Siddie stared at Sammy. There was more going on here than she knew about? Except that if nothing ever happened, and Shehk was mooning over Jericho, then ... "You better not," she said, hunching her shoulders into her capelet and wishing Clove was here to cuddle. That was the extent of the sulkiness, though, as another text barked from Sammy's phone and Siddie couldn't help a giggle. "Okay, okay, I can see what you mean."

This was how out of it the reaper boil was. He literally leaned into her slightly, resting the side of his head on the fire demon's shoulder and letting out another yawn. "Movie... marathon," he muttered. "On screevee--monster wars," he explained, his eyes closing, and his body weight leaning more on her. Yes, he'd been doing that the night before something major like going to the horsemen clans. The idiot.

Though she still looked tense, her gaze darting about the crowd as she attempted to determine Lou's current whereabouts, there was a hint of appreciation in her voice when she turned to look up at Yin. "Thank you for the offer, Yin Cang. There has been a boil, er, bothering me lately. I don't want to cause any sort of disruption though, so if I may just hide behind you for a few minutes..."
She trailed off with a frown. Speaking of not causing any disruptions, she had kind of inevitably done so by throwing herself into this poor group of students without warning, hadn't she? Granted that no one seemed particularly bothered by her presence, but...
Poking her head out from around Yin, she offered the students gathered a faint, vaguely sheepish smile. "...I, ah. Hello, I'm Xiu-Ying, though I typically just go by Xiu." To Alex and the ghoul who had waved to her, she offered them both a slightly brighter smile and a polite nod of her head. "My apologies for suddenly intruding in on your group here. There is someone who I wish to, um, hide from for a few minutes, but I will be out of your hair soon. I promise."
Or so she hoped, at least. She wasn't sure just how persistent Lou might be (or even why he was looking for her, unless it was simply to bother her as per usual), but if she was lucky, he would get bored soon enough.

Shun's eye lit up for the moment as she answered. That was actually what Mitsu was taking. Though before he addressed that, his expression took a more serious turn. He glanced from side to side briefly, then nodded to her. Now wasn't really the place to be discussing such a thing, but he did confirm what he did. "It sounds like you'll have the same classes as Mitsu," he remarked. Pausing there, he looked between the two girls, then requested something of the Valkyrie. "Please take care of her.." he said softly.

Danny looked at Roch skeptically. He didn't even react to her messing with his hair. Roch loved his hair, probably more than he liked her. He was definitely tired.
She sighed and started fixing the vest by zipping it up and straightening it on his shoulders. She even did it while he was leaning on her. Never let it be said that she was a bad friend!
"C'mon let's go sit down stupid. You can fall asleep there." She threw an arm around his arm and started leading him towards the bleachers to find a place to sit. She noticed Yin surrounded by some ghouls and laughed. He must've been having a helluva time. "You sign up for those class thingies?" she asked as she walked over to the nearest seat, making conversation.

Nadia looked around her with trepidation. Although it seemed like the announcement was pretty much what you'd expect, the dark undertone in the young secretary's voice unnerved her. Now the young Reaper was trying to asses the other student's reactions. Most seemed unfazed, although she could tell that some of them, like her, were on edge from the announcement. Nadia decided that it should be fine for now, but she should be very, very careful these next few weeks.
Settling in her seat, Nadia sighed with sadness. When she looked out around the room she could see everyone conversing with their friends, or chatting by texting. It seemed like only she was completely alone in the auditorium. But her pride wouldn't let Nadia just give up, and she slowly started gathering courage to talk to a neighbor.

Ever since the Trial, it's Arynek's second time to get a chance to know more about Amityville. She didn't have a good impression about the Trials, she was all the way feeling uncomfortable because of the "Big Shinny thing" in human world. She couldn't even take a look at the pretty sand -buildings done by the Amityville students. She hoped she would get another chance. Therefore, she was overwhelmed when she got the chance to join the exchange class with the renowned "Four Clans"! She still can't believe that she was now sitting in Amityville auditorium, about to listen to the arrangement of the upcoming class with the horsemen. Obviously, she did not spot any familiar faces. After a while, she noticed that Arel was speaking on stage, she listened to it carefully so that she won't miss anything important. When Arel seemed to continue with his long speech, Arynek noticed that students were chatting and started to interact with each other. It was her first time to get along with others except her Uchitels, she was so nervous that she didn't take the first move to talk to other strangers.........

The Jiang Shi grinned excitedly at Reiko. Pulling her in closer at the squeak the other ghoul made. "Oh great! Do you know which classes you'll be in? Maybe we have a class together? Do you have an eyephone or skelephone? I could give you my contact if you'd like." Taking the phone from Alex, she quickly put in her number and hit the save button. "Awesome!" She dug into one of various pockets she had in her kimono and pulled out her own eyephone handing it back to him to enter his own. "Yea definitely after the trials for sure." Mei had nearly not noticed Xiu hiding behind Alex. But once she began to speak the ghoul drew her attention. "Pleased to meet you Xiu-Ying. I'm Meixiang."

Roch let her lead him, dropping down on the bleachers like a good little boil and--promptly lounging as well as he could so he could fall asleep. Somehow this wound up with his head resting on her thigh and his legs covering at least two spots next to him. But at least he wasn't drooling.
We hope.

The nod was all Hel needed right now, really. Luckily she left it at that. Her expression was grim, but it was satisfied by this tid-bit as well. Damn. She was sorely disappointed she missed it. She would certainly be inquiring about it…later. Much later. “… Oh?” Hel looked over at Mitsu for a moment once more before looking back at Shun with a flat look. Shun, she wanted to ask. How was she supposed to look out for Mitsu, when she couldn’t even keep an eye on herself? But she didn’t miss the way Shun’s eye lit up, or the way he asked it of her. Hel let out a big sigh, as if this was a bother, but as to what the bother was, she wasn’t sure. Maybe it was her lack of confidence in herself at the moment. Shun just didn’t ask these things of anyone, she knew, and there was always going to be a respect and admiration she had for the grim. “… You have my word.” Hel replied.

Faussi had been lounging in a corner for quite some time, watching the crowd mingle, when something caught his eye. A bright orange flame, the glimpse of horns?? ... The entire time, various ghouls and boils had passed him by, but not once had he encountered another flame demon such as himself. Curiosity now piqued, he eased himself from the wall, slipping through the throng of students. As he got nearer, he realized with a tingle of warmth through his veins there was indeed another flame demon standing there, a very spunky looking ghoul. And she wasn't alone. A purple-haired boil stood just beside her, leant more like, appearing fairly worn out. I wonder what's up with them?? he thought, approaching the two casually.
"Hey there." He cracked a sharp smile, letting it settle softly. "What's up with the glum faces, hmm??"

Lucinda nodded for a moment and took a seat next to Alexander after shaking hands with Meixang, she almost melted into it as she pulled her knees up to her chest and rested her chin on them. She muttered something to herself before trying to reply to everyone. She did smile though at Reiko and then at Alexander. "Classes are always nice, I love learning things. It would be nice though to be class buddies in the second week Alexander." She paused for a moment to calm down a bit more. So you four are students and you two are exchange students like me?" She looked towards Yin, Mei, Xiu, and Alex first and then towards Shenny and Reiko. "It's nice to meet you too Reiko, Mei, Xiu, and Shenny. What classes do you have for these two weeks?" She reached out again from her seated position to shake their hands one at a time again. It helped her remember each of there names since she mumbled them to herself with each handshake. Sitting down helped enough so that she wasn't stuttering anymore but she wasn't sure if her heart could take anymore students or exchange students popping up and saying hi. She wondered how many more students would pop up though now that she had hoped this was the maximum amount. Things tended to go to the way she hoped they wouldn't except when it came to academics.

Danny was vaguely annoyed that Roch had just fallen asleep like that without answering her question, but what could she do. She wasn't about to wake up her best friend when he was clearly worn out. Normally he was adamant about things like this- if he was sleeping now he definitely needed it.
Plus she was secretly glad he was on her lap for once instead of the other way around.
A voice loudly introduced itself and like a kneejerk reaction she put a finger to her mouth and went, "Shhh he's sleeping-"
Then she actually turned to look at who it was. The bright red hair and flaming wings were a giveaway. Another flame demon! She hadn't seen more than one or two at Amityville, and even those encounters had been few and far between. Most of them chose to go to more privatized schools- gender specific and what not. "Oh. Well hi there!" she said with a more welcoming tone, but still quietly. Rochy-poo needed his beauty sleep!

When Nadia glanced around the auditorium again, she noticed a female... Shadow, it seemed, that looked like she was just as unsure of herself as Nadia. She gently approached, and sat down next to her soon-to-be aquantice. "So... What classes did you sign up for?" inquired the reaper politley. "My name is Nadia, by the way,"

The Grand Bois was thoroughly pleased with this plan that was being concocted. It was always good to have someone on your side when going into unknown territory! Kettil seemed like an upstanding guy. " I quite look forward to it, Kettil. Even more so, now. " she almost chimed. "I must be honest.. though I've met a few of our fellow peers, I've not really formed any solid bonds. So I am grateful to have your company." Surely this would only make embarking on new lands all the better! "I wonder what it's like there.." she idly murmured... mostly just thinking aloud, as her gaze lowered to the owl.
Ev gave Kettil a mild look of sympathy. She couldn't imagine how hard it must be to be separated by one's other half. But then again... her ideals on such matters were probably a bit romanticized. Hopefully he could at least keep in touch with her! A friend was equally as difficult to leave behind, but perhaps more forgiving. "I'm sorry to hear." she replied, sparing a look around too. She saw some familiar figures, but made no inclination towards them. Most were those she'd only met once, and they were with their pals, or... on some sort of strange.. modern device. Either way, her eyes didn't linger too long. Giving an amused smile to the pretty bird, she gave a final pat to her head, before retracting her hands to fold neatly once more. "Perhaps you will make new friends. As they say, when doors close, others open, yes?" a few moths seemed to look up at Kettil... as if waiting for his reply.
