Talent Description:Pure Ushio - It is said when a Ushio has dedicated their lives to the bloodline, they can truly flourish and dwell further into the infinite Well Of Knowledge at earlier stages in their life, being a Genin with Chuunin knowledge of the Well, Chuunin with Jounin knowledge of the Well, etc. This has never been more true or real for Sora Ushio as he has done just that, gone further into the Well and having full usage of the clan's techniques as a rank above him at that level of strength.
Talent Sacrifice: Sora Ushio // Aku no Sora has chosen not to use jutsu/techniques outside water-element ninjutsu and genjutsu and his clan's techniques. This leaves out, foreign Taijutsu Styles, Universal Jutsu and Universal Genjutsu (besides the basic things, Water Walk, Tree Climb, etc.) including learning other jutsu for any other elements he would get at later ranks.
In exchange, he can use the clan techniques and access them as if he was Chuunin. This also put him at the Chuunin stage of the Ushio clan while being at Genin rank, and his growth would be like that as well. Although,this talent doesn't effect the fact that you still indeed have to learn under the Ushio head. So anything that would be somehow learned without it being under his tutelage, will still be considered at 3/4ths the power it would be at should you have learned it under the clan head.
How it happened: Sora has never had particular interest in learning jutsu outside of the Ushio clan's own techniques and teachings excluding Suiton jutsu. As a Ushio male, he has been told to train in many different aspects of jutsu to defeat the other children who want to train under the head. But Sora ignored these warnings and displayed quite a unique ability -- he fought as if he was operating as a Ushio Chuunin. He quickly became a threat to the rest of the Genin. His thoughts and actions were too quick for others to follow or even keep up with, as they were operating as Ushio Genin. He was labeled as a "Pure Ushio" by a few others because of his quick advancement while being a Genin in the Chuunin stage of the Ushio clan's Well Of Knowledge. This talent has stuck with Sora, and will stick with him, as long as he continues to only rely on his bloodline's traits.

What is the chakra blade? Is it an actual technique, or a custom restricted to this talent? If it's just for this talent, I'd have to deny it since it doesn't fit the talent. (Increased taijutsu skill + Basic immunity to ninjutsu doesn't work.)
I can't allow the chakra aesthetic, since that makes you basically immune to Byakugan tracking and completely immune to Sharingan copying and tracking. If you want the eyeball aesthetic, you can just say in your character's distinguishing traits (Or however it's worded...) that you have an unusual concentration of chakra in the eyes creating that effect. Hiding your entire system however, is not allowable.
No chakra use for jutsu, but chakra use for "Complex techniques"? I assume you mean you can use chakra based taijutsu, but complex technique is basically the description of ninjutsu. Please clarify that to show that it's for taijutsu. And again, no on the chakra blade. if it has to be an exception to your own weakness to work, it doesn't work.
Are you certain you want to restrict yourself to only personal custom styles? There is a VERY high likelihood of your customs just sitting for a long time in that area, since it's a low traffic area that most of the crew don't seem to hold much interest in. Creating entire custom styles is also very expensive, so you'll likely want to create any techniques as individual techniques and compile them into a style later rather than now, since you wouldn't be able to purchase your own style. (I'll probably alter the currency system so that style pricing reflects the number of techniques in a style rather than a set style price later... Seems like a good idea.)
Also in this case, you should add that you can create custom taijutsu/weapon techniques at genin, since that is normally restricted to chuunin and up.

And with the chosen weakness, I also have to ask that you change your profession weakness to weak bodied, since taking less taijutsu styles as a weakness and then using it here as well is a bit of a cheat.
(Support/Combo is an amazing type set for sealing masters. For anything really, but especially sealing masters. XD My own uses that set as well.)

1. Drawing Speed Increase - I was more thinking of it terms of battle should she need to whip up a drawing or seal on the spot. Though she's combo and can perform two actions/jutsus in a post they could still be easily countered by someone of faster speed than her. I just thought it would make more sense if she's able to draw fast and then right away apply chakra to it to perform her technique (which I believe would make up one post in battle terms)
2. Sealing Costs - Alright. Can I still have a cost deduction for her clan techniques then? or do you think I should just write this part off completely and stick with the stacking learning deduction?
3. Style Mastery - My bad with the wording. Thinking of it like she's only able to learn up to what most can learn up to for their secondary style like one rank below her so A rank? But I can make it B rank if it seems more fair.
4. Weakness - Ah...I was hoping to just stick to taijutsu deductions if I could but that's fine. I'll change it on her profile to "weak bodied"; make sense though for her character, just tried to avoid it... XP

1. Makes sense. I was just checking that it wasn't a way of faking combo type through speed or something.
2. You can keep the bloodline benefit. Just the sealing doesn't work.
3. A rank seems fine. Just make it a bit clearer. Even just copying the bit from less taijutsu will work.

For the aesthetic: They still see the chakra flow, but the 'aura' that people give off, there would be none. I thought it would be more appropriate since he's not using ninjutsu or genjutsu.
The Chakra Blade: For some reason, I put that in here. It's a complex tech for the custom Buki style that I'm working on. Ignore that sweatdrop
For being able to use chakra for complex techs and not jutsu, it's because his body won't allow him to complete chakra circuits, but he has learned to channel chakra into weapons and limbs. But I do see how I can change things up a bit
For the customs, The point was to make everything about his Buki and Tai styles stronger, so I figured that was a good counter-balance. I also had no idea a currency system was implemented for customs.... sweatdrop It's been a while.
So for the alteration: Masaki can learn Tai and Buki techs two posts quicker and are rank stronger, but he cannot use Genjutsu, and Ninjutsu are one rank weaker and take one post more to learn. He can also use weapons in taijutsu styles.

Much as I like the idea of an assassin pickpocket (I worked it into my own's background for goodness sake!), this talent gives you the ability to basically steal anything you want (That isn't of course blatantly obvious.) off of another RPC whenever you like, which would be very much wrong to allow. You can certainly attempt this in the RP, but I can't allow it as an inherent talent, thus preventing your target from being allowed to react.
And while it doesn't matter much since it's denied anyways, the sacrifice is definitely insufficient. It's an obvious flaw in the very nature of the act, so really doesn't even count as a limitation.

Taijutsu techniques he uses can be adapted to weapon play. His knowledge of melee combat also allows him to craft and use custom taijutsu and custom bukijutsu styles at Gennin rank, and he can learn stages of bukijutsu and taijutsu styles as though he was one rank higher and his tactical bonus gives two less post for learning techniques.
Talent Sacrifice: Outside of Complex Techniques in bukijutsu and taijutsu styles, Hasaki cannot mold chakra. This means no activation ninjutsu (Basically ALL ninjustu outside of water walking and tree climb) and no genjutsu can be used by him. This also cancels the beginner clone and transformation jutsus. He will never be able to use an implant, bloodline, or become a demon host. Each skill will require an additional [2] post to learn and this learning modifier stacks with any other tai-/weapon tech debuff Shizuna already has. Should a technique of her chosen tai-/weapon style require a chakra cost, Shizuna's talent will be reversed so instead of a [2] chakra point deduction, it will cost her [2] additional chakra points to perform.
How it happened: A world of art, that's all Shizuna has every known since birth and thus art has pretty much integrated into her very soul. Though she was forced to relentlessly learn and embrace various forms of art by members of her family, Shizuna still ended up developing a love for it and with this growing love, became more attune with the workings of art. By only having been kept indoors to study art, Shizuna was not and is still not an active child; making it difficult for her to perform even mediocre physical activities.
Sorry for missing this. You were entirely right to PM me about it. I won't get upset if, and even recommend that, you quote me for any approvals in my areas, because I do move around a lot and while I usually manage to keep track of everything, I do miss stuff sometimes.
