Inspiration ::: Though his name came from the 1001 nights Story the inspiration for his character rather came out of the blue I found however the similarities between Badr and Covetus Shen latter when Diablo III came out. Some inspiration also came with him being an Indian mermaid. The Merchant From Disney's Aladdin is also a partial inspiration for him.
Personality ::: Flirtatious, eccentric, and freedom loving he doesn't stay in one place too long many happy mares often torn about his departure, he's a trader thus making it so he doesn't stay in one place for too long, he brings back all sorts of things to the A'D herd, including his own children in some cases if they choose to go however, he will not force them nor take them before they are weaned, despite his faults he does have some good qualities. He is not the type to lay a hoof on a mare in violence. He loves exploring the world but more he loves his desert home so he will always return to it.

NotesOn Badr's Personality - If you've ever played Diablo 3 I realized latter Badr is very much like Covetous Shen - I had a little laugh about that when I realized though I had him before this game came out.
