there. So he relaxed into the motion of petting the cat slowly while he waited for his heart to slow and his body to quit trembling.

 Quartz nodded in a friendly way. "Nice to meet you,", reaching out to gently nudge the dappled red vespercat, who was eyeing the little flitterrat in Annie's pocket with an intentness that did not bode well for the poor little familiar. At about that time, Quartz's mom came around the corner and approached the group. 'Hello! You lot look like you're having fun. Don't me intrude, but just remember it's about time to eat lunch. It's hard to tell the passage of time down here without natural lighting.' Topaz smiled and walked away. With a bit of a start Quartz realized she was starting to feel hungry. "Wow, wonder how long we've been down here. Or how far we've gone." She glanced upwards at the ceiling where she imagined the desert above lay. "It's been so interesting, it really didn't seem like much time passed at all."

 6: Did you just feel a hand brush you? There's nobody there. Nashira was really enjoying looking the pictures on the wall. She followed along, shining her light at the carvings as she looked at everything. She didn't realize how far away from Nadinia she had walked until she came to a wall that ended her exploring of the mural. She turned around, about to walk back to her friend when something... touched her? It better not be a spider! She walked very fast back towards Nadi.

 20: This part of the ruins is especially quiet. Is that a voice you hear whispering behind the wall? "It's nice to meet you too, Enomu." Vega nodded, watching him and Kanda for a moment, then blinked in surprise when another familiar approached the neko. There sure seem to be a lot of familiars around here. I wonder if there's really enough prey for them all to truly thrive down here..." Leto said he'd teach him. "REALLY?" He couldn't help but sound excited. Any help would be cool. It seems really interesting to learn. Even if you're not the best... any help and practice would be great." It almost felt like a secret language that not everyone would know. He'd really like to learn, and then it would be easier on people like Kanda too. He smiled at her as she seemed to be enjoying the coatl. "Four flitterats? That's fantastic! I only have one, but Nova has 4 wings.When we get back to the room, I'll bring him back out. If there are wild coatl and vespercats around, I don't know that I want him running around freely." He smiled. "And you know what? I have a pumpka too. And a couple bats, and a fennikit, and a mewgle. Maybe if you'd like, we can get together to let our familiars play together. But for now, I think I'm going to take my coatl back, if you don't mind. You're welcome to play with him when we're back at the room of course." He offered as Kanda went to sign something to Leto. VegaHe could have sworn he heard his name... He looked around to see where the voice came from, but... Wait, what? No. No one here knew his name other then hi new friends and maybe a couple chaperones...

 14: You see an oddly colored stone embedded into the wall. You pry it out, only to find it's a stone arrowhead! You may pick 1 arrowhead trinket. Oh he was really making a right a** of himself, wasn't he? He looked down at the familiar in his arms, then slowly set it down, petting it a couple times. "Everyone in Bellow is so tall... I am not used to it..." He admitted to his fear... kind of. The vespercat wandered away, and began to paw at the wall. "Oh! You shouldn't do that!" At last, something to distract him from his awkwardness. Something fell out of the wall where the familiar had been scratching. "...What is that?" He slowly picked up the stone piece, only to find it was an arrowhead. "If I were a history teacher, I could use this in lectures... But I'm not." Was he talking to his cat? Now he seemed crazy.
