Create either an INTERVIEW ORP (where you can quote either other to interview) OR a INTERVIEW PRP interviewing two other people from factions NOT YOUR OWN (you can also create two separate interview rps, one for each person!) You must ask them a list of any of the questions below and then record the answers ICly. The format should be: question -> answer from player -> write it down (interview summary) -> interview complete, though you are free to just PRP it out with the player for a bit or ask more questions, or make up questions afterwards to ask of your own!
All interviews take place in a secluded area away from mobs. Think of it as a great way to know players from other factions without fighting in boss encounters!
Answers may not be answered sarcastically or they do not (icly!) count.
1) What did you do prior to Day Zero? 2) What is your secret to surviving? 3) What do you think caused Day Zero? 4) You are attacked by one of the undying. You lose function of both your legs and will never walk again. Would you rather put yourself out of your misery or survive knowing you will die soon in the future? 5) What use do you personally think you have towards your faction? 6) Do you think you will be rescued? 7). What qualities do you think you bring forward if you had to lead? 8 ) What the major problem to surviving Day Zero? 9) Describe your family. 10) Describe yourself 11) Describe your weapon of choice 12) What is more important to you - knowledge or physical power and why? 13) You find the way out of the city but are heavily infected. Would you still leave? 14) If your best friend had the cure to the infection but it required heavily dissecting them would you do it? 15) Describe what you would do if you were rescued

FIRST ROUND: EVERYBODY CAN ASK THREE QUESTIONS IN ONE POST (ONE QUESTION TOWARDS EACH FACTION) (and direct it to either apartment person because we have two apartment people)
SECOND ROUND: PRISONS, MALL, AND UNIVERSITY WILL ANSWER WITH FOUR ANSWERS (One for each faction other than apartment, and two towards the two apartment people in the rp)
(And having five people makes this slightly uneven so don't worry if some people answer more than others)

With her radio clutched in her good hand and her dislocated one hanging limp at her side, she might have looked like a slightly more helpless than usual elderly woman. But there was a fire in Adelaide's eyes as she approached; nothing could dim them now that she knew her sons were alive.
"Let's do this quick, huh?" she grunted as she pocketed the radio for now, wiping sweat from her brow. The Mall might be where the boys were at, but she couldn't' afford to look weak in front of their representative nonetheless. It was a dicey situation, and after listening in over the channels, she couldn't help but wonder if this was all on purpose to force them all to get antsy around one another.

When he and Brie took a brief rest, temporarily letting Alex rest elsewhere, the apartment faction had retreated to a unpopulated area. It looked safe. And since there were other factions milling about, it seemed to be a good time to exchange even the slightest bits of information.
They were lucky enough to encounter a person from each of the faction: mall, prison, and university. Waving Brie over with her notepad in his good hand, in case she would find it difficult to hear, Shouichi intended on helping her if she needed him to do so.
With the older lady's approach, the doctor eyed the radio in her hand, remembering what they had heard in the radio tower. It would have been nice to have a radio himself, but those would be scarce -- and they would have to make do in their own way. His gaze then moved forth to her injury and useless arm, similar to his own. It appeared nobody had been unscathed by the grenade attack. "Don't stress yourself any further than you have to." He directed to Adelaide, hoping that he wouldn't have to deal with an elder's death any time soon, in addition to their current problems.
Everything that had happened had set the young girl on edge. First the grenade damaging her hearing, then the undying attacking them, and the to top everything off--a giant friggin' eyeball having appeared and starting at them. Not to mention, it didn't appear that things were going to get ANY better unless they found that weapon.
Remaining close to Sho, Brie followed after the doctor, making sure not to become distracted and lose sight of him.
It wasn't long before they crossed paths with another woman--a face she had never seen before. Another faction..? Whatever was being said was barely audible for her, she would either have to get Sho to write it down for her again, or get them to speak up.

He was on his way back from that infernal radio tower when he had almost literally bumped into the pair from downtown. The incident nearly resulting in an unwarranted attack on his end before he realized that they were both human and not one of those undead or infected creatures. That was most certainly a relief. However, Corey and the others had warned him of other factions and how they could prove to be just as potentially dangerous, so while he didn't attack them and was civil, he remained uncharacteristically quiet. Just until trust could be gained. Only he hadn't expected on encountering even more people.
"I should have expected more people to have survived, but I honestly wasn't expecting so many other from varying factions. At least, not all at once." He winced, rubbing at his ears. The pain was still bothering him and his voice was notably higher than what most people expected, giving away the potential ear damage that had occurred during the run in with the bandits.

He decided that leaving the safety of a group was probably still a bit risky given his shoulder, which he assumed would give him hell for days to come, so Drew hung back and stayed relatively nearby random groups of people. Not necessarily making conversation, but he listened in and kept tabs on things that others were experiencing. Eventually, though, all the groups had moved on and he stayed behind, on his own for however long until an older woman approached. He caught sight of a radio in her hand for all of a moment before his attention was pulled away by two more, a man and a woman, and then just one other person. He didn't recognize any of them, but they all basically looked like hell.
"You guys look like hell," he said aloud, offering his thoughts to the little huddle. There was a smirk on his face, though; he was hoping to lighten the mood some, if that was at all possible. It was wiped off his face as soon as the kid with orange hair spoke up. "I haven't taken a step out there yet," he said with a shrug, and then a wince because he'd just moved his shoulder. Again. "Shoulder's messed up, can barely think straight with the pain. I've seen people limping around, not sure it's too smart to do that right off the bat."
Another shrug, another wince and a whispered expletive. "Name's Drew," he eventually said. "You all are?"

Adelaide made a show of raising an eyebrow at the white haired young man's supposed concerns and then barked a laugh. Take it easy. The very idea.
"Don't let my looks fool ya," she said, thin lips spreading into a thinner smile. "Adelaide. So, I'll start us out." With her good hand she gestured at Jersey, Whitey, and Drew. "What's your secret to surviving, then, huh? Since you all seem so concerned."

It was supposed, indeed.. considering that Sho didn't care very much about other factions. This elderly woman could die, and it wouldn't weigh on his conscience as much as it should have. He would have felt guilty.. but in this world, there was too little left of people's hearts, and he couldn't afford to care about much if he wanted to keep those he did care about surviving.
In response to Rook's observant remark, "Quite a coincidence." He was of the same oponions. One elderly woman was a surprise, but having two others join was even more so. He quickly took note of the injuries -- two with hearing loss, and three dislocated shoulders. It could have been worse, but it wasn't the best odds should something attack them. They couldn't stay together too long, groups would surely attract the undead at some point.
But for now.. "Since someone took the liberty of introducing themselves, I suppose it wouldn't hurt. My name is Sho." Meanwhile, he updated Brie quickly by writing things in short hand in case she wasn't catching the conversation.
(To Brie) Tell them your name?
Why don't we try asking them a question?
"Let's share the questions, shall we?" Information and opinions wouldn't be a one-way street after all. "What do you think caused Day Zero?" he leaned back against a pillar, waiting to see what everybody would ask.
Before they knew it, the had managed a small gathering. Again, with two new unfamiliar faces. Which faction were they all from? She wondered..
Rook's voice was probably the only voice she was able to hear among the others, though she didn't realize he was suffering from the same problem as her. Though, she just figured him to be a loud speaker. He looked.. suspicious. She didn't trust him.
Unable to hear well what else was being said, she was thankful for Sho jotting down the conversations for her. Following his instructions, she answered with her name, a little louder than meant. "Brie."
Claiming a spot on the ground beside Sho, she watched as people's mouths moved, waiting for him to relay the information to her.
When it was noted that they were each doing a Q&A, she threw out one of her own questions.
"Do you think you will be rescued?" This question had been on her mind from the beginning. Was anyone out there? Some larger organization they didn't know about that might be looking to aid survivors? She had no idea, but hopefully, one of the others might.

"Fair enough, I guess." He wasn't all that keen on sharing information. But he supposed it was a good chance to gather a little intel of his own as well, and seeing no reason to hide something as easily given as names, he raised his hand slightly and answered with, "Rook." but whether that was his actual name or nickname, they would likely never know, and it didn't seem like he was going to clarify it, either.
Brie's look of suspicion, on the other hand, was mutual. He didn't trust any of them. He did, however, find a little amusement over her name and grinned a little. "Like the cheese?" He asked. That made him think of that one movie a couple years back. The one with that giant cheese wheel. "The Briehemoth." He muttered under his breath, having picked out an easily memorable nickname for the woman already.
"Okay so, questions... Say you were able to find the way out of the city but got yourself heavily infected. Would you still leave and risk spreading the infection?" There was a pause before he threw in another question. Because while he was curious about the first one, getting a snippet of information regarding each individual and possibly their faction helped more. "Might I ask what the major problem is, for you guys, to surviving Day Zero? I swear ours is not going to be toilet paper. I can assure you that." There was a cheeky grin at that last part.
"And you!" he spun around to face the white haired man who was currently leaning up against a nearby pillar. The man who frankly kind of gave Rook a bad vibe. "I'm curious, if your best friend, if you have one, had the cure to the infection but it required heavily dissecting them would you do it?" At this he narrowed his eyes suspiciously Sho.

He put their names into his memory bank and tried to relax as the questions started going around. He wasn't opposed to it, but it couldn't hurt to learn a bit about some of the others while he was here. New perspectives and thoughts were always welcome, considering his own was pretty bleak. It was hard to be hopeful when you watched your loved on suffer through so much and there was next to nothing you could do about it.
Some of them were directed at him, some weren't, still others seemed like they were meant for the group as a whole. And he certainly wasn't about to miss out on asking his own. "Alright," he started to say as he tried to roll his shoulder and immediately regretting the attempt. "Guess my question for you guys is...say some of us, not all of us, managed to get out of this hell. What would you do if you were rescued?"

Adelaide sucked her teeth as she considered the questions. "Well. What caused it, I have some ideas. Mind you, I'm a zombie aficionado, not a shadow what the ******** it one, but there's some similarities: you die, you get infected, there's some shadowy organization probably working behind the curtain, all we know is wrong." The last part was said rather sarcastically. "I've gone through loads of theories. Current one is that something got let loose, and we're the lab rats while they're busy containing it. Heard over the radio that they don't give a s**t who lives anyway, so." She gave a one armed shrug, for all appearances not bothered by the lack of humanity being shown thus far.
"Assuming they'd rescue us, I'd tell them to haul a** over to the mall. Got some kids there I need to grab." There wasn't a need to get so mysterious; Dazs was probably a big enough loudmouth that it'd get out eventually over the channel, assuming one of them had a radio as well. "Definitely ask them what the hell's going on and how they're gonna fix it. My money is on they won't rescue us, though."
As for Rook's question, the older woman barked a laugh. "I wouldn't get myself infected. But if I did, I wouldn't stand around trying to scrape my life together when it's already bleeding out. F'I couldn't get someone to kill me quick, I'd do it myself." Another one armed shrug. "Only an idiot decides their life's more important than millions of others int hat situation. Of course, that's assuming you can't get it treated either. That opens up a much grayer area..." But that wasn't the question, so she let it go.

"What's your secret to surviving, then, huh? "
Shouichi let out a contemplative sigh, writing down the questions and handing it to Brie. When she handed the notepad back, Shouichi would write short hand descriptions of people's answer in case she had trouble hearing those as well. Towards the elder lady, he gave her a wry smile. "Simply put, there is no secret. Your survival depends on the ripple events that each of your choices make in combination with your circumstances. You and I can easily make the same choice in either of our faction, but result in completely different paths -- survival, death, who knows?" He ended this answer with a shrug.
As for the next ones..
"Do you think you will be rescued?"
"What would you do if you were rescued?"
Really, these two questions were closely related, one being and the other being the result of the action. "And if they rescued us, wouldn't you wonder about if the rest of the world been's affected? If it has, I doubt we have a high chance of being rescued. And I'm not entirely sure that if we're rescued, there is something left for us.. Though personally, I'd like to have a hand in exactly what we're dealing with if given a chance to survive." What the undying were, how to cope with them.. yes, Shouichi wanted to be part of it. He would never return to the peaceful life he once knew, after coming this far.
Rook's question by the most amusing by far. And it was the only one that was specific towards a person and not a group. He patted Brie's head to let her know to stay, that he wasn't going to leave her. "Haha, that's interesting~" Getting up to walk closer to him, and then leaning closer into his ear, and speaking in a low tone where only Rook could hear his following words-
"You have pretty good instincts, don't you~ Being a former doctor, and suggesting highly on the possibility on the existence of a best friend.. if I could save everybody through a single sacrifice, I would take that chance." Those seemed like heroic words.. if it weren't for his next actions. He deliberately let his gaze slide back to Brie, who most people would assume was Sho's friend by approximation of distance, he let an excited but insane look enter his eyes. Those weren't the eyes of a mere doctor.. more of a mad type of doctor who was infected by the insanity around them. Or perhaps he had always been like that. After all, it wasn't specifically Brie he was thinking of, but any interesting subject would do. "Cutting and dissecting them would be by far the funnest part." Knowing that every touch, you were responsible for their pleasure or pain.. combined with the fruit of knowledge. His fingers itched as if he couldn't wait. He was definitely a sadist, wasn't he?
"Did you get your answer, boy?" Drawing back with a polite smile that revealed nothing of his answer to any of the other group members, least of all Brie, he returned to her side.
Waiting for Sho to finish writing everything down for her, she nodded when he moved over to talk to Rook. Within this time, she decided to write out her thoughts on their questions.
Bries's Notes: "What's your secret to surviving, then, huh? Since you all seem so concerned." "Keeping with your faction?"
From her experience, keeping with her faction has saved her from life and death situations. Going at this alone.. she didn't even want to think of it.
"What do you think caused Day Zero?" "Virus, maybe? That was the talk before it happened."
Her other thoughts were maybe the government. There has always been theories on the government trying to screw with people. Maybe this was just another way? All in all, its not like it really mattered at this point.
"What would you do if you were rescued?" "Live."
What else could they do? There wasn't really much of the world left after what happened. Anything they had before this..
"Say you were able to find the way out of the city but got yourself heavily infected. Would you still leave and risk spreading the infection?" "Probably not."
Bringing this kind of horror onto others.. she wouldn't be able to live with herself if that happened.
"Might I ask what the major problem is, for you guys, to surviving Day Zero?." "All the Undying?"
That was kind of the biggest problem they had.
"If your best friend, if you have one, had the cure to the infection but it required-"
With the question unfinished, Brie waved for the doctor to come back over. Pointing to the question, she gave him a look of curiosity, completely oblivious to everything said in private to Rook.
