Growing/Creation/Breeding art will be done by the artists when they have slots open and metas have completed their requirements(for growth). In the meantime people are allowed to create their own meta or non-meta character using the species in the world and in connection with the lore.
You can create one new meta character every month. Nothing else is require other than the time lapse and profile. You can create new non-meta characters whenever. Meta and non-meta characters must have a profile and they must have an approved power profile to enter battles. Characters can rp without a power profile but they can not use powers.
