Hello Q&A peoples! I have a few guardian cat related questions.
1. I'm afraid I don't see the connection between these two answers; they seem to be disparate on the topic of a gcat possessing a personal phone... http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=11&t=23122930#366551229 http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=9&t=23122930#362651479
While it is possible that a cat could have made a phone for themselves, they do not have the same magic to power a senshi phone as a senshi would! (for example, if a guardian cat had a phone of their own, they would not have a homeworld they could teleport to while using the phone). The phones styled for the senshi are also not as easy for cats to handle due to physical limitations, though if a cat borrowed a phone, made one--or even bought one--they would be able to use it within reason. Guardian cats have no official communication device that is widespread throughout the faction, so if a cat has a communication device or a phone then it is individual to them and not promised to everyone in the faction! Likewise, are corrupt gcats given a communication device?
In the same way that there is no promise of a specific type of communication device available to the whole of the order guardian cat faction, there is no promise for the corrupted ones! However, that being said--the same offer exists to Guardian cats that have been corrupted as exists for their order coutnerparts: if you would like to submit a plot idea for communication devices for Corrupted Guardian Cats then you may! We have had a player send in a plot for communication devices for Guardian Cats, so in the future when that plot runs, a Corrupted Guardian Cat might be able to get their hands on one and share it with the faction--or maybe come up with their own design!
2. What are the parameters of subspace exactly? The guide indicates that only three things are stored in subspace: henshin pens, cell phones, and one small, non-magical item to give senshi. (Possibly four, if it includes the beam booster.) I think there have been rps where all manner of things have been pulled from subspace, so I'm just after some official clarification. c:
Thank you!
These are the only things (with the exception of items the character may have had in their possession before powering up) that should be pulled from Subspace without clearance from the mule! If you have an idea for something you want to have your character pull from subspace, please PM the mule and we can make sure it is fine! Otherwise it is safe to assume that only the things you listed and anything (non lethal) that was in the player's immediate civ possession can be summoned!

Some half youma questions!
Do half youma get a glamour to use to hide their youma bits when out on missions? I seem to remember this from a PM strick showed me, but I wanted to just make sure. It says they can use it for about 3 hours at a time before needing to recharge.
To go along with that:
When a half youma officer uses their glamour, do they always appear as their old civilian self, or can they tailor the image with clothing, hair changes, colors etc?
As a half youma can't power down, their uniform would be their only clothing. Can they take all of it off? What if it's damaged, can they regenerate it or does it do that on its own? I assume it keeps itself clean and whole despite constant wear since it's magical. At this point, might they be able to summon/dismiss it or bits of it like they could their weapon...?
Half youma can assume a civilian disguise where their youma bits are hidden or don't seem to appear! This consumes a lot of energy so it does need some time to recharge! When a half youma assumes a civilian identity, they always appear as their old civilian self, however there is nothing to stop them from putting on a wig or other disguise!
Half youma may also take their clothing off if they like and resummon their clothing if they need to! It takes very little energy to resummon a fresh uniform, so if theirs becomes too damaged they can just focus and magically freshen it up!

Negaverse Crystal Communicators - they take a little chaos energy from their owner officer to use them to send messages, right?
Also, in the case that an officer is taken captive (whether Present time or Meta/Shadows of the Resistance), can order characters take the communicators off them? If they can, can they listen in to the broad communique and officer specific ones to that crystal (the way you might with a stolen handheld transceiver)?
They take a miniscule amount of energy to send single messages, but sending large messages/mass messages can be more draining!
If an officer is taken captive, Order characters can take the communicators off of them, however the Negaverse Agent should be able to summon it back to them like they would their weapon. The order characters who take the crystal cannot make the crystal work, however, as only chaos energy gives it the charge it needs to function. The crystal might light up when it is trying to receive a message, but without a Negaverser holding the crystal, the message would not be delivered. An order character could try and force the agent to hold the crystal so they could eavesdrop, though!

The Space Cauldron It seems like Destiny City is always suffering from terrible night terrors! But while some have been relieved of their constant affliction*, some continue on and are even magnified in concentrated clusters around the city area. Something restless but important seems to be shifting in the dream world. *This is a transition of the nightmares leading up to the meta for use in a new plot. There has been a shift that has caused some of the nightmares to linger and possibly even increase in severity.
DF Q&A Are the nightmares that led up to the meta still happening in the 'present' timeline outside of the meta? Are they still happening IN the meta (having persisted for 5 years)? If you would like! It is very possible that characters could still be having nightmares in the present timeline or in the meta; if your character is not as affected by the war or sleeps like a log you could easily brush them off as no longer being affected by them, but if you would like for your character to still be afflicted, this is perfectly reasonable!
Can we get some more information on suggestions of how to run this in the case that (since the option is in players hands) the Meta Nightmares have continued? Especially since those featured everyone being turned to stone and the world ending, how would these be made worse?
And what imagery we are supposed to be using for this 'shifted' focus?
Players are not restricted to specific imagery and the dreams their characters experience can be tailored to each individual! The main focus of these dreams are simply nightmares, terror, and oblivion, though however the player and character chooses to interpret it in the way of imagery and its effects are 100% in the player's hands!
The nightmares may worsen both in terms of subject content or how it affects your character; they might be losing more sleep, or awaken with stronger and more adverse stresses and feelings, or it may be worse in the sense it recurs with more frequency—these are all up for player interpretation!
