Morning came . . .

After Yaten and Star Fighter went their parting ways, Taiki looked back at Kira's door, standing there alone, the Starlight didn't know what to do, taking a step forward and about to knock on the door, Taiki hesitated. "If I do this... it might make things worse... Yaten might get pissed off if she sees me talking to Kira..."
Taiki frowned, everything felt separated. Everyone went their own ways.

User Image

And Kira? She had walked back to the bed and cried herself into a horrible nightmare... it went like this.

Everything felt normal enough, Kira woke up, sitting up. Her gaze shifted to her clothes, sure enough, they were ripped from the concert. Sighing, the archer looked at the clock on the wall and it was time for her to get ready to go home. Putting on the clean t-shirt, and jeans, tucking the t-shirt loosely into her pants to give it a bit of style, Kira bunched her hair into a high ponytail and shoved her phone into her jeans pocket.
Opening the door, she remembered she was at the Three Lights house. Wandering down the hallway, she seemed rather in awe of the large house. "Woow... this place is huge!" she said out loud, and turned into the main lounge where Taiki was sitting, by the window.

Stopping, Kira's footsteps came to a halt which caused Taiki to turn to face her, but he didn't look happy.
"Ahh.. Taiki, good morning." Kira said.
Taiki's gaze was unhappy. "Morning." his blunt tone spoke words he wasn't in the mood to talk.
"About last night... I um..."
"Doesn't matter, not anymore."

A bit taken aback by his response, Kira walked closer to him "Well, it matters to me."
Taiki shook his head, then stared up at Kira who was standing next to him. "You don't know yet, do you? Check the news."
Raising an eyebrow, Kira took out her phone and opened it up. There were dozens of messages from Usagi, Rei, Ami, Makoto, Minako, Mamoru... everyone.
Reading the first one, it was from Usagi.
Quote:
"How could you?! you are the cause of all this, if it wasn't for you, they wouldn't have disbanded!"

Kira read that message out in confusion and looked at Taiki, as she finished, he stood up and pushed the seat in. "Three Lights... are no more. Yaten has called it quits, I don't want to be part of it either. Seiya has moved out and I'm going back to Kinmoku with the Princess. It's over... all because of you."

Kira felt her heart sink all the way to the ground, and felt like such an empty shell. "Because... of me...?"
"Yes, you. Think about it, if we take you away, there would never have been any disagreement between us, and Yaten wouldn't feel like it's her fault. Your stupidity has caused this mess in the first place. I've lost my sister, my bandmate, and Starlight."
"....What?" Kira uttered and shook her head. "No! This can't be happening!"

"But it is. There is no sign of Yaten anywhere, I've looked. She's gone." Seiya said, walking through the doorway and into the lounge. "Stay away from us."
Kira shook her head again. "This isn't real, this is not happening! You're lying!" Gritting her teeth, Kira didn't accept that and turned around to run past Seiya, pushing him out of the way. He felt real, which scared Kira more.

Running out the front door, some reporters lined up outside their house, snapping photos and pictures of the 'villain' who had caused this.
"Ms Kyudo, is it true?"
"Can you comment that YOU were the reason everything fell apart?"

"What?! NO!" Kira yelled, trying to push past the crowd of people.

"How does it feel to have the world against you?"
"No more songs, how cruel can you be?"
"You're not good enough for Yaten Kou!"
"This is what happens when you date a celebrity! You become everyone's enemy!"

User Image

"We're not dating!" Kira yelled, her eyes welled up with tears. Shoving the reporters out of the way, she took the chance to run as fast as she could.
The further she ran, it became darker and darker like nighttime.

"STARLIGHT HONEYMOON THERAPY KISS!" a voice called out.

User Image

Kira saw a beam of pink almost hit her, making her dive out of the way. "What the?!" Looking in the direction of where it went, the voice became closer.
"You're not a Princess... you're just poison!" Sailor Moon said bitterly.
"No wonder the Zodiac Senshi don't want their memories brought back, to remember someone like you? What a joke!"
"If we get rid of her now, then things can go back to the way they were!"
"Fine by me!"
"Yaten always deserved better anyways, thank goodness it's not you anymore, she saw sense and picked me!"
"Let's end this."
"Don't worry, you'll go out gracefully ~"

"Sorry everyone but... Kira was my friend first... I get to end her..." Star Catcher said, making her appearance as she hovered down in front of the archer, her red energy balls spun rapidly in her hands as she landed between Kira and the Eternal Sailor Senshi.
"Liara! Wait! LIARA!" Kira screamed, she could feel a burst of energy come at her from all the Sailor Senshi, the tension on her forehead was enough to wake the sleeping Kira up after being blinded by a white light from their attacks.

Abruptly feeling like she was hit, Kira sat up fast and breathed in and out, placing her hand on her chest, she could feel her heartbeat a million miles per second. Trying to gasp for air, Kira sat in a dark room, with the sun peeping through, it was morning.
Once Kira caught her breath and the adrenaline rush subsided, she pushed the sheets off the bed and realized she was in the SAME house she woke up in during her dream. "No....." Kira whispered with dread, and went to stand up.
Walking a few steps, Kira still felt like half of her was dragging on the ground until she turned around, only to see her hair had grown. "What the heck?..."
Flicking on the light, Kira looked at herself in the mirror and rubbed her eyes, looking back again with shock.
"s**t... what the heck is all this? Hair?!" Thinking it was another dream, Kira's hair had grown so much it was touching the floor.
Since she had been partially woken, her Princess trait had started to show on the outside rather than the inside, being her memories that tried several times to seep through, something had to give. "No... no no no this can't be happening..."
All the current royalty are known to have extremely long hair. Princess Serenity... Queen Serenity... Neo-Queen Serenity... Princess Kakyuu... it was only normal for Kira to start having a similar trait in appearance to them.
Kira stood there for a good five or so minutes just... taking that in. The fact she looked so much like Princess Nova, with the blue nightgown had Kira just completely shell-shocked.
"I-I have to get out of here... but... I have to---" Opening the door, Kira knew Yaten's room was next door. Bunching her hair up and holding onto it like Rapunzel, Kira noticed Yaten's room was open, but she wasn't in there.

Dropping the bundle of hair, she held, the fear of her quitting the Three Lights and moving away made Kira panic (when in fact Yaten went to see Liara early)
Taking a few steps back, Kira knew NOT to go into the lounge, thinking Taiki would be in there, waiting to tell her the news.
Getting back into her room, Kira had to quietly, but swiftly shove everything into her backpack Yaten had brought over for her. Including her cell, which she refused to check.

User Image

There was a jacket she put on over top of her nightgown, she didn't want to be in that house any longer than she should be. Shoving her hair and bunching it into the jacket hood, and putting on her backpack. There was a notepad on the bedside desk, which the archer walked past and stopped, looking back at it.
Taking a deep breath, Kira summed up the courage to write something! She wanted to write how sorry she was, for causing so much trouble and words can't take back what happened. She wanted to write a novel about how much she loved Yaten, but her hand trembled just thinking about everything that happened. "They really are better off without me..." she thought to herself.

User Image

After writing, Kira turned to face the window and opened it, looking down to see how far down the ground was, it was at least two stories, two houses tall. Kira started to walk backwards slowly while thinking "If I really am a Sailor Senshi... if I truly am who they say I am... I would land, and not fall to the ground... there's... only... one way...to find out." she thought to herself. Feeling nervous, and scared, she needed to validate this, to wake herself up.

The archer took one last breath before taking off, she held onto the window ledge and jumped out, well... leaped out more like. Kira landed perfectly on the ground, with no scratches, nothing.
Standing up, the archer was shocked, standing there for a good few seconds before turning around to look up at the tall building behind her. "Holy s**t.... I... I can't believe that worked!" Getting a hold of herself from pure amazement she was able to jump down from that height, Kira turned back around and took off again, running as fast as she could. The thought of potentially Taiki witnessing that, or someone at least came into her thoughts briefly, but there was nothing she could have done now. It was done, a runaway Princess.

Slowing down into a jog, then her normal walking speed, Kira came into the city now, when the sun was coming out and shops began to open around her. Of course, she was dressed rather strangely, being half in a nightgown and wearing a puffy jacket with her hood up. Not suspicious at all!

User Image

Customers started to gather around the store shops, while the new magazines were being bought. It wasn't long until Kira started to hear chatter, of course, the first thing she overheard seemed to only be about the Three Lights, and the concert that happened last night. "Hey look! They're featured again! Front page!"
"Oh no..." Kira thought to herself, the dread of hearing they had all quit was the first thing Kira thought as she stopped outside one of the stores which had the magazines on display. Picking it up, Kira held it and looked closely, making sure she read it right.

"Kira Kyudo? Who is she!?"
"Kou Yaten kissing rising star Kira Kyudo!"

Quickly letting the magazine go, Kira saw ANOTHER one, a different one, and flicked through the pages.

User Image

"A star is born!"
"Three Lights hints of LOVE?!"

Seeing her face, with the symbol on her forehead made Kira gasp until the shop owner came out to see what looked like 'A strange homeless girl', he called out to her. "Hey, you... are you going to buy that or keep looking at the pages--hm?---HEY... IT'S YOU! YOU'RE ON THE FRONT PAGE" Instantly seeing her face, he pointed to the magazine she was holding which caused her to gasp, attracting the attention of the civilians around her.
"He's right! it's HER!"
"That's Kira!"
"Hey isn't that the girl Yaten kissed?!"
"OMG"

It was like the media in her dream, but this was real. Kira wasn't sure what to expect next, thinking it could be negative. Taking a few steps back as she threw the magazine down, Kira turned around and continued to run, not wanting to stick around to find out, holding her hood down further over her face as she ran. She could still hear what sounded like a herd of elephants running behind her, fans? ANGRY fans?! Kira was too scared to turn around and find out.

What could happen next?

Feeling a light pull on her wrist, she was yanked into a narrow alleyway quite swiftly by someone... someone important.
The hood on Kira's head finally came down and because she was pulled so sharply around the corner, her long hair dropped to the ground. Gasping, Kira looked down at it, trying to figure out what the hell just happened until she looked back up at the figure.

The woman who grabbed her had long hair too. It was two-toned, golden orange, and gradates into a bright red. Her piercing red eyes met with Kira, making the archer stand completely still, both of their hair flowed in the wind together.
"T-Thank you..."

User Image

"You looked like you needed some help, dear."
Narrowing her eyes a little bit, Kira couldn't help but feel her stomach tuning, something felt... weird. Their encounter...
Swallowing, Kira nodded slowly and managed to speak. "J-just a bit..."
Looking back behind her, Kira watched the people slowly disappear out of sight, but the voice spoke up once more. "Take better care of yourself, Princess..."
Kira's eyes widened after hearing THAT statement, sharply turning around to look at her, Kira hissed "What did you just call me?"
The woman took a step closer, and tucked a piece of Kira's front strands behind her ear. "You don't remember me, do you?"

User Image

Pulling back a little bit, Kira watched the woman's fingers touch the strands of her hair.

User Image
"Should I?"

"It's probably best you don't remember...right now anyways..."
The archer took a step away from her. "Who the hell are you?!"

User Image

The woman gave a faint smile, not expecting Kira to be so welcoming. "...Galaxia..."
A sharp inhale came from Kira's mouth, this dream, if it was a dream, just got ten times worse than the last one, but this WASN'T a dream. Princess Nova's symbol on Kira's forehead appeared again, like a trigger as Kira placed both hands on the woman, shoving her away from her "WITCH!"

User Image

Turning back around, Kira didn't want any further interaction from the woman, the symbol disappeared fast enough as Kira ran all the way back to her house, her hair was now loose behind her, but she didn't care. She wanted to get the f--- away from her as fast as she could.

"How interesting..." Galaxia thought to herself in amusement before disappearing into the dark alleyway herself.

Kira ran all the way back home, pushed the front door open, and then slammed it shut, locking it behind her. Panting, Kira took off her backpack and tossed it on the ground as she ran past it, running into the kitchen and shutting all the windows, then ran to her lounge, locking any form of outside contact, then ran upstairs, into the bathroom, toilet, guest room, and finally headed into her room, where she forgot she would be graced by Three Lights posters and stuff everywhere. Hesitating, Kira had to push out all the posters staring at her and she reached out to shut the window. The archer had locked herself inside her house completely, knowing that there were magical beings that could easily come through small entries. The archer did not want any contact with the outside world.
Finally able to catch her breath, Kira shut her eyes tightly "Wake up... wake up... this isn't real, nothing is real, it's JUST a dream!" Convincing herself that everything was a dream.
Nothing happened, causing Kira to open her eyes again. Standing there for a good few minutes, Kira just didn't know what to do with herself, her gaze shifted to the biggest poster, and walked towards it, staring up at it. "I'm so sorry... I just--" The usual alarm clock went off, which meant Kira needed to wake up around now.

Looking at the door, then back at the poster, Kira uttered another "I'm sorry, I messed up...I..." Gritting her teeth in her own annoyance with herself while feeling silly she only had the guts to apologise to a poster and not the actual people. She gathered her long hair from the ground and whispered as she exited the room "They're right, you're better off without me."

Having to run back downstairs to turn off the alarm, Kira took out the transformation wand and then pulled out her cell, silencing the phone. "s**t, I've got archery soon... I can't go looking like this!" she muttered to herself, brushing off all the loose hair strands, she made her way towards the kitchen, as she searched for some scissors, then walked into the lounge and stood in front of the mirror, threading her free hand through the loose hair trying to detangle it as she stared at herself, going into deep thought, looking back at her reflection.
"Why did this happen to me? Why did my hair grow this long? I'm turning into the Princess physically...
but why? Am I such a bad person I am being punished? I...I can't do this anymore..."

Swallowing, Kira felt nervous attacking her hair, she hadn't cut her own hair before but there was no one else she could turn to. Taking the scissors up to her hair, and taking a deep breath, she began to cut her hair to her usual length, bit by bit, sectioning it and then cutting.
Anyone would think Kira had a mental breakdown, her hair was half the length of her usual hair, which means they could assume she was bald or had super short hair.

Finally finished, Kira put both hands by her sides and let go of the last chunk of hair, watching it fall like feathers to the ground.

User Image

Once she was finished cutting her hair, Kira proceeded to head upstairs, and shower everything off, and came out afterwards, putting her hair in a high ponytail, putting on her white keiko-gi, hakama, obi, and tabi, taking hold of her phone, transformation wand, bow and arrows.
Stopping herself before she walked out the front door, Kira had to practice a forced smile in the mirror by the door. "Everything will be okay, they won't come. They won't come and everything will be alright." She at least looked like her usual self again, but her house was an absolute mess which she planned to clean up when she got home from the tournament.

Deciding to drive there, Kira didn't want the public eye to see her, not like her dream. As she arrived at the archery tournament, there weren't many people there yet, and that gave Kira some time to chill and focus on something she enjoyed without thinking about the Sailor Senshi.
"Good morning, Sensei!" Kira said, forcing that same smile she had briefly.
"Good morning, Kira-sama... how was the concert? I saw you up there, singing! You have such a talent! I bet you have seen the news already." she said, as she was practicing archery herself.

User Image

Gritting her teeth for a moment, Kira just wanted to go a day without talking about that. "No I... didn't have time to read any of it." she responded.
"Oh... I see. But you enjoyed yourself, right?"
Taking an arrow, Kira walked over to the target and aimed, then let go. Her aim hit the target, but it was completely off-center which wasn't like Kira at all, proving to the tutor that Kira wasn't focused at all. "It was a great night, then it ended."
"Well, I'm glad! You were telling everyone yesterday you got the VIP ticket... did you meet the Three Lights off-stage?"
Kira pulled back the arrow and paused, thinking back... it was here where it all started, Kira got the VIP ticket while at her archery class. She went to the concert, found out the truth, and it was attacked by the youma, then woke up at the Three Lights house.
Lowering her bow and arrow, she turned to her tutor slowly. ".....Yes." The hollow expression Kira displayed looked quite ghostly. "...Everything was perfect... Excuse me."

It wasn't long until her other classmates arrived, spotting Kira trying to leave the archery stage, they all called out her name.
"KIRA! OHMYGODDD WE SAW YOU ON LIVE TV!"
"I'M SO JEALOUS! YOU GOT KISSED BY YATEN! MORE THAN ONCE OHMYGODD"
"Yaten is really hot!"
"Really? I prefer Seiya! or even Taiki!"
"KIRA WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THE YOUMA ATTACKED?!"

As the team was basically screaming at Kira, asking her question after question, Kira dropped her bow and arrow and covered her ears, closed her eyes tightly to block out any voice or vision, and sharply cried out. "I'm sorry!" The overwhelming feeling took over and caused her to step backwards and run into the training room's staff room. Luckily enough no one was there. The first thing Kira did, again was lock the door and stand there for a few moments, then took a few steps backwards, sat down on one of the chairs, and covered both her hands over her face. Tears just streamed out her eyes, everything she had bottled up just came out, Kira didn't know what to do, and what was even real anymore? She wanted to call Liara, but she kept replaying that dream in her head, it truly felt real.
The Three Lights not being together, her turning into Princess Nova and lastly, Galaxia had returned. Kira couldn't deal with it on her own anymore, she felt like her whole world was being taken away from her once again, and painfully slow.

Kira's tutor watched Kira run away, a bit perplexed as to what Kira was upset about? She thought Kira would be over the moon! The media was practically singing her praises, there were compliments about her performance, and one or two questioned her forehead but otherwise they wanted more of Kira. The archer needed to stop and breathe, things weren't as she thought they were.
"She's been acting strange lately... hm?" The tutor watched a purple glowing butterfly flutter around her, and then sharply pierced into her chest like a knife. The tutor was now under a youmas spell. She became a Phage, and it was only a matter of time until signs started to show. Until then, she seemed to be acting normal, however, apart from Kira who still couldn’t sense any magical presences due to not having any magical abilities, this might spark concerns for some Sailor Senshi, having an unknown negative energy around the festival.

It had been a wee while since Kira had closed herself in the locker room. Kira seemed to have calmed down but was unaware of the negative energy around the festival, it was faint but it was there, somewhere. As she came out of the room, the archer noticed there were crowds of people around the festival, it had been about forty-five minutes since she had been in there, and if anyone had checked on her, she was in another world to this one, being deep in thought, replaying over last night and this morning. Taking a deep breath, Kira opened the door and was blessed by the bright sun, she used her arm to cover her gaze while she shut the door. Taking a few steps back, Kira noticed all her team were there and in line, firing the arrows one by one. Gazing at them, with no emotional expression on her face, Kira walked up the stairs and onto the stage to where they were. She could feel stares and gasps, but the muttering in the crowd was more obvious with the "That's her" "That's Kira!" "She's in the newspaper and on the media online!" "Oh my god" "Pstpstpst*whisperwhisper*" It was that, but ten times. Picking up her bow and arrow, Kira took a step back into her place and aimed at her target, being completely still.
Feeling the presence of the teacher checking in on Kira, the woman placed her hand on Kira's shoulder and quietly asked "You okay? You were gone for a while..."
Kira stood there, frozen, as she felt the weight of the teacher's hand on her shoulder, everything became dark, entering her into a vision. Kira's body had lit up, she wasn't in the dark, nor had any shadow around her body. "Hm?" From Kira's point of view; noticing her own arm had some sort of white glove on it with several blue trims wrapped around her elbow, and the bow and arrow she held was a purple and blue celestial flame. Taking a sharp gasp from fright, witnessing very briefly her Senshi form in her own body, Kira let go of the bow and arrow as it dropped to the ground. Everything returned back to normal rather fast and only seemed to affect Kira, and from the outside, Kira looked like she got a bit spooked, not expecting her teacher to come up behind her.
"What... what happened?... What was that?!" not realizing it was her own conscious mind, warning her of something.
Trying to fathom some sort of words out of her mouth to answer back while wondering what the hell she saw, Kira forced an answer, just anything! "Y-Yeah, just.. tired." Kira answered and picked up her bow and arrow when she heard a familiar voice in the crowd, which yelled her name.

User Image

"Kira-chan! Do your best!" Usagi cried out, seeing Kira seemed out of sorts, Kira seemed a bit nervous to the crowd.

This once again broke archer's focus and made her scan the crowd only to see that blonde Odango-haired girl waving her arms around to get Kira's attention with some other people aka Usagi's friends around her. "Who... is that?" She thought, not recognizing who they were. Kira appeared perplexed for a moment, then noticed there were a lot more people that had turned up than before, and the crowd, in general, was getting more lively.

"I have to calm down, and focus, ignore everyone, it'll be over soon... everything will be okay. It's all just a dream." Kira could feel that same stage-fright feeling in her stomach, the nervousness creeping up it’s ugly head, she tried to ignore it but seemed impossible to do so.

User Image

The festival was beginning. Knowing she needed to calm down and focus, the archer picked up her bow and arrow again, inhaling and exhaling, she took her stance and pulled back the arrow, holding it. Kira had regained her focus again, blocking everything out in that moment.

It was finally morning, which she was the first to get up out of bed out of the Three Lights.
Having a shower, then getting dressed into something casual before getting changed into more fancy attire closer to the time she would leave. Taiki began her day like always and headed into the lounge for some quiet time to read before having to leave for the festival, unaware of whatever Yaten and Seiya were doing. Taiki sat down and began to read news articles from her tablet, and sure enough, it displayed Kira Kyudo, who seemed to be in the limelight. The Starlight's eyes shifted back and forth, reading about their night.
"Geez, she isn't going to recover from this... they are practically shoving their kiss all over the front news. Yaten, couldn't you be more subtle about it? or at least pretend for Kira's sake?" She thought to herself. Unsure how Kira would react to such publicity. The Three Lights were used to some gossip here and there, and their love life seemed to be in big talks, even with Rei Hino and Seiya, there was a whole article on that too.
"Pffft...." Rolling her eyes. Looking back at the tablet and reading some more.

Taiki ignored whatever noises and rustling around, thinking it could be Yaten, Seiya, or Princess Kakyuu shuffling around getting dressed etc. The noises stopped, then about ten or so minutes later they started again, like another person had woken up. Once again ignoring it, Taiki was always invested in her reading. There was a bit more rustling which caused Taiki to turn towards the window and look out it, happening to spot mid-air, a flying human being coming out of a window and then landing. Recognizing the backpack, Taiki watched the figure turn back to look up at the house, instantly recognizing that was none other than Kira herself, she looked like a superhero, gracefully landing without any complications. "...Princess?" Taiki whispered, questioning if it was even Kira? Since when could she do that?
A bit shocked to have seen that, Taiki could have sworn Kira had made eye contact with her, for a second before resuming herself, turning around dashing off into the distance.
"That was definitely Kira..." she mumbled, placing her tablet down on the couch. She wondered if Yaten was around? I mean Taiki knew she was mad at her, but if it was anything Kira-related, Yaten would like to know, right?
Walking into Yaten's room, she knocked on the door and hesitantly opened it slowly. "Yaten... sorry about last night I-- hm... she's gone." Sighing, Taiki wondered if that first rustling sound she heard was Yaten.
Now approching Kira's room, Taiki had seen Kira made the bed, about to walk out, she stopped and noticed there was a bit of paper left on the bed. Gazing at it for a few seconds, Taiki walked in and picked it up, instantly seeing what it said.
"Oh no..." Taiki knew what it must have been about, and then sighed, taking out her phone, she went to text Yaten while wandering into the kitchen to make herself a hot cup of tea, but she saw a familiar device sitting on the counter. Now frustrated, it was like Yaten was being petty and didn't want to be contacted at all.
"Yaten... you idiot." Out of all the things she could have left behind, it was something important. Seiya was just as bad, having done silly things when it came to Usagi previously. Love really DID make you do unthinkable things. Beginning to type, Taiki knew for sure she wouldn't get an answer, maybe if she was lucky, Yaten would leave her on 'read' after seeing her message.
Knowing if she put Kira's name first, Yaten would be more likely to read it than starting off with Hello or any apology. Yaten made it crystal clear she wasn't happy and didn't want to be contacted at all by any Starlights. Taiki wasn't even sure if Yaten took her phone with her, but how else would she contact anyone else otherwise?

Quote:
"Kira, I just witnessed her jumping out the window... from her room. Kira landed fine, she took off after that. She left a note that read "I'm sorry" Yaten, I know you are unhappy with me, I get that and I don't blame you, but please, see if Kira is alright if you haven't already... she left without saying anything."

Pressing send, Taiki made sure her text was straight to the point and something worth Yaten reading, at least for Kira's sake. Deep down, Taiki did want to say more, she really did but there was a good chance she would dig herself a grave, and perhaps it was better to say something in person.

User Image

Now, it was the leader's turn, unsure how Seiya-- Star Fighter was feeling, she spent the night at Rei's. Deep down, Taiki felt bad and responsible both Seiya and Yaten didn't want to be around her presently.

Quote:
"Leader, sorry to bother you so early. Just want you to know I just witnessed Kira jumping out the window from the room she stayed in and landed like any Sailor Senshi... Also, Yaten left her headset on the kitchen counter, I did send her a text, and let her know as I found a note on Kira's bed from her which read "I'm sorry." It wasn't Yaten's writing, it must have been from Kira. Anyways, I'll see you later today at the festival and I'll bring Yaten's headset with me. -Tai "

Knowing the festival was a few hours away from starting, Taiki took the headset from the counter, walked back into the lounge, and sat down, opening up her tablet again to a notepad, Taiki couldn't help but remember the song Kira had sung last night, she could still hear her voice, even though she was gone, Kira's song echoed in Taiki's mind as she started to type some notes on her tablet.

After de-transforming, Haruka got into the car and waited for the other three to do the same. "Actually... we'll go tomorrow... I didn't realize it was almost one in the morning." Looking in her rear-view mirror, she gazed at Chibi-Usa and then Hotaru. "They'll want to get up early for the festival..." she thought to herself.
Once all of them got in, Haruka put her foot on the accelerator and took off.
After getting home, the four of them had an extremely late dinner, or very early breakfast and then said their goodnight's to each other.

It didn't take long until morning came, and Haruka's alarm went off at eight in the morning. Placing the pillow over her head, to drown out the obnoxious ringtone, her hand reached out from the bed and felt around for the phone, smacking it off the bedside table.
"Stupid thing." she mumbled, and rubbed her eyes to turn towards her love, Michiru. "Morning, Michiru..." she said, smiling as she brushed off a few strands of her teal-colored hair off her face. "I guess we should get up...I would much rather lounge around with you all day, but I can hear the kids up and about." referring to Hotaru and Chibi-Usa, knowing if they heard that term there might be some barking.

Rolling herself out of bed, Haruka proceeded to put on her dressing gown and head out to see the girls, who were in their kimonos ready for the festival. "Geez you guys seem lively at this hour." Haruka said, passing by them to make herself and Michiru some breakfast. Once the two had finished eating, they tidied up and helped each other out putting on their kimonos for the festival.

Finally ready to go, Haruka, Michiru, Chibi-Usa, and Hotaru got into the car and headed to where all the cars were parked at the festival. Pulling up, she unbuckled herself and got out, taking hold of her fan, of course, her henshin wand, and closed the door, waiting for everyone else to get out before locking it.
Now, all four of them headed towards the large swarm of people, it was just past nine, and already it started to get rather busy. "I had no idea there were so many people who liked and supported archery, this is quite impressive." Or maybe they are here for Kira's story from last night. As the four of them wandered to the archery crowd, Haruka could easily spot none other than Kira Kyudo, who had her own fan club of civilians and of course, the media, press, and other live stations which seemed strangely interested in her life, because of a certain someone from last nights concert.
Having missed Kira's mini-meltdown, Kira now seemed to be in control of her emotions and was completely focused. Looking in the crowd, Haruka could hear the cheering of the high-pitched Odango's voice screaming out Kira's name.

"Kira-chan! Do your best!"

"Ahh... that was easy." Haruka said, shuffling past the mass amounts of people. "Hey, kiddos, you want to get something to eat? We'll save you both a spot with Odango and the rest of the group." Haruka said, passing Hotaru her wallet. They knew they might be there awhile, but that was okay, most of the Inners and Outers seemed to be making their appearance bit by bit.
"Yo!" Haruka said, waving at Usagi. "We could hear you from a mile away, nice cheering by the way." She smirked and looked back at Kira, noticing her targets were the only ones that weren't hit on the actual bullseye. "Owch... why is she missing? Is she doing it on purpose?" Haruka commented as she sat down with the group. Artemis was sitting on Minako's lap and looked towards Haruka. "Not sure, but today isn't her day it seems. Before she stopped and started, she just dropped the bow and arrow. I think she is distracted, she's just been staring at the target while everyone else is still pulling their hits." Artemis explained. Haruka could understand Usagi's cheering now. "She is most likely thinking about yesterday's events..." Haruka mumbled to Michiru, but she was only half right, unaware there was more that went on at the Three Lights house. Speaking of... where are they? Haruka seemed a bit suspicious, something wasn't right, she couldn't help but scan the crowd, and then her gaze shifted to the stage Kira was on. "...Something is there... near Kira..." She thought, but she couldn't quite grasp what it was yet. Narrowing her gaze, she lightly but subtly nudged Michiru who was beside her, that was a hint to be on guard, something didn't seem to add up. Has anyone else picked up on this yet? Was it a youma, maybe? Haruka pondered on that thought.

Once the Outers and Chibiusa got back to the Outers residence. Everyone had a quick dinner before getting ready for bed. "Good night Haruka-papa, Michiru-mama!" She told her parents. Hotaru pulled out her phone and saw she had 5 missed calls from Seto plus a text message. She messaged him back right away since it was a bit too late for her to call him.

She changed into a pretty long lilac nightgown. She heard Chibiusa's question and nodded a knowing nod but knew she didn't need an answer.
User Image]

Once she finished changing she set her alarm for 7am so she and Chibiusa could get changed into their kimonos together. She was so excited for the festival and to get to see Seto since he had been gone for 2 months already on his overseas gaming tour. Morning rolled around before she knew it and Hotaru's phone alarm went off at 7am. She rolled out of bed and there was a knock on her door and she moved to open it. "Good morning Chibiusa-chan! How did you sleep last night? Are you ready for the festival? Oh and Seto will be joining us at the festival. He was concerned about me because of the youma attack. I told him I was fine but he insisted he was coming home." She told her friend. Hotaru had almost been too excited to sleep due to getting to spend time with her friend and her fiance. Hotaru opened her closet and pulled out a lovely lilac kimono with a branched flowers and pulled out a lovely pink one with some flowers on it with and the matching obi for Chibiusa. She got changed into it and placed a white flower hair clip with some white dangling beads in her hair. She pulled out some red hair ties for Chibiusa's buns. She took the obi from Chibiusa and tied it in place for her. "You're welcome!" She told her friend. "It is." She said excitedly with a big smile.

Once they finished changing her and Chibiusa venturing out into the living room.

Michiru had placed her Aqua Mirror in her purse when they got into the car and didn't see the blue glow from it. Once arriving at home they had a quick dinner. "Good night girls. See you in the morning." She told them. She dressed in a light pale blue nightgown and laid down next to Haruka. Haruka's phone alarm went off and she smiled at her partner. "Good morning Haruka. We should, I'm sure the girls are excited to get to spend some time together." She sat up and stretched her arms before rolled out of bed and picked up a light robe and draped it over her nightgown. She followed Haruka out of their room. "Good morning girls. How did you sleep?"

"Good morning Haruka-papa, Michiru-mama! I'm so excited for us all to be together including Seto." She said to Haruka excitedly with a bright smile.

Hotaru's good mood was contagious as she smiled at her. "Wasn't Seto on his gaming tour in America?" Michiru asked.

"He was and he was watching the concert broadcasted in Colorado and it mentioned the youma attack. He said he was worried about me and was coming back right now even though I told him I was fine. You know how protective he is of me." Hotaru told Michiru.

"Aww. He is indeed very protective of you my dear." She agreed after breakfast and going into the bedroom to get changed. Michiru combed her hair and dressed in a lovely white kimono with multicolored sakura flowers and a dark pink and pale pink obi as Haruka helped her tie it. She grabbed her small bag with her henshin wand, wallet and Aqua Mirror.
User Image

Hotaru grabbed her lilac messenger bag that included a pretty white fan with pretty wisteria flowers on it, her wallet, henshin wand, phone and a notebook with 2 writing pins.
She turned up the volume on her phone so she could hear if it rang since it would be a bit noisy. They all made their way out to the car and arrived at the tournament/festival location. She climbed out of the backseat. She to saw Kira now focused on her tournament and heard Usagi-chan from quite the distance. She chuckled softly behind her fan. As Haruka handed Hotaru her wallet she placed it in her bag. "Sure. Did you want anything? We will be right back." She asked Haruka and Michiru.

"Can you grab us each a green tea and some two dango each sweetie?" Michiru asked her.

"Of course." Hotaru replied with a smile.

Hotaru and Chibiusa left to go to the food stalls. She heard her phone beep and she replied to the text and they continued on their way to the food stalls.

Seto pulled up in his limo a few moments before Hotaru and Chibiusa left for the food stalls. He was wearing a custom white kimono with long sleeves that had his signature Blue Eyes White Dragon on it and a matching mask on the side of his head. Seto sent Hotaru a message on her phone and she answered within a moment.

He made his way towards the food stalls and saw a young lady with a familiar pink hairstyle and knew his Firefly would be with her. He made his way through the crowd.

Hotaru had stopped at the dango booth. "Four dango's and four cold green teas please." She told the vendor.

Seto came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders and rested his chin on her right shoulder.

Hotaru didn't have time to react when he did that and turned her head to the right and Seto kissed her cheek softly. "Seto!" She exclaimed while blushing, turned around quickly and threw her arms around his neck. She chuckled to herself as Chibiusa turned away.

"Hello my sweet Firefly. Did you miss me?" He asked her as he held out his card to the vendor. "1 more of each of what she's ordered." He gestured to Hotaru.

"Right away sir." He bowed to Seto and handed him his card back and he placed it in a small bag and started preparing the dango's. As it was cooking he placed 5 cold canned green tea into a bag.

"I did so badly." She told him with a bright smile as she let go of him.

Once their food was finished the vendor placed all the food in to-go containers and handed them the bag. "Have a great day." He told them.

Seto took the bag. "You as well sir." He told the vendor. "Where to now ladies?" He asked the girls.

"We haven't had breakfast yet due to being excited for the festival. Chibiusa requested some donuts which sounds delicious and I would like to get some cotton candy to share and some Konpeto. We are going to bring food to Haruka and Michiru first and then we will get something for everyone else. Then we can meet back up with the girls and Mamoru at the archery range." Hotaru told him.

Seto offered his arm to Hotaru she took it. He also offered an arm to Chibiusa. He lead the way to the next booth. "Alright how about while you both get some breakfast I can run over and get you a bag of cotton candy and a few bags of your favorite Konpeto which are the sakura mix and the purple ones correct?" Seto asked and confirmed with her.

"That sounds like a good idea Seto and yes your correct. Can you get me two large boxes of each of those Konpeto please?" Hotaru told him and asked him.

Seto nodded. "Of course my Firefly. I will split an order of donuts with you as well." He smiled at her.

"Thank you!" She told him as she leaned closer to him. "Of course. You are welcome to any of my donuts." She told him with a smile with her eyes closed for a moment.

As Haruka and Michiru took their seats next to Usagi and the Inners.
Michiru looked over at Haruka and nodded. When Haruka nudged her upon instinct she pulled out her Aqua Mirror and let it sit in her lap. Michiru glanced down for a second at her mirror and saw 2 glowing purple butterflies for a moment before they disappeared.
'What was that?' Michiru though.

Michiru leaned over and whispered in Haruka's ear. "I just had a vision of 2 glowing purple butterflies."

Mamoru had slept a lot more restfully than he thought that he might, considering everything that had transpired over the last several days. After two whole years of peace, Mamoru had started to get accustomed to normal life. No universe-ending threats, or invaders from another dimension. No memories of a life-lived once upon a time. Just him, Usako, and their talking cat. Ok, maybe normal was never really in the cards, but as close to normal as could be.
He hadn't really had time to process it til now, but it almost frightened him just how seamlessly they had all slipped back into their roles as the Earth's Guardians. There must have been some part of him that always knew that the peace was not to last, he just didn't expect it to be shattered so suddenly.
Then there was the return of the Sailor Starlights. Mamoru had never been formally introduced, seeing as he was a little preoccupied being not alive during the majority of Galaxia's campaign... he had, however, heard the stories once all had been returned to normal. He found the friendship shared between the one called Seiya and his Usako to be of particular interest. Now, Mamoru was not the jealous type. He understood Usagi's needs more than most, he would never begrudge her seeking some kind of comfort. Had he remained dead, he would even have hoped that she might find someone else and moved on one day. He would never in a million years wish that she be left alone. Mamoru did, however, find issue with what he perceived to be this Seiya's conduct. From his, admittedly limited, understanding, Mamoru believed that Seiya preyed on Usagi at her most vulnerable. Attempting to take advantage of her when she was at her lowest. This was something that Mamoru felt was downright unforgivable. However, all of that was simply water under the bridge... until Seiya and the Starlights found themselves thrust into their lives once more. Mamoru said nothing, as nothing needed to be said. He would remain cordial, for Usako's sake... but that didn't mean that their would be any love shared between the two any time soon.

Mamoru was, presently, seated beside Usagi and among their friends in the stands of the Archery tournament. He wore his usual green blazer, black turtleneck, purple-pleated pants, and two-toned brown shoes. He sat with his arms crossed, observing silently. He did not know Kira for very long, but in the short time he knew her he knew that she was an exceptionally talented archer. So talented, in fact, that Mamoru knew better than to think that whatever was going on down there could be chalked up to simple nerves or stage fright. Something was wrong... and Mamoru could sense it. "Usako", he spoke in a hushed tone; his dark brows furrowing, his sapphire gaze not once shifting as he continued to investigate what was happening below. "Something isn't right. Stay on your guard." He would finally glance in Usagi's direction, meeting her gaze with an intensity that he hoped would communicate the severity of his words. They needed to be prepared for the worst.

After having dinner, Chibi-Usa also said her goodnights, and thanked Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru once again, while taking hold of Diana. "Sleep well!"
While Hotaru was messaging Seto, Chibi-Usa couldn't help but think of the moment she witnessed Kira launch herself at the yellow rose that was planted on the ground. "Kira-chan..." she thought to herself, remembering Kira's last words - that saving something innocent that can't be protected, needed protection.

Chibi-Usa saw that Hotaru had finished and Chibi-Usa smiled, seeing Hotaru was ready to change into her nightgown, she spoke up with a comment, that Hotaru didn't need to answer, but listen "You know... Hotaru-chan... I've not ever seen anything like this, today... it was sad watching Kira-chan jump out using her body as a human shield for a rose... if only things were different for her. Sorry, I'm just a bit tired, I'll let you sleep! Good night, Hotaru-chan!" Chibi-Usa had a bit of traumatic stress herself, she felt helpless, and everything happened so fast, she was lucky the Sailor Senshi turned up, she knew this wasn't going to happen again, she had hoped not in the same way and there would be back-up covered and everyone had a better plan, for next time.

Getting changed into her nightgown, Chibi-Usa slipped into bed, and patted her pillow for Diana to join her, being close to her friend was what she needed. "Night, Diana."
"Good night, Princess, please sleep as much as you can!"
"Mhm.."

Waking up and getting changed, Chibi-Usa had a kimono of Hotaru's she was able to borrow for the day. Waking up, she could hear the excited pitter-patter of feet racing around excitedly around the house, someone was excited a certain person was going to be visiting that day.
"Good Morning, everyone!" Chibi-Usa said while rubbing her eyes, and giving her obi for Hotaru to help her put on. "Ahhh thank you! Yes, I'm ready to go! ...Oh really? Is that what I heard this morning? Someone is excited!" She giggled and listened to the conversation while holding Diana in her arms.

Everyone finally got themselves ready, they all headed to the car and drove to the festival, as expected, there were heaps of people there walking around viewing the stalls but mostly the larger crowd was all watching the archery finals taking place. While they walked towards a stall, Hotaru ordered her food, and in the distance could hear Usagi yelling out to Kira, cheering her on.

It wasn't long until Seto showed up, and the two lovebirds gave each other a kiss and a hug, resulting in Chibi-Usa looking away but giving a 'Bluhhh' expression briefly before turning back to look at them.
The three of them ventured out to get the food Hotaru, Seto, Haruka and Michiru wanted first before heading back to their friends.

"I might get something from the donut stall in a bit! Maybe we can drop off the food to Michiru and Haruka and go back and get some for the Mamo-chan, Usagi, Ami, Makoto, and Minako! Although we may need more hands to help carry...." Chibi-Usa suggested taking hold of Seto's other arm and beamed a smile towards him, and then Hotaru.

As they approached the group, Usagi in mid-yelling again to cheer Kira on, but it was like their voices were not getting heard, or rather they were still too far away from Kira.

---

Usagi watched the crowd cheering for Kira, not really hearing what Michiru and Haruka said amongst them. Everyone, the females of the group, even Haruka, were wearing Kimonos.

User Image

Sitting in the large crowd of people, Usagi could see Kira was struggling to focus. She was... just standing there holding her bow and arrow, aiming at the target.

"Kira-chan! Over hereeee! We are here for you!"

Quote:
"Usako", he said, trying to capture her attention. It took Usagi a few seconds to register he was speaking to her.

"....Hm? What is it Mamo-chan?"

Quote:
"Something isn't right. Stay on your guard."

It was at this point, that the two 'regular' looking butterflies had entered into Kira's Sensei's chest, and the one who was partnered with Hotaru, Kaiba. Both humans were connected to both Sailor Senshi, and at different times were going to transform into Phages. Phages were a youma that appeared a few years ago, during Sailor Galaxia's time. However, Sailor Galaxia was not behind these events, and it was still unknown as to whom was behind this?
"Eh? Mamo-chan?" Usagi said, looking towards him with a questionable expression on her visage. Looking back at Kira, Usagi spoke up again. "Mamo-chan, I know you don't know Kira-chan all that well but she will be okay! You are thinking about this too much!" Thinking Mamoru was referring to Kira being a bit...'off' and low confidence, however it wasn't that he meant at all.

Luna did, and understood what Mamoru meant. Taking a gaze at Mamoru, even he could see something wasn't right. The moment Kira's Sensei had brushed her hand against Kira's shoulder to ask if she was okay - the air felt... different, like the wind changed, feeling cold.
Luna narrowed her eyes, and muttered "Mamoru is right, Usagi." Not able to pinpoint where it was coming from exactly, Luna looked over at Artemis, then back at Mamoru. "We should get a bit closer to Kira..." Hinting that the best course of action is to be near the other Princess. Kira was still frozen in place like her mind had entered a different dimension. Why wasn't Usagi able to see this yet?
In the outsider's eyes, Kira was like a statue, not moving, but in Kira's mind, she was having a vision of herself, as a Sailor Senshi aiming her flamed arrow at something, letting go, and then missing.

Quote:
"Owch... why is she missing? Is she doing it on purpose?" Haruka questioned.

The comment that came from Haruka made Luna look at her. "No... how can someone like her miss? She is a born fighter, an archer. Something isn't right. We are going to get closer to her.." It wasn't long until Haruka and Michiru noticed the same thing.

Quote:
"Not sure, but today isn't her day it seems. Before she stopped and started, she just dropped the bow and arrow. I think she is distracted, she's just been staring at the target while everyone else is still pulling their hits." Artemis commented

"She is most likely thinking about yesterday's events..." Haruka mumbled to Michiru, but she was only half right, unaware there was more that went on at the Three Lights house. Speaking of... where are they?

Narrowing her gaze, she lightly but subtly nudged Michiru who was beside her, that was a hint to be on guard, something didn't seem to add up. Has anyone else picked up on this yet? Was it a youma, maybe? Haruka pondered on that thought.
'What was that?' Michiru thought.

Michiru leaned over and whispered in Haruka's ear. "I just had a vision of two glowing purple butterflies."

Overhearing the chatter between the Outers, hearing this, it seemed the Outer Senshi had started to catch on pretty quickly.
Minako looked over, being the furthest away, and spoke up. "What's going on? Why all the whispering?"
Usagi turned to her for a moment and answered "Ah! Minako-chan, they think something is wrong with Kira-chan, but she seems to be fine. She was like this during the concert too! ehehe maybe she needs encouragement from a certain someone eheheee..."

User Image
User Image

"You're right, Usagi, Kira was like this at the concert. Minako and I were at the front and she froze like this... and that's when--..."
Luna jumped on Mamoru's lap, and turned to face the three, Minako, Makoto, and Usagi, and interrupted Makoto "She's stood still for over five minutes, something is clearly wrong."
"You are overthinking it Luna!" Usagi said, trying to give Kira the benefit of the doubt. "Give Kira-chan a chance! She has done this many times! Good things take time!"
"You're not listening, Usagi!" Luna said, hissing back towards the blonde-haired young lady "We need to get closer to Kira!"
Usagi still didn't see the urgency, to get to their friend, but watched both Makoto and Minako rise from the seats they were in, along with the Outers who seemed to do the same.
Taking hold of Artemis, Minako placed him into her 'cat-safe' bag where he was able to breathe but also see the crowd, as they stood up, and began to shift themselves past the crowd. "Come on, Usagi!" Minako said, trying to hurry her friend along.
They wanted to try and get closer to Kira, who they recently met, there was danger around and they needed to make sure Kira was not going to get affected by any of this.

Meanwhile, Taiki had arrived at the festival. Letting a few of the festival organizers know that the 'Three Lights' stage equipment was in Taiki's car and that they were allowed to take it out and set it up for them. Taiki had arranged with Seiya to play at the festival during the archer's break time, however, Yaten was still ignoring Taiki's texts and calls to know what was going on, and perhaps Seiya might have a better chance at reaching out to the silver-haired Starlight instead.
"Thanks." Taiki answered them, trying to hide their disguise as best as they could, all Taiki saw were swarms of people walking around the stalls while the biggest crowd of people were seated like a stadium watching the archery take place. As he walked through the crowd, he noticed the posters of Kira wearing her Kyudo, Obi, Yugake, Hakama, Tsuru, and Tabi clothes she would wear while doing archery.
She looked happy like nothing in the world had bothered her when those photos of her were taken. The Archery Tournament Finals & Festival were mainly based around her it seemed, she was the best and the one who was going to represent their country in the world. It wasn't hard for Taiki to find where the main stage was, the people there were all cheering out her name. Amongst the crowd, were Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru, Chibi-Usa, Minako, Makoto, Artemis, Luna, Ami, Usagi, and Mamoru who all seemed to be standing up and moving towards the the stage, getting closer to where Kira was.

They weren't able to get too far, as there was a barrier that divided the crowd and the contenders, however, that didn't stop Usagi from yelling out her name again, even though Usagi only met Kira twice, she knew her secret and Usagi being Usagi, wanted to cheer her new friend on and give her as much encouragement as she could.

User Image

Taking another deep breath, Usagi was about to shout at the top of her lungs again. "KIRA-CHAN!! DO YOUR BEST! YOU CAN DO IT!!"

User Image

Chibi-Usa walked up beside Usagi and stared at her, unamused. "She can't hear you, Usagi... we are too far away still!"
Hearing this come from Chibi-Usa made Usagi puff her chest up and pout, exchanging her trademark annoyed glare towards her future child.

User Image

"Shush Chibi-Usa! You don't know that!" Usagi barked back, being her usual argumentive self. Of course, Kira heard her, and also Taiki did too. Usagi had a rather distinctive voice that everyone seemed to hear. "Of course... they're all here too..." Taiki thought and made their way over to them.

"This doesn't seem like everyone though..." Taiki commented, realizing the numbers seemed off between the Inners and Outers, approaching the group, standing next to Makoto while watching Kira, noticing her target was all missed, every single shot she had aimed at.
Makoto and Minako both looked Taiki's way, Minako took in a deep breath about to shout out their name, but was then covered by Makoto's hand over her mouth, to shut her up.

User Image

"TAI---"

"Shhh!! M-Minako!" Makoto slipped out and then looked in the same direction as Taiki. Kira had more involvement with the Three Lights/ Starlights. Star Healer insisted Kira stay with them last night, feeling responsible for Kira's attack, and their Princess, Princess Kakyuu could heal her and monitor her. In the early hours of the morning, Kira fled the scene and they had not seen her since then. Taiki was genuinely worried for her, because of Star Healer and how she was feeling.
"How's she doing? Have you guys been able to speak to her yet?" Taiki asked quietly to whoever was listening, their gaze did not shift away from Kira. Luna was the reason for Kira's actions and Kira's interactions with the group so far, so she also felt somewhat responsible due to approaching Kira at the very start giving her the henshin wand and VIP Three Lights tickets without any context to the new Princess.

User Image

"No, we haven't been able to get close to her yet. Something... doesn't feel right, and we can't quite pinpoint what it is yet... or where exactly it is coming from, so for now all we can do is keep a sharp eye on her, and her surroundings." Luna said

User Image

Nodding, Taiki agreed. "…I see."
Makoto looked around, it seemed Taiki was missing a few 'limbs' aka bandmates, since they all travel together joined to the hip, usually. "Uh, you're alone? Where is Seiya-kun and Yaten-kun?" Makoto questioned, a bit puzzled as to why Taiki was on their own.
"Seiya is on their way and as for Yaten... who knows." Taiki said, being quieter towards the end of their sentence, not mentioning the rough night they had resulted in Taiki boxing Yaten in the jaw as he did with Seiya some years ago, of course, Taiki has regretted it and maybe it could have been a slap to the face, but what's done is done. Taking out their phone, Taiki went ahead and messaged Liara again, letting her know most of the Sailor Senshi were at the festival, and that Kira wasn't doing anything but stand there. Hopefully, this will be relayed back to Yaten.

Usagi glanced at Mamoru, and spoke up "You know who I haven't seen? Liara-chan, Kira-chan's best friend! She told us she would be here... although I don't know what she looks like outside of being you-know-who. Do you think that's why Kira-chan isn't doing anything yet?" Usagi questioned, trying to find an answer, and possibly a solution to fix the problem. Usagi's eyes scanned the area, maybe there was a way in to see Kira? Or perhaps that might do more harm than good, getting closer at this stage.

*Sailor Star Catcher gave Star Maker, Star Healer, and Star Fighter her communication details from her headset, to theirs. They can communicate with each other, however, Yaten does not have this as they left their headset back home, on purpose.

User Image

Nearby was another set of ears, listening in. Although she was also disguised herself, not really - but enough to blend in with the crowd. Galaxia had seen the Sailor Senshi group heading closer towards Kira, she too would follow them, but behind enough, they wouldn't spot her just yet.

Chibi-Usa looked back at Hotaru and spoke "Hey Hotaru-chan? Let's go and get Mamo-chan something to eat while they watch!" Chibi-Usa didn't notice anything as yet, but the group were on high alert already. "I wonder if something will happen today?" she thought to herself, taking Hotaru's hand and pulling her away gently from the group. "Let's go! Donut time! We'll be back everyone!"
Unknown to Chibi-Usa... and Hotaru... they would be passing some unfamiliar - but - familiar people soon.

It was frustrating, but not at all surprising, that Usagi did not yet fully grasp the gravity of their situation. After all, Mamoru had been there at the concert, and this whole affair was starting to give him an acute sense of dejavu.
It's not like he could blame her, however. Usagi was forever the optimist, it was her nature; and Mamoru would not change that for the world. Truthfully, as frustrating as it might sometimes be, it was one of the many things that he loved about her.

With all that said, now was not the time to be passive. Now was the time to act. When Luna hopped on his lap to communicate her concerns to the girls, Mamoru felt a bit relieved that he was not the only one that had noticed that something was clearly not right.
When they had finally decided to get moving, Mamoru would rise to his feet and lead the way down, brushing past other people in the stands as they all made their descent. "Excuse me, pardon me." He spoke as their group was shot sideways glances and irritated looks from the other patrons.

As the group neared the lower stands, they would notice the entrance of the Starlight called Taiki. Mamoru's hands fell into his pants pockets, his dark brows narrowing just slightly. They appeared to have arrived alone. Odd, it seemed like that group was often a packaged deal. He was unable to continue down this train of thought, as his attention was suddenly captured by Usagi.

"You know who I haven't seen? Liara-chan, Kira-chan's best friend! She told us she would be here... although I don't know what she looks like outside of being you-know-who. Do you think that's why Kira-chan isn't doing anything yet?"

Mamoru listened, then shook his head. "I don't think so. Look at her Usako, can't you see it? There is clearly more to this than simple nerves, or stage fright. Something isn't right, I can feel it. I think we should be ready for the enemy to make their next move."

Exchanging a glance back towards Michiru as she took out her mirror telling her about seeing two glowing butterflies, this could only mean one thing. Haruka looked back towards Kira and thought. "s**t... not again."
After hearing Usagi cheer Kira on, Luna kept speaking her concerns for the group to get closer to the archer. Something in the wind... seemed unusual which left a bitter taste in the racer's mouth. "Agreed... we need to get closer." She said, standing up along with the rest of the group and moving in and around the crowd, grasping onto Michiru's hand tightly trying to stay close to her as they maneuvered through the waves of people.

Continuing on from this post ..

Seeing Rei look half asleep made Seiya lean back towards her and whisper softly "Come on, sleepyhead. . . "
Flashing a smile towards the firey princess, the idol turned their body slightly and got up from the bed, snatching the sheets out from Rei. "Oops... looks like you'll have to get the sheet back from me..." Purposely taking it from her, Seiya wrapped the sheets around themselves while taking hold of the Star Change, Seiya changed back to his usual 'bodied self' and lowered the sheet to his waist. "I'll go take a shower, it's a good thing I left my suitcase here with my extra suit . . . "
Seiya had been a bit of a local at the Shrine as of late, practically moving in. Their stuff was slowly building up into a spare room, however, last night was the first night Seiya stayed with Rei in her room.
"I promise won't use all the hot water..." Glancing back momentarily, giving Rei a smirk before disappearing into the bathroom, Seiya had to sneak past a few rooms though, hoping not to give her poor grandfather a fright or worse.

Some fan service for you all wink

Being mindful of Rei being somewhere in the Shrine, after stepping out of the shower, Seiya dried themselves off and wrapped the towel around them while walking into the spare room. The idol for some reason had casual clothes that he had hung up along with his formal suits, but his fingertips trailed along the hangers until he stopped at his trademark red suit. Having this... feeling he should wear that, at a festival of all places, was most likely a bad idea due to the public attention, especially after last night snogging Rei Hino in front of the crowd, a 'screw it' thought came over him and he took the suit off the hanger and put it on.
About thirty minutes had gone by since he last saw Rei. Admittedly, Seiya would usually use their Starlight abilities to get to places quickly, but this time he planned to rock up to the festival, with Rei Hino.

Surely Rei wouldn't take over thirty minutes to get ready in her room, right? Seiya didn't want to walk in on her, so he extended his arm to knock on the door lightly and spoke. "Hey uh... Rei, I thought we could go together..." he began to say, and warned her "I'm coming in..." letting her prepare herself in case she needed to cover anything up.
Standing in the doorway of her room, Seiya looked at his red coat and pinned the red rose to it while speaking "I thought we could get breakfast at the festival... Taiki and the others are already there." Straightening out his jacket, he added "Tai mentioned to me Yaten---Star Healer, is currently at Liara's house... dunno what for exactly but they will also be at the festival at some point." Finishing, Seiya adjusted his tie and then looked up at Rei. "Let's hope for a better day..." Now that Seiya said that, he somehow regretted his words instantly, usually that meant something was going to happen.
Walking over to Rei, he took hold of his phone, which he placed in his pants pocket, and then the Star Change that was sitting on the bed from when he got up. "Just in case..." The idol thought, his sapphire blue eyes gazed at the object, pressing his thumb on one of the star points of the Star Change causing an indentation out of frustration, before placing it inside his jacket pocket.
"…I'm ready to go when you are. We'll take my car as I have a permit."

Seiya waited for Rei, and once she was ready to leave, the two drove to the festival together. Parking the car in one of the reserved spots, of course, the Three Lights had consent to park in those spaces. Next to Seiya's car was Taiki's car, organizers were talking amongst themselves - whatever Taiki had told them to take from his car. The idol got out and walked around to Rei's side of the passenger seat and opened up the car door for his partner, while watching the organizers take a few guitars out, one being Seiya's bass guitar, it didn't take long for the idol to know what was going to happen. "Ahh.. so we're doing that here too..."
Looking back at Rei, Seiya held out their arm for Rei to take hold of, and once she had done so, the two walked towards the festival.

Much like Taiki, Seiya noticed the entrance had a few posters along the archery building, of Kira. It was like going to a Three Lights concert but it wasn't. This time Seiya and Rei were the VIP guests at Kira's Archery Tournament, even though there were other posters of other students, there seemed to be one of them, and of Kira… about ten posters. "Geez...spot the star student..." Seiya muttered, almost seeming jealous it wasn’t them, ironic considering Seiya was the main focus in a lot of Three Lights posters, so it was a bit weird to see something not Three Lights related.

"AAAHHH OMGOD IT'S SEIYAAAAA"
/ Screams of his name being uttered in a blur of words, now and then Rei's name was also being screamed /

Speaking of, it wasn't long until Seiya was spotted and the fans began to rush their way, having to think fast, he took out his sunglasses and for whatever reason 'disguised him', then placed his arm around Rei's hip and almost lifted her to move swiftly past the crowds of people screaming his name. "Sorry about that, Rei… "
It wasn't long until he spotted Taiki, and then his favorite friend, Usagi, and the rest of the Sailor Senshi in Kimonos except for Mamoru, who stood out from the rest of them.
No doubt, the crowd's screams would have caused some, if not all the friend group's attention. Seiya wanted to move up behind them quietly, but that was not the case.

Haruka turned a little bit and noticed Seiya creeping up behind Taiki, her expression spoke words of unamusement, not being his biggest fan.

"Yo, Tai." The idol acknowledged his bandmate first, who seemed to get the memo of the dress code in suit, and then looked between the group to see if Yaten was there yet, but still wasn't. Seiya's sapphire blue eyes gazed at the shorter figures of the friend group.

User Image

"Oi, Odango, you going to ignore me?" teasing as he petted Usagi's head waiting for a bitey reaction from her, he didn't notice Mamoru in the group until after speaking to Usagi. "…Mamoru. Everyone." acknowledging the rest of the group, giving a nod as a hello.
Next, Seiya turned a little to watch Kira, noticing everyone else - about ten other people were aiming at the targets and moving. The idol was a bit late to the party and questioned why the main archer wasn't doing anything. "Well.. this is boring…why isn't she doing anything...?" he slipped out in a questionable mutter.
Not only that, unlike the others, Seiya had not picked up on any unusual activity yet, however Rei most likely would have by now.

Not meaning to be late at the festival gathering. Two individuals in brightly colored kimonos stepped off of one of the trains that lead into town. They weren't the only ones dressed in brightly colored outfits, as soon as they exited several other classmates and working class individuals dawning colors of traditional attire spilled out along the walkway that was leading towards the lantern festival. It was definitely a sight to see!

User Image User Image

Ami cast her gaze downwards at her communication watch and saw the time, "Oh gosh! Look at the time, Setsuna! Do you think we're late?"

"Easy Ami, we arrived here early. Providing ourselves at least a good fifteen minutes head start. With Usagi's history for loss of time, in regards for being late to school, she will more than likely be arriving a little later than usual."

Ami's blue eyes rose back up to meet with Setsuna's eyes, as a bright smile appeared as she giggled. Not before she subtly shook her head from side to side. "Not this time, Mamoru is with Usagi and he will more than likely make sure Usagi arrives in a timely manner in order to meet up with the rest of us."

The two senshi traded looks and laughed. Setsuna reached up and delicately rubbed the bottom of her chin in thought as she scanned the surround crowd around them. "Hmm...I wonder if everyone is planning on eating breakfast first or heading directly towards the tournament. What do you think?"

"Knowing Usagi? I figure that she will more than likely be the first one in line to grab some food before hitting the stands. Can't support a fellow teammate without a little grub for energy." Ami placed her hand to hover over her mouth to hide a heartfelt giggle. Gesturing with her fan off to the side, as the two of them walked beside one another. ""Look Setsuna! Wow... there's really a crowd starting to grow by the different food venture stalls." Placing her fan just under her arm, she pulled out her cellphone and sent a text to just about everyone that they were meeting that morning (i.e. Usagi, Mamoru, Makoto, Minako, Rei, Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru, Chibiusa and quite possibly the Starlights too heart )

Setsuna in the meanwhile, as the two of them walked among the sea of people, had been monitoring their surroundings. It was truly amazing to her just how many people had gathered for this archery tournament today. Sensing that Ami had stopped briefly, she didn't want to venture on too far ahead. It was at that very moment she was about to say something to Ami when they both heard shouting above all of the conversations surrounding them.

"Kira-chan! Over hereeee! We are here for you!"

A look of surprise was evident upon Ami's face as she pocketed her cellphone. As instincts took over, both Setsuna and Ami said simultaneously to one another, "Found them!" Their comment made the two of them laugh in unison. It was funny, that in that very moment they knew that they could hone in on where Usagi and the others were just by the general direction of where the shout was emitting from.

User Image User Image

Moving forwards, the two of them bypassed the food vendors and made their way over to where the small gathering of friends could be seen along the stands. Waving towards their friends, the two of them couldn't shake the feeling that there was something going on other than the archery.

User Image User Image User Image

From their point of view, some of their friends were focused on Kira while the rest, apparently shared expressions that something was wrong. "From everyone's body language, something is amiss." Ami agreed with the nodding of her head, "By the looks trading between Mamoru, Luna and Makoto something needs to be investigated pronto." The closer they got to the group, the clearer the message was. Waving towards their friends as they moved up seeming to walk in on a big conversation going on.

"We should get a bit closer to Kira..."
"Owch... why is she missing? Is she doing it on purpose?"
"No... how can someone like her miss? She is a born fighter, an archer. Something isn't right. We are going to get closer to her.."
"Not sure, but today isn't her day it seems. Before she stopped and started, she just dropped the bow and arrow. I think she is distracted, she's just been staring at the target while everyone else is still pulling their hits."

An apologetic expression was on Ami of 'sorry we're late' but felt like there was no need for that to be said. Trading a glance at Usagi and then over at Minako as she somehow heard Minako whispering.
"What's going on? Why all the whispering?"
"Ah! Minako-chan, they think something is wrong with Kira-chan, but she seems to be fine. She was like this during the concert too! ehehe maybe she needs encouragement from a certain someone eheheee..."
"You're right, Usagi, Kira was like this at the concert. Minako and I were at the front and she froze like this... and that's when--..."

User Image "When Seiya called out to her?"
Said innocently. Thinking who wouldn't freeze when an idol picked out a single person in the crowd and asked a couple of questions? An idol that is worshiped by many! Hard to concentrate in a situation like what Kira had been placed in when Seiya and the Three Lights placed her in the limelight at the time.

"She's stood still for over five minutes, something is clearly wrong." Ami blinked a couple of times as she turned her head to look over at Luna curiously for a moment before darting her glance over at Kira who appeared to be standing motionless like a statue frozen to time ... and yet, Ami could tell that Kira was still breathing. It was hard to see from the distance that they were all standing at just what expression Kira had on display then.

"You are overthinking it Luna! Give Kira-chan a chance! She has done this many times! Good things take time!"
"You're not listening, Usagi! We need to get closer to Kira!"
"Come on, Usagi!"

Ami looked over at the others with a quizzical expression, wondering just what all they had missed out on. The urgency in Luna's voice, made her realize that something was terribly wrong. Reaching into her inside pocket of her kimono where she had her transformation wand, cellphone and palm sized computer. She withdrew the computer and started to type in an analyzing program to hopefully gather more intel on their new friend Kira. At the same time, Ami reached up and initialized her computerized visor. Which appeared like a pair of blue colored shades to the public, nothing more than that.

User Image

While taping of coordinates of where Kira was standing at, she saw that they came up to a barrier that was preventing them from getting closer. Making some small adjustments on her computer she became slightly distracted as Usagi shouted louder.

"KIRA-CHAN!! DO YOUR BEST! YOU CAN DO IT!!"

Feeling a bit rattled and dazed slightly by the shout it took her a moment to focus once more to see what readings she was able to pick up on Kira's health and well being presently.

There was some conversation going on at the side, which sounded like Chibiusa scolding Usagi for the shouting. The telltale arguing that commenced thereafter, verified it was indeed Chibiusa and Usagi going at it. Remaining focused, she happened to notice movement off from the side. Lifting her blue eyes up, she recognized the individual who had approached their small gathering. Feeling like a deer in headlights she recognized the person to be Taiki!

"TAI---"
"Shhh!! M-Minako!"

"How's she doing? Have you guys been able to speak to her yet?"
It took Ami a good minute to realize that Taiki actually addressed them. When he cast his glance at each of them, and when Taiki's eyes settled upon where she stood. Ami purposely glanced back down at her computer and found that she was at a loss of words at that very minute. Completely embarrassed and shy for some reason!

User Image User Image

"No, we haven't been able to get close to her yet. Something... doesn't feel right, and we can't quite pinpoint what it is yet... or where exactly it is coming from, so for now all we can do is keep a sharp eye on her, and her surroundings."
"…I see."

Sensing that Taiki had his attention focused on Luna, she breathed a sigh of relief. Talk about embarrassing! Now was not the time on frilly little emotions to get in the way. Taiki was most definitely a distraction! It was time to be serious and focus on the task at hand. Getting to the bottom as to what was going on with Kira presently!

"Uh, you're alone? Where is Seiya-kun and Yaten-kun?"
"Seiya is on their way and as for Yaten... who knows."
Ami's fingers stopped moving along the keypad of her computer when she heard that both Seiya and Yaten weren't with him. Casting her glance off to the side, she wondered why Taiki whispered the last part of his statement in regards to Yaten. Glancing up past the rim of her visor Ami happened to notice that there was signs of emotional distress written along the features of Taiki's face then. She had never seen Taiki appear distressed like this before. Perhaps something happened that he isn't willing to forthcoming at the moment?

An ice breaker entered into the fray then by Usagi. Apparently at some point the bickering contest going on between Usagi and Chibiusa ceased. "You know who I haven't seen? Liara-chan, Kira-chan's best friend! She told us she would be here... although I don't know what she looks like outside of being you-know-who. Do you think that's why Kira-chan isn't doing anything yet?"

"I don't think so. Look at her Usako, can't you see it? There is clearly more to this than simple nerves, or stage fright. Something isn't right, I can feel it. I think we should be ready for the enemy to make their next move."

User Image

Setsuna had moved along with the group, slightly separating herself further down the line. Narrowing her gaze over at the archer who's body language just screamed she didn't want to be there. There was a part of her that understood to a degree as to what Kira might of been experiencing then. She could also tell that Kira was stumped. Setsuna gathered that the young woman wanted to be there and yet, the struggling expression appeared as though Kira was having some kind of internal battle with emotions. Unable to complete multiple tasks at hand as well as perform at capacity.

"Hey Hotaru-chan? Let's go and get Mamo-chan something to eat while they watch! Let's go! Donut time! We'll be back everyone!"

User Image

Upon hearing 'Small Lady' speak up, brought Setsuna out of her thoughts then. Redirecting her line of sight over at Chibiusa who was addressing Hotaru, while pulling her friend along for a great escape. Well an escape to gather food and return. Still.. seeing 'Small Lady' scamper off with her friend Hotaru did make Setsuna wonder if those two would be alright, alone in this massive crowd without an adult escort. Watching as the two vanished out into the crowd, she felt a tugging at her heart along with the sense of duty to protect by following after them.

User Image

Casting a glance over towards Mamoru and Usagi, she hoped that they would understand her concerns. Feeling as though that there were enough senshi present to protect their future Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion. Setsuna provided a mutual nodding of her head towards Usagi and Mamoru before backing away from the barrier to follow after Chibiusa and Hotaru. Not that they couldn't take care of themselves, she gathered that it would be safer in numbers.

By the time Setsuna had departed to follow after Chibiusa and Hotaru. There seemed to be a sudden exaggerated ground shaking moment of a rather large flock of fans started to run past where they all stood screaming loudly.

"AAAHHH OMGOD IT'S SEIYAAAAA"

Causing several of those in their group to stand there in slight shock as the stampede of people raced off into the direction of where the famous idol Seiya had appeared. In the wake of the stampede were hand fans, tournament pamphlets, among other trinkets littering the ground. At least their small gathering area around the barrier wall had lessened and there was now more breathing room available without feeling cramped!

A shaded guy emerged off from the side, with someone following in tow. Ami somehow was able to look past the hazy dust cloud that had dispersed since the crowd of fans ran off chasing after their dream idol. "Yo, Tai." A very familiar voice spoke up, causing Ami to turn around see that Seiya had arrived and was now talking to his bandmate, Taiki. Smiling a little to see that two of the Three Lights was now present, she wondered where their third bandmate was. Shifting her gaze slightly, Ami was pleased to see that Rei finally made her appearance too! Breaking the serious expression long enough to wave and smile in greeting towards their fellow friend and senshi priestess!

"Oi, Odango, you going to ignore me?" Seeing how Seiya greeted Usagi, she couldn't help but snuff out a small laugh that dared sneak out. For Mamoru's benefit, Ami politely refrained in reacting to how Seiya always acted around Usagi.

"…Mamoru. Everyone."

User Image

"Hi Rei! Hello Seiya!" Trading a look between all of them before glancing back at Seiya and Rei, "Welcome to the party!" Knowing how that might of sounded coming from someone like her, she was trying to make the greeting feel more welcomed than distressed. With circumstances presently taking place, the ground they walked upon felt like eggshells were just about everywhere.

"Come on, sleepyhead. . . " A hushed giggle escaped from Rei then, as she heard Seiya trying to completely waken her. That smile! That Seiya displayed then, made Rei react bashful in a sleepy manner, in response to Seiya. Seeming to purposely for a moment hide behind the sheets playfully.

Apparently two can play this game, feeling the sheets being taken away in a quickened snatch up! "Oops... looks like you'll have to get the sheet back from me..." A realistic expression of shock and surprise became evident now that the only cover surrounding her had been sneakily taken away from her then.

"Seiya!" Rei said in a normal, albeit-in-a-bit-hushed tone. She didn't want to wake up grandpa since she knew he was somewhere down the hallway. Unless he slept in one of the spare houses on property.

Standing there bare for all to see, she couldn't get angry at Seiya for that sneaky little move. Knowing if she was a little more awake, she would have done something similar as well. Rei's amethyst colored eyes followed where Seiya's hand reached out taking up the Star Change. In an instant, Seiya's form shifted, as the sheet they had stolen now became a makeshift cover to hide the lower parts of Seiya's body. "I'll go take a shower, it's a good thing I left my suitcase here with my extra suit . . . "

"Uh-huh... shower... that does sound good about now." Rei squinched up her nose and stuck out her tongue playfully at Seiya who was now half wrapped up in the bedsheet. Laying prone along the bed, as Rei propped up her elbows along the mattress. Both hands forming a supportive cup for her chin as she watched Seiya slowly make their way towards the bathroom. Grinning to herself to the sexy display on hand before her. 'The private' little show that Seiya had just for her. "I promise won't use all the hot water..." Rei giggled to herself, as she watched Seiya make a hasty departure to find the guest bathroom down the hallway.

Now that she was alone, Rei knew that she too needed to shower and get ready for the big day at the archery tournament and lantern festival. Rolling over and off of the bed, she headed in the direction of where her bathroom was. Rei wasn't one for taking long showers, unless it was absolutely needed to relax and unwind from the day. Taking a short shower to freshen up for the day, she wasn't in there long and she did manage to receive hot water. Recalling that Seiya promised he wouldn't use up the hot water. As soon as the water was turned off, Rei had already dried off in the shower stall. Walking towards the mirror as she towel dried her hair, Rei took the time to cast a glance up at the clock. As the arms on the clocked appeared to be moving fast, she took it upon herself to move at a steady pace to get ready. She was already accustomed with wearing her miko clothing, when not at school. So placing on a traditional kimono without assistance was an easy task. Rei was wanting to be ready and waiting for Seiya for when he was ready to go. Placing on an application of natural makeup, she checked out her attire one last time before the mirror. Slightly adjusting her kimonos' accessories before providing a nod to herself that she appeared to be ready to leave.

Rei had just enough time to straighten up the bedroom and make up the bedding, when she heard a light rapping knock at the door. "Hey uh... Rei, I thought we could go together..." Standing back upright, she moved to pick up her light ornamental bamboo umbrella (which was still closed - not open). "I'm coming in..."

As Seiya strode in past the sliding door, she could see him pinning a red rose along his signature jacket known to all. "I thought we could get breakfast at the festival... Taiki and the others are already there." Rei couldn't help but watch as to how Seiya was making sure he was presentable. The fine tuning of pinning the rose, to straightening out his jacket caused a small smile of approval to his actions. "Tai mentioned to me Yaten---Star Healer, is currently at Liara's house... dunno what for exactly but they will also be at the festival at some point."

Rei canted her head off to the side in curiosity to Seiya's statement of Yaten's current whereabouts. That was odd to hear that Yaten was Liara's house. Remaining quiet for the duration of Seiya speaking towards her, she was just reflecting in all that had transpired in the last twenty-four hours. Her amethyst eyes had settled upon Seiya's experienced hands that were in the process of adjusting his tie. "Let's hope for a better day..."

User Image

The moment Seiya walked over beside her to retrieve his cellphone and Star Change, Rei's eyes were still in a sense fixated upon when she had watched him adjust his tie. His statement, "Let's hope for a better day..." Lingered in her thoughts. Rei's lips moved to say something but she refrained from speaking. Somehow in the back of her mind, Rei already had a feeling that the new day was going to be specially challenged. Knowing Seiya undoubtedly picked up that something was on her mind, Rei turned her body slightly around to provide a small smile, while lightly biting her lower lip. "One can only hope that things will turn out better.. right?" Upon inspecting what was picked up off the bed, was none other than Seiya's Star Change, his silent actions caused Rei to respond in a likewise manner.

User Image

Holding out her transformation wand for Seiya to see, "You're not the only one who's going to be prepared if things get real." Recalling how many times, long ago in the distant past when they all were awakened and Usagi of all people would forget to bring her transformation brooch and wand to a fight. Usagi was not forgetful like that anymore.

User Image

Allowing the sleeve of her kimono on her left arm to naturally fall back revealing her wrist communication device. "With the history of our group, it's better to be safe than sorry." Rei said with a small smirk forming at the corner of her ruby painted lips.

"…I'm ready to go when you are. We'll take my car as I have a permit." Rei nodded her head, she was ready to go and hopefully start their day off on the right foot. It wasn't long until the two of them climbed inside Seiya's car and drove across town towards the festival. It did not seem to take them too long to get to their destination. The two of them had been having small talk with one another on the drive over. As Seiya pulled the car into a parking spot, Rei noticed that Taiki's car was right beside him. She also took note that there were a bunch of people around hauling off musical instruments. Was this planned? Them singing? Or was this a last minute gig placed together? Not really thinking too much about it, the car door opened as she glanced up to see that Seiya was holding out his arm for her to take. Gladly accepting the assist to get out of the car. She wrapped up the long sleeves of her kimono and robes as she stepped up and out of the car.

Holding onto Seiya's arm as the two of them walked together, she found that they had stopped briefly to glance up towards the ginormous posters of archers plastered up along the walls and temporary billboards. One person stood out among the other images of archers... it was Kira.

"Geez...spot the star student..."

Was that... jealousy she heard from Seiya then? Rei turned her head towards Seiya about to say something when suddenly everything around them came to an abrupt halt. What followed soon thereafter was a loud shout followed by a multitude of screams!

"AAAHHH OMGOD IT'S SEIYAAAAA"

Rei's eyes widened to the size of dinner plates when she saw a large mob of grayed out people running towards Seiya screaming his name and ... her name too?? Rei was NOT accustomed to hearing her name shouted out in the air, unless it was from her best friend, Usagi. They were about to have to make a mad dash off somewhere so not to get run over by all those people. It was in a fraction of a second, she noticed that Seiya remained cool headed and removed a set of darkened sunglasses and placed them on. Feeling time go from a slowed down pace to a instant speed upgrade, when she felt Seiya's arm wrap around her hip and the sensation of being lifted up and moved in haste. Those wide eyes were still present as she realized Seiya had quite literally scooped her up and carried her out of range of the crowd that no doubt could have been dangerous.

"Sorry about that, Rei… " Once Seiya had set her back down on the ground, Rei felt like she was glowing beacon of light. Blushing from the unexpected lift and hasty transport outta there to escape the wild crowd of fans chasing after their idol! "S-s-sure, no problem Seiya. Thanks for the rescue." Rei managed to say as she regained her composure. Fanning herself briefly as she thought to herself, 'You can rescue me anytime!' Making sure to straighten out her kimono since it had gotten bunched up in certain areas that some might deem inappropriate.

Noticing Seiya sensing that the close was clear and manage to locate their group of friends by spotting Taiki first. Rei was in the final process of lightly ironing out her attire using the palm of her hand, when she glanced upwards to see Haruka take notice of how Seiya was sneaking up on his bandmate Taiki.
"Yo, Tai."

Meanwhile, Rei took it upon herself to take the friendly, forward approach and greet both Haruka and Michiru since they were close by, "Hello Haruka and Michiru, you two look cute by the way." Dotting on the outfits that they had on, if it wasn't obvious, they were the "cute couple" among friends. Rei had a feeling that Haruka didn't like being called 'cute' but knew that Michiru didn't mind. She started to say something else when she could feel an odd pulling along her psychic abilities. Her facial reaction to this sensation would have been obvious as she would not have been able to place up a fake mask up in response to act as if nothing was wrong.

Several flashes of images spontaneously flashed from behind Rei's amethyst eyes like a camera bulb flashing when images were being captured at a rapid rate. Her psionic form taking shape and color along the psi-plane as she watched events unfold before her very eyes in a grayed out film in a slow motion picture.

User Image User Image User Image

Silhouetted images of various people being grayed and darkened out, as the figures began to move into an archer stance. Simultaneously longbows were being stretched out as far as archer's arms and bodies allowed. Holding onto the tension as the arrows were let loose. Wooden and iron lead arrows flew throughout the air in an arch as each arrow rained down upon circular targets in the distance. In between the greyed out figures stood a naturally colored figure whose skin appeared to be pallor, against the gradient colors of white, gold, maroon and... a shade of blue? A blue aura that surrounded the female among the crowd. The individual had a strong grip upon the longbow but was hesitant in shooting the arrow within her grasp. The arrow, was lit as if it was on fire. No ordinary flames licked along the surface of the arrow, the colors were gradient shades of purple and blue. As she watched the female individual react to the flames, dropping her longbow and arrow in the process. As the person turned to depart the area, the tied back hair came undone. Which caused long rows of auburn and dark brown hair to cascade and flow out at an extremely long length that touched the ground surrounding the archers feet. Trying to catch a better glimpse of who the individual was, Rei was stunned on the psionic plane as she experienced a high grade flash of blinding violet light erupting outwards in a fireworks display. The brilliant display of light, caused Rei to raise both hands to shield herself only to take notice that the light firing off vertically and horizontally began to bend and form in multiple curved symmetrical structures that began to close in on itself in sections of four points. The points began to take shape of what appeared to be warped violet and pink butterfly wings as well as the shape of a handheld mirror.

What truly began to shock Rei was the fact the form of the butterflies moving in slow motion began to take on the silhouetted shapes of people. Having moved forwards on the psionic plane to have a much closer inspection of the butterflies themselves. The power behind the butterflies must have sensed her presence and sent a shockwave of air blasting back against her. Causing her form to slam against the image of the handheld mirror in her mind. Her body fracturing on impact along the surface of the mirror's glass. A silent scream erupted from Rei as she watched her form splinter and shatter into pieces like glass. This sensation of breaking apart into pieces forced Rei out of the psionic plane and back into the present. She was shaking, while feeling her color drain away in a pale manner. Feeling absolutely breathless and caught off guard for that brief fleeting moment.

Gasping for a breath, with a look of shock and distress evident across her features. It took Rei a moment to collect herself and realize that she was no longer on the psionic plane. Reaching up with her bare hand and fingertips, to feel the left side of her face to make sure she herself had not been broken apart and sliced up like she was in the vision. A shaky sigh of relief escaped as she swallowed the dryness that had formed in her mouth. Still trying to get her bearings she noticed that Michiru and Haruka were standing close by to Rei when the vision struck her. Not realizing how long she had been held in the vision, she gathered that the vision must have been quick. Mainly due to the fact she saw Haruka's reaction to seeing Seiya sneaking up on his bandmate and soon thereafter finding his friend, Usagi.

"Oi, Odango, you going to ignore me? …Mamoru. Everyone."

"Hi Rei! Hello Seiya!"

Rei shifted in her stance a bit startled at Ami's greeting and not meaning to do so. Just the loudness of a voice on approach seemed to make her feel jumpy. Rei saw Ami's expression shift to worry in an instant, as Rei tried to wave her friend off. "Sorry.. I..." Realizing that they were not alone on this playing field. Hearing Ami say something but her friend's words' were muted and muffled at the time, all Rei could see was Ami's mouth moving. Looking past her friends' towards the field of archers. Those people in her vision were no longer greyed out. They all appeared to be normal. And the particular individual with long, floor length hair was different. Rei wanted to ask if anyone had seen an individual with ground length flowing hair on the field. But she refrained from asking anything, as she just stared at the colors of the archer who donned the colors: white, gold, maroon with a touch of blue - tied, along her hair.

Mamoru's focus shifted when he heard the crowd shout for Seiya, his cerulean gaze shifting away from Usagi. "Oi, Odango, you going to ignore me?"

He bristled slightly when the idol, so familiarly, stepped into Usagi's space to pat her head. Seiya's return was already not sitting well with The Earth Guardian, but this interaction only served to add more fuel to the fire. It didn't help that it was made abundantly clear that Seiya had not even bothered no notice or consider Mamoru before initiating their greeting. "…Mamoru. Everyone." Instinctively, Mamoru would step in beside his fiance. Draping an arm tenderly around her waist, as his free hand slipped into his pant's pocket. He would smile pleasantly at Seiya, returning the greeting. "Good morning, Seiya. How... delightful to see you again."

As everyone's focus returned to Kira, Mamoru's eyes would narrow as he continued to look on, vigilant for whenever the enemy might make their move. Mamoru's attention once again shifted when Rei finally joined the group. It became immediately clear to Mamoru that something wasn't right. He shifted to face her, his brows furrowing, as he called out to her. "Rei, you had a vision didn't you? What did you see?"

"Good morning, Seiya. How... delightful to see you again."

"Likewise...."

Watching Mamoru and his sudden action towards Usagi seemed like he was 'subtly hinting' to stay away from her, and refrain from touching his Princess. Seiya could see in Mamoru's eyes he was protective, naturally, and so he should be... after all, Seiya would die for her too.
Maybe from all the talk and the concert last night, Mamoru might have already heard rumors about Seiya and Rei, and possibly there was a spark or two, yet that didn't stop Seiya from teasing Mamoru making him think differently.

The idol was bored, not much was happening at the moment, and perhaps Mamoru to a point was most likely feeling the same. Seiya on the outside seemed calm and chill but on the inside, he was feeling rather anxious, mainly because Yaten hadn't spoken a word nor messaged him back. Maybe killing some time and a distraction was in order, and Mamoru was just the distraction.
"Hm.." he snorted a light huff at Mamoru's fake-a** smile and the words he used, now this was going to give Seiya some brief amusement and get to know the guy a bit more. Could he handle an idol like Seiya Kou?

Shoving his hands in his pants pockets, he nudged Taiki's waist with his elbow and moved away from his blonde friend, walking around the back of them to the other side of where Mamoru stood, giving Taiki a certain expression that screamed trouble, flashing his bandmate a cheeky smile before standing next to Mamoru, relaxing his expression.

"So... Mamoru... you don't have any plans after watching the tournament…?" he asked simply, his tone struck as curious yet there was always a reason behind Seiya's questions, turning his sapphire blue gaze towards the Prince's blue eyes.

"Vision?" Seiya repeated, furrowing his eyebrows in caution to Mamoru's statement he witnessed.

Hearing Mamoru notice first, made Seiya lean back to take a look at the shrine maiden's expression, which now changed the idol's smug display
to worried. "...Rei? What is it?" she looked like she had seen a ghost!

The fire priestess kept her stare at Kira, which caused Seiya to look back at the archer again. "It's Kira..." The idol exclaimed quietly, threading his fingers through the fence, grasping tightly. Seiya scanned the area for an opening in hopes of reaching the archer for Rei's relief, but there was no way inside, the archers were literally boxed inside from the crowd.

"s**t, only people with event passes are allowed in there... I wonder if Star Catcher is here yet..." he thought to himself. Perhaps Taiki knew, or maybe...just maybe he could use his fame to his advantage...
