Can weapons/powers/uniforms behave unusually on homeworlds/wonders for the sake of personal plots, as long as they behave normally the rest of the time, or does this need to be approved on a case-by-case basis?
Iris: Case by case, pm the mule please for plots like this. :3

Can cats be any color? If your cat had their form approved and you wanted to change minor things like fur color, would you have to contact a gm first to have the color change approved?
Iris: Probably not 'ANY' color (like green or rainbow probably won't fly and Zue's particular shade of purple wouldn't really work for a cat that is in cat form the majority of their time), but there is a pretty wide variety. Because normal humans will see these cats it's kind of important that they look semi realistic color wise. That said you can shy towards versions of blue-ish grey, or purple-ish grey, or blonde or orangeish pinks as long as they look like semi normal variations of normal cat breeds and colors.
If you want to make visual changes to an approved quest you usually don't have to inform anyone except the artist that is working on the art. If you're afraid that change might not be acceptable you're free to pm the mule just to check and make sure. But in the case of hair color or fur color you shouldn't really need approval.
If a guardian cat is at HG or is with a senshi withy a cell phone, could they text/bother other senshi?
Yep, they can send out messages to senshi from the HQ or through the use of a accomodating senshi.

All hypothetical:
Could a knight travel from their wonder to the wonder of another knight on the same planet? Would they be able to enter the wonder uninvited, or does it require permission of the custodian knight? Would the wonder be visible? What happens to a knight's wonder if they corrupt? Does it disappear, or is it still there on the planet but abandoned?
Iris: Yes, you could technically walk from one wonder to another on the same planet (though you must still follow the rules regarding homeworld/wonder travel, and can't cheat the weeks rules by going to someone else's wonder first and then walking to your own earlier then you'd be able to travel there yourself.)
You cannot however enter a wonder uninvited, in most cases the 'owner' of that wonder would need to be present.
Whether or not the wonder would be invisible or visible to the outside world but incased with a magical barrier is really up to each person.
Wonders never disappear, not even when a knight corrupts or dies. They remain, abandoned, waiting for the next knight that will take up the task of protecting them. This would actually probably be the only time in which someone could enter a wonder that wasn't their own without permission (though if you would like to do this please send a message to the mule). During this time without protection a wonder could potentially be destroyed as well.

Senshi beautification transformation and magic -
So when a senshi henshins up they get the glitter and lights and then are in their uniform looking all shiny and groomed out. What about instances of civilian non-grooming with the magic?
Examples from winter- some women don't bother shaving their legs all winter since they'll be in pants. If they henshin, does that go away in their uniform for the beauty 'makeup' factor, or not?
Iris: Glamour is a strange and magical thing. While it changes your clothing for the time being and makes some cosmetic changes.. not all of it is really changed, it's just an image that's being projected outwardly. (For instance some gain the appearance of makeup, but when unhenshining said makeup is gone, so whether or not they ever actually HAD makeup on or whether it's just the 'image' that's being projected through the magic to others is up to the player).
That said henshining isn't going to magically shave someone's legs for them (their legs will remain unshaved when they power down) but whether the player wants it to magically appear as if they did shave their legs (simple image projection) or wants to play as if it doesn't change at all and they're character is looking super hairy and what not that's up to them!

So I know there's a rule in place about the age range of a senshi when they awaken, but would this strictly apply to civilians who were of-age to awaken when first created but have since aged out?
i.e. I have a civ that was 17 when I first created him in 2009, but with the passage of time he would now be 22, which is over the age range for a senshi. Would it not be possible to quest for him as a senshi anymore?
Iris: Senshi cannot be over 20 years old (or younger than 7) when they henshin up for the first time. So unfortunately your character would not be questable as a senshi at their current age. Only a knight or negaverse agent.

Are guardian cats able to store things in whatever pocket they pull henshin pens and cell phones out of? Info says they can give out small things as well, so I assume either they can put stuff in the pocket to give out, OR they form whatever it is from whatever material the pens are made of when they pull it out. Thanks!
Iris: Cats can create other small items within reason. It shouldn't be things like magical food or items with great uses (without getting a plot approved for it) and they shouldn't be producing huge amounts of any items in a short amount of time.
But an item here and there is perfectly fine and it makes sense that they'd have access to the same magical pocket that powered characters do.

I'm starting to formulate this plot in m'head and have a few questions about the plausibility of the situation I currently have, as well as some other details that I'm unclear about. I'd rather not post it here, though, 'cause there's still this giant question mark of whether it's even gonna happen. That said, I was hoping I could PM someone about it instead. o-o
Iris: The mules is always open for pms like this and it's probably one of the best places. Whereas any GM or rp mod might be able to give you their opinion/thoughts/and help the mule can give you a concrete answer of whether or not your idea will fly or work with you to try and make the plot work out.

Can knights use their signets to send messages to chaos-aligned characters?
Iris: Yes! They can send it to literally anyone that they know the name of (powered or civilian - and it would arrive to them while they are in the form that it is addressed). They could even send it to completely unpowered characters though.. that might be dangerous and cause some problems unless they know for sure the civilian is aware of the war, powered people, and all that magical stuff.

looking back, sailor proxima had boleadoras. if memory serves, this item served an important function in her magic (and theoretically a nerf, as without it i doubt she could use that particular magic). i don't think she was a team leader, though. however, i know shaz was a gm at some time, which might explain why she had it? unsure of its origins, but that's not terribly pertinent to my question. what i'm trying to say is, i can't explain why she has this item, as she's not a team leader and she was created before personal items (and personal items aren't supposed to serve a purpose in battle anyway). as far as i can tell as a relatively recent addition to the shop, she must've quested for this character and obtained her with the boleadoras as a constituent to her magic. now, are we allowed to create senshi with these kinds of strange items that assist in their magic? or was she a special case? would it be possible to create a senshi or knight, and through ample rping, come up with a personal item that serves a similar function or would that bend the rules of personal items too much? was this a possibility in oldshop, but was prohibited when the shop reopened? Iris: She was a special case.
Senshi cannot have actual weapons, and while we allow some attacks to look kind of like weapons when cast (magic bow and arrow, magical sword) they should really only be there for brief seconds and disappear immediately, not be used and wielded like a weapon as Proxima's are.
When captain items reappear they won't be weapons either, they'll be a rod/staff that grants a casting magic. And personalized items, though they could technically look like weapons, aren't supposed to have battle application or give a person any advantage in battle, so an actual battle weapon is not possible.
So unfortunately no, you cannot quest for a senshi with a weapon or personalized item that works as a weapon. Weapons are for knights and the Negaverse.

If a cat can produce a senshi phone for a senshi... could they potentially produce one for themselves to use? Or 'borrow' one of the ones in that pocket of theirs that hasn't been claimed?
iris: Cats create phones for senshi on the fly, so the wouldn't really have unclaimed ones in their pocket to borrow. However it's entirely possible they could produce a phone of their own, they just might have issues using it all the time thanks to kitty paws.
At HQ, the cats have a database of senshi, can that database be accessed by a senshi phone, or only through the HQ computers?
Iris: Kind of both? The HQ's is the place where new information is input. It's where things can be editted and where any and all information can easily be sifted through by someone looking.
Phones can access the information from Head Quarters, but only of characters you've scanned in your phone! So for instance you've met and scanned Sailor Bacon before, you'd be able to see and read information about Sailor Bacon from your phone. However you've never met Sailor Cheeseburger, so you wouldn't be able to pull up information about him on your phone. But a cat WOULD be able to pull up information on any senshi through the database that is connected to all phones.

On phone scanning- if a senshi scans someone in to their phone as they do for other senshi to add to their contacts, but the other person doesn't have a phone...what happens?
Is there still a contact entry for them that just says their name and an image, even if it doesn't connect to any other contact phone/number? Does it return an error?
Iris: The information being 'scanned' actually comes from that character's phone versus from the person themselves. So only White Moon senshi would automatically pop up one someone's phone when scanned. Trying to scan a corrupted senshi or knight wouldn't retrieve any information.
However, a senshi is free to take a picture and manually input their own entry for a knight on their personal phone if they'd like. It wouldn't link to any contact form (unless of course the other person gave them their civilian phone number) but they can have an entry if they want.

how many starseeds can a civilian ingest before turning into a youma? or is it not possible for them to eat starseeds?
Iris: Civilians can eat starseeds and can turn to youma, though they would become feral youma. The amount they have to eat varies from person to person and situation to situation. If you sat down and ate like.. 5 in one sitting that would probably be enough chaotic energy to do it. 1-2 a day for a week would probably do it too. So it's pretty variable but basically 'a lot'. Especially if the consumption is spread out.

What does it look like when a nega pulls energy from someone? Do they just... absorb it, or does the gathered energy take on a visible form?
I'm assuming agents can pull energy in sort of a discreet manner... are they able to hide the energy once they've got it, or is it a big, obvious ball of glowing stuff they have to hold onto?
I ask because I wondered if a nega could be in a crowd, discreetly pulling energy from the people around them or if they would be given away because they're suddenly holding this glowing ball of energy.
Iris: When a Negaverse agent drains energy it creates an actual ball of energy. This ball of energy is very fragile but is still capable of being put into a pocket or otherwise obscured.
There is generally assumed to be 'three types' of energy draining, one of which is a discrete format. It produces the least amount of energy but is easier to hide both in the orb it creates and in that most people being drained won't necessarily notice they are even being drained. So it's perfect for the situation you mentioned.
Basically she'd just drain, discreetly pocket her energy ball and hope that noone bumps into her pocket too hard.

I wanted to add more detail to my character's hobbies and traits, but I won't actually be changing anything so it got me wondering. Since the extra details might alter how the hobbies and traits read and stuff, would I have to post for a minor revision?
Adding or losing a hobby isn't really a huge deal and is something you could do without needing to get restamped. If however you are tweaking any of the virtues or flaws however that is something that needs to be run through the shop and you would need to post for a revision.
