Sebastian chuckled at the enthusiasm Huey showed as he considered his idea for using Pichu. "Oh wow, four? You really think so?" He mused, a slight grin crossing his face as his eyes wandered to the side in thought. Maybe if there were a bunch of flying and water types to take on, that would certainly be the case. He wasn’t entirely sure though if he truly had that many to handle. Of course, he intended to make use of Snaps in the upcoming battle if he could so… there was one of the four out of the way already!
The young man ended up squinting as they escaped the darkness of the cave, nearly going blind from the morning light. Oh wow, they’d certainly been in there for quite some time, hadn’t they? He raised a hand to block the sun until his eyes managed to adjust, blinking a few times and smiling as he looked to Huey. "Nice! Awesome job Huey!" He congratulated sincerely. Given that his own sense of direction was apparently terrible, it was nice to see that they’d actually gone the right way. He squinted and spotted the familiar cityscape of Driftveil and nodded as Huey led the way back in that direction.
"Oh really? That’s a pretty big goal; I’m sure you’ll make it." That was pretty much every pokemon adventurer’s dream right? To eventually get all the badges and challenge the league to bear the name of ‘champion’? And at such a young age, that’d be a crazy accomplishment. Sebastian had to ponder a bit, wondering if he would’ve made it that far if he’d been allowed to continue his journey when he was younger. It was hard to imagine now in his older age but… it certainly would’ve been thrilling to have happen.
"Huh? Oh uhm… I’m not really sure to be honest." He remarked in response, smiling a little sheepishly. "I’m actually on this journey to help my brother when he starts his own. I kind of wanted to make sure he had like… a mentor or someone you know? To ask questions if he needed. I haven’t really considered if I’ll go challenge one of the leagues or anything," he answered. It was probably worth thinking a bit more on his next plan of action; he certainly couldn’t challenge all the leagues or anything but did he want to take on everything there was? Or just sample a little bit? He certainly didn’t want to deprive Nolan of any potential surprises when he started his own journey but Sebastian wanted to make sure that he was at least prepared.
Sebastian blinked and took a look as they arrived at the mouth of another cave, spotting the odd blue glow that seemed to emit from it. He heard Snaps make a little coo near his ear, Spade instinctively moving closer to his trainer in alarm. They could sense the odd energy the cave seemed to produce on its own. It really… lived up to its name. His attention snapped to Huey and he smiled again, quickly picked up speed, not having to struggle much to catch up with the boy given their height different. "Ha, I’m coming I’m coming!" Huey was certainly an excited able one, wasn’t he? It was humorous indeed.

Mimey was trying again in her efforts to bring up what she'd noticed, as she scurried along after her trainer. Quena was still hiding in his pocket, rather grumpy. She, too, had noticed the new traveler, and she didn't really appreciate yet another leech. The guy had enough pokemon hanging all over him. He really didn't need another one. With a mixture of determination, and the desire to make some headway into his trip before nightfall, Apollo made his way into Driftveil within a half hour -- good time, in his opinion. He looked at his communicator, a message from Zak flashing across its screen, but with it simply being a confirmation text he felt no need to respond. He took a step off the main road, and without being in danger of running into anyone else he took the opportunity to stretch. How many cities was between him and Iccirus again? He'd already forgotten, and he was already not looking forward to walking there. He needed a flying type pokemon, to cut down on travel time, just another reason for him to start training his pokemon and preparing for these gyms.

Back in Nimbasa, Mila had yet to find any source relating back to her trainer or entertainment, it was annoying to say the least. But, thankfully, fate had found a way to correct her second issue. With the idea of training as he went, Apollo released both Ceti and Eris, the two pokemon he planned to use in his upcoming battle, and quietly urged them to find their own battles to engage in. Of course, he'd be paying attention to them and administering medicine as needed. But, he wanted them to-- well, no. He wasn't going to lie to himself. True to his, mental, word, Apollo healed Ceti as soon as she finished with her battle, giving her a sympathetic smile as she puffed her cheeks out in response. Not angry at the loss, but the fact that her trainer thought she needed healing for such minor injuries. Eris was fine, having managed to wipe up a chilling blizzard that'd put an immediate stop to her opponent, and was already looking about for a new one. "Hold up for a sec, Eris." The Absol ticked her head to the side, and although she didn't look directly at the bright-haired male, she stopped and waited expectantly for him to join her. "I meant to give you this earlier, it's a mega stone," he explained, pulling out the orb and and then a piece of string, figuring she could wear it as an accessory since she lacked hands. Her wings grew out the second he'd finished tying the mega stone necklace, and he nodded, impressed at her appearance but unaware that she looked... different from the usual mega Absol. Until then, he urged both her, and the newly healed Ceti, off to find another wild pokemon to battle. When they were done, he healed Ceti once again, then continued on.
