Head trauma. Sharp blow to the head results in severe head trauma. Complete vision loss for OOC 48 hours
Today was the day, news had begun to spread rapidly about the person who had killed an undying in Zone One. And Sereva knew if not more than anyone how much each of the factions would do anything to get their hands on the information and weapon itself. Her teeth gritted together, chewing down on her lip as she walked with her companions towards Zone One. Making sure to keep an eye out for any infected.
It was then when she felt the horrifying chill of the first shot. The warnings was all she needed to hear before she slowly started to back up… and then another followed. She thought would be cautious enough, having wielded weapons herself and knowing the powers of guns against humans she thought that maybe she could back out now and safe her own a**. But she was too late. The moment she tried to secure her spot in a safer location bombs starting to go off, grenades creating their marks in grounds and shredding the earth against those of the living right beneath their feet. “******** hell” the purple haired woman muttered to herself. Biting down on her lip harder before she attempted to start running forward. Since safety wasn’t an option she started to think the best defense is an offence after all.
Adrenaline rushed through her veins, her heart pumping blood faster than a cat’s heart after experiencing catnip. She needed to either reach the front line where the entrance to Zone One was or risk being shot behind and left for the infected to scavage after her body. Countless people pumped against her, ears ringing, blood splattering against her skin. The red heated substance seeming to paint her face before she knew it. Watching as someone was shot down right before her eyes. The decision of assistance quickly rushed in her mind, was she really willing to risk her own life for another? What if down the road they would be able to return the favor. The least she could do is put them out of their misery if they are too far gone. With quick reactions her body lurched forward, attempting to grasp onto the injured companion. Pulling the body up over her shoulders-it was the best way for her to maneuver with so many things happening at once after all. Her legs worked overtime to support the extra weight. Making sure that the injured wouldn’t pass out on her as she kept talking to them “Keep your eyes open damn it”. A bit harsh to say in the least, but she knew how to handle bullet wounds. It was part of her daily job before the calamity.
Within moments everything happened so fast, Sereva’s vision began to blur. Was the person too much for her to carry? No that wasn’t it… with every step she took forward a sharp pain rung through her head. Her ears felt like they were going to bleed as her body suddenly collapsed to the ground. The injured person being thrown off of her. Her eyes rolling up as Sereva’s body went into shock. As she was trying to trek into safer grounds a large piece of shrapnel had broken in the fray and bludgeoned the back of Sereva’s head. If she hadn’t stopped to help the person, she wouldn’t be in that position… it was too late to go back now. Her body relinquished to the pain. Eyes closing and movement ceasing as the screams and explosions around her seemed to go mute.
It wasn’t until sometime when she awoke again, everything seemed quiet but soft rustling. She was afraid everyone was dead, or that the undying were slowly coming to get her. Opening her eyes she did not get the satisfaction of seeing that she was safe. All she could see was a thick blur, a shadow casted over her vision. Her heart lurched out of her chest, and her stomach came up her stomach. Leaving a gross stench on the ground as she had lost what little she may have eaten before. Sereva was in pure shock. Her head hurt worse than if she had been shot “********…” she muttered. She was blind, with a severe concoction probably… and she could only hope that she hadn’t sentenced herself to death. Only gaining a little bit of relief as she heard her faction leader speak. At least she was surrounded by people she knew, but the news wasn’t all that great. A competition for information, a struggle for survival. She was as useful as a bat in a box and she could only use the senses she had honed over the years hunting. But one false move and it could very well end her.

'Hey Lemmings' That was a new one he could add to his list of nicknames. Lifting his head up, he groaned in pain as he reconized Sawyers voice. Cringing he lifted himself up off the ground a bit, head looking through unseeing blue-green eyes. "If I died anywhere else...I won't be in your w ay." He stated tiredly as he felt around on the ground, until he came across her shoe. Feeling the material he gripped at the others shoe.
All Lennard could really do was hold onto hope that he wouldn't be stuck like this forever. How ever long he'd been lying there he wasn't sure. At some point he'd tried moving around but the fetal position had been better than getting lost off in some godforsaken corner..right?
He couldn't see her maliciously wicked grin. The 23 year old was helpless, and at her mercy. "Everything's black..I'm trying not to freak out." He whispered in a small voice, clearly uneasy and hinting to his discomfort given his tone of voice. "Are you alright? What about your sister...or anyone else from our floor?" He clutched at what he believed to be the other a little tighter.
