A long time ago, though the exact date is unknown, the world was very sparsely populated. But of those who did exist, the most superior culture was that of the Eterna, who lived in what is now just south of Catania, Italy. The people there were very much unlike those that existed throughout the world. While others fought for no more than food and survival, these people focused on literature, art, and music. Some of the greatest discoveries in our known world were made by the Eterna, in fact. While authors created ingenious stories of other lands, artists recreated the world through their eyes on canvas, and musicians expressed their emotions through sweet melodies.
This culture was not at all war-like, and quite peaceful. At the same time, it was protected by a massive fort, much like a palace. The area that the Eterna claimed was surrounded by huge gates. Only, these remarkable gates were invisible, and hid them from the world. It is said that the Eterna were the first Witches and Wizards. No one really knows what happened to the Eterna. Over time, their race died out, leaving nothing but the ruins behind. Years later, a lot of their culture was unearthed, and many of their discoveries were released to the world. But more than half of what was once the great Eterna is buried forever with those that died. It is said that Eterna is cursed, that those who died there still haunt it...
Meanwhile, the world is turned upside-down with chaos. In a final attempt to destroy Voldemort, Harry Potter sacrificed himself to defeat the evil wizard. That was twenty years ago. But out of the ashes, in 2017, three siblings rise to take his place. Whispers circulate the Wizarding world while the Muggles try to piece together the truth. Seeing traces of magic here and there, their world is changed forever. In these troubled times, little is known about these villains, but they are generally referred to as His Heirs.
Eterna is said to be the graveyard of all that died there; it is both sacred and cursed. But when one woman, Elisa Monelli, dares to use the fort as a castle and school, how will this affect both worlds? As both a safe haven and a training center for those that will fight His Heirs, Anima Eterna will challenge everything that is known to be true, and perhaps even uncover the secrets of those now long passed...
The Present and Future
Since Anima Eterna became a school, its path has been anything but easy. It was created to stand up against the growing Death Eater militia, and appropriately it has been dragged to center stage in the wizarding world. The question is this: is AE a standing testament to the strength of the forces of good, or will it be made into an example by the dark forces?
Since the beginning, AE has been plagued with plants and operatives from all the malicious forces out there. At the end of its first year it was even personally attacked by the Heirs themselves. Students being beaten, dying, and disappearing is not an uncommon occurrence. One might ask themselves, ‘Why would anyone ever want to go to a place like that?’
Well, the truth of the matter is that the whole world is becoming a dangerous place. With wizarding schools being attack and destroyed all over, Anima Eterna is unique in the fact that it stood up against these assaults while places like the once illustrious Beauxbatons have been brought to the ground. Destroyed entirely. People are running out of places to go.
Many look to AE as a haven and a refuge. However, its interesting position in the upcoming magical war is not the only thing that makes it special.
The spirits of the Eterna, the ancestors of all modern day wizards, have begun to make their presence known within the Anima Eterna castle. How and why? No one is quite sure yet. Though a millennia old prophecy dictates that the inhabitants of AE may have a more important role in the fate of the world than anyone had ever imagined.
Apparently that’s what they get for roosting in the fortress that used to contain the most powerful magic in the world.

~Rival Heart~Although the name of my RP sounds like a romance, it is not.
My RP is a Semi-Literate RP. The main history of it begins when two royal lovers who meet and join together in secret. When the princess becomes pregant, she is forced to give away her twin babies in hiding. Now 10 years later, her and her lover are planning to join their kingdoms and search for their daughters. The RP has many races and many different plot lines that it can take. The destiny is yours for the taking...

Hello, All. this is my first post here, And I would like to say this... The World of Anthelos Is a place I created that is still in developmental stages- It hasnt progressed that far yet. it is an active world. whether you are there or not, time will pass, gods will rise and fall, empires will come to power and crumble. We need more members to help this guild, many more active members. many members we DO have arent active at all. we need players and moderators! This guild can offer- Peaceful RP's, if war doesnt interest you. Warlike RP's, there will be plenty of battles. Love RP's, you can take a mate and have children. ((Note- not explicit, known as 'A blessing from the gods')) Business RP's, where you can run your own shop or inn. You come to a small town known as Alveiran. Alveiran is a small river town with a few shops and a large amount of farms. The town is close to the end of the world where all you can see is sky. With your weapon in hand you walk towards the town feeling confident that you'll find some sort of adventure or task awaiting you.
As you reach the town, you come to a small pub. You take this opportunity to find some gossip or stories on any bounties or such that would give you a chance to show that you are heroic. Unfortunately, you are just a beginner still and not many people take you seriously. With a small sigh, you begin to walk out of the pub feeling a great amount of defeat. As you push the door open someone stops you. The guy has a brown cloak over his head and has a grim look upon his face. You cannot see his eyes but you could have sword you saw a small glow where the eyes would be for a second. You back away from him a bit and he extends his hand.
"Tell me, what is your name?" The man inquires. You answer and he nods his head. "I trust you are looking for some work." The man seems very suspicious but nevertheless you nod your head. A smile is displayed on his face. "How excellent, you could be the one I'm looking for." The man says and then opens his cloak and takes out a small bag. "This is a small bag of gold, if you accept the job, you can expect ten more bags of gold, maybe even more if you do a good job." You have no money left to your name and you are full of unpaid debts. You have no choice. Despite his suspicious behavior, you nod your head and he drops the gold into your hand. This feeling of gold between your hands almost seems so foriegn to you now. It was a pleasent feeling to have that feeling again. You ask for his name but he doesn't give you one. "Names are cheap, if you are a true mercenary, you'll just do your job and be off." You nod and then ask what the job was.
"Oh, the job... of course you'll want to know what it is." The man takes out a small map of the surrounding areas. Since you are new to this part of the world, you have no idea what is around here. You sit down with the man and he shows you a path to your destination. Apparently, you are to cross the river from this town, go through a swamp known as Forgo's swamp, then walk through a small plain until you get to a town known as Razrerall. After a small rest, you will go into the Forest of Lost Children and then you will go to youe destination which is a large tower known as Maiden's Tower.
He hands you the map and then smiles. "I shall accompany you there, as well with your partners. I'm sorry but I most get there within the next few days, I also need to be protected from the horrible monsters that I might encounter. I am not a fighter so I must resort to hiring people like you." You ease up a bit to his explaination and you both get up and walk out of the bar. There, he gives you a key to an inn not to far from here where you will sleep for tonight. You yawn and see that it is getting late. you decide to head there right now.
As you get to the inn you open the door to find your other partners. You pause and begin to greet each other. There are 6 of you all together and then there is the mysteriously cloacked man. You are a bit cautious not knowing any of the other people and are unsure of what their intentions are. Nevertheless, you are partners now and you have to just accept it for the time being. It is late and you say to yourself that you'll get to know them tomorrow.
At 6 am, you wake up to a rude awakening. The mysteriously cloaked man is there telling you it is time to go. With your weapon at hand you begin to set out. He has a boat at the docks and says to everyone to meet him in an hour at the docks to cross the river.

"We've got spirit, yes we do! We've got spirit, how about you?!" It matters not that every time we scream this in the stands at the football games we are so much louder than any other band. The spirit shines through at the competitions. Every year, we are beaten out by the Tullahoma High School Band. What makes matters worse, we celebrate when we get a good score...they, on the other hand, don't...they just stand there at attention as if to say, "We are above you in every way." Well, I guess Mr. Isbell finally had enough of it. One day, about a week after our first competition of the current year, he called all the first chair players to his office. After we got in, he told his assistant/wife to get "The Book." Mrs. Isbell comes back out of the storage closet with a dust covered book. Taking it, Mr. I blows the dust from the old thing, and opens it. Flipping through the pages, he stops. Showing us the book, we see an etching of an elegant and beautiful horn... "Gabriel's Horn. He who possesses this instrument possesses the ultimate embodiment of Band Spirit." As Mr. I read this to us, we all stared at the book. There was something about it...that horn...we observed just the picture in awe...Then he handed the book to me. "I'm trusting you. You are my top players. And you, as the first trumpet, are the voice of my band. I want you to lead the rest of the firsts and find Gabriel's Horn." I am Luke Sanders, proud first chair trumpet of the Franklin County Rebel Pride Marching Band. Where's your Rebel Pride?

I'm trying to spread the word of my guild Spektral School for the Gifted, me and my friend Unknown Shadow run it. He's captain and I'm vice captain though we both run the guild at the same level. It's a school RP for those with special powers. It's a regularly active guild with fun things to do, everyone has their own story and it all happens here at Spektral Academy.

Detailed Description: We have six sub forums, four of which are in use as Character Bio's, Classes, Role Play, and Non RP Chat. Our main forum page contains updates and other information concerning the guild. We have a Training Dome set up in the Role Play forum where students can take tests and train to further their abilities and powers. Students may create their own class and teach other students how to use their powers (if possible) or another subject they're well verse in. Spektral is a beautiful school surrounded by forestry and fields, the school itself is large and provides many fun things to do, giving students many activities on and off the school grounds.

It's a BRAND NEW GUILD!!! It's a Final Fantasy VII world.
It's all different forums set up for different parts of the world, so it could in it's own way realistic. It's placed a time after Dirge of Cerberus, so you can use any character (even the dead ones, if you wish). You can also make your own. WELP I hope some of you join up. Ethereal Warriors
Ethereal Warriors is mostly roleplay dominated who can aceept any roleplayers with or without experience. This guild currently has active roleplays and will ensure to remain active, but the only this missing is more members! Whether your a roleplayer seeking more experience or just wanting to find new friends Ethereal Warriors is a guild you must check out.
Roleplays include any genre just as long as you stick to the rules.
