The suggestion of changing into something more street appropriate made sense. While changing into her school uniform, Rei felt a force pull her attention over towards her dresser mirror. Not fully understanding what this feeling was, she set down her vest along the surface of her bed. Crossing her room, standing before the dresser. Along her vanity mirror, where a variety of pictures of her friends: Makoto, Ami, Minako and Usagi. All of them doing something together, living life to it's fullest and having fun together.



Something wet dropped down her face as she reached up with her hands to feel that fresh tears had fallen. The palms of Rei's hands were covered from the moisture of her tears. Unsure what it was she was feeling, the moment she glanced up past her hands she saw in several of the photos that had Makoto's image had faded. Gasping in surprise. Rei reached forward towards the pictures where it was originally the five of them only to see four. Touching the spot where Makoto once stood, she felt another pull. The sensation was quick, a flood of unknown images rushed throughout Rei's mind at lightening speed. Unable to fully grasp what she was being shown as the images were swallowed up by darkness only to be swiftly followed with a brilliant white, hot light that washed over followed by screams being snuffed out.

Upon removing her fingertips away from the picture she had touched, the sensation subsided. The smiles of the five of them remained. Was this a sign? An omen of things to come? Taking a step back, Rei's hands reached up to feel how hot her cheeks had become from an adrenaline rush she just experienced. Swallowing briefly. She took the time to regather her thoughts and continue to get dressed to meet Mamoru out in the court yard. Not before folding her shrine maiden robes neatly along her made up bed. Picking up a note pad that was on her bedside table she scribbled down a note to her grandfather. Taking up her vest she buttoned it up while moving towards the door. Trying to remove any signs of what she just experienced vision wise before greeting Mamoru. She didn't need to add weight to the situation, not until she had a better understanding as to what she was just shown.



"Okay! I'm ready!" Addressing Mamoru as she joined him out in the courtyard, acting as if everything was alright. Hoping he did not see through the mask she had on. The two of them walked in silence, towards the direction of Mamoru Chiba's apartment garage. Once inside the garage, it finally dawned on her that she would be sitting behind Mamoru on his motorcycle. In the past she would have been all excited and giddy that she was spending time with Mamoru and would tease Usagi all about it. But now?

Life was different. She no longer felt like teasing Usagi, nor did she feel like the teasing would really affect Usagi like it would have in the past. The moment Mamoru handed her the spare helmet, she placed it on without hesitation. Watching him mount the motorcycle, she waited until she joined him. It was only instincts and safety that told her to wrap her arms around him since there were no seat belts like in a car on this rocket with wheels. Hugging Mamoru from behind, she felt the motorcycle roar to life and not even seconds later they were out of the garage and speeding down the backroads heading towards the city incognito.

The portion of the city that remained in ruins was too surreal. As the scenery blurred past Rei, she noticed that thick blooming clouds of black smoke was making the air feel smothering and hot. Plumes of clouds could be seen rising up high into the air, as well as making it hard to see on the road in general. Let alone breathe it. Feeling that the motorcycle was starting to slow, she was looking along the rubble and destruction in hopes that she could locate Luna and Hotaru. Once Mamoru parked the motorcycle, Rei released her hold on him and got off. Removing the helmet, she gave the surroundings one more look before holding up her wrist watch communicator and called out to both Luna and Hotaru. "Luna? Hotaru? Mamoru and I have arrived on scene and are presently behind the ruins and are out sight of law enforcement. What's your position and the situation at hand? Are you two safe?"

Watching Hotaru change to Sailor Saturn gave her nostalgia.



Hearing this, Chibi Moon couldn't help but feel a little excitement, knowing it's been ages since she had fought alongside her best friend.

Not long after, Star Maker and Star Healer showed up, Chibi Moon smiled for a moment and acknowledged them.
Agreeing with Sailor Saturn, she smiled and added. "Star Healer, Star Maker, we are going to attack from a different angle, over there! Sailor Saturn is with me, I'll be more than just fine, she's my best friend!" she pointed in the direction of the alleyway. Reassuring Star Healer and telling her openly about their close relationship.

Glancing at Sailor Saturn, Chibi Moon beamed a smile at her and took her hand. "Lets go!" pulling her along to the alleyway Sailor Saturn mentioned.



Now letting go, Chibi Moon looked at the shadowy youma for a moment, then looked back at Sailor Saturn. "I'm going to attack!" reaching her hand up in the air, she shouted an older attack that didn't require Sailor Moon being near her.



"Pink Sugar Heart Attack!!"

Aiming it at the shadowy youma, her attack went right through the youma, making it seem like it absorbed it.



"EH?! IT DIDN'T WORK?!" She shouted in surprise, looking back at Sailor Saturn, she asked. "What should we do?!"

Chibi Moon looked across the other side, seeing in the distance the other Senshi, then spotting Mamoru and Rei. "It's Mamo-chan?! Rei-chan too?!"

Luna still had her collar on, which was her own communicator. Touching her paw to the bell, she spoke into it.
"We're all fine. Rei, we are close by, go towards the sounds of the attacks being made. Head north a little and you'll see us-- Usagi just arrived with Star Fighter."
Seeing them both land, Luna ran from her last location from Hotaru to Usagi, Rei, Star Fighter and Mamoru.
"I'm glad you're all safe." Luna said, happy to see Rei and Mamoru join in.

When Star Fighter landed, Usagi was then faced towards Luna, Rei and Mamoru. A bit surprised to see them.
"Luna?! Rei-chan?! Mamo-chan?!" Fighter carefully placed Usagi down and spoke, while Usagi rushed to Mamoru's side as she usually would, then turned to face Star Fighter and listened to their conversation.





Watching the conversation, Star Fighter spoke very formally to them, maybe it was because she was in front of Mamoru?
"Rei-chan... Star Fighter...please be careful..." she said, giving a worried expression to her friends before they left.
Luna glanced at Usagi and Mamoru and thought. "I better give them some time alone..." slinking away, Luna slowly approached Star Healer, but kept hidden under some rubble nearby, but in view of her and what was going on.



As she watched them leave, Usagi looked up at Mamoru. "...Chibiusa... she's here too."
Usagi felt a little nervous but continued to talk but as she spoke, tears welled up and ran down her cheeks.




"I was worried you weren't going to come--I mean, I know you said you would but... a lot has happened since then, and... I overheard you went through a lot...gomen, I wasn't there for you." Usagi's voice was quiet, but the disappointment and sadness weren't hidden from her tone.
"Gomen ne, I told Star Fighter to bring me here, she wanted to take me home. I can't stand not doing anything, you know how I am... I feel so useless, Mamo-chan. There's nothing I can do to help them and I constantly feel drained." Wanting to open up to Mamoru, she also added. "I haven't had a chance to tell Chibiusa yet... or about us…she doesn't know..." Usagi whispered that last sentence as she got quieter.
Thinking about everything, she looked down until he started to talk to her, which made her look back up at him.

Sailor Saturn didn't have a chance to answer Chibimoon before the youma started throwing physical debris from the building it had just destroyed and then charging them. The debris had blocked their original escape route. Sailor Saturn moved quickly in front of Chibimoon.



She swung her Silence Glaive in front of her and yelled. "Silent Wall!"



They were both surrounded in a bubble like barrier as the youma started to charge them.


Sailor Neptune was shocked that her attack did next to nothing against the youma. She saw the youma turn and head for Saturn and Chibimoon. "Saturn, Chibimoon!" She yelled.
She saw Sailor Saturn throw up her barrier and knew they were safe for now but she wasn't sure how long Saturn could hold that her barrier up against it.

Watching everyone come together, more Senshi showed up, noticing they were in groups of two so far. Observing each individual one, by one attack, and seeing the youma swallow up each hit the youma took, Sailor Nova was too high up to hear any chanting of their attacks, but could only hear the loud echos of when they made a direct hit on the youma.
"...So many Earth Senshi... fighting together..." she thought.

Even she was impressed by their teamwork and how they communicated. Tightening her grip on the bow and arrow, she felt a sense of nervousness come over her as she knew once she made her attack, they would all see it and notice where it came from, her appearance would no longer be hidden from them.

The group of Senshi would notice such an attack, and the focus would be on her. Taking a deep breath, Sailor Nova had to try and put all her focus back on her attack, even if her hands started to shake a little.
Holding her bow and arrow and resuming the stance, her arms stiffened again, the green-like static charged around her hands, and she pointed the bow and arrow aiming it at the youma, holding it in place ready to strike.

Seeing the fight below, Sailor Nova saw the youma heading towards Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn, her eyes followed the youma closely, gripping her arrow tightly. Seeing none of their attacks so far caused any major damage, Nova had this gut feeling it needed an element that the others lacked.


Hearing a scream come from the direction of one of the two smaller Senshi below, the youma had charged towards them. Sailor Nova gritted her teeth and narrowed her eyes, she had enough and couldn't stand it any longer.

This was it. There was no going back.
Pulling on the arrow, Sailor Nova aimed it so it would hit the youma's back. Finally, Sailor Nova took another deep breath so her aim would be steady, and she released the green static-like arrow, watching as it hit the back of the youmas shadowy body.

Knowing this would have stunned the youma for a moment, Sailor Nova watched as the arrow exploded and it was like a hidden attack, concentrated thunder shocked the youma, making a static sharp sound as the green thunder was visible.
The youma was now pissed, and all eyes were now on Sailor Nova as she stood there, fearless. She could feel the other Senshi now notice her as if she were being watched on stage, but Nova ignored them and focused on the shadowy being that had been causing havoc in the city.



Sailor Nova actually heard the yelling from one of the girls below in the alleyway, which made Nova’s gaze shift to them, hearing Chibi Moon warn Sailor Nova that it was heading her way.
Watching Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn for a moment after their warning, Sailor Nova took a few steps back from the edge as she needed distance to be able to use her attack, she could hear something loud approach the rooftop.

Nova turned around and ran, leaping onto another building’s rooftop, while she summoned another bow and arrow which she held in either hand, the next building she ran and leaped into mid-air, Sailor Nova spun her body around as she glided backwards for a second before landing on the next building just to catch a glance of where the youma was at and how far away it would be before she planned to fire another attack.

This place already sounded like a war zone! "Myself, Chibimoon, Neptune and Uranus are on the scene right now in front of it. Luna is here with us now and we are both safe for now. We have another youma that has appeared but there is something different about this one this time. It doesn’t look anything like the first one that appeared. Currently Sailor Uranus is attacking the youma."

Rei's eyes widened at the mentioning of Chibi Moon. Shifting her gaze over towards Mamoru, knowing that just hearing that information was a shock factor. Hearing both Sailor Saturn and Sailor Neptune communicating information to her and Mamoru then. At least catching them up to some degree. Rei knew what needed to be done.

"See if you can get alongside the monster and attack it but stay together and be careful. We don't know what this new youma is capable of."
"Chibimoon and I are going to find a place to attack it from the side together. Sailor Neptune is joining Sailor Uranus and attacking too."

Without any sign of hesitation, Rei reached into a hidden pocket along her skirt and removed her Crystal Transformation Pen. Just as she was about to call out, another familiar voice that she had not heard in a while spoke up, surprising her upon approach.

"Prince... and Rei-san. It's been awhile." Her voice caught in her throat as she thought to herself, 'It's Seiya.. I mean Star Fighter ... and Usagi?!' There was a shine along Rei's eyes as she gazed in awe at Star Fighter. Swallowing, she reminded herself that they were presently in battle and now was not the time to admire another senshi. In that way.

"Princess, please take cover until this is over." Slightly feeling like she was invading the conversation between Star Fighter, Usagi and Mamoru then, Rei took a step back to observe the battle across the way. Her grip tightened along her transformation pen as she could feel a set of eyes settling upon her. Not wanting to appear rude, she glanced back to see Usagi for a brief moment. A quiet and reassuring smile was displayed towards Usagi, to show that she was there and would do what she promised to do.


"Gomen Prince and Princess, I must join the others now. Rei-san, will you join me? I'll fill you in." Glancing away from Usagi and over towards Star Fighter she agreed with the nodding of her head. She would gladly join her and would very much like an up to date report to what happened in their absence.

Without a second to loose, transformation pen in hand, Rei called out before Usagi and Mamoru, "Mars Crystal Power!"



While transforming her aura glowed warmly, encasing her figure like small licks of flames. Sensing that Usagi was drained, Sailor Mars cast off some of her energy directed towards her. Hoping what little she could provide would at least help her out. Providing a salute beside her temple, she winked at Usagi and Mamoru bounding up and away from where they stood to join Star Fighter in battle.

Almost as if Star Fighter and Sailor Moon were dance partners, they landed in sync at the same time beside, Sailor Uranus. To be greeted with Sailor Uranus's usual cheerful demeanor, "Took you long enough! The youma is absorbing everything so far. Got any ideas on what we should----" Observing how Sailor Uranus fell silent as she looked past them, "Why did you bring Usagi here? I thought you were taking her home?!"

"… Do you really think she would of stayed home? Besides...Usagi... is where she belongs..."

"I for one know for a fact that Usagi would have found a way to get here one way or another." Half muttered under her breath. Knowing that Sailor Uranus and Star Fighter more than likely heard her.

Watching Star Fighter advance forwards, holding up her hand as she called out her attack. Sailor Mars was surprised that the attack had not caused any harm, let alone a dent in the creature. 'How was this possible?!' She was stunned just as much as Star Fighter was, "Why didn't that work?!"

Sailor Mars frowned, Perhaps something... is channeling it's energy? Maybe a scan could foretel--" stopping in midsentence knowing that Sailor Mercury wasn't there. Maybe Mamoru-chan could transform into Tuxedo Mask and provide a scan as to why none of anyone's strikes were making a legit impact on the youma? "The only other person I know that could help us out is with Usagi." She said towards Star Fighter and Sailor Uranus then.

Star Fighter was closer to Sailor Mars, and heard the subtle comment she made about Usagi.
"Usagi is with Mamoru now, let’s leave them for now. Have faith, Sailor Mars. We'll defeat the youma." glancing at Mars and giving her a positive smile before looking back at the shadowy creature in front of them.
Star Healer's voice uttered on the communicator, which made Star Fighter's expression change as she concentrated on listening to Healer, then Star Maker apologized. "It's fine, Maker. Good job Healer, Let’s give it a go." agreeing to Star Healer's idea, Fighter took a stance and once again held her hands towards her chest and began her attack with the other two.



All three aimed and hit the youma at the same time, but only the shock from Healer's attack kept a bit longer while Star Makers and Star Fighters attack had no effect. Puzzled for a moment, Fighter almost caught on to what it's weakness was until her thought process got distracted by the scream of Chibi Moon.
"Chibi Moon!" Sailor Uranus yelled out but then watched something else about to happen seconds after Chibi Moon's cry for help was heard.
Looking in her direction, the youma began to target her and Sailor Saturn, knowing full well Star Healer would somewhat react to such a scream. The youma was then struck by something that shot from up high, and was pieced in the back. Watching, Fighter saw the green sparks that grew bigger around the youma, as it grew, the attack seemed to get stronger.
"Leader, Healer... that person on the rooftop..." Maker said, which caused Star Fighter to look in the direction of the girl who was standing at the edge of the rooftop.
"Sailor Uranus, Sailor Mars... up there."
looking up at the Senshi on the rooftop. "That girl..." Star Fighter thought to herself, then heard Star Maker's voice, telling them what the youmas weakness was. "She hurt the youma..." Sailor Uranus said, looking at Sailor Neptune for a moment, then back at the girl as she stood there, watching the youma like they were.

Thinking for a moment, Star Fighter pressed her headset and began to tell Healer about both their attacks, and that it could work together. "Star Healer...your attack worked, and that girl's--" as Fighter stopped talking abruptly, Chibi Moon cried out to the female figure "LOOK OUT, IT'S COMING!!!" then noticed the girl take a few steps backwards, as the youma made its way towards the rooftop.
"Let's go!" she said into the headset, to Sailor Mars, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune as well.
There wasn't much time to explain the reason why they needed to go after the youma, but it was pretty obvious. Taking off, and jumping onto the ruins, using them like stairs to get onto the rooftop, Sailor Uranus followed Star Fighter and had seen already how far away the girl had gotten, which was already quite a distance. She was fast, which wasn't a surprise to Star Fighter considering she is an archer and had to have set skills to be able to fight, jump and run in situations like this.
Speaking into her headset again, she wanted to make sure Healer was able to listen and hear Star Fighter. "Healer? are you able to catch up to her? She’s going one way, so you could go the opposite way to her and then you’ll come together. Both your attacks worked, we just need to somehow slow the youma down" Fighter said, thinking of ways to delay the creature and make it still.
