Twilight Woods Seperated from the rest of the forest due to logging, the Twilight Woods have taken on quite a darker property. If that has anything to do with the seperation is up to how spiritual you are. Most just say it's because this part of the forest is shaded by the mountians. The SMC has marked some trees for logging with orange paint.

The hovering strech of rock sputtered to a slower pace and finally stopped as the party reached the Twilight woods.
"Please return all trays to their full locked position. Thank you for flying Rivan Rock"

Immediately, he hopped off the platform and took the lead. He could smell it ahead of them- dead woods. Tainted by ignorance and greed.
"No time to rest, either. Let's move."
Now he was looking this way and that- on the watch.
"Eye's peeled," He commanded, weaving through the trees in the direction of the dead woods and the fuel depot.

As he jumped off, he reverse the polarity on the platform until it sunk back to the ground. Rivan popped his neck as he looked around. Trees. Trees left and Trees right and Trees and Trees and Trees.
"So...we're walking now?"

"Meh. And here I was hoping for a nap..."
Hakan stood, and followed. They kinda needed to win, he supposed. A nap could happen later.

Raven jumped off the platform, and this time walked on her own two feet, directly behind Stryphe.

The group moved swiftly through the woods, ever watchfull- ears and eyes open. It wouldn't be too long before they'd hit the stretch of dying life.

Noise, noise, noise.
The rook would simply uproot a tree if it got in the way of his path. Nothing would stop it.

While the woods may never be the same, the rook was gone into the dead version now.
Much to the living tree's releif.

Sun, Eint, Flare and Sey followed the wreckage of the rooks passing, knowing that they were late, but cautious to attacks and troubles that may lay in wait. None had trouble keeping up. They were ordered in such a way that the light guardian watched the other two's back, and Sunstrike's weapon was drawn, but not sparked into life as of yet.

Ivan entered the forest, and immediately made for the darkest, most foliage covered, most out of the way patch of land that could be found. Detaching a canteen from his belt, he opened it up, and upended the contents onto the ground. Big, powerful hands scooped and kneaded the earth, grass, moss, and leaves into a nasty looking paste which he began rubbing over his body and clothing. Even the canteen, now back on his belt, was rubbed down with the stuff. His firearm and the suitcase were matte-black already, so they only got a little. He then took off the ammo belts that crossed his chest, and draped them into the hole that resulted from the removal of the mud. The belts were then covered by anything loose that happened to be nearby. Ivan didn't scrape them up, but rather picked them up gingerly so as not to leave any trace of disturbed soil around the location.

The task of further concealment completed Ivan began sneaking through the woods at a faster pace, with the audial receptors that made up his ears set to heightened sensitivity. He was headed in one direction, and one direction only: away from the arrival point. Thus, he soon reached the border leading to the Crecent Plains.

Yeah, this wasn't good. No good at all, it was really only the winds of magic that forever travelled from the north that Quin was able to figure out which way he was going and where he needed to go.
The going was slow and the trees many; it was the stuff of nightmares.

At least he had the light of the orb from earlier so it wasn't so gloomy. Walking near a tree he found it spray painted, marked to be cut down. Finding another and another he was on his way towards already passed ground.
