'Then I pray you'll forgive us, scum,' thought Tadashi as he cast his Kage Ketsugo. The tentacle extended from the middle blade of Tenma and moved at high-speed. Tadashi was very much wishing night would fall so that, this time, he could embrace Tenma's madness and come out on top.

However, as waiting that long wasn't an option, he prepared himself for the enemy's reaction and skillfully made the tentacle wave in such a way so that shadows on the ground would hide it whenever possible. Tadashi didn't dare try to get close enough to draw Vesper's blood in order to use the Blood Illusion - Tenma was too unwieldy to be of much use at the moment.

Hibiki remained silent as Vesper effortlessly dodged his initial attack using Kazeoni. He expected as much, especially after witnessing him use it several times to move from one place to another. Because of the fact that Tsukiko was the only one who able to read and anticipate his movements, Hibiki wasn’t all too confident of him doing the same, but then again, he didn’t have to. As the Exaequere spoke his question, Hibiki spoke out, remaining in the same spot, and not bothering to move an inch ”Yes, I suppose we will.” he commented. Just as he finished his sentence, a quick sound of air heralded the appearance of Kazeoni, making its way towards Vesper’s backside. The Shikai shuriken had obviously used its Tsume ability, which allowed it to follow an enemy’s movements, regardless of speed or distance. Truth be told, Hibiki wasn’t sure if Kazeoni’s Tsume ability would be able to indeed follow Vesper, as he had no idea as to the mechanism by which the Exaequere allowed himself to move at speeds faster than Shunpo.

But such questions would have to be put aside, for now. Hibiki had made sure that at least one of his hands was free, so that he could cast a powerful Bakudo spell on Vesper, to ensure that he would get struck by Kazeoni, perhaps a Rikujokoro or a Geki. But the rather timely intervention of his partner, Cornix, prevented Hibiki from following through with his plan. Cursing under his breath a bit, Hibiki tried to dodge the fast-moving arrow aimed towards his hand, he did so, partially. The arrow whizzed past his forearm, creating a rather painful cut on his flesh. Hibiki possessed quite the dense reiatsu armor, despite his lack of a strong reiatsu aura, which is why he was rather surprised that a mere arrow possessed enough strength and piercing power to cut him. And the fact that Hibiki was aware of Cornix’s ability to multiply his arrows made the Exaequere even more powerful in Hibiki’s mind. However, fear and doubt was not necessary, and thus with a shrug he placed his hands on the ground and casted a Bakudo spell ”Bakudo #21: Sekienton.” a blast the shot forth a cloud of red smoke, covering Hibiki entirely and thus obscuring him from sight.

Tadashi, upon the connection of his attack, steeled his entire body for any resistance on Vesper's part and also concentrated all of his energy into keeping the effect active, even though just the attack hitting was enough to immobilize the strong for at least a minute.

"Hibiki-taicho!" he called out urgently, signaling for his Captain to strike while the opponent was seemingly powerless to resist. Just to be safe, however, he also got ready to exploit Tenma's ability in a way he'd just found out during that spar with Eriko just a week ago...

[And yes, that spar did happen and a special way of using this attack was used, this isn't just a 'for convenience's sake' move.]

Kwang-Sun 4th Division Lieutenant





Kwang-Sun,being the new 4th Division Lieutenant, got the feeling that Daisuke was going to be in a battle of some kind. Kwang-Sun didn't really want to join in a fight but he felt that he had no other choice. If Daisuke were to be hurt severally Kwang-Sun could help him out. Kwang-Sun Shunpoed and appeared right behind Daisuke. I will offer my assistance if you need it. I'm very much interested in your abilities. So i'd hope you won't hold back. Kwang-Sun took a couple steps back and sat down on the ground below him.Kwang didn't care for who his opponent was but he could tell that Daisuke could defeat him.

Using, what seemed to be, powerful sound waves, which were emitted from his mouth, Vesper successfully stopped the Kazeoni’s Tsume onslaught. Hibiki half-expected as much, somewhere in his mind, he had hoped that instant teleportation was the only ability that Vesper possessed, however, he scolded himself for harboring such naïve thoughts. As it was not recalled after it was deflected, the Kazeoni shuriken fell lazily unto to the ground, silent and waiting for it to be recalled into battle. Meanwhile, as Hibiki and his zanpakuto waited, the battle continued, and his opponent, either because of boredom or in attempt to provoke him, made an attack towards his Lieutenant, Tadashi, to which the Lieutenant chose to endure, if only to give his Captain a window of opportunity.

Had he not opted to remain hidden, Hibiki would’ve commended him on such bravery and dedication, but he’d do so later. As the red smoke from the Sekienton continued to prevail in the area where Hibiki had created it, a quick swooshing sound was all that was heard, before the image of Hibiki reappeared, dangerously close from where Vesper stood. His sudden appearance behind the Exaequere was due to the Bakudo spell, Kyokko, which he had used simultaneously after using Sekienton. The spell effectively hid both his appearance and reiatsu, allowing him to perform a blitz attack upon Vesper. Not wasting time, he immediately set to work, using his left hand he shot forth a Hado spell aimed at Vesper’s upper torso ”Hado #63, Raikoho.” he spoke out as he positioned his right hand behind Vesper’s waist, pointing towards Kazeoni as it lay on the ground. Activating its recall ability, Hane, he commanded it to use a rudimentary form of Shunpo, faster than dashing, but slower than Shunpo, to move from its location towards his hand.

The time that elapsed from the second he appeared behind Vesper, to the second he activated Hane, was no more than a couple of seconds. He debated a bit, beforehand, whether or not he should incorporate some sort of Bakudo spell into the attack combination, to make sure that all of his attacks would hit. However, he deduced that it would cost him half a second to cast one, and when faced with someone as fast as Vesper, he decided it would be best to make every second count, he hoped it what the right decision to make.

Kwang-Sun 4th Division Lieutenant





Shadow of the Dark Warrior huh? So that's his Zanpakutou's name. Kwang-Sun stood up and crossed his arms over his chest with a small grin on his face. Kwang-Sun was very anxious on seeing what Daisuke powers were like. He could tell from the Dark cloud that surrounded Daisuke that his powers were something to not take lightly. Kwang-sun couldn't help but stay and watch the battle before him unfold. Kwang-Sun had a feeling that this battle will be a amazing bout between to strong willed fighters. Kwang-Sun took out a rose from the inside of his kimono and smelled it. The rose was a normal red rose but slowly it began to turn black. One of the petals fell to the ground and was blown away by a slight breeze that had brushed by. A black rose is certainly suited for this battle. I will let this rose represent the dark powers of the man before me. Kwang-Sun stuck the rose into the ground and The rose sunk deep within the ground on its on. It looked like some force pulled it under. Kwang-Sun saw all the clones of Daisuke form and all he could do was smile. Kwang-Sun began to sit down again hut before he could a chair which looked to be formed by a cluster of black rose appeared right under him and Kwang sat down on it. Kwang took one of rose petals and held it in his hand.
