Princess-Orphelia Besides these stupid allergies, which I hate in the mornings, I'm doing ok. How about you sweetie? Yeah, allergies are no fun. I take meds for them year round. I'm hanging in there. BTW, depending on your allergies, there are aroma therapies for them that work really well; often better than prescription antihistamines and as well as allergy shots without the pain and expense. I get one for cedar; an essential oil.

Some days are worse than others, and I deal with it my own way. It's get's really bad some mornings, where I cough so much, that I end up throwing up. A few people suggested I take this new thing, it's called Telefast, and it's a 24 hour pill, which I take one a day of. Today is my 4th day, lets see what will happen with this. I haven't tried any of the Aroma therapy stuff yet, that would be my next option, should this thing not work. gonk

Aroma therapy is not standard medical care, but alternative. It uses essential oils. The one I use is just a drop rubbed into a pulse point once or twice a day during cedar pollen season. The company I get it from also has one for mold and grasses. PM me if you want the link to it. That's a very cute witch avi.
