Special Abilities: At first glance, she seems like a normal blade. However, she is infact one thousand senbon carefully placed together to make the katana. Special groves in the sheath hold them together, and Luo's chakra holds them together when unsheathed. Using the hilt to control each and every senbon's movement using strings of chakra, Luo can cause the blade to "bloom" having the senbon burst out towards the opponent for attack or defense. Luo has created a few special moves for the blade for offense and defense. However, if the hilt is knocked out of his hand somehow, the blade falls apart completely, or if in "bloom" the senbon in the air will just drop since they aren't being fed chakra strings through Luo's hand and the hilt.

Personality: Luo tends to be pretty quiet, only speaking freely to those close to him, otherwise only when important or spoken to. He is a very intelligent individual, being able to reach satsubatsu, and then kage at his young age. Because of this, he's often lost in his own thought, even in battle causing him to seem aloof sometimes. He doesn't like the idea of fighting, and will try his hardest not to unless necessary for his village. Luo is also known to be more than meditative, as his clan has molded him to be. He doesn't outwardly show it much, but he is a very caring person, especially when it comes to his village and his friends.
Nindo: Words can heal, the sword cannot. Help anyone in need that is not the enemy. The pride of the mist will be upheld with my life.

Luo grew up and trained in the mist. He entered the academy at four, and by sixteen, had gone through it and in fact reached jounin because of his high aptitude. Taking two years off to train alone, Luo ventured deep into the mist and trained so harshly in suiton in order to gain what some would call a sage-like mastery over it. He then signed a contract with the sharks, and returned to serve his village. Since his beginning as a ninja, Luo has never failed a mission. His father an ex ANBU and his mother a shinobi from the rain. It was his mother who taught him how to use the senbon, and during his training, he mastered them as his primary weapon as well. After training with his mother, he trained heavily under his grand-father in his clan's jutsu, and under the former Mizukage in water jutsu. While training under the Mizukage, his friend and squad-mate Zane who was more apt at wind jutsu and sought to learn puppet mastery, left to train under the former Kazekage. It was after their training, and the moment they both reached jounin that disaster befell both kages. Since both villages were allied, a coup was set up by a renegade group of shinobi, and both kage's were killed. In each village, Luo and Zane both sought revenge, and slaughtered each and every man involved in the coup. In doing so, their battle prowess was seen, and seeing as how each of them were personally trained under both kages, were best suited for the positions. So Luo, remained in Kirigakure under obligations not only to his kage, but to his village under the silent treaty signed by his clan, and became Nindaime Luo Ushio, and Zane who remained in Sunagakure under obligation to the village, supposedly became Nindaime Zane Hajime. Since that moment, both countries became allies for life, and the two instantly began rebuilding the villages to their best abilities. After this tragedy, Luo became the head of the Ushio clan as his grandfather resigned and gave him the full chakra burn on the back of his neck. He resides in Kirigakure with his family and friends, although he thinks of his best friend quite often.

Luo1304@Chakra Level should be low if you have no clan/bloodline Medium if you have a clan/bloodline. Only High if your the head of the clan or have a demon. What is you free jutsu type and ALL IS NOT A JUTSU!!! Plus how can you know all the ushio clan jutsu and not be in the clan??? I know how to count and just by looking you have way to many jutsu.

I know how to count and just by looking you have way to many jutsu....but I AM the head of the Ushio clan...I created it. And my list of jutsu literally all the water jutsu and genjutsu, all fire jutsu except for the last three kage level ones, and most fuuton up to jounin. My free one was katon I guess. I'll change the all in Ushio jutsu and actually list them all though, and delete some of the universal jutsu and just learn them another time.

As a child, Matsuya only knew his father. His father was a great warrior and shinobi. He was the one who taught Matsuya the basics of being a shinobi. But one day, Matsuya father left to fight in a war. Matsuya waited weeks for his father to come home, but no word came. Finnally, one day a Mist shinobi came to their house. He handed Matsuya his father's headband and katana. The shinobi told Matsuya that his father had died in the war. Matsuya couldn't talk to anyone for a week, he was to busy crying. Then one day, Matsuya made a resolution. He would become a shinobi and become better than his father. He wouldn't die, he would fight on until there was nothing else to fight for. Shortly after, he left for Konohagakure.

You both now that you only can have one set of jutsu free so if you pick fire genjutsu then you know all fire genjutsu and the rest of all the other fall in the limit. So clan/bloodline, other taijutsu then your one village style fall into the limit. Both fix your jutsu list. You do know you can have clan jutsu be picked for your free list too or tai or gen.

ummm....I don't want to look stupid but I didn't understand any of what you just said. I understood the free list part, but that's about it. Maybe it's because i just woke up and Im still tired. sweatdrop
and if I take out my clan jutsu who am I supposed to learn them from? IM the clan head. I can't exactly learn it from one of the other members.

You get X amount of jutsus to start off with they are said in one of the forms I forgot which. But on top of that you can know all of your clan, or all of fire ninjutsus, or all of the water ninjutsus ect...
Is that better sorry if it is not.

Sosay grew up as a lonely child in the Uchiha clan. Her father at first was disappointed that she wasn’t a son but after awhile he learned to accept her as she was. After her father thought she was coming of age he began to teach her katon element jutsu, and to her ability to learn quickly she was able to learn quite a few. Her father was suddenly proud of her and used her to show off in front of his friends. Sosay learned to live with this and ignore it. Also as she grew up she was very close to her mother. At first she didn't like the fact of being an Uchiha but her mother changed her views and she soon learned that if it wasn't for the great Uchiha clan then Konoha wouldn't be today. She now has strong feelings for her clan and if anyone takes it too far in disgracing it she will get mad. Then once she had finally passed the chuunin exams a rouge ninja attacked her while she was at home with her parents. He didn't succed but warned her that he would hunt her down and kill her. Hearing this threat Sosay panicked and worried that next time her parents may get dragged into it too. SO she left home and went to the Hidden Cloud village in hopes that now her parents will be safe.
