Angel completely ignored Dzan. She was looking at Gaby. "You sure we all shouldn't be down there, just in case something goes down?" She asked. "I'm not sure that's such a good idea." But, she was going to leave that for everyone else to decide.

Right now she was just wishing for clothing. It was getting a bit cold having nothing on. "I have some extra clothing back on the ship," she'd mumble to herself, glancing back the way they had come.

opaj was already expressing that he was going down. "Okay, sounds good. I'll meet you down there." She glanced back at him and smiled before stepping back to the hole, except this time she used the tapestries to climb down.

"I was just suggesting that not everyone has to go if they don't want to," Gaby stated, "but I guess if you guys don't have a problem with going down there again, then...cool."
She shivered. It had gotten cold since the rock exploded, and she also wished she had more clothes. She then followed the others down the hole.

((Also, I'm going for the night, so Angel is super stealth mode as I'm sure opaj is too.

The moment Opaj had simply vanished from sight--- Vahn craned his head to the side in bewilderment-- which made him lose his concentration, which in turn lost his footing; which ended up with a great clash of metal falling onto the floor as the Murmillion went and clattered all along it, striking his chin hard and almost causing him to bite his tounge.

"Uff--!" He didn't know what became of the stone, or what happened to Opaj, as the world was just a daze now. Still in the back chamber, as the events that would soon unfold occurred in the next room over-- he would slowly come to, not actually harm due to the Field.

Damn it all...to lose my grip on something like this... He began to pick up on increasing heat, even as he raised his head and stared towards where the source was coming from. "H-Hey! What the hell is goin---!"

The energy began to climb, even as his right arm twitched and reacted violently suddenly, forcing him to grab it and roll onto his back with an outcry. The gauntlet was forcing itself into being-- just as a tumult of voices from the next room over reached it's peak--- This resonance---!!

He could feel the vibrations on the ground now, even as he fought to get back to his feet. "Damn---!" He didn't know if anyone could hear him, or where anyone was right now-- as the heat washed over the room, and his entire being, reacting to the blood within him. His left eye pained him, but due to the Field, that's all it would do.

As the Sunstone exploded outwards, the backlash of the heat and force of it would travel outwards-- enough to shake the entire city. As with the shield, he is once again struck with enough force to send him flying into a side room.

His right arm raised, the Hand of Efreet actively began absorbing and taking into itself the flames that released from the rock, swirling into the ruby gem that was centered atop it.

The Elven ingrained patterns upon the armor he wore lit up as well, as the heat and force washed over his body-- the sole magical properties of the armor activating in order to stop the Elvensteel from simply turning to nothing but ash and slagging around his body.

If he had been in direct proximity like the others, then the wards would have just been overpowered...it also helped that the Hand absorbed a good deal of it as well.

Straining under the absorption of this raw power, Vahn found himself biting down hard on his lower lip, to keep from screaming...the sensation of pain was very much still there...even if the body could not be injured or dealt a lethal blow within the Field.

When it finally all subsided, he was laying there along the floor, a smoking pile of armor, and his right arm a darker color than normal; the Hand slumbering in bracelet form once more.


That power...what the hell...why was..that kind of power...

Slowly, and stiffly, he got up.

He needed to find the others... and make sure they were still in one piec---...well, make sure they were still there at any rate.

It had sounded like some sort of argument or fight had broken out...

And so he would be seen half leaning, half stepping out from a nearby door way, looking this way and that, with his armor and body still steaming.

"I think we are," Gaby said, walking towards the hole. "I agree, we should keep our eye on that guy."

"Fine," Gaby said with an edge to her voice in response to Bleu. She followed Opaj down the hole.

+++"So, how is this going to go?" The cyberpunk questioned them. He was confused on all of this. Was he expected to stay up here? Because if that was the case he may end up wandering off. Though, if he was expected to go down then there would be some fighting going down and that would be some s**t that he would hate to miss out on. Though 'Paj had already jumped down the hole.

"Dzan Frankly I don't care, come if you want or you can...." Then a strange man appeared from nowhere and fell headfirst into the hole "Umm... I think I'll be going now" With that he grabbed the tapestry rope tested it for strength and slid down after the others.
