Story: Many years after the existence of Edward and Alphonse Elric faded, a new reign of the state alchemist arouses. Though they all are bound to Follow the same Code, They are split down the middle. Two seperate armies. The State Alchemist, and The Followers of the Stone.
State Alchemists
The State Alchemists still fight for the order of the State. They are the Good Guys in most observers opinions, Though in these troubled times, good and evil are obscurely distorted. The Headquarters is based in a building near the burnt out remains of the Central Library.
Followers of the Stone
The Followers of the Stone were corrupted by the power of the Philosopher's stone, Many are descendants, though unknowingly, of Ishbal. After the many wars of the lands, the ancient texts and knowledges of Ishbala were lost. Their headquarters reside in a darkened warehouse.

Rules As Much as these have been said i really shouldn't have too. Rule 1: Follow Gaia and Guild Rules. Rule 2: Romance allowed. Rule 3: NO CYBERING (For God's Sake) Rule 4: No God-Modding Rule 5: Please Pm your profile to me and i will put it into the Accepted Profiles area. Rule 6: Understand the laws of alchemy and USE them. Rule 7: Powers other than Alchemy are allowed, but keep them to a minimum/ Rule 8: No Purely OOC Posts in this thread, use the OOC Thread mentioned above. Rule 9:I reserve the right to remove and allow powers as i see fit. If you feel somones power is unjust, then tell me i will look over it. Rule 10: As above, if you feel one of your powers were removed unjustly, let me know and i will look into the matter. ((It may take a bit to get started as i want to fill most of the main spots. Bio: Timber was raised in an orphanage after her parents fell ill and passed away when she was five, for several years, she and several other orphans practiced alchemy as a way to get anywhere in this world. Only very few of them ever succefully made it as freelance alchemist, she was one of them. Her closet friend suggested that she try out to be a state alchemist, but like a bird, she would not tolerate being cooped up in the work of the military. After he had passed away, she had started to give it a second thought. The children who visit her shop reffer to her as the Flora Alchemist from time to time, since her alchemy consisted of plants.
Personality:Timid and quiet natured, she is rather shy to speak to some her own age outside of work, she won't hesitate to be a kid however and play a few games with the neighborhood children that occasionally stop by to say hello.

Timber looked over the new flowers that had finally arrived to her flower shop. They were all plants that costed her a pretty penny to get a hold of, but they were just so lovely, she couldn't resist. She coud her the whispers and giggles of children outside the front door. It was about time to open shop.

Kain strolls over to the open window of the office, he looks out and watches as the twilight shadows dances over the streets of Central. He sighs, "Such a beautiful city," He continues, "On the surface at least." Kain slams the window shut and sits back at the desk tapping a pen on it and reloads his pistols.

Mortimer sat in his parent's book shop. He ran it, Worked it, and helped pay for it, while his parents OWNED it. it was almost unjust, but he didn't mind. he learned all his alchemaic skills from the shop and to some point he had even used the shop(well parts of it) in his alchemy.
He was bored and wishing for a customer, ANY customer to walk in just for some conversation with the outside world.
