The blade stopped mid swing. His target dodged. That wasn't anticipated. A blow came into his arm. It bent in the direction of the strike. The blade was not discarded. The man's masked face turned to stare down the target. Then his body turned. With a few painful looking clicks his arm cracked until his arm was back to normal. He then raised his right arm over his head again. This time, when he brought the sword down he threw it at the man. He had impeccable aim as the sword spun through the air. It was going to impale Karuto in the stomach if it was not dodged.

This guy...wasn't human. As Karuto watched his arm get stitched back together and heard bones reform he was sure of it. He wasn't surprised when the stranger didn't respond. In truth, he doubted he even could respond. It was fitting that at that moment the bell at nearby clocktower began to toll, it's ominous sound looming over the fountain that had suddenly become a battlefield. Still a bit shocked from the unearthly healing Karuto had just witnessed, he was a little slow to react to the machete's throw. He stepped to the side, but the blade still cut him at his hip as it went sailing past. Karuto took a half step back in both surprise in pain. He covered the fresh wound with his palm, wincing as he put pressure on it, and looked down to find his hand covered in blood as he pulled it away
"Alright motherf*cker..." He muttered under his breath "Time to show you what it's like when I stop playing around." As he finished his sentence a cloak of chakra coated with lightning surrounded him. When Karuto's eyes shot back up they were completely different than before. Lacking compassion; lacking empathy. He was going to kill the man before him- no more questions.
In a blur of movement he went from standing in front of the fountain to immediately in front of the stranger. His arm was extended and in the blink of an eye he hit the entity with a lariat that would have broken the spine of a normal man. As the entity was thrown to the ground by the force of the blow, Karuto would continue to act. Shooting his hand out, he would grab the man's arm and use his powerful grip to counteract the powerful momentum he had just used to toss him down. "I'm not done with you yet!" He yelled as he jerked the man back towards him. As soon as he did he would let loose a punch directly at the Hockey Mask. This was no normal punch, however. It was augmented with an ability that amplified his striking power to a much higher degree. He let his fist fly, hoping for the best result

Bones cracked louder than thunder during the onslaught of attacks. The man did not dodge. He endured every hit thrown at him. His body looked like a bethesda model by the time Karuto landed his first two hits. The final attack, however, against the mask was when things got interesting. The man did not move from his place, but his mask did crack. It was then that a psychic scream blew off from the body like a shockwave. It was loud and powerful enough to want to make Karuto retreat, considering that if he didn't get at least ten feet back then his veins would explode like over inflated balloons. Assuming that Karuto did retreat, that was when the real danger began. Water dripped from the mask. First it was in droplets, then it soon became a stream. The stream shot up large shurikens up from the puddle at the man's feet. Three shot up and attempted to decapitate the man. Every single one of his hits landed, but STILL the body continued to move. He really wasn't human. As Karuto's last hit connected, the mast cracked and a sudden piercing noise filled the air. It burrowed into Karuto's mind and pierced him like a wave of ice cold water. He immediately substituted away, replacing himself with a small trashcan that had been nearby the fountain. From a distance he watched as the "man" stood up and stared at him. Water seemed to be pouring from his mask, which was odd, but odder still was the fuma shuriken that soon sprung up at him from out of the water. Karuto sprung to the side, diving out of the way of the shuriken and tumbling as he landed a few meters away. Crouching with one leg splayed out, he studied the creature. It's mask had to have some sort of power. He only reacted when he struck that. Seem's that what he should go for.
Using the boosts provided from his armor and his freestyle training, Karuto crossed the distance between the two in the blink of an eye. Kicking out and striking the inside of the stranger's leg. This would drop the man to one knee. Karuto would take his neck in one hand while raising the other in a fist to strike. It was time to use a technique he hadn't yet. One that he had seen Masato use and studied himself. He pushed a good amount of chakra into his fist, so much so that his fist began to physically show signs of it. Since his chakra manifested as small bolts of lightning, his fist began to sparkle with the tiny bolt's.
'This better end it'
Bringing his chakra enhanced fist down upon the enemies mask, he smashed him into the ground. The strike was so great the ground cracked and shattered underneath him as he pounded this figure into the earth. "JUST DIE!" He yelled as he struck out.

There was no time to worry about the fighting going on nearby. While it was very much in her purview to look after the safety of the Village, right now Bast was more determined to find and apprehend the evil behind these mysterious pumpkins, and as luck would have it, she found just such a thing! Now it was time to put the clues together...

No dice. The elusive Cactus Bast was just toying with her now, trying to get in her head and give her false leads. With a seventh pumpkin in tow, Bast, her cat, and the squash squad moved on, entrusting the current battle to those engaged in it.

While doing what vampires do best, taking long walks and getting into trouble, Katsumi stumbled upon Karuto fighting a man? It was hard to tell as she was looking at the foe's backside. Based on what her comrade was yelling though, it was clear that this person was not a friend. Perhaps they were related to the broadcast that she had heard earlier? Either way it seemed prudent to treat this situation with extreme prejudice. Weaving a couple of hand seals the overly proper vampiress cast a genjutsu upon the area. From any alleyways, bushes, or roof tops countless copies of the girl would appear. Running behind one of her nearest copies she'd call a razer sharp ruby disk to her hand before throwing it in time with the clone to create the illusion that the clone the one attacking the enemy. The disc itself was aimed for the man's neck, a shot designed to sever his spinal column if not his whole head. After which she'd look to slip into hiding behind a potted tree while figuring out where to strike from next.

As he dashed toward the direction of the massive chakra, he would take note of the red giant, Karuto battling some masked thing. As Karuto landed the mighty blow on it, Masato's sharingan would be drawn to a young girl weaving hand signs. ' Tiger, Boar, ox, monkey' he read as the false attackers of the Mist servant technique appeared. [ Copy Mist Servant 1/2 ] Masato would assist the two in defeating this monster too. Instantly, Masato would weave hand signs identical to the girl's. Suddenly, dozens of Masato appeared all drawing a Fuma Shuriken and throwing it. It was impossible to tell which one was which. Masato's several form of himself would mask his real Fuma Shuriken that was released with wire tethered to it. Masato had seent his technique used by several of the ninja outside the academy but hadn't realized he was capable of doing it too until now. [1/4 Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades ]
Masato's windmill shuriken would fly past the being, using his giant body as a fulcrum for the steel wire. At this point the nanoparticulated steel wire would tighten, giving an audible tone similar to a guitar string being stretched. As the wire would catch, the windmill shuriken began to spiral around the being. [ 2/4 Manipulating windmill triple blades ]
The Windmill Shuriken's path now spiraled like the tomoe in Masato's eyes. As it spiraled, the wire constricted and cut into the thing's flesh. The object of Masato's skill was not to cut him, but rather bind him. It seemed he was effectively doing so should the wire hold. The wire would randomly teather all places of the man's body. [ 3/4 Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades ]
Finally, the windmill Shuriken would stop. If successful, it would have found its place burried inside the thing's chest. This technique had become quite useful as it bound, restricted, and slashed his opponents apart, this was his Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades Technique. A staple of the Uchiha clan. [4/4 Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades ]
The combination of Karuto's mighty blow which would have stunned the creature, if not ensuring its death while Masato bound it and the woman severed its spinal column.
A drop of water fell to the ground the moment Karuto moved in to close the distance. Before he could reach the monster, a dragon of water coiled around him. The dragon rose high into the air, protecting him from the blood disc and the windmill shurikens. The threads attached to the shurikens would pull Masato into the current if he didn’t discard them soon. It was then that the dragon fired off through the area, presumably to chase down the fake clones. It wouldn’t take long, however, for the attack to wind up back to Karuto. All the same, mist consumed the area. The three would soon lose track of each other. It was only when the mist truly settled that the masked figure appeared behind Katsumi, his right arm rose above his head. His machete returned to his hand, and with one swing downward he wanted to split the girl’s head in half. His movements were as silent as the grave. He only had one program, to kill these teenagers. Girls first.

He was strong. Probably the strongest monster he had faced up to this point. His fist was blocked by the water dragon which eminated from the creature and drove through all the clones in the area that his newly arrived allies had created. Wait...was that...Katsumi? She could undoubtedly handle herself, she was strong and Masato lived to brawl so he didn't have much to fear there. Still, his impulse was to protect both of them, namely her. He disengaged from the creature and nodded to the both of his friends. It was about then the fog rolled in and things got eerily silent. Karuto waited for the span of a few heart beats and heard something...something...odd.
The machete behind him began to move and with a sudden 'splash' it flew out of the water and off into the mist. Without missing a moment, Karuto took after it. The Raiken used the speed boost granted by his armour to more than keep up and in a split second he saw where it's destination. With no hesitation Karuto stepped between the monster and Katsumi, grabbing the creature by the wrist and keeping his blade from cutting further down, but not before he received a moderate sized gash on the top of his shoulder "Don't you threaten my friends..."
Jumping into the air he wrapped his legs around the monster's arms and used all his weight to tug him into the around. Placing the creature in an arm bar, he pulled backwards with all his strength, straining every single one of his considerable muscles. Any normal human, even Masato, would have had his arm ripped off right there. For some reason he didn't think this guy would go down that easily. He was going to protect his friends, all of them. He would become the Hero of Sunkagure, become the Kazekage. He would not die here!"FINISH HIM OFF!" He yelled out as he kept the monster pinned and continued to pull
As Ferrah stumbled into the village fountain she found a rather peculiar sight while on her pumpkin hunt. The area covered in a mist so thick that had it not been for her doujutsu she wouldn't have been able to tell what was going on at all. Instead four life forces where outlined to her clear as day and from what she could tell one of them was a literally beast of a creature. So great that it even boasted having a lesser, but certainly not small in statue man wrapped entirely around his arm without so much as even flinching. Assessing the situation it was clear that the three must be taking on the beastly hunk of man, though how such a creature got into the village undetected was beyond her. Considering that the mist would make it hard to differentiate friend from foe Ferrah thought it would be better to take a more passive position. Removing her flute from her pack Ferrah began to play a simple tune that would ring out through specifically targeted at the larger man/creature with paralysis. With her eyes active as Ferrah cast the genjutsu she was able to power it up further as a preemptive caution against kai. Hopefully this would at least be able to help restrain the creature as the burly man wrestled with it since an upfront assault would be too dangerous for her in the fog.

Suddenly more clones joined her own as another man appeared. This one was also rather muscular much like Karuto, though the latter seemed far bigger just by a quick glance. Either way more help couldn't hurt right? The unknown man followed up his mimicry of her clones with some type of shuriken attack that looked as if it might be rather helpful in binding the enemy. However a dragon of water appeared and blocked both her shuriken and her own blood disk. From there it transferred into an attack as it chased down through all the clones before arriving back at the confrontation between Karuto and its master. Seeing as the clones had at least bought her some time she allowed the genjutsu to reform them and continued to have them scatter about the area throwing fake attacks.
However a thick mist soon blanketed the battlefield thus causing her to lose sight of the target. Her eyes tried to peer through the fog but it was no good. She was entirely blind within it. The monster had made a worthy pick in going after the tiny vampire girl but what it didn't realize was as a virgin she was fated to either survive this ordeal or die last! Indeed Karuto appeared between her backside and the fiend in the nick of time. He even... called her a friend? Turning around to see the giant whom had saved her life moved her emotions ever so slightly, managing to put a small chip in the wall she built up around her heart. Taking a step back she'd watch with some difficulty as the boy placed the enemy into some kind of hold.
As if stirred to action by Karuto's shouts she circled around the pair to get a clean shot at the mask their their enemy wore. Quick flicks with both of her hands brought forth two crystalized disks of blood. This time she'd throw two at the same time with both aimed for the head.
He quickly released the steel wire, avoiding damage. Their efforts seemed for naught as the man thing vanished. Masato grinned as he roared into the mist. " You're not so tough, I'll splatter you like I did your friend!" his voice echoed with elation. His sharingan would not miss the movement behind the female that had been there with them since Masato arrived. As the pink haired girl completed her disc flinging attack, Masato would dash towards the opponent, readily reacting to Karuto's demand to finish him. A green aura that blended with his own black chakra that inverted the colors around him in the form of lightning exploded around him as he vanished from sight. He would complete the fight in an instant. He had opened the fifth gate, not wishing to dally any longer.
As Masato's fist met the man as he reappeared to the naked eye, it collided with his chest cavity, striking at the heart. In all honesty, Masato had every intention of putting his fist through the man as he gave the single punch every ounce of strength he could muster. The sheer impact would cause such a pressure wave that the wind generated from it instantly would have cleared the fog from the area if unblocked. His monsterous aura of chakra and evaporating sweat flickered around the both of them. Masato's red eyes glared up with a demonic intensity with a sneer at his target's mask, awaiting the reaction behind the broken mask.
While the ground around Masato, Karuto, the thing and two women was untouched, the earth behind the man he had just stricken was shattered, chunks of the street had been upheaved, looking as though an earthquake had rushed from the Jason wannabe back several dozen meters in an expanding pattern from the singular impact point.
He was restrained by both man and magic. His body was no longer able to fight back. He had nothing to counter the blades of blood which fired into his face, cracking his mask further. He then had nothing to delay the fist, which was so powerful that even though it hit the heart and not the mask WHICH WAS HIS WEAKSPOT, the shockwave was still strong enough to further splinter the mask before it dissolved. In return, the monster was no more, the most faded, and a single key fell right where the final blow was struck.
(Congratulations! The pumpkins will now explain that the villain is in the eternal forest in a trap door. You need four keys in order to proceed. Either hunt more pumpkins or help out a fellow ally get more keys!)
