There seemed to be a different feeling in the air. Survival class was taking place at night again but there was something different about it. There was no hiding it, Hades was focused and the whole demeanor of the class was not similar to that of last time. There were no games, there was no taking of weapons. It was straight business. “Aurtrox gave the blessings for this mission to be a success. On the surface, we are just destroying a criminal's operation base. However,... I don't have to tell either of you the final goal.” He commented before petting Cereby. “Who's a good girl. Yes you are” He commented sweetly before continuing. “I'm not sure how this will go. I have a plan... I doubt go as smooth, but looking at the roster most of team Shank is going to be in class. So I have people I trust.” He was already making preparations. This was going to be fast, quick and honestly it was probably going to take a lot of effort for it to not go off the rails. But, hey Autrox said live experience is better than any fake scenario. But this was also about getting rid of the past for good. He had to wonder how many faunus they had in the class. That would determine rather to go for broke or not . He didn't need to say more. That was left said back in the loft.
[3 Hours Before Class Time]
Listening to information Blair received, he would think about what he had already planned for the Survival class. It was going to be mission style either way, but with the information that was given there was something more that could be done. Rubbing his chin,....they saw the others....but with Blair not there.... It hit him. Well, with Aphrodite not there. It was a risk, but they were the good guys in this right? If all that would truly pay attention was going to be dead or knocked out would it matter? Or maybe a different disguise? “A disguise for tonight my dear...Or just go as Blair.. the librarian,” He wasn't making sense. What was he trying to do? What was the idea? Thinking about the fake dust Blair brought up, and the compounding it with the SxS bandits proclamation and rumors that a new partnership was formed between the Man with the Dirty Shoes and SxS....Hades came up with an idea. “You are going to be a slave trader for the night. The faunus that show up for class will be grouped with you... and you are going to sell them for some Dust....Once you get the information on where the dust is at , since he is a loud mouth, going to relay it and have a group go to destroy the piles of fake dust. Considering everything, I sure it'll make a big boom and destroy the house of operation. During this time, most of the security going to pulled by my group. Badasses that like to fight. One group distraction. One group Bait. And One group the destruction. And when the mission is over.......we will be the last ones to leave..just to make sure our problem doesn't occur again. That means unfortunately the savory feel of killing him with my own hands is out the question. I probably be tasked with eliminating his little...toy”He commented. He would await to see her thoughts on the plan. If all was well with her, then it was set. If any adjustments needed to be made, he would do it. He was unsure though on one thing, who would lead the stealth group. Need something or someone that could see easily at Night. A certain tiger was swishing its tail, but Hades was ignoring her attention whoring self.
[Back at Courtyard next to Air Ship before 1st student arrives]
“Lets go get ready shall we?” Hades commented as he would go inside the air craft. There were signs that pointed for students to go in along with staff there to help. They would be able have their weapons checked and dust allotments given before getting on the airship. They would also be given communicators that fit into the ear like airpods. Hades would be in the front leaning around the left side of the ship. Behind him was a big A . Next to him would be a B and father away would be a C. At C, Cereby was sitting there swishing her tail as the class would come. A loop announcement would play as students entered; “Bad Asses who love to fight on and on please stand in group A. All Faunus please Gather in Group B. All those who specialize in stealth, explosives, or do not fit the other 2 categories please gather in C. If you fit more than one description, make a choice between one or the other. Re-arrangements will occur before landing if needed. “ As the message looped, Hades would wait and watch as the teams would come in. He wouldn't say anything. He would just note and think. Once all the teams were there and settled in and people sorted into where they see fit (meaning the teams should not all be together if don't fit the description). He would just add up instead of doing roll call. Once finished, the show would begin.
“Welcome to Survival Class. Today we will be doing a mission. Destroying a warehouse in the outskirts and dealing decisive blow to a criminal organization. Please Keep in mind that this is no training. Fire is live. They will aim to kill or severely hurt. We going to stick to the plan, and everything else should run smoothly. I will be over group A. We are going to be the distraction. It's going to be risky. Going to get rocky. However, we will fight and press on. Once the signal is given to retreat you all will go back to the air ship and I will cover so you can get out the building. Group B is going to be bait. You will be used as prisoners in the faunus slave trade. You will listen closely to Misses Wright and follow her commands. Once the information needed is retrieved you will be updated. Depending on situation may be asked to retreat. You may be tasked to stay put as trophies. When the command is given for you to retreat (or it becomes obvious) Misses Wright will cover for you as you all retreat. Group C, you will be lead by Cereby. She will act as your scout. Once the information is provided on where the fake dust is located, you will all head to that location and plant explosive time charges. Once set, half of you will provide cover for the path to the air ship, while the other half will provide cover inside to get group B out of there after the explosion go off. If done correctly, then they will be hit fast, hard, and confused. Too confused to gain their composure before its all over. Don't worry about Cereby in all of this after explosion occurs. She can take care of herself and will be helping with cover. As you get back to the ship, if you have range weapons, make sure to help provide cover so we can have our exit clear. I know its a lot and may not remember everything...You will be given step by step directions. So, do NOT take out your ear pieces unless instructed to do so. “ A pause would be made. He would let out any reactions and craziness occur that may occur. Some people may disagree with the idea. He didn't care.
“Survival in this world is more than about fending yourself from Grimm.” He would add before looking at the groups. He would re-balance them if need be but first he needed see what he was working with. “Please stay in your designated group you assigned yourself to and keep the noise down.” Hades commanded. What changes to make.....

The days leading up to Survival Class meant a serious Hades. He was often viewed as a fool but when it came to business he was dangerous, his mind cunning and devious. Just one of the many things Blair found very attractive and she tried to slip in attention for herself from time to time. Sometimes it was successful other times she was waved off so he could continue his scheming. Such focus only grew as the day came, yet, Blair’s mind was having a hard time focusing on the “mission”. Something had come up and after various tests there was no doubting it. Sadly throughout the day she found it difficult to bring it up to Hades. He was a busy bee getting everything ready and so she helped him waiting for the best opportunity to bring it up. Part of her pondered if it were best to wait for the end of the class but, at the same time she just wanted to let him know as soon as possible. She didn’t think it would be a huge factor for the mission however, one never knew. It was best he was aware so certain actions on her part, if it became necessary, would not be seen negatively.
”I’m surprised… actually not really… Aurtrox is… a curious character.” Blair commented as she watched him spoil his pet tiger with affection. Cereby truly was the best girl. ”The end goal won’t be missed. Hades I…” She added knowing full well that the students were going to be used as a distraction for Hades and/or herself to be able to get the task done. Blair thought the chance to give him the news was now; however, she was interrupted as he began to drift into his focus once more mentioning things could get complicated. ”Good thing we are both excellent at winging it.” Something they both picked up in their line of work. The best plans could go up in smoke. Being able to adapt was important.
-------
The day was coming to an end. Just hours before class yet she still had not managed a chance to speak to him. Every attempt met with failure, met with him wishing to know the information she had gathered, or repeat it and confirm. Blair was beginning to feel a little fidgety, anxious to let it be known but how? She had to do it soon for once the first student arrived it was going to be impossible to have a moment as the mission took priority.
”I’ll go as the Librarian. No need for a disguise.” Librarian was a mask in a way. She however would not take her main weapon. That hammer of her was used for her more darker acts and she was not going to risk being identified, especially after combating various students during a deadly night. It seemed her answer went unheard as he already began to plan. It seemed she had misunderstood his original intention. In silence she listened to him. IT was his mission. She was there to help where needed. He was smart. He would ask her for opinions if he needed it. ”Guess I have to hide my fluff,” she stated in reference to her tail. It was going to be difficult to play a faunus slave trader if she was a faunus herself. It was in times like these only having a small little tail came in handy. ”I’ll get materials and supplies ready before heading to the airship to help with the farse.” Noticing Cereby’s tail she snickered. ”I think someone is feeling excluded. She would be nice to help guide one of the groups. The rest seems fine.” Blair stated as she pet Cereby behind the ears. She was an excellent companion in combat.
”I’ll meet you at the airship 30 minutes before class.” As much as she wanted to give him the news she needed to make sure she was ready. Having to play a slave trader implied certain supplies.
-------
Just as she had agreed, she was at the airship 30 minutes before the class. Hades it seems though was running late. It did not matter. Placing the bag of supplies she had selected into the cargo of the airship she would then slip into the cockpit and begin checking the coordinates, logging them into the system.
The patter of tiger paws on the ground outside gave way to Hades arrival. There was not a lot of time left. Taking in a deep breath she grabbed hold of Hades and sat him down into a random seat in the airship. ”I need one minute from you. I’ve been trying to tell you something all day!” She demanded as her forehead pressed lightly into his as she stood before his seated form. ”I can officially call you baby daddy.” Her eyes stared into his golden hues unwavering. A hand rose and a finger was placed against his lips to keep him silent. They had previously discussed this possibility but she did not want him entering some sort of frantic state before the mission. ”I… Ahem. We will be fine. I got this.” She was not some helpless creature, she was a fighter. She wasn’t going to sit on the sidelines. There was a plan in her mind to make sure nothing happened.
A soft press of her lips met his forehead before backing away. The sounds of the first students arriving could be heard in the background.
-----
As Hades met with them and explained the mission Blair waved her arm simply in the air when her name was mentioned. ”Alright. You heard him. Get in your seats so I can fly us out of here.” The Librarian could always pilot! ”Once we land, group B stay in the aircraft. We need to prep before heading off.” She knew some of the faunus present weren’t going to like it but, that was the mission. Sometimes one had to do things that made one uncomfortable. With nothing more for her to say she slipped into her seat ready to fly them out of them as Hades would clarify questions on the way.

Mira had been out when the message came in. She'd been trying to spend as little time around Kuro lately as possible. Not exactly the best timing on his part to piss her off. But, seeing as she had to get ready, she'd finally returned to their dorm and got changed. Which basically just meant putting on her harness, shorts, and grabbing her jacket before gathering her equipment. As far as she knew, she was the first one out of the dorm and made her way to the designated area. She was not expecting the announcement. Frankly, the announcement to separate the faunus irritated her, but, he was a teacher right? Hip cocked to the side, she gazed at the flags, then the teacher. Not bothering to don her jacket yet, she stepped to the indicated spot for faunus as further information seemed to indicate the assignment may not be permanent. As she could easily be mistaken for human until touched, she figured to just be honest about it and see where things went from there."Quick note, something involving water, I'm better suited there."
She stood there, waiting as others began to join them. She'd actively avoid standing near Kuro if he joined her, but, otherwise simply waited. When the teacher brought them up to speed though, she stiffened. "Bait?! What the hell?!"She was about to ask more, but, he simply spoke over her, further explaining the details. They were dismantling a slave trade operation? At least is explained things a little more logically. And, it was a good cause? Still, the idea sounded bad. Especially given, if they did think she was faunus, which she was, the concept of a 'trophy' did not sound promising, especially with how she was dressed. She reluctantly put in her earpiece just as the pilot urged them onto the ship. Hoping things went well, she begrudgingly stepped on board and took her seat.
Aya was… well she wasn’t having the best time lately, her team just got separated and she was in a horrible mood for a few days already, sleeping alone in a room was something she couldn’t get used to, not again. She would get the message of where the class took place in and once the time came she left for the designated place and could not believe the fact her entire team was there! what? Why?! Aya was indeed happy to see them but it also hurt her quite a bit, her heart pounded fast for a few seconds before she suppressed her emotions into an empty smile, good thing it’s one of her tribe’s specialties. Aya would hear the explanation of the mission and placed the earpiece in its place but was sure to turn the volume down a bit to not blast her ear with a loud noise of some student yelling for some reason and walked over to where the librarian was (B) and walked specifically towards Mira “hey there nice to meet you, my name is Aya and well… guess we will be working together if they don’t change up things, let’s get this done the best we can!” she said with a slight giggle trying to act as much as her usual self. But little did she know, she will be even more emotional later. tabOOC — ❄ new format!! tabICY SHIELD — ❄tabtab deactivated tabCOOLDOWN — ❄tabtab deactivated tabOUTFIT — ❄tabtabhttps://i.imgur.com/BAvgtg6.png tabPOST COUNTS — ❄tabtab # 0 9 2

Despite the experience and ordeal, things had been strangely...the same. All save one thing at least; D lost her wings entirely. It had been a surprise for the moth to hear she shared a similar role that night as the hunted, only it seemed she fared far worse than he or Svafnir had. His injuries were not permanent, and he was able to recover from them with time. Hers...he was not quite sure what the specifics for as he did not ask, nor want to know, but whatever happened to her wings it was apparently enough that she had them removed entirely. He was used to just seeing himself and Lucifer Lux with their ruined wings; or, in the former's case, her grafted wings rather than natural ones. A testament to what they suffered for their coming of age trial. To see it happen to a butterfly...while part of him thought he would be ecstatic at another feeling his own pain he was not. It brought him no joy or sense of justice to see it on another for he knew how cruel a fate it could be. Death was more merciful, and more what he would deliver, than the stripping of ones wings. As such he...became less vocal in his dislike of her and more so avoided interaction as he processed such an event. Unsure of how to think of or treat the accursed butterfly, given his own hate for them conflicting with seeing another who now was robbed of flight like himself. Not that he would admit such a thing openly though; he did his best to try and keep his distance from the butterfly. The one positive thing, from his own ordeal in the purge, was to find a worthy warrior in Svafnir that he could trust to hold his own.
That was neither here nor there though. Today was their class day, minus O, who had taken an indefinite leave due to family. It was a shame to lose one of their better fighters, but it could not be helped and priorities had to be made. The spot was still there for O; assuming he did return. Not many would be eager to join a team that had two members of opposed warring factions in it. Arriving with or without his team, as he did have a penchant to go off on his own, Miserorum would arrive at the ship at night. This was likely why he was not dreading class and was active; it was his ideal time to be awake and do things. His usual drowsiness gone as he returned to his old lifestyle in a way; back to a Nocturne. He had arrived with his full kit of gear, as one could never be too careful, though no dust. Mostly because the dust allocating area was not open when he had checked. He would see a sign saying to go inside and he was met by staff who wanted to look over his weapons...which he did so begrudgingly as he did not want them damaging his cloak or any of his other equipment. Thankfully, they did no such thing. They would even provide him with dust; in regards to small dust he got two wind, two water, two fire, and two earth dust. In regards to large dust it was one heavy gravity dust, one light gravity dust, and one electric dust. He did not know what to expect as of yet so he was going for variety. They would also be given communicators; while he did not like the idea of having such things he would be persuaded to wear one for the time being.
Once past that hustle and bustle, Miserorum would find himself before three...people. Well, more accurate was to say two people and a strangely colored tiger. Of the people, one was a very tall man which he recognized as Professor Hades (in signing up for class), while the other woman he was unsure (not being an avid reader who went to school library). Behind each of them seemed to be a number; A, B, and C. From out of nowhere, to the moth, he would hear a message play that would begin to say what each numbers/group stood for; his was those who loved to fight and were "bad-assess" which was a phrase he still did not quite understand but understood it meant something along the line of being very good fighters. The second group was all faunus? He wondered why there needed to be a group such as that. The final group was for those who did not fit the first but were also versed in stealth or demolitions; it seemed Miserorum fit all three categories. Thankfully, the teacher would answer to just pick if they fit multiple and that re-arrangements may occur. Seeing as he did not know what the faunus one was meant for, nor was he the best at stealth even if he was better than average, he would go to group A as he did desire worthy combat.
Once it seemed everyone was here and sorted, the Professor would begin to explain things at least. Their task was to destroy a warehouse to deal a blow to a criminal organization; so not training but real combat. This got the moth excited at the prospect of going into real battle, and gave him an idea of why the latter group existed...even if he didn't understand why a tiger stood at that one. He would go on to explain the roles of ever group better as well; if he got the team he desired, he would be part of the distraction one to fight and keep the enemy occupied. The faunus group would be the bait group...an unenviable group in Miserorums mind as who would desire to be bait and not fight, especially given the nature of the group they were going to disrupt apparently. The final group was meant to sneak to a warehouse and blow it up...a suitable second group, if he were not to be in this one. Or so he thought at least. The one group he for sure did not want to be in was group b. And unfortunately he would be told they needed earpiece to keep updated on what to do; apparently none of them were trusted to remember all of the plan, though he also knew why it was good to keep in contact. It was just his more work alone ways flaring up at having to have this connection to larger group. He would finish, allowing any to speak though Misery stayed quiet as he had no qualms or questions. After a bit, he would explain survival was more than surviving Grimm with Misery agreed with. He would then say to remain in their groups and keep the noise down; which Misery was more than content to do. ☪ Post count: 60 ✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄
Sváfnir had been up the last few nights the sting of his decision to leave his team. In truth he still longed for them all but all of his instincts told him his decision was the right one. The Warrior could see his mother and father standing before him approving of his decision as Agmundr went on explaining the importance of it all before being hushed by Eydís only to show him the expression on Sváfnir's face letting them know he understood well, The Warrior had not told them yet and in truth he didn't wantto but he would it was not something he would keep from them just giving it time. Sváfnir felt better after he recieved a call from his blood brother, Kamyu had a way with keeping the Warrior's mind in the right place and in truth he was lucky to have someone like him to look out for him and he knew as did Agmundr and Eydís from the replies he recieved. Sváfnir taking the advice of Kamyu and ended up signing up for a class extending the invite to Kamyu to join him to which he reluctantly accepted content Sváfnir slept well the day before the class started.
Upon arrival Sváfnir saw he was not the last to arrive and amongst those before him he noticed his old Commander but remembering his codes and his parents Sváfnir nodded and brandished his signature smile and pushed his chest out proudly for his proper introduction...as every Warrior should. Sváfnir Shiloh Belá Nuntis son of the Great Agmundr and the Amazing Eydís, S of team SHANK and Blood Brother of the cool Kamyu.... Sváfnir during his brazen introduction noticed a familiar face of a not to distant battle he had and widened his grin and without missing a beat. Proud Brother in arms of the majestic Swordsmoth and Future Warrior of the World!!! May the blood of our enemies set the foundation for many more victories!!! The Warrior boomed before he followed the instructions and took place in beside the moth to where he would great the Swordsmoth with an outstretched hand. If the teacher wanted to challenge us with tonight's lesson then they are doing it wrong with the two of us here together aren't they? Sváfnir says with a proud laugh. The Warrior this close to the Swordsmoth noticed he came fully suited and ready for combat but modestly not over stocked and such preparation was admirable to say the least and very welcomed given Sváfnir's load, The Warrior was punishing himself with handicaps as he took no weapons and supplies and that included his bracers and greaves he was effectively going barehanded this time around. Back to the basics. Sváfnir didn't slack on training so he went all in for the most recent failures, The thought excited Sváfnir but knowing Kamyu he may get a look of dis approval, The thought made the hold in a chuckle.

Periwinkle would get up. She was in her own dorm, she didn't understand what happened to her team, but they broke up. She would go to stretch her wings, the smell of moth dust would reach her nose, but she no longer had wings in which to fly with. She then sat down for her daily cry. If anyone were to walk in, they would see a woman with pale green hair, missing one of her green eyes. She hadn't yet put in her cybernetic eye. She slept without it in, as to rest the still healing tissue that was inside. The only thing in there was a cord hanging from the hole itself.
She would compose herself, and go to wash the eye that she needed to place in the hole. It didn't take long to do that, as it was just rinsing it with eye solution, connecting the wire to the back of it, and popping it in. She waited a few minutes as it came online. Blinking she could now see out of both of the eyes. She would look over to her desk, the thing a mess of blueprints and drawings. She was working on a pair of Cybernetic wings for herself.
She would wash, class wasn't until the night time, the time that she normally wasn't awake, so she would be able to work more on the prints of things that she wanted for them. Her scribbles, and notes went on until late afternoon. She stretched, and then decided to get some food. She would bring up her vegetarian meal to eat at her desk, and look at the notes that she had been writing.
After her meal, she would yawn. She needed to get some rest before this mission. It was night, and she was a Diaunrus. She would be struggling to stay awake during the mission. She would close her eyes, but no true sleep came to her.
The alarm on her scroll went off. She gave it a look, and grumbled. She slept with the eye in. It was too late. She would wander to her closet, half asleep. She would pick the outfit she would wear to the mission. She got a lot of flack for wearing a catsuit to the mission last time. She would close her eyes. That was like a life time ago.
She would take out a Chinese looking dress. it wrapped around the neck, and had an open back. She still needed the open back for the remnants of her wings. She would go and pull the stockings up. She would then put the sleeves up. On her leg, she put on her holster for her weapon, then place her weapon inside. She would then put pantaloons on under the skirt.
She then put on her Mary Janes, pulled her tool kit onto her side. She would need her UV light to be on if she planned on using her semblance. Last time she tried, it failed. and it had hurt their chances. Her antennae bounced as she went down the stairs, heading for the courtyard.
When she got to the courtyard, a message was playing, the lights were so bright too. She almost got trapped by them. The message played saying that Badasses should go to the A circle, Faunus should go to the B circle, and the C circle would be for people who specialized in explosives, stealthiness, or didn't fit in any other circle. She fit in the Faunus circle, and the fact she brought a toolkit would be useful for the C group. She looked over to all the groups. She was not going to go to Circle B, Aya was in there, and Periwinkle didn't understand why they had all broken apart. She was about to head for C, when she saw him. It was her contact at Beacon!
She would walk over to Sváfnir and Miserorum. She seemed to ignore Sváfnir, and go right to Miserorum. "Miserorum! I've missed you so much!" She would smile at him. "I don't have much time, I have to go over to group C, but if you give me your scroll, I can put my contact in there. I can't wait to catch up!" She wanted it to look like he was an old friend, which he was. She helped him when he first lost his wings. When she had lost her first set. He would see that she was wingless once more. If he handed over his scroll, he would put her information in it. Once that was done, she would give a look to Sváfnir. It was one of hurt, one for betraying her and leaving her on her own.
Once she finished there, she was scanned for weapons. She had just the gun on her hip. She took her allotment of dust, She revived 1 large crystal of purple dust, 4 small crystals of purple dust, 2 large crystals of Combustion dust, and then 3 small red crystals, and one small blue crystal. With her idea, so far, she would need to use the combustion dust to start the explosion.
She would then walk over to the Circle C. It was odd, they were being lead by a tiger. She would look at the creature, and tilt her head, having her antennae bob with the movement.
Being more of a nocturnal creature had its benefits, today being one of them. Kuro was placed on the roster for Survival Class this time around. He assumed that this was meant to be a high intensity, stress trigger for the majority of the class having to operate on the opposite schedule of what was considered the norm. Not for Kuro, he was prepared and ready to go early as the sun fell in the evening sky lighting up the heavens in a number of various beautiful pastel hues.
This was the first time he had adorned his combat outfit in quite some time. It almost felt unnatural; perhaps he was getting complacent with this relaxed, school-type atmosphere. The young man strolled from the air strip onto the provided air ship trying to ignore the obnoxious message which repeated in the background. Kuro would be handed a communicator which he tucked snugly into his ear before meandering to the outermost circle of Group B. This was the most natural category which he fit into, but Kuro would continue to survey the area before settling on this choice.
‘Wait,’ Kuro stopped dead in his tracks and his eyes grew wide with amusement or was it excitement?“Is that,” he murmured to himself and a large grin spread across his face. He would recognize that backside from anywhere. Not only because of the familiarity of the person, the tail and ears would give her away almost instantly as there were not many from their tribe gallivanting around outside of the village. “Shoot,” Kuro outwardly cursed realizing that Aya was standing next to Mira who was out for blood at the moment – his blood in particular. Tsk, Kuro silently weighed the pros versus the cons before throwing away the entire list away. He did enjoy playing with fire – figuratively, of course. “Guess who,” Kuro spoke playfully after having snuck behind the young woman and gently placing his hands in a way to obscure her view. “Good evening to you, Mira,” Kuro said quietly in a curt manner. To be entirely honest, he was nervous approaching her but simultaneously nervous about saying nothing whatsoever which might upset her further. The women in his life were entirely too difficult to interact with at times. “If it is any consolation,” the young boy started knowing full well that Mira would have no interest in his opinion but giving it forthright anyways, “you make for very cute bait.” Kuro gave her a passing glance tilting his head to the side with what he considered a charming smile. Was he trying to kiss her a** in an attempt for the class to run more smoothly? Absolutely, there was no shame in it.
While waiting for a response (which would most likely be negative), the lead for Group B caught his eye. “Hel-lo,” Kuro smirked instantly recognizing the curvaceous woman from his adventures within the library. Speaking of group leaders… Kuro narrowed his eyes noticing the oafishly tall man and the repulsive animal whom were both very familiar. “Well,” the boy stated in a flat tone, “That is quite an interesting development.” Truly, he should have known and realized during their encounter back in the library. Similarities aside, Kuro had even experienced waves of nostalgia and flashbacks of Aphrodite while interacting with her. “And how should we refer to you Instructor? Or perhaps, we should make up our own code names. You – I would say you look like a Bob. What say you,” Kuro said arrogantly while upholding his playful demeanor, “What do you think Grimsly boy – a Bob?” The reason for addressing Grimsly personally was likely obvious at this point for the trio, hopefully Ocho was paying attention as well.

Ocho's heart pounded in a mix of excitement, anxiety, and dread. Today was the day. His first class as Team Leader. Time to prove he had what it took, that he could do the thing, and especially that he was everything his parents were not. One would think that getting ready for the day was much easier with six extra arms, but one would be wrong. Just because there were so many hands didn't mean they were cooperative. Half way through brushing his hair the hands began mimicking the motions of his tooth brush, which was the least of his problems. And the only one the narrator cared enough to disclose. After a horrendous amount of time, however, he was ready to go and emerged from the bathroom with a surprisingly stoic expression. His custom leather jacked, half zipped with the golden O embroidered upon his back. Dark blue pants, black boots, and a freshly colored mohawk so Bright Heckin Red that it challenged you to ignore it!
“It is time...” He said....TO AN EMPTY ROOM???? “WWHHHAAAAAA!!!!!! WHERE IS EVERYONE??” After glancing at the nearest clock, his heart sank. He was LATE????? Not on his first dang day!! Maybe that was the pounding noise he heard earlier. And the voices. Not his heart or the radio, but his teammates asking if he was ready yet. They must have left without him, the bastards!
He sprinted as fast as he could, remembering at least to put on his belt at least, complete with the steel-bound book he preferred to utilize for his Semblance, but having left his primary weapon behind. Even his throwing knives were left behind. Very leaderly. He arrived at the courtyard and took a few moments to catch his breath. There was a message being repeated, but he couldn't hear it fully. Something about badasses and Group B. That made sense. B for Badass. If nothing else, Ocho was appreciative of alliteration. Even if he hated his full name. Some things you just can't turn off. So he went to Group B and stood proudly, crossing all eight of his arms across his chest. Unfortunately for him he had drifted in and out of Hades' explanation and missed the bit where his group was meant to be bait.
“Y'know, they say you can tell a lot about a man by the strength of his enemies.” Ottis spoke up loud enough for his voice to carry at least to their teacher. “If yours can be taken down by a bunch of kids then...” He offered a slow, sheepish shrug with his top set of shoulders. The lower three slowly followed one after the other. They then quickly dropped after his unspoken message had been delivered, “By the way, if we're doing your dirty work then are we at least getting paid? Or if we're doing someone else's dirty work and you're just the handler.”
The plan sounded convoluted at best. And at this point Odin had basically assumed his role, but time would tell. At least he was with most of his team. Kuro seemed to be back on his antics of “making friends” but was playing surprisingly nice with Mira. There was surely an underlying motive, but Okleigh didn't mind. A step in the right direction was all that mattered(even if it were a step backwards). “Kuro. Mira. Glad you were able to make it...” “On time!” he muttered under his breath. “Gonna introduce me to your new friend here?” He asked, allowing his blue eyes to take a quick gather of Aya's figure.

Diana Eglantine Team DOVE
The time after the purge night, the butterfly went through a very different transformation; due to the complications of loss in her wings (it was logical choice for survival, she had told herself as she would rather lose them both than live with only one). Upon seeing her teammates again, it was a mix of relief and sadness; she kept nothing from them as she told them of the ambush at the warehouse and the result in the sacrifice of her wings. In front of them she had only cried once, glad to see them after everything that had happened. To try and stay positive, she looked at the night as a night she had gained an ally and friend in the lemur boy, Apollo. Even so...her mind would be warped just a bit as she promised silent revenge on the woman that tried to kill them that night; her temper a bit short at times, angered before looking sorrowful and back to her natural kindness. Her nights laced with nightmares and angry wakings in the middle of the nights until they would subside.
She had been surprised to learn that Misery had been trapped in the purge as well. Despite her own misgivings, she had told him she was genuinely glad he had survived so successfully. It would not go unnoticed though that he was trying to not interact with her though in the time to come. Diana would push the thoughts aside though as she felt fire inside her; rather than wallow in her loss, she retrained herself to be faster and better. Pushing her training to better her swordsmanship as well, even if she was not for hand-to-hand still. Balance returned after struggle, and the support of her team kept her spirits up...When she thought no one was looking though, the butterfly's smile would slip just a little and she would look to the skies with longing still...would this, the butterfly wondered, ever pass...
The petite young woman had awoken early and decided to get ready for the day. Being careful not to wake anyone as she did. In order to prepare, she had chosen proper attire for their mission and even had her weapons checked before going to training before class. Having been by herself for the most part, she felt slightly bad before returning to the dorm to check on her teammates. As she waited for them (except O who was absent due to reasons) and she put her scroll in a pocket of her quiver before heading with them to their destination; her weapons (all but the lantern) with her. Her sword sheathed on her right hip, quiver of arrows on her left and bow on her back.
Taking a deep breath, amethyst eyes looked around as the petite female took in the airship. Though she could only take in so much more than 25 feet before and around her what she could see was impressive enough. There were a few people here already, so that was good."Good luck."She would tell Misery and Zach both as they heard the recording. The moth of course going to Group A and seemed to be approached by two others that knew him; one a girl, the other a young man; she couldn't tell much more than that at the time. She was uncertain if their leader would join her or the moth; but either way, she wanted her teammates safe.
As she pondered, she would frown and freeze as a familiar voice assaulted her ears before she would shake her head and walk on. Amethyst eyes looking to the blonde over by Group B, looking to her with suspicion once she was about 15 feet from them. A heartbeat would go on before she would turn and move to Group C."Why do I feel anger towards her..."She pondered, uncomfortable before looking to the gorgeous tiger before them."Stealth and Cover,"Diana answered when asked of group and was fitted with dust for her arrows."Anything else I will do as well to protect my family,"She thought, expression a quiet and calm smile as her confidence somewhat showed itself. As others joined and she was close enough, she would smile kindly to them."I hope to work well with you all. My name's Diana,"Diana greeted to Peri and anyone else in Group C. Setting her bow and quiver before her as they took their seats, her sword rested by her quiver while they took off...

Grimsly being his usual self spent most of his day outside and away from his team, he didn’t have any problem with them personally but they can be quite obnoxious sometimes, between Ocho’s weirdness to the constant fights between Mira and Kuro Grimsly decided to train outside where it was peaceful and quiet, he would stand on one arm and began doing pushups (kinda like Garen’s taunt from league of legends) and once he was done he refined his battle style as much as he could in those few hours he was outside. Two hours before they were supposed to meet in the airship he finally came back to the dorm and with a slight stretch he took off his jacket before entering his room to take a shower, there is nothing more refreshing than a shower before some beat downs after all. Once he was done he looked in his mirror, specifically at his black eye, and sighed ’ no, not today’ he thought as he pulled his hair back and wore his usual clothes, together with his eyepatch as he left the room “shall we go?” he asked calmly before walking out of the room, while he did ask if they should go he didn’t wait for anyone unless they came together with him. Once on the airship Grimsly looked around to check the students but ended up focusing more on the teacher Hades himself, yep there was no doubt about the fact he stood in front of “bob” and from the looks of it, he knew exactly who the blond lady was as well but unlike Kuro, there was no need to announce that, Hades probably already knows he knew by the first glance he gave him “Oh? Are you talking to me Kuro? I am sorry but I don’t see any bob around here, none of the students are using this name that’s for sure” he said with a shrug before making his way to group C. as he walked the taps of his cane could be heard with every step he took as he stood in front of the girl who was introducing herself as Diana, with a bow of himself he began talking softly “Grimsly Hange; it’s a pleasure to meet you, let’s get this class done the best way we can” he said with a soft smile before turning to cereby and begins to pet her “and of course it is a pleasure to see you as well, I am already well aware of your abilities so I am sure if you do your best we will have no problem at all” he said as he continued to pet her, only stopping once she either shows him signs of disinterest or if someone talked to him.

After the mission, he needed a break from school. There was just too much on his mind. The main thing was he hadn't dealt with the passing of his grandmother. Without saying a word to his team, he packed a light bag and went home. All his things was still left in the room. After mourning his grandmother and distressing from the mission, he would make it back to Beacon just in time for classes. Going into their room, it broke his heart in two. Periwinkle and Svafnir had done both moved out. It kind of didn't come as a surprise about Svafnir because they had spoken on the phone. He explained his reasoning for leaving and Kamyu understood. They also got to talking about classes and that is how they ended up as a duo for the time being. Putting on his uniform, he'd pack a backpack for just in case purposes before he headed out the dorm to the airship in the courtyard.
Getting to the airship in the courtyard, he saw the different groups. Once everything was explained, he would choice group A and drag Svafnir along with him. "I swear you always make a scene." He told his blood brother. He saw Periwinkle just walk right up to them and didn't bother to speak to Svafnir or him. That was fine. He did what he thought was right on the mission. Aya and him are the ones that saved her behind. He wasn't upset though. He knew better than to be. He spotted his best friend in the distance in group B, but he would leave her alone for now. They would have a talk when the mission/class was over. Right now, it was go time. Looking at Svafnir, Kamyu noticed something. "Where are your weapons?" He asked him as they took a seat on the airship.

Hades was stunned finding out the information that he received a little bit before the students came. It was something he never truly thought about. He knew it was possible but this was probably the worst time for it to occur. He didn't look worried, but Blair could pick up on his mind and where it was going. She said not to worry about it, he couldn't exactly argue with her now. She would take the piloting position and go on her way and Hades would quickly flick the thoughts out of his mind as the students would arrive. It wasn't too hard to think less on the child and more on the mission thinking about all the things the target has done, but it also wasn't hard considering the group of personalities that he had in the class. One would be surprised at being bait, but Hades was a little confused at first. She didn't seem like a faunus, but his experiences knew all too well a tail or something had to be around there somewhere to show off the faunus trait. If not, she probably wouldn't make for good bait. At least not of the faunus kind. He was curious about the clothing but didn't make much of a fuss. He just let it roll as he continued to watch more and more come. 1 introduction sparked something within the male and he would leave his leaning position. Some would find it a mockery, but Svafnir and Shank would easily understand that he was not.
“GLAD TO HAVE YOU SVAFNIR! Don't even worry about the recording you going to be hanging with your teacher, the H OF SHANK. The Howler monkey of Vale, AND STIIILLL THE ALL KINGDOM UNDISPUTED, WRESTLING FEDERATION CHAMPIIIIIOOON, HADES!!!” With the introduction he would do his infamous pose to the S of Shank, giving him the double gun fingers before chuckling a little. “Oh this going to be easy” He added under his breath. Blair probably never seen him in this element. Many didn't. It probably reconfirmed some things they spoke about. Mainly, he was the more sociable one. “You can call it a challenge Svafnir. I call it just another day. Will say with you here it definitely be interesting..Is Kam Kam here too?” He wondered. He didn't notice Svafnir seeming off. They was team SHANK but APCN business had nothing to do with him. Nor did Hades really care about the Caves. He heard stories but... he didn't have to go so..eh. Though by the way it went, he probably should have been sent. Or another teacher. More came and the fun become worse to be honest.
He didn't show any type of true emotion when Kuro finally figured out the obvious of who Hades and Blair truly was. Maybe he wasn't the smartest of EOC. That still was going to Netami. He would walk over to Ocho and Kuro and bend down to their level of height with a smirk. “I see you the team of weirdos I heard about from my colleagues. Heard many complaints from security about you guys and your dorm. “ He commented before shrugging and looking over at Mira. “Ahhh. That might explain the nose complaints. I heard blondes like to have fun... Just don't get no sticky mess into your furr” He commented before moving along. What did he mean by that? Did it matter?!?! He did smirk more at Grimsly just destroying any of Kuro's fun. Cereby during this was enjoying the pets she was receiving from the grippled boy, wagging her tail happily. Time was up and it was time to get things going. 2 Students didn't make it. That was fine. He had 10 to divide up among 3. Taking a quick glance at his scroll and going over the spark notes of what he Hades listed before hand, he would remain quiet as the craft would take off.
He made his decision after a quick overlook of the situation and decided among the groups. He would wait until 2 minutes to arrival before announcing them. “The Groups will be Changed. A Group will be Svafnir, Kamyu, Misuem and my self. Group B will be Aya, Ocho and Kuro, Mira, and . Group C will be Diana, Pewrinkle, and Grimsly. Get to your positions and get ready. Group A, head back to the entrance and I hope you got your landing strategy ready, we will be dropping in hot.” He commented pointing towards the side that had a sliding door entrance. They all had aura and was experienced, it should be fine .There was a bunch of trees below where they were going to be dropping, which was going to be away from the designated landing zone Blair was going to put the ship at. They couldn't stay together because that would end up blowing the whole operation. Hitting the button to open the door, Hades would jump out, activating his skates in midair. “Follow my lead, meet you all on the ground!” He would comment as he activated his skates, his true weapons coming to life. . (GROUP A we jumping out)
After all of Group A jumped out, there be about a minute left before landing in which soon Blair would be contacted by air communications to identify herself and would be guided to proper landing area. As for Group C, Cereby did not move yet. They weren't going to move until Group B was off the air craft and inside. Though, how was they going to follow a tiger's lead? That was going to be the real question.
OOC: Group A we jumping. Group B follow Draga lead. Group C hold tight.

'I see he recovered and survived then,' Misery thought silently as his gaze turned to him. It was the loud and boastful warrior he had fought that strange armored killer with on the night of a blood moon. They had both been injured after the explosion, though survived and could find no trace of the killer. Misery was not one to dismiss threats without proof; he suspected the person still lived, and was out somewhere. Though the next time they met the moth would be more prepared having learned some of his tricks and combat style. That was for another day. As the warrior spoke, he would seem to notice Misery by the grin on his face and his introduction. It took Miserorum a moment to realize he was the majestic swordsmoth he was speaking of. It was...a unique nickname, and not one he had been expecting. Confusion would've been on the moth's face but would soon fade as a small smile played on his lips; a rare occurrence for him. As he finished, Misery would add onto it in a calm and soft voice. "And may their bones carry our legacy for generations to come," was all he would add onto it. While it had...took a bit to get used to such a personality, Misery found him to be honorable and some similarities with him. Even if Misery was much less excitable and enthusiastic than Svafnir. As the warrior approached with arm outstretched, Misery would clasp it with his own just behind Svafnir's wrist; in the more medieval and typical fashion of it. "Perhaps. Or maybe they have a challenge befitting a moth and warrior," Misery would say calmly, eyes looking to Svafnir's. "I will say I am surprised to run into you so soon. Who is your companion?," he would comment for Svafnir and ask about Kamyu who he had failed to notice given his focus on Svafnir. During this time they would also be approached by the...teacher? Who seemed just as enthusiastic as Svafnir. It was a...very unexpected display, but from what Misery garnered they fought together at one point and knew one another. Misery was going to comment when another familiar figure appeared...as it seemed this class was a big reunion for many.
Not long after, he would find another face he had not expected to see walk up to him. "Lux?" he would half ask half state as he saw Lucifer Lux before him. He knew she had come here as well, but given how big the school was it was still a surprise to end up in a class with a moth who lost as he had. "I had almost forgotten what a fellow moth face looked like. It is good to see you as well," would be his response after the few moments it took for the surprise to fade. She would smile and say she did not have much time, that she was headed to group C, but asked for his scroll so they could keep in contact. Miserorum would nod and reach into his cloak to take out a scroll that looked like it had not even been touched before with how little he used it. He would hand it over to Lux, and as he did he would notice she did not have any wings at the moment. It was peculiar to him as he remembered her drive to replace what was lost; something he hoped she would be successful in one day. After giving it back, he would notice a look given to Svafnir. He was confused by the message of it, and as she left he would turn to him. "What was such a look for, and how do you know Lucifer Lux?" he would ask in curiosity.
Eventually, the craft would take off. It felt...strange to be flying in such a vehicle and not be wings. Not the same in the slightest, and the feeling of control still gone. It almost saddened Misery though he pushed it aside. He had battle to look forward to, and a mission to fulfill. Hades, the teacher, would mention the groups would be changed though Misery was fortunate to remain in group A. Though he had a sickening feeling go down his spine when he heard the names in group C; D and Lux. 'That shall not end well...what are the odds of such an occurrence,' he wondered to himself silently. While he had grown more neutral with that particular butterfly, he doubted Lux would feel similarly; even if Diana was missing her wings and may not seem much like a butterfly. Knowing D he doubted she would keep it secret with her friendliness. It was not his issue to deal with at the least, though he hoped it would not compromise the mission. He trusted a moth to complete the objective, but he knew the temptations and teachings about butterflies well. Re-focusing on the mission at hand, his group would be told to go to the entrance and prepare to drop from the sky. It was...a surprising strategy since none in his group had wings as far as he could tell, himself unfortunately included. Seeing the teacher open the door and jump out with little hesitation...Misery would give those in his group a confused look before shrugging and following his mission orders by jumping out afterwards himself. ☪ Post count: 61 ✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄
